Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a concrete cross-section repair and reinforcement method, and more specifically, to a concrete cross-section repair and reinforcement method for repairing damage caused by carbonation, salt damage, and moisture penetration occurring in concrete structures. Background Technology
[0003] Concrete is widely used as a core material in modern architectural and civil engineering structures due to its excellent compressive strength and durability. However, as concrete structures are exposed to the outdoors for extended periods, they are continuously affected by various environmental deterioration factors, such as atmospheric carbon dioxide, moisture, de-icing agents, and sea breezes. In particular, carbonation—the phenomenon where atmospheric carbon dioxide penetrates into the concrete and reacts with calcium hydroxide—is one of the most critical causes of corrosion in internal rebar by reducing the concrete's alkalinity. The expansion pressure generated by the corrosion of rebar causes microcracks within the concrete, eventually leading to surface spalling and cross-section delamination, which seriously threatens the safety of the entire structure.
[0004] In addition, chloride ions contained in de-icing agents sprayed on roads during winter or sea breezes blowing from the coast penetrate deep into the capillary pores of concrete, causing salt damage that further accelerates the corrosion of rebar. These phenomena of moisture penetration and chemical deterioration, combined with the repeated freezing and thawing cycles caused by temperature changes, maximize damage to the concrete structure and explosively increase the occurrence of cracks.
[0005] Conventionally, to repair such damaged areas, the primary method used was to simply scrape away the deteriorated portion and temporarily restore the cross-section by applying ordinary cement mortar or epoxy resin. However, existing repair methods had a chronic limitation in that the chemical and physical adhesion between the repair material and the existing concrete substrate was significantly poor, leading to moisture re-penetration at the interface of the repair area and easy delamination over time. Furthermore, existing repair materials lacked moldability on complex curved or inclined surfaces, making it difficult to precisely restore the original structural shape. Additionally, they were limited to surface coating and failed to fundamentally reinforce the interior of nano-scale microcracks, resulting in serious problems where cracks and cross-section spalling repeatedly recurred in the same area.
[0006] Meanwhile, the aforementioned background technology is technical information that the inventor possessed for the derivation of the present invention or acquired during the process of deriving the present invention, and it cannot necessarily be considered publicly known technology disclosed to the general public prior to the filing of the present invention. Prior art literature
[0008] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1559572 (Published Oct. 15, 2015) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1891243 (Published Sep. 28, 2018) The problem to be solved
[0009] The technical problem that the present invention aims to solve is to ensure long-term adhesion between the existing concrete substrate and the repair material to be newly applied and to fundamentally prevent delamination of the cross-section by repairing the damaged concrete cross-section and then penetrating a micropore penetration aid deep into the capillary pores to dramatically increase internal bonding strength.
[0010] Furthermore, the present invention aims to completely prevent carbonation and salt damage of concrete by strongly blocking the penetration of external carbon dioxide and moisture through a main composite resin in which a special acrylic methacrylate resin and a polyisocyanate resin are combined, thereby providing high moisture resistance and excellent tensile strength.
[0011] Furthermore, the invention provides a concrete cross-section repair and reinforcement method that utilizes a cross-section repair material containing viscosity and molding regulators to precisely restore the original cross-section of a structure without sagging, even in complex geometric shapes such as vertical or inclined surfaces.
[0012] The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned technical problems will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below. means of solving the problem
[0014] A concrete cross-section repair and reinforcement method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a surface preparation step of repairing the cross-section by processing a damaged area of a concrete structure and removing foreign substances; a micropore penetration treatment step of increasing the internal bonding strength of the concrete by applying and penetrating a micropore penetration aid to the repaired cross-section; a composite resin cross-section molding step of restoring the shape by applying a cross-section repair material comprising a main composite resin and a viscosity and molding regulator to the cross-section after the micropore penetration treatment step is completed; and a curing and integration step of curing the cross-section repair material to form a protective layer integrated with the concrete matrix.
[0015] In one embodiment, the main composite resin is a composite of a PMMA (Poly Methyl Methacrylate)-based methacrylic acrylic resin and a urethane reaction-curing type polyisocyanate resin, wherein the methacrylic acrylic resin blocks carbon dioxide (CO2) based on high moisture permeability resistance to prevent neutralization and provides adhesion to the concrete substrate, while the polyisocyanate resin exhibits improved tensile strength and elongation after curing to provide resistance to repeated freezing and thawing and long-term crack tracking ability, thereby absorbing micro-deformation of the concrete cross-section to prevent delamination of the cross-section.
[0016] In one embodiment, the methacrylate-based acrylic resin exhibits high moisture permeability resistance to block the penetration of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the outside, thereby preventing the neutralization of the concrete structure and, at the same time, improving weather resistance and stain resistance to ensure long-term adhesion to the concrete substrate.
[0017] In one embodiment, the polyisocyanate resin can effectively absorb microdeformations occurring in the concrete matrix and prevent delamination of the cross section by maintaining long-term crack tracking ability even under repeated freezing and thawing environmental conditions based on flexibility that exhibits an elongation of 25% or more at break after curing and improved tensile strength.
[0018] In one embodiment, the micropore penetration aid is in the form of a primer diluted by adding 50% of the weight of the mixture of acetone to a mixture in which an acrylic polyol component (Component A) and an oily isocyanate component (Component B) are mixed in a ratio of 1:0.35. Based on the diluting action of the added acetone, it penetrates deeply into the concrete capillary pores to form a bonding layer up to the tip of the internal crack and is applied in a manner that saturates the inside of the capillary pores, thereby fundamentally blocking the carbonation progression path itself. At the same time, by penetrating deeply into the cracks and sealing them, it strengthens the structure itself and improves the internal bonding strength of the concrete, thereby ensuring long-term adhesion and durability between the concrete substrate and the subsequently applied repair material, and suppressing delamination of the cross-section and crack recurrence.
[0019] In one embodiment, the surface preparation step may be configured to process the spalled area of the concrete structure to a certain depth and slope, remove moisture, efflorescence, water-soluble salts and contaminants from the surface through mechanical treatment using a wire brush, shot blast, or grinder, and then perform oil removal work within 6 hours outdoors or within 24 hours indoors from the time of the mechanical treatment to prepare the cross-section.
[0020] In one embodiment, the micropore penetration treatment step may be performed when the residual humidity of the surface of the prepared concrete structure is dried to a maximum of 10% or less to exclude moisture interference that hinders the penetration of the micropore penetration aid.
