Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a natural water playground in a river, and more specifically, to a natural water playground that can provide a separate water playground by blocking off a part of the river when necessary without losing the function of the river, and can be easily restored to its original state as a river when not in use. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, swimming is an aerobic exercise performed in water, and facilities such as fitness pools, swimming pools, and water parks are designed to allow people to enjoy swimming by filling a certain amount of water in a designated, limited space.

[0004] Since swimming is a full-body workout that promotes even development of the entire body, and considering it is an aerobic exercise, it not only strengthens cardiorespiratory endurance and function but also does not strain the body during exercise, making it a beneficial activity for people of all ages.

[0005] Recently, as society has developed and advanced, the quality of life has improved significantly compared to the past, and as a result, it is true that citizens' desire for leisure, hobbies, and outdoor activities is increasing.

[0006] However, due to urbanization, industrialization, and population concentration, it is not easy to install water play or swimming facilities in land areas, and there is a problem that there is not enough land available for use and construction costs increase due to rising land prices.

[0007] Therefore, recently, many local governments have been utilizing waterfront spaces such as reservoirs, streams, rivers, and the sea near cities to create separate water playgrounds or swimming pool facilities for citizens to enjoy; however, there is a problem in that the natural advantages of the streams or riversides are not fully utilized because they have a strong artificial feel despite being located along the waterfront.

[0008] Furthermore, utilizing areas for purposes such as water play requires damaging parts of nature, such as rivers; when not in use, these areas are left neglected, which not only spoils the aesthetics but also makes it difficult to restore the damaged rivers, often leaving them in a damaged state. [0039] The water playground (200) of the present invention refers to a specific space formed by blocking the flow of the river by constructing sluice gates (110) (120) on the upstream and downstream sides of the river (100), and in the water playground (200) thus formed, water blocked by the upstream sluice gate (110) is filtered and then supplied so that the user can enjoy water play in clean water.

[0040] Here, the upstream sluice gate (110) may be composed of an upper water barrier plate (111) and a riffle gabion (112), and the upper water barrier plate (111) is formed in the shape of a plate having a predetermined thickness, width, and area to block the flow of the river and may be fixedly installed on the bottom of the river (100).

[0041] To this end, referring to FIG. 3, a fixing member (113) for fixing an upper water barrier plate (111) may be further provided at the bottom of the river (100), and the fixing member (113) may be configured by forming an insertion groove (115) between the two support members (114) so that the upper water barrier plate (111) can be inserted and connected. Accordingly, the upper water barrier plate (111) can be inserted into the insertion groove (115) of the fixing member (113) to be connected or easily separated and removed.

[0042] As another configuration for fixing the upper water barrier plate (111), a support member (114) may be formed protruding from the central part of the fixing member (113), and a fitting groove (116) may be formed in the central part of the upper water barrier plate (111) for fitting the support member (114). Accordingly, the fitting groove (116) of the upper water barrier plate (111) can be fitted into the support member (114) of the fixing member (113) fixed to the bottom of the river (100) to easily connect or disconnect it.

[0043] Additionally, the downstream sluice gate (120) may be composed of a lower water barrier plate (121) and a riffle gabion (122), and the lower water barrier plate (121) is formed in the shape of a plate having a predetermined thickness, width, and area to block water stored in the water playground (200), and is fixedly installed on the bottom of the river (100).

[0044] Additionally, the upper water barrier plate (111) and the lower water barrier plate (121) may each be configured to block the space between the riffle gabions (112)(122) and the riffle gabions (112)(122).

[0045] That is, the riffle gabions (112) and the riffle gabions (112) and the riffle gabions (122) are constructed so that they are not in close contact with each other, but are spaced apart laterally at a predetermined distance, and can be installed so that the spaced-apart area is blocked by an upper water barrier plate (111) or a lower water barrier plate (121).

[0046] The upper water barrier plate (111) or the lower water barrier plate (121) may be configured to slide laterally to facilitate opening, or may be opened by rotating it with a hinge.

[0047] Additionally, the lower water barrier plate (121) may be configured to adjust its height according to the water level of the water playground (200), so that the water of the water playground (200) may overflow over the downstream sluice gate (120).

