[0032] In describing the disclosed busbar taping device, the busbar (B) shown in the drawing is depicted as having a structure mounted in an approximately horizontal direction, but is not limited thereto and may have a tubular shape or various other geometric structures. Additionally, the busbar (B) may be manufactured from copper, aluminum, or plating materials, and holes and clamping elements for mounting and fixing may be applied to both ends of the busbar, or to the base or end of the busbar, and the busbar material may also be changed to an alloy containing at least one of gold, silver, aluminum, or copper.

[0033] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a winding unit (20) according to one embodiment of the disclosed invention is mounted on a robot arm (10) and moves at a preset speed according to the motion of the robot arm (10) and winds a tape onto a bus bar (B).

[0034] The above winding unit (20) comprises a mounting unit (26) connected to the robot arm (10), a base unit (21) that moves together with the movement of the robot arm (10), and at least one ring gear (23), and a rotating unit (30) having a tape cartridge (50) that rotates relative to the bus bar (B) according to the rotation of the ring gear (23) and coats the tape onto the bus bar (B).

[0035] The above winding unit (20) is configured to include a mounting unit (26) coupled to the robot arm (10), and a disk (25) attached to one side of the base (21) and moving up and down toward the center of the rotating unit (30), and supporting the busbar uncoated unit (B1) between the rotating unit (30) and the gripping unit (40).

[0036] The above disk (25) may be configured to be movable in either a direction toward the busbar (B) or a direction toward the busbar (B) to be separated from the busbar (5) during a lifting operation to grasp the busbar (B).

[0037] According to an embodiment, when the disk (25) moves in a direction closer to the bus bar (B), the upper disk moves downward and the lower disk moves upward, thereby enabling the disk to grip the bus bar (B). On the other hand, when the gripping state is released, the disks (25) are driven up and down in a direction away from the bus bar (B), thereby allowing them to be separated from the bus bar (B).

[0038] The above winding unit (20) may have a pinion-rack structure coupled to a known electric motor for the aforementioned disk lifting drive.

[0039] Meanwhile, the aforementioned winding unit (20) can wind the tape onto the bus bar (B) and apply coating by rotating around the bus bar (B) while the tape is mounted on the tape cartridge (50).

[0040] The tape mounted on the tape cartridge (50) may be composed of an insulating tape, and may be at least one of mica tape, PVC tape, glass tape, or glass fiber tape. Additionally, the insulating tape may include ethylene propylene rubber (EPR / EPDM) or silicone rubber, or a rubber-based tape.

[0041] In the present invention, the robot arm (10) may use any one of 4 axes, 6 axes, or 8 axes, but is not limited thereto.

[0042] Depending on the direction of movement of the robot arm (10), the winding unit (20) can move horizontally along the length of the bus bar (B) for tape coating, for example, from the base of the bus bar to the end of the bus bar.

[0043] Relying on preset robot arm control logic, the winding unit (20) may be controlled to a preset movement section to enable tape coating on a specific part of the bus bar (B) when necessary. For example, if tape coating is required only on the central part of the bus bar (B), the robot arm (10) moves the winding unit (20) to the central part of the bus bar (B), and the rotating unit (30) starts rotating so that tape is wound on the central part of the bus bar (B) and tape coating is enabled.

[0044] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the tape cartridge (50) comprises a holder bracket (71) coupled to a ring gear (23), a drum (73) with its back surface fixed to the holder bracket (71) and a tape reel rotatably fitted onto its front surface, and a tension adjustment plate (80) detachably coupled to the holder bracket (71) and adjusting the tension of the tape reel.

[0045] The above tape cartridge (50) may further comprise a quick-release pin (74) coupled to a pinhole (77) of a tension adjustment plate (80) and a cover (78) that adjusts the tape unwinding tension by pressing the reel of the tape fitted into the drum (73).

[0046] A magnetic adjustment rod (75), having at least a head portion made of a magnet, is coupled to one side of the tension adjustment plate (80) so as to be movable back and forth, and the cover (78) can be formed to have magnetism on at least one side.

[0047] The center of the above cover (78) is provided with a pin hole (77) into which one side of the above quick release pin (74) is caught during assembly.

[0048] According to one embodiment, the tape cartridge (50) may be configured in multiple units to coat various types of tapes and configured in the rotating part (30), and the degree to which the cover (78) presses the tape reel may be independently controlled by adjusting the degree of coupling of the magnetic adjustment rod (75) while the quick release pin (74) is engaged in the pinhole (77) of the cover (78).

[0049] The above tape cartridge (50) is shown as three, but can be modified into multiple configurations of different types depending on the tape coating requirements.

[0050] For example, one tape cartridge (50) may be equipped with mica tape, another tape cartridge (50) may be equipped with PVC tape, and yet another tape cartridge (50) may be equipped with glass fiber tape.

[0051] At least one of the tapes mounted in the tape cartridge (50) can be coated onto the bus bar (5). When the tape is coated onto the bus bar (B), a portion of the tape may be coated overlappingly. For example, a subsequent tape may be wound over a portion of the tape that was previously wound and coated.