[0021] In one embodiment, the cross-section repair material may be configured to suppress surface delamination and efflorescence by maintaining adhesion strength with the concrete substrate even in environments of repeated cold and hot cycles and accelerated weathering exposure, by further including an additive that exhibits a salt-resistant function to prevent the penetration of chloride ions originating from sea breezes and calcium chloride, which is a component of winter de-icing agents, a weather-resistant function to prevent yellowing even in environments exposed to ultraviolet (UV) rays, and a water-resistant function to block moisture penetration even in environments exposed to continuous rain and water pressure.
[0022] In one embodiment, the cross-section repair material of the composite resin cross-section molding step is based on an acrylic polyol component (Component A) composed of a polyurethane series and an oil-based isocyanate component (Component B), and is provided by mixing in a weight ratio of 1:0.35 without a separate acetone diluent, unlike for primers. By configuring the coating to be completed on the cross-section of the structure within 120 minutes from the time of mixing to maintain the adhesion performance and viscosity required for construction on vertical and inclined surfaces during the polymerization reaction process that begins immediately after mixing the components, it is possible to prevent loss of solid content due to dilution and deterioration of the physical properties of the mixture, and to induce complete chemical curing on the surface of the concrete substrate to restore the cross-section shape.
[0023] In one embodiment, the protective layer formed by the curing and integration step may be formed into an integrated coating film of a total target thickness of 350 μm through a multilayer coating process in which a second coating of 150 μm thickness is performed in a cross-sectional cross pattern after 3 to 4 hours have elapsed, which is before the coated surface is completely dried, thereby preventing interlayer delamination between each coating layer to secure physical bonding strength while maintaining stable cross-sectional protection performance without thermal deformation or destruction of the coating film.
[0024] In one embodiment, the cross-section repair material may be configured to further include a sealant-based auxiliary agent to supplement flexibility in order to suppress physical damage to the cross-section protective layer by absorbing dynamic behavior and additional stress concentrated in joints or crack-vulnerable parts of the concrete structure, in addition to the basic properties exhibited by the methacrylate-based and polyisocyanate composite resin.
[0025] In one embodiment, the surface preparation step may include: a structure processing step in which the carbonation index of the concrete structure is checked in advance to derive the damage range, and then the delamination and damage area of the concrete structure is processed at a certain depth and slope using a structure processing device to secure a geometric attachment area for physical bonding with a subsequent coating material; and a cross-section preparation step in which moisture, water-soluble salts, paint residues, solid contaminants, and efflorescence are removed from the processed surface through mechanical treatment using a wire brush, shot blast, or grinder, thereby eliminating surface interference factors that hinder the capillary pore penetration of the auxiliary agent in the subsequent micropore penetration treatment step and preparing an optimal attachment cross-section.

It may include: a second support frame that is formed by bending in a round shape while drawing an arc centered on the location where the first drive shaft and the second drive shaft are connected and installed, with one end exposed to the processing part installation groove connected to the lower end of the second drive shaft to support the second drive shaft, and arranged to overlap with the first support frame inside the device body; and a first angle adjustment gear that is connected and installed by engaging with the first support frame and the second support frame simultaneously by gear coupling, and rotates in a forward or reverse direction to expose the first support frame and the second support frame to the processing part installation groove or to retract them from the processing part installation groove to adjust the connection angle between the first drive shaft and the second drive shaft.
[0028] In one embodiment, the second processing unit may include: a third driving shaft installed in the processing unit installation groove and positioned to be inclined with respect to the corner where the vertical and horizontal planes of the concrete face each other; a third processing roller installed by axial coupling to the third driving shaft and rotating by the third driving shaft to process the corner of the concrete structure's step surface into an inclined surface; a third support frame formed by rounded bending, with one end and multiple ends exposed to the processing unit installation groove connected to the one end and the other side of the third driving shaft, respectively, to support the third driving shaft; and a third angle adjustment gear connected to the third support frame by gear coupling and rotating in a forward or reverse direction to adjust the positioning angle of the third driving shaft.
[0029] In one embodiment, the third processing roller comprises: a roller body portion installed by axial coupling to the third driving shaft; a first driving ring formed in a cylindrical pipe shape and rotatably connected and installed inside the roller body portion; a first ring driving gear that rotates the first driving ring; a second driving ring formed in a cylindrical pipe shape with a smaller diameter than the first driving ring and rotatably connected and installed inside the roller body portion; a second ring driving gear that rotates the second driving ring; a plurality of block storage grooves spaced apart along the circumference of the roller body portion; a cutting block stored in the block storage grooves and, after being exposed from the block storage grooves, rotates together with the roller body portion to form a groove on the processing surface; a block wing formed along the circumference of the cutting block; and a wing guide groove extended along the inner surface of the block storage grooves to allow the block wing to be positioned and move up and down. Effects of the invention
[0031] The concrete section repair and reinforcement method according to an embodiment of the present invention provides excellent adhesion performance by applying a nano-particle-level micropore penetration aid to a surface that has undergone mechanical maintenance and oil removal of the damaged area, thereby performing an anchoring role that strongly binds the concrete structure itself and perfectly integrating the existing matrix and the new repair layer as a single body.
[0032] Furthermore, by using a cross-sectional repair material combining a PMMA-based special acrylic methacrylate resin and a urethane-reaction-curing polyisocyanate resin, it effectively prevents concrete carbonation—the primary cause of rebar corrosion—by blocking internal inflow pathways of carbon dioxide and moisture. It also completely defends against salt penetration caused by sea breezes or winter de-icing agents, thereby protecting the matrix of concrete structures and dramatically extending their long-term durability.
[0033] In addition, the polyisocyanate resin applied as a cross-section repair material exhibits excellent flexibility, high tensile strength, and elongation at break, effectively absorbing the repeated shrinkage and expansion stresses of freezing and thawing caused by temperature changes in the structure. This maintains long-term crack tracking ability even in harsh climatic environments, thereby significantly reducing cross-section delamination and crack recurrence.
[0034] Furthermore, the repair material, which organically incorporates viscosity and molding modifiers, stably reproduces the shape without sagging or sliding even on complex shapes that are difficult to construct, such as vertical surfaces, curved surfaces, and the R-values at the top of protective walls. This enables precise restoration of the cross-section to its original form, and exhibits excellent workability through a relatively simple process, thereby demonstrating superior constructability that simultaneously improves the weather resistance and aesthetics of the entire surface of the structure.