[0048] That is, a groove may be formed at the top of the lower water barrier plate (121), and the second lower water barrier plate (121) of the next stage may be inserted into the groove and overlapped, and a groove may be formed at the top of the second lower water barrier plate (121) of the next stage, and the third lower water barrier plate (121) of the next stage may be inserted into the groove and overlapped, and so on.

[0049] In another embodiment, two or more upper and lower water barrier plates (121) may be connected to each other by a hinge so as to be folded or unfolded.

[0050] In addition, the entire or upper part of the upper water barrier plate (111) may be formed of a transparent plate such as acrylic so that the boundary between the river (100) and the water playground (200) is not distinguished.

[0051] The gabion (112)(122) is made by placing stones of a predetermined size inside a gabion made of metal or the like, similar to the public notice, and can be constructed by building multiple stages and multiple rows.

[0052] A bypass pipe (130) is connected between the upstream sluice gate (110) and the downstream sluice gate (120) to allow them to communicate with each other. Accordingly, water blocked by the upstream sluice gate (110) of the river (100) is guided to flow downstream through the bypass pipe (130) to the lower side of the downstream sluice gate (120) without passing through the water playground (200). At this time, at least one or more bypass pipes (130) penetrating the upstream and downstream sluice gates (110) (120) can be connected at a predetermined interval.

[0053] Water distributors (140) may be further connected to the upper and lower ends of the bypass pipe (130), respectively, and the bypass pipe (130) between the upper and lower water distributors (140) may be composed of a single large pipe. Additionally, the bypass pipe (130) may be divided into multiple sections and connected to each other by connecting members (131), thereby making separation and connection easy.

[0054] Additionally, each bypass pipe (130) is further equipped with a flow control valve (132) to control the flow rate flowing into the bypass pipe (130).

[0055] Additionally, the water playground (200) may be further equipped with various types of filtration devices (300) to filter and supply river water so that users can use it safely. The filtration device (300) is configured to filter the water from the upper side of the upstream sluice gate (110) and supply it to the water playground (200). Furthermore, after the water playground (200) is filled, the water in the water playground (200) is filtered and then recirculated and supplied back to the water playground (200). A disinfection device (310) using UV light may also be added to this.

[0056] An artificial waterfall (400) may be further installed on one side of the water playground (200) to fall from a predetermined height, and this can be operated by filtering and supplying water from the river (100) or the water playground (200).

[0057] The present invention constructs a water playground (200) in a predetermined space where the river does not flow by blocking a portion of the upper and lower parts of the river (100) with upper and lower sluice gates (110) (120). To this end, an upper water barrier plate (111) and a lower water barrier plate (121) are fixed to the upper and lower sides of the river (100), respectively, so as to cross the river (100), and a riffle gabion (112) (122) is built and supported on the lower side of the upper water barrier plate (111) and the lower side of the lower water barrier plate (121), respectively. The upper and lower water barrier plates (111) (121) may be installed by inserting them into the insertion groove (115) of the fixing member (113) installed on the bottom of the river (100), or by inserting the fitting groove (116) formed in the center of the water barrier plate (111) into the support member (114).

[0058] Additionally, riffle gabions (112) can be constructed on the upstream side at predetermined intervals in the lateral direction, and riffle gabions (122) can also be constructed on the downstream side at predetermined intervals in the lateral direction. In this case, the space between the upstream riffle gabions (112) and the riffle gabions (112) can be blocked by an upper water barrier plate (111), and the space between the downstream riffle gabions (122) and the riffle gabions (122) can be blocked by a lower water barrier plate (121) so that river water does not flow into the water playground (200).

[0059] And, the gabions (112)(122) are stacked in multiple layers at a height equal to or lower than the height of the upper and lower water barrier plates (111)(121), and constructed in multiple rows corresponding to the width of the river (100) to support the upper and lower water barrier plates (111)(121).

[0060] Accordingly, the river (100) is blocked by the upstream sluice gate (110) so that it cannot flow downstream, and a water playground (200) of a predetermined space is formed between the upstream and downstream sluice gates (110) (120).

