[0046] The first rotating plate (41) is configured to rotate according to the driving of the second motor (M2) which is fixed to the vertical plate (70).
[0047] The first eccentric rod (42) is eccentrically coupled to one end of the first rotating plate (41), and eccentric rotation occurs in accordance with the rotation of the first rotating plate (41).
[0048] The first seesaw motion rod (43) is connected to the other end of the first eccentric rod (42), and a first slot (43a) is formed at one end, and it performs a seesaw motion according to the eccentric rotation of the first eccentric rod (42).
[0049] The first moving body (44) is axially coupled to the first slot (43a) formed at one end of the first seesaw motion rod (43), and moves up and down according to the seesaw motion of the first seesaw motion rod (43).
[0050] The above pressing plate (45) is connected to a connecting rod (45a) that extends downward from the first moving body (44), and when the agricultural product holder (11) rotates to a binding position, the binding strap (1) supplied horizontally is pressed and moved in the direction of the agricultural product that is stacked in multiple stages on the agricultural product holder (11).
[0051] Here, a spring (48) for adjusting the pressing pressure of the pressing plate (45) may be formed on the connecting rod (45a).
[0052] That is, the spring (48) provides elastic force to regulate the pressing pressure of the pressing plate (45), thereby preventing agricultural products from being damaged by the strong pressing pressure of the pressing plate (45).
[0053] The bending rod (46) is formed extending downward from the first moving body (44) and has a bending groove (46a) formed at its end, and bends both ends of the binding string (1), which presses the agricultural product by the pressing plate (45), toward the lowest end of the agricultural product holder (11).
[0054] The above-mentioned rotating bundle piece (47) is formed at the bottom of the guide hole (12) which is positioned at the binding location, and rotates to be closed while exposed in an unfolded state by magnetic force according to the driving of the fourth motor (M4), and through the closing rotation, the binding string (1) which is bent toward the lowest direction of the agricultural product holder (11) by the bending rod (46) is tied into a knot.
[0055] That is, as the binding strap (1) is bent toward the lowest end of the agricultural product holder (11) from the folding rotation of the multi-stage rotating bundle piece (47), the agricultural product can form a bundle unit by means of the binding strap (1).
[0056] The discharge member (50) is formed on the lower side of the disc portion (10), and when the disc portion (10) is rotated 90° again after the agricultural products are bound in bundle units by the binding member (40), it rises toward the guide hole (12) side according to the driving of the third motor (M3) so as to discharge the agricultural products in bundle units from the agricultural product holder (11). This includes a second rotating plate (51), a second eccentric rod (52), a second seesaw motion rod (53), a second moving body (54), a support plate (55), and a discharge plate (56).
[0057] The first rotating plate (51) rotates according to the driving of the third motor (M3).
[0058] The second eccentric rod (52) is eccentrically axially coupled to one end of the second rotating plate (51) and rotates eccentrically according to the rotation of the second rotating plate (51).
[0059] The second seesaw motion rod (53) is connected to the other end of the second eccentric rod (52), and a second slot (53a) is formed at one end, and it performs a seesaw motion according to the eccentric rotation of the second eccentric rod (52).
[0060] The second moving body (54) is axially coupled to the other end of the second seesaw motion rod (53), and moves up and down according to the seesaw motion of the second seesaw motion rod (53).
[0061] The above support plate (55) is coupled to a connecting rod (55a) that extends upward from the second movable body (54), and is positioned on the bottom surface of the disc portion (10) when moving in a straight line upward.
[0062] The discharge plate (56) is formed protruding from one side of the base plate (55) and is configured to enter the guide hole (12) and push up the agricultural product that is bound by the binding strap (1) on the agricultural product holder (11) and discharge the agricultural product to a transport tray (not shown).
[0063] As such, the agricultural product binding device according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the attached FIGS. 1 to 9, first stacks and mounts spinach, which is an agricultural product, on one or three agricultural product holders (11) formed on the upper surface of the disc portion (10), and then drives the first motor (M1) to rotate the disc portion (10).