[0039] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
[0040] FIG. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a concrete cross-section repair and reinforcement method according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0041] Referring to FIG. 1, a concrete cross-section repair and reinforcement method according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a surface preparation step (S100), a micropore penetration treatment step (S200), a composite resin cross-section molding step (S300), and a curing and integration step (S400).
[0042] The surface preparation step (S100) processes damaged areas of the concrete structure and removes foreign substances to prepare the cross-section.
[0043] The surface preparation step (S100) prepares the damaged area completely by physically and mechanically cleaning it, thereby maximizing the adhesion area of the repair material applied in the subsequent step and removing contaminants inside micro-cracks to provide an optimal chemical foundation for strong interlayer bonding.
[0044] In one embodiment, the surface preparation step (S100) and the micropore penetration treatment step (S200) may include a mechanical treatment step, an oil removal step, and a dry state maintenance step.
[0045] The surface preparation step (S100) processes the delamination area of the concrete structure to a certain depth and slope, and removes moisture, efflorescence, water-soluble salts, and contaminants from the surface through mechanical treatment using a wire brush, shot blast, or grinder.
[0046] The surface preparation step (S100) forms geometric adhesion conditions in which the repair material can come into contact with the substrate over 100 percent of the surface area by completely removing the weak layer that hinders the adhesion of the subsequent material and exposing a solid new surface having a wear loss of 0.05 grams per square centimeter or less.
[0047] The surface preparation step (S100) is configured to perform oil removal work within 6 hours outdoors or within 24 hours indoors from the time of mechanical treatment to prepare the cross-section.
[0048] The surface preparation step (S100) ensures a clean surface condition capable of stably exhibiting strong adhesion of 4.4 megapascals or more per square millimeter by blocking moisture or fine dust in the atmosphere from being re-deposited on the prepared surface through strict time limit regulations.
[0049] The micropore penetration treatment step (S200) increases the internal bonding strength of the concrete by applying and penetrating a micropore penetration aid into the prepared cross-section.
[0050] The micropore penetration treatment step (S200) strengthens the sphere itself by allowing a penetration aid to seep deep into nano-sized micropores beyond forming a simple film on the concrete surface, and fundamentally blocks the penetration path of moisture and deterioration factors through capillary action.
[0051] In one embodiment, the micropore penetration treatment step (S200) may be performed when the residual humidity of the surface of the concrete structure, which is prepared to exclude moisture interference that hinders the penetration of the micropore penetration aid, is dried to a maximum of 10 percent or less.
[0052] The micropore penetration treatment step (S200) completes a transparent, bubble-free, dense polymer penetration network by preventing the phenomenon in which residual moisture within the pores reacts abnormally with the isocyanate component to form pinholes in the coating film.
[0053] In one embodiment, the micropore penetration aid may include an acrylic polyol component, an oily isocyanate component, and acetone.
[0054] The acrylic polyol component consists of a mixture of an oily isocyanate component and an acrylic polyol component in a ratio of 1 to 0.35.
[0055] The acrylic polyol component has a non-volatile substance content of 65 percent and forms the core framework of the polyurethane polymerization reaction, imparting excellent gloss and transparency to the coating film and providing robust surface strength against chemical and physical abrasion.
[0056] The isocyanate component of the oil undergoes a cross-linking reaction with the acrylic polyol component to complete a strong chain structure.
[0057] The isocyanate component of the oil has a density of 1.00 gram per cubic centimeter and helps maintain stable durability without changes in physical properties even under extreme operating temperature conditions ranging from minus 60 degrees to plus 150 degrees.
[0058] Acetone is provided in the form of a diluted primer, added in an amount of 50 percent by weight of the mixture.
[0059] Acetone acts as a key penetration medium that rapidly lowers the viscosity of the mixture to ensure high fluidity at the level of 1.25 centipoise, thereby inducing the active ingredient to reach deep into the fine capillary pores inside the concrete without blockage.
[0060] The micropore penetration aid is applied in a way that, based on the diluting action of added acetone, it penetrates deep into the concrete capillary pores to form a bonding layer up to the internal crack tips and saturates the inside of the capillary pores, thereby fundamentally blocking the neutralization progression path itself.
[0061] The micropore penetration aid is organically configured to strengthen the structure itself by penetrating deeply into cracks and sealing them, and to ensure long-term adhesion and durability between the concrete matrix and the subsequently applied repair material by improving the internal bonding strength of the concrete, while suppressing delamination of the cross-section and crack recurrence.
[0062] A micropore penetration aid according to one embodiment of the present invention having the composition described above provides an excellent effect of extending the intrinsic durability life of a concrete structure by maximizing the anchoring effect, which involves not only surface coating but also seeping into the interior of the sphere to establish physical roots, and by fundamentally blocking capillary pores, which serve as pathways for the movement of neutralizing gases and moisture.
[0063] The composite resin cross-section molding step (S300) restores the shape by applying a cross-section repair material, comprising a main composite resin and a viscosity and molding regulator, to the cross-section where the micropore penetration treatment step (S200) is completed.
[0064] The composite resin cross-section molding step (S300) restores structural stability by providing excellent moldability so that the original shape can be precisely reproduced without the repair material sagging or flowing down, even in concrete cross-sections having complex shapes such as curved surfaces, inclined surfaces, and the top of a protective wall.
[0065] In one embodiment, the main composite resin may include a methacrylic acrylic resin and a polyisocyanate resin.
[0066] Methacryl-based acrylic resins block carbon dioxide based on high moisture permeability resistance to prevent neutralization and provide adhesion to the concrete substrate.
[0067] Methacrylic acrylic resin, based on a special polymer structure of PMMA (Poly Methyl Methacrylate), completely blocks the penetration of carbon dioxide to prevent the deterioration of concrete alkalinity and ensures permanent bonding with the substrate through excellent untreated adhesion strength of 2.9 megapascals or more.
[0068] Polyisocyanate resins exhibit improved tensile strength and elongation after curing, providing resistance to repeated freezing and thawing and long-term crack tracking ability, thereby absorbing micro-deformations in the concrete section and preventing delamination of the section.
[0069] Polyisocyanate resin induces urethane reaction curing to maintain an adhesion strength of 2.6 megapascals or more even after repeated hot and cold treatment, and effectively absorbs shrinkage and expansion stresses due to temperature changes, thereby preventing cross-section detachment even under harsh climatic conditions.
