Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a drag finishing machine, and more specifically, to a drag finishing machine utilizing an air flow bed that polishes the surface of a product such as metal with an abrasive, while rotating the product located within the abrasive and forming an air flow bed by rotating the abrasive and compressed air to improve the stable feeding of the product and the polishing efficiency of the product surface. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, high-quality products are manufactured by finishing the edges or surfaces during the finishing process of the product manufacturing process.

[0004] In particular, sandblasting technology using sanding is used to improve the surface condition of metal surfaces.

[0005] Conventional sandblasting technology utilizes a method of spraying abrasives onto a product along with high-pressure compressed air. More recently, the product is placed within the abrasive and rotated to polish the surface through continuous friction with the abrasive.

[0006] In this sanding technique, abrasive particles, such as sand, pressurize the product within the abrasive due to the load generated by the large number of particles. This force of the load from the numerous abrasive particles reduces the product's rotation within the abrasive, requiring excessive rotational force to overcome this.

[0007] Furthermore, this leads to a decrease in grinding efficiency and, moreover, generates frictional resistance due to such unnecessary loads, which can result in excessive heat generation. There is also a risk that this phenomenon could potentially damage the product. Therefore, it is necessary to propose a more efficient sanding technology. Prior art literature

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0039] The following is a detailed description with reference to the attached drawings.

[0041] That is, the drag finishing machine using an air fluidized bed (Drag Finishing Machine Using Air Fluidized Bed, 10) according to the present invention, as shown in the attached FIGS. 1 to 25, etc., positions a product inside an abrasive container (301) filled with abrasive and rotates the product (102) to form an air fluidized bed (103) by compressed air and scatters the abrasive onto the product (102), and forcibly disperses the abrasive using a separate rotating device so that the abrasive strikes the surface of the product, thereby further improving the polishing efficiency of the product surface. In addition, the air fluidized bed (103) facilitates the insertion of the product into the space between the abrasive particles.

[0042] An air flow layer (103) is formed within the abrasive by compressed air generated by a blower (50) inside the abrasive container (301) of the above-mentioned lower device, and an air flow layer is formed that facilitates product insertion and movement.

[0043] Furthermore, when a product is positioned within the abrasive filled in the abrasive container (301) of the lower device, the lower device (30) scatters the abrasive contained in the abrasive container, scattering the abrasive onto the surface of the product positioned within the abrasive.

[0044] Detailed description of each component of the drag finishing machine (10) for this purpose is provided.

[0045] That is, as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, etc., this drag finishing machine (10) is provided with a part containing an abrasive and a configuration for gripping and rotating a product inside the entire finishing machine body (101) in the form of an upright cuboid.

[0046] That is, in the lower part of the interior of the finishing machine body (101), a lower device (30) is provided, which includes an abrasive container (301) in which an abrasive is contained. That is, the lower device (30) is provided with an abrasive container (301) filled with abrasive.

[0047] And on the upper side of the finishing machine body (101), there is an upper device (20) that holds a product (102) to be polished and polishes the surface of the product (102) with an abrasive from an abrasive container (301). That is, the upper device (20) holds the product, rotates the held product (102), and further mounts or lowers the product so that it is placed into the abrasive of the abrasive container (301) of the lower device (30), and then moves the polished product (102) upward again.

[0048] In particular, the upper device (20) is equipped with a product attachment (23) that holds the product (102). Accordingly, this product attachment (23) is provided with an internal configuration that sucks in air at negative pressure (low pressure) inside, thereby sucking in the product at low pressure and fixing and holding the product (102) to the product attachment (23).

[0049] In this state, the product (102) is held in the product attachment (23), and the upper rotating unit (21) for rotating the product attachment (23) is included. Thus, the product (102) is continuously rotated. By positioning the product into the abrasive of the abrasive container (301) below and rotating it using the lifting / lowering device described later, the surface of the product is polished with the abrasive.

[0050] That is, the product (102) held in the product attachment (23) by the upper rotating unit (21) is rotated while immersed in the abrasive to achieve surface polishing.

[0051] In addition, by providing the scattering configuration described below, the lower device (30) scatters the abrasive contained in the abrasive container (301) and scatters the abrasive onto the surface of the product (102) located in the abrasive, thereby effectively polishing the surface of the product.