[0061] At least one bypass pipe (130) is installed to pass through and connect the upstream sluice gate (110) and the downstream sluice gate (120), and the river (100) blocked by the upstream sluice gate (110) is collected in the water distributor (140) through the bypass pipe (130) and then supplied to flow downstream of the downstream sluice gate (120). Accordingly, water flows downstream of the downstream sluice gate (120) as well, so that the function of the river (100) is not lost.

[0062] In the drawings of the present invention, the bypass pipe (130) is shown exposed to the outside, but it is obvious that various modifications are possible, such as burying the bypass pipe (130) in the ground, installing a separate blocking plate on the upper side of the bypass pipe (130) so that the bypass pipe (130) is not exposed to the outside, or installing it on the edge side of the water playground (200).

[0063] At this time, the amount of water can be controlled by adjusting the flow control valve (132) provided in the bypass pipe (130).

[0064] In the water playground (200) of the present invention constructed in this way, water blocked by the upstream sluice gate (110) of the river (100) is filtered by a filtration device (300) to remove foreign substances, and then clean filtered water is supplied after disinfection through a UV disinfection device, etc.

[0065] Therefore, the water playground (200) is filled with high-quality filtered water different from that of the river (100), allowing users to use it with peace of mind. The water filled in the water playground (200) can be filled up to the upper part of the upstream sluice gate (110), and the upstream river (100) and the water playground (200) are not distinguished by the upper water barrier plate (111) formed of a transparent plate, thus providing the same effect as enjoying water play in the river.

[0066] Additionally, the height of the lower water barrier plate (121) can be adjusted according to the amount of water or the number of users in the water playground (200). At this time, the height of the lower water barrier plate (121) is adjusted so that the water filled in the water playground (200) can easily overflow the lower water barrier plate (121). Therefore, if the amount of water in the water playground (200) is too large or the number of users is too large and the water quality is not good, it is desirable to ensure that high-quality water is continuously supplied to the water playground (200) by the filtration device (300) so that the water in the water playground (200) overflows the lower water barrier plate (121).

[0067] In the present invention, when the water playground (200) is not used, the river water is restored by allowing the river (100) to flow again, thereby removing the water playground (200) and restoring the function of the river (100) to its original state.

[0068] That is, the flow control valve (132) is controlled to block the flow of river water through the bypass pipe (130), and then the bypass pipe (130) is separated by releasing the connection of the connecting member (131) and removed together with the water distributor (140).

[0069] And, if the riffle gabions (112)(122) are constructed without being spaced apart, some of the riffle gabions (112)(122) are removed. That is, one row is removed every other row, and some are left behind. Of course, it is obvious that if the riffle gabions (112)(122) are constructed spaced apart at a predetermined interval, there is no need to remove them.

[0070] Additionally, by removing or opening the upper and lower water barrier plates (111) (121) of the upper and lower sluice gates (110) (120), as shown in FIG. 7, the upstream river water of the river (100) flows through the gaps between the riffle gabions (112) and into the water playground (200), and then flows downstream of the river (100) through the riffle gabions (122) of the downstream sluice gate (120).

[0071] Therefore, the stream (100) from which the water playground (200) has disappeared is restored to a stream (100) where the stream water flows like the existing stream as it hits the riffle gabions (112) (122) and flows between the riffle gabions (112) (122), and at this time, it serves to supply oxygen to aquatic life.

[0072] The present invention has the advantage of blocking a part of a river (100) to use it as a water playground (200) while minimizing damage to nature, and also being able to easily restore it to its original state when not in use.

[0073] In addition, the present invention allows for the creation of a water playground (200) by blocking the upstream and downstream sides of the river (100) with upstream and downstream sluice gates (110) and (120) respectively during winter, and then lowering the water level supplied to the water playground (200) and freezing it so that it can be utilized as a snow sledding area, ice rink, etc. In addition, if it is not being utilized, the sluice gates (110) and (120) can be easily removed to restore it to the original river (100).

[0074] Therefore, the present invention can provide a water playground (200) without particularly damaging the river (100), and can also easily restore the river (100) to its function when not in use. Explanation of the symbols