[0070] A main composite resin according to one embodiment of the present invention having the composition described above provides the effect of forming a strong hybrid protective net that does not decrease in adhesion strength even after a 250-hour accelerated weathering test, by combining a methacrylate resin having excellent adhesion and barrier properties and a polyisocyanate resin having flexibility and durability while compensating for each other's disadvantages.
[0071] Here, the methacrylate-based acrylic resin exhibits high moisture permeability resistance to block the penetration of carbon dioxide from the outside, thereby preventing the neutralization of the concrete structure, while simultaneously improving weather resistance and stain resistance to ensure long-term adhesion to the concrete substrate.
[0072] Methacryl-based acrylic resins maximize UV resistance to prevent surface yellowing or gloss degradation even in accelerated weathering environments, and exhibit excellent chemical resistance to acids and alkalis, significantly improving the convenience of maintenance.
[0073] In addition, the polyisocyanate resin maintains long-term crack tracking ability even under repeated freezing and thawing environmental conditions by exhibiting flexibility with an elongation of more than 25 percent at break after curing and enhanced tensile strength, thereby effectively absorbing microdeformations occurring in the concrete matrix and preventing delamination of the cross section.
[0074] Polyisocyanate resin fundamentally prevents coating film damage caused by external impact by dissipating dynamic loads or vibration energy acting on the structure through its unique properties, which simultaneously satisfy a coating hardness of 0.6 or higher and an impact strength of 50 centimeters or higher.
[0075] The methacrylic-based acrylic resin and polyisocyanate resin according to one embodiment of the present invention having the composition described above perfectly combine a primary function of blocking external deterioration factors based on stain resistance and weather resistance with a secondary function of accommodating structural deformation based on high elongation, thereby exhibiting the effect of innovatively solving the problem of long-term loss of adhesion, which was a limitation of existing repair materials.
[0076] In one embodiment, the cross-sectional repair material may include a flame-resistant functional additive, a weather-resistant functional additive, and a water-resistant functional additive.
[0077] Salt-resistant additives protect against the penetration of calcium chloride, a component of winter de-icing agents, and chloride ions originating from sea breezes.
[0078] The salt-resistant functional additive exhibits excellent chemical resistance, with no degradation of physical properties even in 5 percent sodium chloride solution and saturated sodium chloride environments, thereby fundamentally blocking the inflow of chlorides that cause rebar corrosion, and ensuring the long-term durability of coastal or bridge structures.
[0079] Weathering additives exhibit a weathering function that prevents yellowing even in environments exposed to ultraviolet rays.
[0080] Weathering additives act as special stabilizers that prevent molecular chains from breaking even with prolonged exposure to sunlight, ensuring an outdoor operating life of over 8 years and continuously maintaining an excellent gloss of over 97 percent, thereby improving the urban landscape.
[0081] The water-resistant additive exhibits a water-resistant function that blocks moisture penetration even under conditions of continuous rain and water pressure.
[0082] The water-resistant functional additive forms a perfect waterproof membrane that does not fail even in a water permeability test maintained at a water pressure of 0.3 megapascals for 3 hours, and prevents the swelling of the coating film through high moisture permeability resistance that blocks rainwater while releasing moisture from inside the substrate.
[0083] The cross-section repair material is configured to suppress surface delamination and efflorescence by including additional additives to maintain adhesion strength with the concrete substrate even in environments exposed to repeated hot and cold cycles and accelerated weathering.
[0084] The cross-section repair material flexibly responds to changes in the harsh external environment based on proven corrosion resistance, with no discoloration or rust occurring even after 100 hours of neutral salt spray testing, and blocks the leaching of water-soluble salts that cause whitening.
[0085] A cross-sectional repair material according to one embodiment of the present invention having the composition described above provides an excellent effect in which three key additives, each specifically corresponding to different deterioration factors, are organically combined within the composite resin to form a triple barrier that safely protects concrete structures in any harsh environment.
[0086] In one embodiment, the cross-sectional repair material may include an acrylic polyol component and an oily isocyanate component.
[0087] The acrylic polyol component and the oily isocyanate component are composed of a polyurethane series and, unlike for primers, are provided in a weight ratio of 1 to 0.35 without a separate acetone diluent.
[0088] The acrylic polyol component and the oil-based isocyanate component maximize the solid content of the formulation by excluding diluents, thereby minimizing the shrinkage rate of the coating film and enabling the original cross-sectional thickness to be maintained without loss even after curing.
[0089] The cross-section repair material is configured so that the application to the cross-section of the structure is completed within 120 minutes from the time of mixing, in order to maintain the adhesion performance and viscosity required for construction on vertical and inclined surfaces during the polymerization reaction process that begins immediately after mixing the components.
[0090] The cross-section repair material prevents the decrease in adhesion caused by gelation proceeding after the resin's pot life is exceeded by forcing the work to be completed within 120 minutes, which is the golden time for the polymerization reaction, and induces the most active chemical bonding to occur on the concrete surface.
[0091] The cross-sectional repair material prevents the loss of solids due to dilution and the deterioration of physical properties of the mixture, and restores the cross-sectional shape by inducing complete chemical hardening on the surface of the concrete matrix.
[0092] The cross-section repair material maintains an appropriate viscosity of 1.25 centipoise to form a protective layer of uniform thickness without sagging even on vertical surfaces, and exhibits excellent moldability that precisely reproduces the cross-sectional shape of complex curved surfaces or corners in their original form.
[0093] The cross-section repair material of the composite resin cross-section molding step according to one embodiment of the present invention, having the composition described above, achieves the effect of forming a defect-free protective layer that exhibits the highest level of mechanical strength and chemical resistance by fundamentally eliminating void defects inside the coating film through an optimal ratio and time control method in which it is formulated with only 100 percent reactive material without a solvent.
[0094] In one embodiment, the cross-section repair material may include a methacrylate-based and polyisocyanate composite resin and a sealant-based auxiliary agent.
[0095] In addition to their basic physical properties, methacrylate-based and polyisocyanate composite resins absorb dynamic behavior and additional stress concentrated in joints or crack-vulnerable areas of concrete structures, thereby suppressing physical damage to the section protection layer.
[0096] Methacryl and polyisocyanate composite resins ensure the primary durability of structures based on excellent surface hardness and corrosion resistance as a main protective layer, and create an eco-friendly construction environment by recording a total volatile organic compound emission of less than 0.043 milligrams per hour.