[0053] First, we examine the rotation configurations including a product rotation motor (25) for rotating the product attachment (23), which is installed on the upper surface of the upper rotation plate (211) located below the upper rotation unit (21).

[0054] A product rotation motor shaft (251), which is the rotation axis of such a product rotation motor (25), is provided, and a product rotation individual joint (252) is provided to support the upper side of a plurality of rotating product attachments (23). This product rotation individual joint (252) supports the upper part of the rotation axis of the product attachment (23) and is fixed to the body of the upper device (20). In addition, a negative pressure pipe is connected to the negative pressure line hole (232) formed in the center of the individual product attachment (23) by the product rotation individual joint (252). Thus, low pressure from a vacuum pump is connected to the individual product attachment (23) through the product rotation individual joint (252), and the product (102) can be gripped by the negative pressure of the product attachment (23).

[0055] In addition, it includes a product rotation speed unit (253) that transmits the rotational force of the product rotation motor shaft (251) to each product attachment (23). That is, the rotational force of the product rotation motor (25) is distributed to individual product attachments (23) to cause them to rotate.

[0056] Looking at the detailed configuration of the product rotation transmission unit (253) for this purpose, as shown in FIG. 7, FIG. 8, etc., it is equipped with a transmission unit body (2531) that forms a housing shape, and a product gear oil zone (2532) in which a plurality of gears are located is formed as a groove formed on the upper part of the transmission unit body (2531).

[0057] A product rotation main gear (2533) is located in the center, positioned within the product gear oil zone (2532) and coupled with the product rotation motor shaft (251) in a coaxial manner.

[0058] In addition, a product rotation sub-gear (2534) is provided, which is located within the product gear oil zone (2532) and gear-coupled around the central product rotation main gear (2533), such that multiple product rotation sub-gears (2534) are gear-coupled around the central product rotation main gear (2533). Accordingly, as the central product rotation main gear (2533) rotates due to the rotational force of the product rotation motor (25), multiple product rotation sub-gears (2534) gear-coupled around it rotate together in conjunction.

[0059] And individual product attachments (23) are connected to the center of these multiple product rotation sub-gears (2534) and are linked together, and the product held at the end of the product attachment (23) rotates together.

[0060] Generally, an example is shown in which four product rotation sub-gears (2534) that are geared with one central product rotation main gear (2533) are provided to rotate in conjunction with each other.

[0061] And a total of four product rotation motors (25) and product rotation main gears (2533) are provided in one upper device (20). Thus, an embodiment is shown in which a total of 16 individual product rotation sub-gears (2534) and product attachments (23) are provided.

[0062] In addition, half of the product attachments (23) are shown as an example in which eight product attachments (23) are held to polish the outer surface of the product, and the remaining eight product attachments (23) are held to polish the inner surface of the product. The number of product attachments and the polishing configuration for the inner and outer surfaces can be determined and implemented to suit the manner in which they are carried out.

[0064] The drag finishing machine (10) utilizing the air flow bed provided in this manner forms a finishing machine body (101) in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with an overall length in the vertical direction, and an upper device (20) is located on the upper side inside the finishing machine body (101), and a lower device (30) is arranged below.

[0065] In addition, a device control panel (11) is provided, which is a control panel for operating the upper device (20) and the lower device (30) located on the front of the finishing machine body (101) including the upper device (20) and the lower device (30) inside the finishing machine body (101), and a front door (12) is provided for opening and closing the front of the finishing machine body (101).

[0067] In addition, the interior of the finishing machine body (101) has a rectangular shape, and it is necessary to cool the heat generated during the process of polishing the product surface with an abrasive inside. To this end, a cooling device (13) is provided to supply cold air through a cooling pipe (131) to cool the interior of the body (101). That is, as shown in FIG. 3, cooling air is supplied from the cooling device (13) through the cooling pipe (131) into the interior of the drag finishing machine (10) body to cool the device.

[0068] It also includes a distribution board (14) provided on one side of the main body (101) to supply electricity to the upper device (20) and the lower device (30). That is, it stably supplies power to each internal device.

[0069] In addition, it includes an upper lifting / lowering device (15) that raises and lowers the upper device (20) relative to the main body (101). Thus, the upper device (20) is lowered and raised relative to the lower device (30) below, and during this raising and lowering process, the product held in the product attachment (23) is lowered together, and the product is placed into the abrasive filled in the abrasive container (301) of the lower device (30). Through the subsequent process, the product is rotated to achieve surface polishing.