[0064] Then, as the disc position mounting portion (62) included in the disc position detection portion (20) is mounted in one position groove (61) formed in the disc portion (10), the disc position detection sensor (63) detects the position of another position groove (61), thereby detecting the rotational position of the disc portion (10), and turning off the operation of the first motor (M1) according to the detected position, the disc portion (10) rotates only 90°, and accordingly, a single agricultural product holder (11) on which spinach, an agricultural product, is mounted in a multi-stage stacking method can be placed at the binding position of the binding strap (1).
[0065] At this time, when the agricultural product holder (11) is mounted at the above binding position, the binding string supply unit (30) cuts the wound binding string (1) to a predetermined length while it is being supplied horizontally.
[0066] That is, when the binding cord (1) having an iron core is drawn out from the winding roller (31) included in the binding cord supply unit (30), the binding cord (1) is guided to be drawn out by the drawing guide unit (32), which is a roller structure, and is also horizontally supplied to the binding position while preventing sagging by the binding cord guide plate (33) to which a magnet (33a) is attached. When horizontally supplied, it is cut to a predetermined length by the cutter blade (34b) included in the cutting unit (34), and the binding cord (1) is positioned on the upper side of the agricultural product holder (11) placed at the binding position, and is bound in bundles by the binding member (40).
[0067] That is, when the first rotating plate (41) included in the binding member (40) rotates according to the driving of the second motor (M2), the eccentric rotation of the first eccentric rod (42) occurs, and the first seesaw motion rod (43) performs a seesaw motion, and accordingly, the first movable body (44) descends, and as the first movable body (44) descends, the pressing plate (45) lowers while pressing the binding strap (1) that is horizontally supplied in the direction of spinach forming a multi-stage stacked structure according to the pressure control of the spring (48).
[0068] At this time, the bending rod (46) included in the binding member (40) bends both ends of the binding string (1), which presses the agricultural product by the pressing plate (45) through the bending groove (46a), toward the lowest end of the agricultural product holder (11), and the rotating binding piece (47), which is exposed in an unfolded state by magnetic force, rotates to be closed according to the driving of the fourth motor (M4), thereby binding the binding string (1), which is bent toward the lowest end of the agricultural product holder (11) by the bending rod (46), into a knot.
[0069] That is, as the binding strap (1) is bent toward the lowest end of the agricultural product holder (11) from the folding rotation of the multi-stage rotating bundle piece (47), the agricultural product can form a bundle unit by means of the binding strap (1).
[0070] Next, when the above agricultural products are bundled into a bundle unit, the first motor (M1) is driven again to rotate the disc part (10) 90° again, and the rotation can be controlled by the disc position detection part (20).
[0071] Meanwhile, when the disc portion (10) stops after rotating 90° as described above, the second rotating plate (51) included in the discharge member (50) rotates according to the driving of the third motor (M3), and the second eccentric rod (52) rotates eccentrically, and the seesaw motion of the second seesaw motion rod (53) is performed according to the eccentric rotation of the second eccentric rod (52).
[0072] Then, as the second moving body (54) included in the discharge member (50) moves upward, the support plate (55) moves in conjunction with it, and accordingly, the discharge plate (56) formed on the upper surface of the support plate (55) enters the guide hole (12) formed in the original plate part (10), and pushes up the agricultural product that is bound by the binding strap (1) on the agricultural product holder (11), thereby allowing the agricultural product to be discharged to a transport tray (not shown).
[0073] That is, the agricultural product binding device according to the embodiment of the present invention can stably bind spinach, which is an agricultural product stacked in multiple layers on an agricultural product holder (11) formed on a disc portion (10), into bundle units using a binding string (1). Since the agricultural product bound into bundle units is stably discharged into a transport tray by rotating the discharge position of the disc portion (10), there is no waiting time to remove the agricultural product that is bundled into layers and supply it again, so the process of bundling new agricultural products can be carried out immediately.
[0074] Although the technical concept of the agricultural product binding device of the present invention has been described above together with the attached drawings, this is merely an illustrative description of the best embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the invention.
[0075] Accordingly, the present invention is not limited to the specific preferred embodiments described above, and anyone with ordinary knowledge in the art to which the invention pertains can make various modifications without departing from the essence of the invention as claimed in the claims, and such modifications will be within the scope of the claims.