[0097] Furthermore, the cross-sectional repair material comprising the aforementioned methacrylate-based and polyisocyanate composite resin is configured to ensure maximized eco-friendliness and harmlessness to the human body by fundamentally blocking the generation of harmful substances, with formaldehyde and toluene emissions recording less than 0.005 mg / m²·h, which is below the detection limit. Based on this perfect harmlessness to the human body and chemical stability, the cross-sectional repair material can be directly applied not only to general civil engineering and construction structures but also to industrial facilities that come into contact with acids, alkalis, and salts, and especially to the internal and external surface coating of drinking water tanks. Through this, it provides excellent construction effects that perfectly protect the health and safety of construction workers and maintain eco-friendly and stable performance for a long period, thereby realizing the safest and most comfortable maintenance without concerns about secondary contamination in public infrastructure and water treatment facilities.
[0098] Sealant-based additives are configured to include additional components to complement flexibility.
[0099] Sealant-based additives are applied locally to areas subject to extreme shrinkage and expansion, such as bridge expansion joints or structural cross-sections of industrial facilities with severe vibration, thereby completely suppressing crack propagation by adding maximized followability that exceeds the inherent elongation at fracture of the composite resin.
[0100] A cross-sectional repair material according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above exhibits the effect of achieving broad construction compatibility, capable of perfectly accommodating and protecting not only general structures subjected to static loads but also cross-sections of special vulnerable parts where dynamic loads are concentrated, by selectively fusing a high-elasticity sealant auxiliary agent to a high-strength main composite resin.
[0101] The hardening and integration step (S400) hardens the cross-section repair material to form a protective layer integrated with the concrete matrix.
[0102] The hardening and integration step (S400) forms a robust barrier that prevents the penetration of carbon dioxide and chloride ions, thereby significantly extending the long-term durability and lifespan of the concrete structure without delamination even in extreme external environments or repeated freeze-thaw conditions.
[0103] Here, the protective layer formed by the curing and integration step (S400) may include a first coating layer and a second coating layer.
[0104] The protective layer is formed into an integrated film with a total target thickness of 350 micrometers through a multilayer coating process in which a second coating of 150 micrometers is performed in a cross-shaped cross pattern after 3 to 4 hours have elapsed, which is before the coated surface is completely dried, following a primary coating of 200 micrometers.
[0105] The protective layer is formed by inducing a perfect interlayer cross-linking reaction in which polymer chains between the upper and lower layers intertwine and bond with each other by proceeding with a second coating in an alternating cross pattern while the first coating surface is in an active state before it is completely chemically cured, thereby completing a single coating film without heterogeneity.
[0106] The protective layer is limited to preventing interlayer delamination between each coating layer to secure physical bonding strength, while maintaining stable cross-sectional protection performance without thermal deformation or destruction of the coating film.
[0107] The protective layer forms an optimal waterproof thickness of 350 micrometers with an appropriate consumption of 0.4745 kilograms per square meter and exhibits excellent elasticity satisfying a bending resistance of 2 millimeters, perfectly dispersing stress caused by external physical impact or shrinkage and expansion of the concrete matrix.
[0108] A protective layer according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above provides the effect of fundamentally preventing coating film breakage and peeling defects by eliminating the interface between layers through the application of a precisely calculated application time interval and a cross-shaped multilayer application method, and by securing tensile strength and impact resistance that are significantly improved compared to a single-layer coating.
[0109] In one embodiment, the curing and integration step (S400) may further include a complete curing process in which the cross-section repair material is completely cured by curing at room temperature (e.g., 20°C) for at least 24 hours after the multilayer coating process is completed.
[0110] The above complete curing process induces the polymerization reaction of the composite resin to be stably completed, thereby securing initial adhesion strength and structural stability, and supports the formation of an initial physical barrier in the protective layer that can defend against the penetration of carbon dioxide and chloride ions.
[0111] Furthermore, the hardening and integration step (S400) may further include a durability development process in which the penetration of micropores into the concrete body of the cross-section repair material and the chemical cross-linking reaction are finally completed within 7 days based on room temperature (e.g., 20℃) after the complete hardening process, thereby achieving perfect durability.
[0112] The above durability development process goes beyond simple surface hardening of the coating film to complete chemical reactions within the capillary pores, thereby maximizing the stable anchoring effect. Through this, it is configured to finally achieve perfect water resistance, flame resistance, and mechanical durability satisfying design standards starting from 7 days after application, ensuring long-term cross-sectional protection performance by achieving continuous improvement in physical properties even after initial hardening.
[0113] A concrete cross-section repair and reinforcement method according to one embodiment of the present invention, having the configuration described above, utilizes a methacrylate-based polyisocyanate composite resin with maximized functions for preventing concrete carbonation and salt damage to perfectly protect the entire surface of the structure beyond simple local cross-section repair, and in particular, by reinforcing the internal structure through nano-penetration technology, it exhibits an excellent effect of fundamentally suppressing crack recurrence and interlayer spalling after construction.
[0114] A concrete section repair and reinforcement method according to an embodiment of the present invention provides construction flexibility optimized for partial repair (local repair), which involves targeting and repairing only specific damaged areas without the need to reconstruct the entire structure or apply a full coating. Through the organic combination of a nano-scale micropore penetration aid and a main composite resin with excellent adhesion performance, the heterogeneity between the existing substrate and the new repair layer, which inevitably occurs during partial repair, is overcome, and interlayer delamination and moisture re-penetration at the interface are completely blocked, thereby restoring the structure to a single integrated section. This significantly reduces maintenance costs and work time for the structure and allows for immediate response to various types of damage, thereby maximizing applicability in practical field settings.
[0116] Figure 2 is a flowchart illustrating the surface preparation step of Figure 1.
[0117] Referring to FIG. 2, the surface preparation step (S100) includes a structure processing step (S110) and a cross-section maintenance step (S120).
[0118] The structure processing step (S110) involves determining the damage range by checking the carbonation index of the concrete structure in advance, and then using a structure processing device (100) to process the peeled and damaged parts of the concrete structure at a certain depth and slope to secure a geometric attachment area for physical bonding with a subsequent coating material.
[0119] The structural processing step (S110) accurately identifies not only visible delamination areas but also potential neutralization areas through prior diagnosis, and precisely processes the corresponding areas at a uniform angle to form a strong mechanical anchoring foam that can interlock and support the repair material without it falling off.
[0120] The cross-section maintenance step (S120) removes moisture, water-soluble salts, paint residue, solid contaminants, and whitening from the processed surface through mechanical treatment using a wire brush, shot blast, or grinder.