[0070] Looking at the detailed configuration of the upper lifting / lowering device (15), the upper lifting / lowering motor (151), which is a motor for lifting / lowering, is located below the interior of the finishing machine body (101), and the lifting / lowering operating rod (152), which is rotated by the upper lifting / lowering motor (151), is configured to extend upward.

[0071] In addition, a rod linkage unit (153) is provided, which is gear-coupled with the lifting / lowering operating rod (152) and coupled to one side of the upper device (20), so that the upper device (20) is raised or lowered by the rotation of the lifting / lowering operating rod (152). That is, as the upper lifting / lowering motor (151) and the lifting / lowering operating rod (152) rotate, the rod linkage unit (153) is gear-coupled to the lifting / lowering operating rod (152), so that when the lifting / lowering operating rod (152) rotates, the rod linkage unit (153) rises or falls. This rod linkage unit (153) is coupled to one side of the upper device (20). Therefore, when the upper lifting / lowering motor (151) is operated, the upper device (20) rises or falls together with the rod linkage unit (153).

[0072] Accordingly, a plurality of product attachments (23) provided on the upper device (20) and products held in the product attachments (23) also rise or fall together with the upper device (20) by the rotational operation of the upper lifting / lowering motor (151). Thus, the products undergo an upward and downward movement to enter or exit the abrasive filled in the abrasive container (301) of the lower device (30).

[0073] Sensor configurations are provided to detect the rising and falling of the upper device (20) that rises and falls in this manner. That is, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, a rising / falling sensor dog (154) is provided, which is a target detected by the upper sensor (155) and the lower sensor (156) and is coupled to one side of the upper device (20) that rises and falls, and rises or falls together with the upper device (20).

[0074] It also includes an upper sensor (155) installed on one side of the upper part of the main body (101) and detecting the upper position of the upper sensor dog (154) that moves up and down together with the upper device (20), and a lower sensor (156) installed on one side of the lower part of the main body (101) and detecting the lower position of the upper sensor dog (154) that moves up and down together with the upper device (20). Thus, when the upper device (20) rises to the highest set position, the upper sensor (155) detects the upper sensor dog (154) and stops the upward operation. And when the upper device (20) descends to the lowest set height, the lower sensor (156) detects the upper sensor dog (154) and stops the downward operation. When descending, the product enters the abrasive, and when ascending, the product moves upward and away from the abrasive, thereby allowing the product to be held in the product attachment (23) or the polished product to be separated from the product attachment (23).

[0076] Next, the upper device (20) includes a vacuum mounting unit (22) for forming a low pressure inside the product attachment (23) of the upper device (20) so that the product can be gripped from the product attachment (23) by the low pressure. That is, the negative pressure (low pressure) state generated by this vacuum mounting unit (22) is connected to the product attachment (23), so that the product can be gripped by suction negative pressure using the low pressure in the product attachment (23).

[0077] Looking at the detailed configuration of such a vacuum mounting unit (22), it is equipped with a vacuum pump (221) which is a pump for forming low pressure, and a vacuum filter (222) which is connected to a suction line connected to the vacuum pump (221) as shown in FIG. 4 and filters air. Abrasives or foreign substances can be removed from the sucked air.

[0078] And, as shown in FIG. 4, it includes a vacuum pressure switch (223) that selectively switches individual product attachments to form a low pressure among multiple product attachments (23). That is, one side of the low-pressure air line (pipe or hose) connected to the individual product attachments (23) can be controlled by the vacuum pressure switch (223). Therefore, by operating the vacuum pressure switch (223) as one of the multiple switches shown in FIG. 4 to cut off the low pressure, a low-pressure suction force is not generated at the end of the corresponding product attachment (23), so the product can be separated from the product attachment and preparation can be made to hold a new product. Then, by operating the vacuum pressure switch (223) corresponding to one product attachment (23) to form a low pressure at the end of the corresponding product attachment (23), the state of holding a new product is continuously maintained. In this state, the product and product attachment are placed into the abrasive below, and then the surface of the product is polished.