[0052] According to various embodiments, a mica tape may be wound first and then covered approximately 2 / 3 of the width of the coated tape, and a subsequent tape may be wound, whereby the overlap width, i.e., approximately 2 / 3 of the tape width, may be 15 mm. As another example, a PVC tape, glass tape, or glass fiber tape may be wound first and then covered approximately 1 / 3 of the width of the coated tape, whereby the subsequent tape may be wound, whereby the overlap width, i.e., approximately 1 / 3 of the tape width, may be 18 mm.

[0053] Referring to FIG. 4, the gripping member (40) according to the disclosed embodiment is provided with a gripping member (44) that restrains busbar vibration at a pre-set busbar gripping position from the winding member (20). When the winding member (20) winds the tape at a position close to the base portion of the busbar (B), it grips one side of the busbar uncoated portion (B1) in front of the winding member and moves at the same speed as the winding member (20). When the winding member (20) winds the tape at a position close to the end portion of the busbar, it moves to the rear of the winding member along a pre-set movement trajectory (T) and grips one side of the busbar coated portion.

[0054] The above movement path has a pre-set movement path between the robot arm (10) and the rotating part (30) so as not to interfere with the rotating part (30), and the movement path may have a linear path, a non-linear path, or various movement paths that are combinations thereof so as not to cause interference with the rotating part (30) when the gripping part (40) and the gripping member (44) move.

[0055] The above gripping member (44) comprises an upper body (41) having a guide portion (45) formed in an up-and-down direction, a driving portion (43) that moves up and down along the guide portion (45), a pair of gripping members (44) formed in front of the driving portion (43; 43a, 43b) that move up and down, and a lower body (42) formed at the bottom of the upper body (41) that moves the upper body (41) along the movement trajectory (T).

[0056] The above busbar pressure device (44) may be composed of a roller or disc capable of supporting the upper and lower parts of the busbar (B) with a preset pressure, and the lower body (42) is configured to be able to travel along a rail or rack pre-formed on the floor or floor structure (F) of the site.

[0057] FIG. 5 is a schematic side view illustrating the initial mounting state of a rod-shaped busbar for tape coating according to one embodiment of the disclosed invention.

[0058] The above busbar (B) can have one side of the busbar base (left end of the busbar in the drawing) and the busbar end (right end of the busbar in the drawing) fixed to a stand (60) in advance for tape coating.

[0059] The above-mentioned stand (60) can be configured in an upright position on the floor or frame structure (F) of the site.

[0060] FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating the orbital movement operation state of a gripping member according to an embodiment of the disclosed invention, where FIG. 6a is the operation state of the gripping member in a position close to the base end of the busbar of the winding member, and FIG. 6b is the operation state of the gripping member in a position close to the end end of the busbar of the winding member.

[0061] For tape coating, the busbar (B) is prepared in a busbar mounting position that is positioned approximately horizontally by restraining or clamping the busbar pinhole on the upper part of the mounting bracket (60).

[0062] During tape coating operation, the rotating part (30) of the winding part (20) moves toward the busbar base side by the robot arm (10) and has an initial winding position.

[0063] At this time, the gripping part (40) maintains a pre-set busbar gripping position (L1) from the winding part (20) or rotating part (30), as shown in FIG. 6a, and grips one side of the busbar uncoated part (B2) to effectively restrain the busbar vibration.

[0064] Here, when the rotating part (30) of the winding part (20) winds the tape at a position close to the base portion regarding the bus bar (B), it grips one side of the bus bar uncoated portion (B2) in front of the winding part and moves at the same speed as the winding part (20), thereby firmly restraining the bus bar vibration.

[0065] Meanwhile, when the above-mentioned winding unit (20) winds the tape at a position close to the end portion of the bus bar (B), as shown in FIG. 6b, the gripping unit (40) moves to the rear of the winding unit along a preset movement trajectory (T).

[0066] At this time, the gripping part (40) moves along a movement trajectory (T) that avoids interference with the rotating part (30) of the winding part (20) corresponding to the busbar coating section, such as a linear trajectory, a non-linear trajectory, or a composite trajectory combining these, and moves to the rear of the winding part.

[0067] Next, the gripping part (40), which is moved backward along the movement trajectory (T), grips one side of the busbar coating part (B1), where the rear gripping position (L2) of the winding part can be set depending on the travel distance of the winding part (20) with respect to the busbar (B) or the busbar vibration frequency required for tape coating quality.

[0068] Meanwhile, when the tape coating operation is finished, the rotating part (30) of the winding part (20) returns to the busbar base side by the robot arm (10), and the gripping part (40) also returns to the initial position.

[0069] As described above, the gripping part (40) according to the present invention grips the busbar (B, B1, B2) stepwise at a preset busbar gripping position (L1) formed in the busbar uncoated part (B2) and a rear gripping position (L2) formed in the busbar coated part (B1), thereby stably maintaining and absorbing vibrations, so that tape coating can be performed precisely and quality can be greatly improved.

[0070] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the attached drawings, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all technical concepts of the present invention.