[0121] The cross-section maintenance step (S120) performs a key cleaning role of completely removing foreign substances adhered to the surface through high-intensity impact and polishing action to open the surface pores 100 percent so that the subsequent nano-penetration coating agent can flow into the capillary pores without blockage.
[0122] The cross-section maintenance step (S120) maintains an optimal attachment cross-section by excluding surface interference factors that hinder the penetration of the auxiliary agent into the capillary pores in the subsequent micropore penetration treatment step (S200).
[0123] The cross-sectional maintenance step (S120) provides a defect-free substrate that fundamentally prevents defects such as film expansion and bubble formation by strictly managing residual humidity and salt concentration below permissible limits to eliminate side reaction factors that interfere with the polymerization reaction of the polyisocyanate resin.
[0124] A surface preparation step (S100) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above combines a scientific diagnosis of the extent of damage and a precise physical cross-section forming process utilizing a structural processing device to perfectly lay the foundation for a structurally integrated restoration method rather than a simple repair, and exhibits an excellent effect of dramatically extending the repair life.
[0126] FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a structure processing device according to the present invention.
[0127] Referring to FIG. 3, the structure processing device (100) includes a device body part (110), a handle (120), a wheel housing (130), a support wheel (140), a processing part installation groove (150), a first processing part (160), and a second processing part (170).
[0128] The device body (110) is positioned to cover the processing location of the concrete structure.
[0129] The device body (110) acts as a protective cover to prevent fine dust and debris generated during concrete cross-section processing from scattering into the atmosphere, and safely isolates the internal precision drive parts from external moisture or contaminants, thereby significantly extending the durability of the equipment.
[0130] A handle (120) is installed on the device body (110) so that the user can move the device body (110) after gripping it.
[0131] The handle (120) is positioned in a location that allows for easy control of the center of gravity by taking into account the ergonomic movement of the worker, thereby maximizing the steering and mobility convenience of the equipment even at a concrete section repair site with severe irregularities, and supporting the maintenance of a precise processing trajectory without deviation.
[0132] The wheel housing (130) is installed on one side and the other side of the device body (110) with the processing position in between, and moves up and down to adjust the placement height of the device body (110).
[0133] The wheel housing (130) acts as a vertical lifting guide that can strictly maintain the horizontal balance of the entire device by individually responding to the irregular steps of the aged on-site concrete structure and precisely target the concrete cutting depth of the internal processing roller in micrometers.
[0134] The support wheels (140) are each rotatably connected to the wheel housing (130) and are seated on a concrete structure to support the device body (110).
[0135] The support wheel (140) is made of a special high-friction material and secures a constant straight driving force without slipping even on surfaces where slipping occurs frequently or surfaces where moisture remains, and absorbs processing vibrations to ensure consistent surface cutting quality.
[0136] The processing part installation groove (150) is formed on one side of the lower part of the device body (110) so that it can be seated at the processing position of a concrete structure in which the lower part of the device body (110) is formed in a depression.
[0137] The processing unit installation groove (150) provides a sufficient operating chamber space for the first processing unit and the second processing unit to directly contact the surface of the structure and rotate at high speed, and accurately targets only the damaged peeled area locally to prevent unnecessary damage to the normal cross-section.
[0138] The first processing unit (160) is installed in the processing unit installation groove (150) and simultaneously processes the vertical and horizontal surfaces of the concrete structure formed in a step shape.
[0139] The first processing unit (160) is a key cross-section maintenance means that integrates the existing cumbersome process of working on the flat and right-angled surfaces of a stepped structure separately into a single process, thereby significantly reducing the working time and ensuring an even balance of roughness on the attachment surface to which the subsequent composite resin is applied.
[0140] The second processing part (170) is installed in the processing part installation groove (150) and processes the corner where the vertical and horizontal planes of the concrete structure face each other.
[0141] The second processing section (170) provides ideal geometric continuity that allows the nano-penetrating coating agent to penetrate evenly by surface treatment of the corner area, which is a vulnerable part where stress is most severely concentrated and peeling of the repair material occurs most frequently during repeated freeze-thaw cycles, with a constant curvature and slope.
[0142] A structural processing device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above provides an excellent effect of completing an optimal, flawless base surface in which a micropore penetration aid can be anchored most deeply and uniformly into the capillary pores by precisely and simultaneously processing not only the vertical and horizontal planes of a complex stepped concrete structure but also the corner areas, which are vulnerable to physical stress, with a single device.
[0144] Figure 4 is a drawing showing the first processing part of Figure 3.
[0145] Referring to FIG. 4, the first processing unit (160) includes a first drive shaft (161), a second drive shaft (162), a first processing roller (163), a second processing roller (164), a first support frame (165), a second support frame (166), and a first angle adjustment gear (167).
[0146] The first drive shaft (161) is positioned horizontally with respect to the ground in the processing part installation groove (150) and rotated.
[0147] The first drive shaft (161) serves as a core power shaft that transmits powerful rotational torque generated from the main motor of the equipment directly to the first processing roller without loss, thereby uniformly and rapidly peeling and grinding the horizontal surface layer of high-strength aged concrete.
[0148] The second drive shaft (162) is positioned vertically to the ground in the processing unit installation groove (150), and its upper end is connected to one side of the first drive shaft (161) by a universal joint to receive or transmit driving force.
[0149] The second drive shaft (162) achieves innovative power distribution efficiency that allows for simultaneous striking and processing of vertical and horizontal planes with only one power source by converting the flow of power at a 90-degree angle through the flexible mechanical fastening structure of the universal joint to the second processing roller.
[0150] The first processing roller (163) is installed by axial coupling to the first driving shaft (161) and processes the horizontal surface of the concrete structure step surface by rotating on the first driving shaft (161).
[0151] The first processing roller (163) maximizes the nano-penetration depth of the primer by completely removing the deterioration factor layer that interferes with the chemical bonding of the repair material, such as water-soluble salts or carbon dioxide film remaining on the surface, thereby exposing the clean, new concrete capillary pores underneath to the outside.
[0152] The second processing roller (164) is installed by axial coupling to the second drive shaft (162) and processes the vertical surface of the concrete structure's step surface by rotating on the second drive shaft (162).
[0153] The second processing roller (164) provides a strong frictional force that allows the composite resin to stably hang and maintain adhesion performance during the 120-minute golden time when the polymerization reaction is initiated by artificially forming a fine irregular pattern on a vertical surface where sagging or detachment is likely to occur when applying the repair material due to gravity.