[0080] Next, looking at the detailed configuration of the product attachment (23) that holds the product, as shown in FIGS. 12, 13, etc., it is provided with an attachment rod (231) that holds the product at the lower end, forming a pipe shape that extends from below the upper device (20) toward the lower device (30). That is, for the individual product attachment (23) connected to the center of the product rotation sub-gear (2534), the individual product attachment (23) is provided with a pipe-shaped attachment rod (231) that extends downward from below the upper device (20), and at the lower end of the attachment rod (231), the product is held, and the lower part of the attachment rod (231) and the product are inserted into the abrasive filled in the abrasive container (301) below.

[0081] Accordingly, a negative pressure line hole (232) is provided by forming a longitudinal hole in the center of the attachment rod (231) to form a low pressure formed by the vacuum pump (221).

[0082] That is, the low pressure formed by the vacuum pump (221) is also formed in the negative pressure line hole (232), and thus, negative pressure (low pressure) is formed at the lower end of the attachment rod (231), which is the lower part of the negative pressure line hole (232), so that the product can be firmly gripped by this negative pressure.

[0083] Accordingly, a negative pressure O-ring (233) is provided at the lower end of the attachment rod (231) to form a seal between the product and the attachment rod (231), and a seal with respect to the outside is achieved by the negative pressure O-ring (233) between the product and the attachment rod (231). Therefore, the low pressure state formed by the vacuum pump (221) can be maintained at a constant level by the negative pressure O-ring (233).

[0084] And, at the end portion of the attachment rod (231), it includes product guide pins (234) for supporting the product at multiple locations. These product guide pins (234) form a rod shape extending inward or outward from the lower portion of the attachment rod (231) and form a rod shape protruding a predetermined length from the outer surface of the attachment rod (231). By means of multiple product guide pins (234) having such protruding rod shapes, one side of the product is prevented from being in close contact with the attachment rod (231). That is, the inner or outer surface of the product is generally in a symmetrically balanced state, and even in a negative pressure state formed at the end of the attachment rod (231) by the vacuum pump (221) and the negative pressure O-ring (233), the product may be held in an incorrect shape. If the product is held crookedly in this way, a gap may occur between the negative pressure O-ring (233) and the product as it becomes crooked and twisted thereafter. Therefore, when the product is in a crooked or twisted state like this, it becomes difficult to maintain airtightness through the negative pressure O-ring (233), and if external air enters, the product may not be gripped. Therefore, a product guide pin (234) is provided to protrude with a uniform length so that the product can be gripped symmetrically on the attachment rod (231). Thus, the product is gripped in a balanced state at the end of the attachment rod (231), maintaining an airtight state with respect to the outside, and thereby the product can be gripped stably to the end.

[0085] Accordingly, this product attachment (23) includes an outer diameter polishing attachment (23-1) that grips the inner side of the product held at the end of the attachment rod (231) as shown in FIG. 12 to polish the outer surface of the product, and an inner diameter polishing attachment (23-2) that grips the outer side of the product held at the end of the attachment rod (231) to polish the inner surface of the product as shown in FIG. 13. That is, as shown in the example in the drawing, eight of them form a state in which the product is folded and gripped by the outer diameter polishing attachment (23-1). Accordingly, the attachment rod has a shape that is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom.

[0086] And the remaining 8 are held in a downside position with the product open downward. That is, the outer shape of the lower end of the attachment rod (231) forms a cylindrical pipe shape.

[0087] However, the inner diameter grinding attachment (23-2) forms a product mounting space (23-22) into which the outer surface of the product being gripped is inserted so as to come into contact with a groove that is open at the bottom. That is, the product is inserted into the product mounting space (23-22) upside down and gripped at low pressure.

[0089] Next, a lower device (30) containing an abrasive for polishing the surface of a product held below the upper device (20) will be described. This lower device (30) includes a lower rotating unit (31) that disperses the abrasive contained in an abrasive container (301). Generally, the method of dispersing or scattering the abrasive involves using compressed air to scatter the abrasive, or rotating a separate dedicated attachment coupled to a rotating shaft to disperse the abrasive around the attachment. By causing the abrasive to strike the surrounding product surface through this scattering or dispersion of the abrasive, the product surface is polished more effectively.

[0090] Accordingly, we examine the abrasive dispersion configuration according to the rotation of the attachment provided in the lower rotation unit (31).