[0154] The first support frame (165) is formed by bending in a circular shape around the position where the first drive shaft (161) and the second drive shaft (162) are connected and installed, and one end exposed to the processing part installation groove (150) is connected and installed on the other side of the first drive shaft (161) to support the first drive shaft (161).
[0155] The first support frame (165) completely absorbs strong eccentric vibrations and repulsive forces generated during high-speed rotation through a rigid arched structure, thereby preventing mechanical fatigue failure phenomena in which the first drive shaft deviates from the set horizontal axis or bends.
[0156] The second support frame (166) is formed by bending in a circular shape around the position where the first drive shaft (161) and the second drive shaft (162) are connected and installed, and one end exposed to the processing part installation groove (150) is connected and installed at the bottom of the second drive shaft (162) to support the second drive shaft (162) and is arranged to overlap with the first support frame (165) inside the device body part (110).
[0157] The second support frame (166) forms an overlapping structure that intersects the first support frame in a sliding manner, thereby maximizing the utilization of the limited internal space, while firmly securing the second drive shaft in the vertical direction without shaking up, down, left, or right, ensuring precise impact.
[0158] The first angle adjustment gear (167) is connected and installed by engaging with the first support frame (165) and the second support frame (166) simultaneously by gear coupling, and rotates in a forward or reverse direction to expose the first support frame (165) and the second support frame (166) to the processing part installation groove (150) or to receive them from the processing part installation groove (150), thereby adjusting the connection angle between the first drive shaft (161) and the second drive shaft (162).
[0159] The first angle adjustment gear (167) reflects the site characteristics that not all concrete stairs or joints form a perfect right angle, and by flexibly fine-adjusting the processing angle between shafts from a vertical 90-degree angle to an obtuse or acute angle, it realizes customized control that precisely tracks and processes only the damaged parts without damaging the original shape of the structure.
[0160] The first processing unit (160) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above provides the effect of rapidly creating a uniform and clean L-shaped maintenance cross-section that can maximize the adhesion strength of the composite resin even in a poor cross-section having an irregular uneven structure by organically combining power distribution through a universal joint and an active shape-corresponding mechanism through an angle adjustment gear.
[0162] Figure 5 is a drawing showing the second processing part of Figure 3.
[0163] Referring to FIG. 5, the second processing unit (170) includes a third drive shaft (171), a third processing roller (172), a third support frame (173), and a third angle adjustment gear (174).
[0164] The third drive shaft (171) is installed in the processing part installation groove (150) and is positioned so as to be inclined with the corner where the vertical and horizontal planes of the concrete face each other.
[0165] The third drive shaft (171) provides a structural base that physically mitigates the weak nature of the aged concrete corner section, which easily crumbles when an external load is concentrated, by forming an optimal impact angle that can apply processing pressure in the direction of the bevel to the sharp right-angle corner.
[0166] The third processing roller (172) is installed by axial coupling to the third drive shaft (171) and processes the corners of the concrete structure's step surface into inclined surfaces while rotating by the third drive shaft (171).
[0167] The third processing roller (172) provides a new cushioning sloped cross-section that allows the repair material to be applied thickly and uniformly by gently cutting the sharp edges into a chamfered shape to prevent the phenomenon where the thickness of the coating film is reduced when the repair material covers the corner area, thereby preventing the waterproofing performance or tensile strength from decreasing.
[0168] The third support frame (173) is formed by bending into a round shape, and one end and multiple ends exposed to the processing part installation groove (150) are respectively connected to one end and the other side of the third drive shaft (171) to support the third drive shaft (171).
[0169] The third support frame (173) prevents bending deformation of the third drive shaft and ensures uniform and clean inclined surface processing by simultaneously suppressing irregular and strong rebound shocks transmitted from the corner bottom surface as it rotates in an inclined state at both ends.
[0170] The third angle adjustment gear (174) is connected to the third support frame (173) by a gear connection and rotates in the forward or reverse direction to adjust the position angle of the third drive shaft (171).
[0171] The third angle adjustment gear (174) supports the creation of an optimal cross-sectional profile that prevents thermal deformation and destruction of the coating film by flexibly responding to the curvature or chamfering angle of the corners required according to the structural characteristics or design load conditions of the site and immediately setting the inclination of the processing roller.
[0172] The second processing part (170) according to one embodiment of the present invention, having the configuration described above, achieves the effect of completely relieving stress concentration in the coating film and dramatically improving the long-term cross-sectional maintenance performance and lifespan of the protective layer by reorganizing the concrete corner, which is the weak point where defects occur first after repair, into a geometrically gentle slope structure.
[0174] Figure 6 is a drawing showing the third processing roller of Figure 5.
[0176] * Referring to FIG. 6, the third processing roller (172) includes a roller body (1721), a first driving ring (1722), a first ring driving gear (1723), a second driving ring (1724), a second ring driving gear (1725), a block receiving groove (1726), a cutting block (1727), a block wing (1728), a wing guide groove (1729), a wing support spring (1730), an exposed driving cam (1731), a hollow groove (1732), a block support (1733), a support sphere (1734), a base plate (1735), a cushioning spring (1736), and a support strength adjustment bolt (1737).
[0177] The roller body (1721) is installed on the third drive shaft (171) by axial coupling.
[0178] The roller body (1721) acts as a sturdy exoskeleton that safely accommodates complex and various internal precision drive components from external impacts and functions as a basic framework for power transmission that transmits rotational power to surrounding cutting blocks in a balanced manner.
[0179] The first drive ring (1722) is formed in the shape of a cylindrical pipe and is connected and installed to be rotatable inside the roller body part (1721).
[0180] The first drive ring (1722) functions as the core rotating body of the cam mechanism that protrudes the cutting block outward, and plays a dynamic control role that revolves smoothly inside the roller and forms the cycle of the processing pattern.
[0181] The first ring drive gear (1723) rotates the first drive ring (1722).
[0182] The first ring drive gear (1723) provides mechanical control to form a cutting groove of a constant depth that is neither too deep nor too shallow on the surface of aged concrete by optimizing the rotational speed of the first drive ring through a gear ratio independent of the main power.
[0183] The second drive ring (1724) is formed in the shape of a cylindrical pipe with a smaller diameter than the first drive ring (1722) and is connected and installed to be rotatable inside the roller body (1721).
[0184] The second drive ring (1724) is compactly arranged in a concentric structure within the inner space of the first drive ring to realize miniaturization of the equipment while providing an independent rotational trajectory for adjusting the height of the inner cushioning parts.
[0185] The second ring drive gear (1725) rotates the second drive ring (1724).
[0186] The second ring drive gear (1725) provides innovative operational convenience by directly transmitting the user's fine operation input from the outside to the second drive ring, allowing the cutting shock cushioning strength to be adjusted in real time without the need to stop the device during processing.
[0187] Multiple block storage grooves (1726) are spaced apart along the circumference of the roller body (1721).
[0188] The block storage groove (1726) provides physical slots in which cutting blocks that directly strike the concrete can be arranged at regular intervals, thereby inducing uniform frictional and striking forces to be distributed along the circumferential direction.
[0189] The cutting block (1727) is stored in the block storage groove (1726) and, after being exposed from the block storage groove (1726), rotates together with the roller body (1721) to form a groove on the processing surface.
[0190] The cutting block (1727) intentionally creates a number of fine irregular scratches on the concrete edge surface, thereby expanding additional physical openings for subsequent nano-penetration of the primer and dramatically increasing the anchoring roughness to which the isocyanate resin can be engaged.
[0191] The block wing (1728) is formed along the circumference of the cutting block (1727).
[0192] The block wing (1728) acts as a safety stopper that structurally prevents a fatal accident in which the cutting block is completely dislodged from the receiving groove by centrifugal force during high-speed rotation and impact.
[0193] The wing guide groove (1729) is formed to extend along the inner surface of the block storage groove (1726) so that the block wing (1728) can be positioned and moved up and down.
[0194] The wing guide groove (1729) precisely guides the vertical sliding trajectory of the block wing, thereby minimizing frictional resistance so that the cutting block can move smoothly without twisting or jamming inside the groove due to frictional heat.
[0195] The wing support spring (1730) is installed on the upper side of the wing guide groove (1729) as the cutting block (1727) is positioned along the inner side, and supports the block wing (1728) by pressing it against the inner side of the wing guide groove (1729).
[0196] The wing support spring (1730) provides a strong restoring force that immediately forces the cutting block back to its original storage position after impact, thereby preventing unnecessary continuous impact and protecting the concrete body from damage.
[0197] The exposed drive cams (1731) are spaced apart and installed along the outer surface of the first drive ring (1722), and rotate together with the first drive ring (1722) to lift the lower end of the cutting block (1727), expose it from the block storage groove (1726), and support it.
[0198] The exposed drive cam (1731) is a core power conversion component that converts rotational motion into periodic up-and-down striking motion, and enables precision machining by protruding the cutting block only at a constant timing and height to engrave a macro groove pattern of uniform depth on the edge surface.
[0199] The hollow groove (1732) is formed hollowly between the first driving ring (1722) and the second driving ring (1724) while facing the block storage groove (1726).
[0200] The hollow groove (1732) provides a safe internal buffering space in which shock-absorbing mechanism parts can operate independently to prevent massive vibration energy generated upon impact from spreading throughout the entire roller body.
[0201] The block support (1733) is installed in the hollow groove (1732) so as to be able to move up and down.
[0202] The block support (1733) acts as a buffer piston that directly receives the instantaneous rebound impact load transmitted inward through the exposed drive cam and evenly distributes the energy to the lower buffer components.
[0203] The support sphere (1734) is installed on the upper side of the block support (1733) and supports the inner surface of the first drive ring (1722).
[0204] The support sphere (1734) minimizes the contact between the first drive ring rotating at high speed and the block support moving up and down to point contact, thereby extremely reducing mechanical friction resistance and enabling smooth power transmission like a bearing.
[0205] The base plate (1735) is installed on the inside of the hollow groove (1732).
[0206] The base plate (1735) forms a sturdy lower base that supports the tension of the cushioning spring and acts as a reference plane that moves smoothly up and down according to external height adjustment force to variably control the threshold of the shock absorption performance.
[0207] The cushioning spring (1736) is installed on the upper side of the base plate (1735) to support the block support (1733) and cushions the vibration and shock transmitted from the cutting block (1727) to the block support (1733) via the first driving ring (1722).
[0208] The cushioning spring (1736) instantaneously dissipates the impact force applied to the weakened aged concrete, thereby completely preventing cracks from spreading to the surroundings or the corner itself from collapsing significantly, ensuring the safest and smoothest cross-sectional maintenance for the aged structure.
[0209] The support strength adjustment bolt (1737) is rotatably connected to the base plate (1735) to support the base plate (1735), is connected to the second drive ring (1724) by a gear connection, and is connected to the lower side of the hollow groove (1732) by a screw connection. As the second drive ring (1724) rotates, it rotates together with the base plate (1735) and is exposed to or discharged from the hollow groove (1732) to move the base plate (1735) up and down, thereby adjusting the support strength by the cushioning spring (1736).
[0210] The support strength adjustment bolt (1737) enables the impact strength of the cutting block to be freely dialed in step according to the degree of damage and carbonation depth of the concrete site, thereby enabling optimal intelligent cushioning control performance that allows for soft surface treatment in brittle areas and strong surface treatment in hard areas.
[0211] A third processing roller (172) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above exhibits maximized processing stability and efficiency by combining a periodic micro-groove forming mechanism through sophisticated cam driving and an innovative multi-buffering system that absorbs and controls impact rebound force according to the concrete strength at the site, thereby increasing primer nano-penetration power to the limit without damage to vulnerable corner cross-sections.
[0213] The overall operating mechanism of the above-described structural processing device (100) is summarized as follows. When a worker grasps the handle (120) and moves the device along a damaged concrete step surface or joint cross section, the first processing section (160) and the second processing section (170) come into close contact with the target cross section at a height set by the wheel housing (130). When power is applied to the equipment, the rollers rotate at high speed through the first drive shaft (161) and the third drive shaft (171) to simultaneously strike and cut flat, vertical, and corner areas. During this process, the worker can operate the first angle adjustment gear (167) and the third angle adjustment gear (174) to perform real-time processing angle tuning tailored to the irregular cross-sectional shape of the site. In particular, inside the third processing roller (172) responsible for corner processing, an exposed driving cam (1731) linked to the rotation of the first driving ring (1722) periodically protrudes the cutting block (1727) to form a precise fine groove, and the irregular rebound impact generated at this time is immediately dissipated by a cushioning spring (1736) inside the hollow groove (1732) controlled by the second ring driving gear (1725), thereby completing a stable primer penetration cross-section without damage to the equipment and the aging concrete structure.