[0091] The lower rotation unit (31) for this purpose includes a distributed motor (32) located below the lower device (30) and a distributed rotation reduction unit (321) that reduces the rotational force of the distributed motor (32). It also includes a distributed rotation conversion unit (33) that receives rotational force from the distributed rotation reduction unit (321) and transmits rotational force to a plurality of distributed attachments (34). In particular, for one distributed motor (32), a total of four sub-rotation axes are arranged to rotate through the distributed rotation conversion unit (33).

[0092] Accordingly, it includes a dispersion attachment (34) that is rotated by the dispersion rotation conversion unit (33) and disperses the abrasive contained in the abrasive container (301) by rotation. Generally, it is not necessary to arrange such a dispersion attachment (34) to correspond 1:1 with the product attachment (23) of the upper device (20) described above. However, if the abrasive dispersed by the dispersion attachment (34) comes into direct contact with the product surface, the polishing efficiency can be further improved. For this purpose, if, as an example, a total of 16 product attachments (23) are configured as described above, a total of 16 dispersion attachments (34) can also be provided so as to correspond to these product attachments (23). In addition, by positioning the dispersion attachment (34) at a location corresponding to the product attachment (23), it would be more desirable to set it so that the abrasive dispersed by the dispersion attachment (34) is dispersed directly into the product held by the product attachment (23).

[0093] Accordingly, when the interior of the product held in the product attachment (23) is open downwards, the abrasive dispersed by the dispersion attachment (34) is dispersed toward the interior of the product that is open downwards, thereby allowing polishing of the product's interior surface to be performed more effectively. Generally, the exterior surface of the product can be polished well during the process of rotating the product while it is immersed in various surrounding abrasives. Additionally, abrasives scattered from the surroundings can also be used to further polish the exterior surface of the product. On the other hand, since it may be difficult for abrasives to easily enter the interior surface of the product, the interior of the individual products can be polished more finely through the dispersion of abrasives by the dispersion attachment (34) that is matched and arranged with the individual products.

[0094] In addition, these distributed attachments are provided in a total of 16 and can be matched and arranged with the product abutment (23) that holds the product.

[0095] Referring to FIGS. 17 and 19, this distributed rotation conversion unit (33) is provided with a distributed rotation main gear (331) that receives the rotational force of the distributed motor (32) and rotates by the rotational force of the distributed motor (32).

[0096] Referring to FIGS. 17 and 19, a distributed rotation sub-gear (332) is provided that is gear-coupled with a distributed rotation main gear (331) and rotates in conjunction with a plurality of distributed attachments (34). When a total of 16 individual distributed attachments (34) are arranged, a total of 16 distributed rotation sub-gears (332) are also provided. Additionally, four distributed rotation sub-gears (332) are gear-coupled and rotated in conjunction with a central distributed rotation main gear (331). Thus, the distributed rotation main gear (331) can be provided in a total of four. The configuration of the distributed rotation main gear (331), distributed rotation sub-gear (332), and distributed attachment (34), as well as the corresponding configuration of the product rotation main gear (2532), product rotation sub-gear (2533), and product attachment (23), can be implemented by appropriately determining the number and position according to the embodiment being implemented.

[0097] In addition, a distributed rotation shaft cover (333) is provided to cover one side of the distributed rotation shaft (334) which is axially coupled to the distributed rotation sub-gear (332), so that the shaft portion of the individual distributed rotation sub-gear (332) can be protected by the distributed rotation shaft cover (333).

[0098] It includes a dispersion rotation shaft (334) that is axially coupled with a dispersion rotation sub-gear (332) and rotates in conjunction with a dispersion attachment (34) coupled to the end. Individual dispersion attachments (34) are coupled to this dispersion rotation shaft (334) in a coaxial manner. Generally, a shaft coupling member that is coupled to the dispersion rotation shaft (334) is located in the center of this dispersion attachment (34), and a plurality of wings are provided on the outer surface of this shaft coupling member, so that the abrasive is rotated to be dispersed outward by the wings.

[0099] Let us examine the various embodiments of this distributed attachment (34).

[0100] That is, as illustrated in FIG. 22, a dispersion attachment (34) may be provided in the form of a four-way dispersion wing type (341) in which a central shaft member extending from the shaft member to the end and four wings extending around the shaft member are formed. In this four-way dispersion wing type (341), the central shaft member is coupled to the dispersion rotation shaft (334) and rotated, and wings are formed in all directions of the shaft member extending in the axial direction, so that the surrounding abrasive is dispersed as the wings rotate. The dispersed abrasive polishes the surface of the product held in the product attachment (23).

[0101] Next, the dispersion attachment (34) may be equipped with a pipe-shaped shaft member coupled to the dispersion rotation shaft (334) and a small four-way dispersion wing type (342) consisting of four wings spread outward from the shaft member. That is, wings are formed in four directions around a central long shaft member coupled to the dispersion rotation shaft (334). Thus, as these four wings rotate, they disperse surrounding abrasives to polish the surface of the product.

[0102] The following dispersion attachment (34) may be provided as a spiral dispersion type (343) having a pipe-shaped shaft member coupled to the dispersion rotation shaft (334) and spiral wings surrounding the shaft member. In the case of this spiral dispersion type (343), the spiral wings rotating around the shaft member coupled to the dispersion rotation shaft (334) rotate to disperse the surrounding abrasive. Generally, the wings formed with a long length along the axial direction can disperse the abrasive in the transverse direction of the shaft, and in the example of the dispersion attachment (34) of the spiral dispersion type (343), the spiral wings can disperse the abrasive in a direction of generally 45 degrees relative to the axial direction. That is, it can be effective in dispersing the abrasive more in the axial direction than in the transverse direction.

[0103] The following dispersion attachment (34) may be provided as an anisotropic dispersion wing type (344) consisting of a pipe-shaped shaft member coupled to the dispersion rotation shaft (334) and wings extending in both directions from the shaft member. Two wings are formed in both directions on the shaft member coupled to the dispersion rotation shaft (334). As these two wings rotate, they disperse surrounding abrasives. When wings are formed in two directions in this way, it may be possible to disperse a large amount of abrasive at once.

[0104] The following dispersion attachment (34) comprises an upper and lower vertical wing type (345) consisting of a disc member coupled to a dispersion rotation axis (334), a plate body extending in one direction at an opposing position on the edge of the disc member, and a plate body extending in the other direction at a 90-degree position. When the abrasive is dispersed while the vertical wing rotates in this way, it may be more effectively applied when the product is located in a nearby area.

[0105] The following dispersion attachment (34) comprises a disc member coupled to a dispersion rotation axis (334), a plate body extending in one direction from five divided points on the edge of the disc member, and a 5-5 vertical wing type (346) consisting of five plate bodies extending in the other direction between these plate bodies. It can be applied to disperse abrasives with greater force and to disperse them widely.

[0107] As described above, the abrasive container (301) of the lower device (30) is filled with a large amount of abrasive. When the surface of a product is polished using the abrasive multiple times, the abrasive sand particles may break during the polishing process, thereby reducing the polishing efficiency. Additionally, foreign substances that fall off the product during the polishing process may be contained within the abrasive. Therefore, such abrasive can be recovered and new abrasive can be introduced. To this end, an abrasive recovery unit (35) is included, which is located below the abrasive container (301) and discharges the abrasive.

[0109] Next, it includes a blower device (50) that supplies air into the abrasive container (301). By this blower device (50), compressed air is supplied into the abrasive filled in the abrasive container (301), and thus the abrasive can be scattered around by the compressed air within the abrasive. The abrasive thus scattered can strike the surface of the product and polish the surface of the product. In addition, the compressed air from the blower device (50) is sprayed by an air injection control valve (55) that sprays it down below the abrasive container (301), and the compressed air sprayed from below the abrasive container (301) disperses to form an air flow layer (103). This air flow layer (103) flows upward as it passes between the abrasives, and thus, the air flow layer (103) is formed as if it moves upward between the abrasives by the upwardly flowing air flow layer (103). By this air flow layer (103), voids are formed around the product (102) by the air flow layer, thereby changing the polishing efficiency of the product surface and improving polishing efficiency. Furthermore, as this air flow layer (103) gradually moves upward, it forms voids between the densely packed abrasives, and when the product is fed, the formation of voids by this air flow layer (103) makes the product feeding more advantageous.

[0110] Compressed air is sprayed onto the bottom of the abrasive container (301) by this blow device (50), and the compressed air sprayed onto the bottom of the abrasive container (301) flows upward after hitting the bottom, scattering abrasive particles upward and forming an air flow layer (103) between the abrasive particles.

[0111] Looking at the detailed configuration of such a blower device (50), as shown in FIGS. 18 to 20, etc., it includes a blower motor (51) that generates compressed air and a backflow prevention valve (52) to prevent backflow of compressed air flowing through the air pipe (53) by the blower motor (51).

[0112] It also includes an air pipe (53) that supplies compressed air from a blower motor (51) to an abrasive container (301), and an air branch pipe (54) that branches the compressed air supplied to the air pipe (53) to multiple locations below the abrasive container (301) to be discharged.

[0113] Generally, in the example of the attached drawing, an air branching pipe (54) is provided as a rectangular closed-circuit pipe, and additional pipes are added to cross at intervals. Compressed air is then injected downward from the lower part of these branched pipes.

[0114] That is, it includes an air injection control valve (55) connected to multiple places in the air branch pipe (54) to inject compressed air into the abrasive contained in the abrasive container (301). The amount and intensity of the compressed air discharged downward can be controlled by the air injection control valve (55).

[0115] The compressed air sprayed downward in this manner strikes the bottom of the abrasive container (301) and then spreads upward, pushing the abrasive upward and scattering it. Thus, the abrasive is pushed upward and scattered throughout the entire abrasive container (301).

[0116] The abrasive particles scattered in this way strike the surfaces of the products contained within the abrasive, achieving surface polishing.

[0117] Furthermore, the compressed air sprayed downwards in this manner strikes the bottom of the abrasive container (301) and then flows upward again, scattering the abrasive upwards throughout the entire abrasive container (301). Due to this phenomenon of pushing the abrasive upwards overall, an air layer is further formed between the individual abrasive particles. In other words, an air flow layer is formed between the abrasive particles by the compressed air. By forming an air flow layer between the abrasive particles in this way, the gaps between the abrasive particles are widened.

[0118] The product is rotated by the rotation of the product attachment (23) provided on the upper device (20) on the upper side, and since the product being rotated is rotated in the abrasive, resistance to the rotation of the product may occur due to the pressure of the abrasive, and if there is resistance to the rotation of the product due to the abrasive, the rotation of the product may be reduced accordingly, and thus there is a concern that the polishing efficiency according to the rotation of the product may be reduced.

[0119] Accordingly, as the abrasive is scattered upward by the compressed air from the blower (50) of the lower device, an air flow layer is formed between the abrasive particles, thereby widening the gaps between the abrasive particles. With this air flow layer formed, the product can rotate better by reducing resistance caused by the abrasive. Therefore, as the product rotates well due to the formation of the air flow layer, the efficiency of polishing the product surface by the abrasive can be further improved.

[0120] This blow device (50) is equipped with an air injection height adjustment unit (56) that fixes multiple branched air branch pipes (54) to the inner wall of the abrasive container (301) as a configuration to further enhance advantages. That is, the height is adjusted to control the distance between the compressed air being injected and the bottom of the abrasive container (301), and to ensure that the air injection control valve (55) that injects the compressed air is submerged in the abrasive.

[0121] And it includes a pipe fixing part (57) that fixes the air injection height adjustment part (56) to the air branch pipe (54).

[0122] In addition, as shown in FIG. 21, the air injection control valve (55) includes an air filter (551) that is coupled to the path through which compressed air is discharged to prevent the inflow of abrasives, thereby preventing abrasives from entering the air injection control valve (55). That is, when the polishing process is stopped, the air injection control valve (55) is in the abrasive, so some abrasives may enter the air injection control valve (55), but the abrasives can be prevented from entering the air injection control valve (55) by this air filter (551).

[0123] As described above, high-pressure compressed air generated by the blow motor (51) of the blow device (50) is sprayed to the bottom of the abrasive container (301) by the air injection control valve (55) through the air pipe (53) and the air branch pipe (54). The abrasive consists of small particles such as sand, but has a specific gravity that allows it to polish the surface of the product. Therefore, when the abrasive is densely packed, frictional force of resistance to movement is generated when the product is inserted, removed, or rotated. The high-pressure compressed air sprayed to the bottom of the abrasive container (301) filled with such abrasive forms an air flow layer (103) that gradually moves upward. Due to this upwardly moving air flow layer (103), when inserting the product as shown in FIG. 23, the product can be inserted more easily into the abrasive by inserting it into the air flow layer (103).

[0124] As shown in FIG. 23, when a cup-shaped product (102) is introduced, the product (102) can be easily introduced by the air flow layer (103), and as shown in FIG. 24, a flat-shaped product (102), such as a mobile phone case, can also be easily introduced into the abrasive by the air flow layer (103). Furthermore, when polishing the surface of the product (102) while the product (102) is introduced into the abrasive inside the abrasive container (301), the air flow layer (103) continues to pass through, and as the air flow layer (103) moves upward, the air flow layer (103) also passes around the product (102), thereby changing the density of the abrasive around the product (102).

[0125] In this way, by changing the density of the abrasive around the product (102) to be polished, the degree of surface polishing by the abrasive is changed, thereby improving polishing efficiency. Furthermore, the abrasive dispersed by the dispersion attachment (34) is introduced into the air flow layer (103) formed around the product (102), thereby enhancing the direct polishing action on the product surface. That is, the product can be easily introduced and moved through this air flow layer (103), preventing product damage, and the polishing efficiency is improved by the abrasive striking the product surface through the dispersion of the abrasive in the air flow layer (103).

[0127] Next, as illustrated in FIG. 14, the upper device (20) includes a product attachment jig (70) that carries a product to be attached to the product attachment (23) and transfers it below the product attachment (23). This product attachment jig (70) is used to attach the product to the product attachment (23).

[0128] Accordingly, the product attachment / detachment jig (70) is provided with a central jig section (71) in the shape of a rod formed to the width of the abrasive container (301) located in the center, and a jig branch section (72) extending in both directions from the central jig section (71) branched out.

[0129] It also includes a product positioning section (73) at the end of the jig branch (72) where a product is placed. Accordingly, products are placed at multiple product positioning sections (73). These product positioning sections (73) are configured to match the positions of corresponding product attachments (23).

[0130] The product positioning portion (73) of the product attachment / detachment jig (70) can be provided in a manner that distinguishes the product depending on the manner in which the product is placed. That is, as shown in FIG. 14 (a), it can be provided as an outer diameter product jig (701) in which the outer surface of the product placed in the product positioning portion (73) is positioned upward. In this outer diameter product jig (701), the outer surface of the product is positioned upward so that it comes into contact with the product attachment (23), and consequently, the inner surface of the product below is exposed downward, and thus the inner surface of the product below can be polished.

[0131] And, as shown in FIG. 14 (b), it includes an inner diameter product jig (702) in which the inner surface of the product placed at the product positioning part (73) is positioned upward. In the case of this inner diameter product jig (702), the inner surface of the product contacts the product attachment (23), and thus the outer surface of the product underneath is exposed. Therefore, polishing is performed on the outer surface of the product underneath.

[0133] Accordingly, with the product attachment / detachment jig (70) positioned outside the device, products are placed on each product position (73), and the product attachment / detachment jig (70) is inserted inside through the front door (12) of the finishing machine body (101).

[0134] Subsequently, when the individual product positioning sections (73) are positioned below the matching product attachments (23), the upper device (20) is lowered to a mid-level by operating the upper lifting / lowering device (15), causing the individual product attachments (23) to come into contact with the products placed on the matching product positioning sections (73). In this state, negative pressure is formed at the ends of each product attachment (23) by the operation of the vacuum pump (221) of the vacuum mounting unit (22), thereby sucking in and adsorbing the products with the suction force of the negative pressure to hold them.

[0135] Accordingly, the product attachment jig (70) is removed from the main body (101) of the finishing machine, and all open parts of the device, including the front door (12), are closed. Then, the upper lifting / lowering device (15) is operated to put the product into the abrasive, and the product is rotated by the operation of the product rotation motor (25). In addition, the abrasive is dispersed into the product by the dispersion attachment (34) by the operation of the dispersion motor (32) of the lower device, and the blow device (50) is operated to apply compressed air, thereby forming an air flow layer between the abrasive particles and performing a polishing process such as scattering the abrasive into the product.

[0137] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, this is merely an example to enable a person skilled in the art to easily practice the present invention; therefore, the technical concept of the present invention should not be interpreted restrictively based on the description of the above embodiments.
