Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a composite retaining wall inclination measuring device, and more specifically, to a composite retaining wall inclination measuring device capable of visualizing changes in the inclination of a composite retaining wall in real time. Background Technology
[0002] A composite retaining wall refers to a retaining wall in which the structural forms of the upper and lower sections differ. For example, a typical form involves constructing the upper section using a concrete block stacking method, while the lower section is constructed as a gravity or cantilevered concrete retaining wall. Considering topographical conditions, construction conditions, and economic feasibility, such composite retaining walls are widely applied in various locations, including roadside cut slopes, residential development sites, and industrial complex boundaries.
[0003] Retaining wall structures are structures that are constantly subjected to complex external forces, such as backfill earth pressure, superimposed loads, seismic loads, and water pressure caused by rainfall. As a result, displacements such as bulging, overturning, and sliding can gradually accumulate during long-term operation. In particular, composite retaining walls have structural weaknesses that make it prone to stress concentration and uneven displacement around the boundary between the upper and lower blocks, as the upper and lower structural forms differ, leading to different stiffness and deformation behaviors in each section.
[0004] Because the collapse of a retaining wall proceeds rapidly and is large in scale, a retaining wall installed along a roadside can cause serious casualties and property damage to vehicles and pedestrians on adjacent roads when it collapses. In fact, there have been numerous casualties in Korea due to the collapse of composite retaining walls, which demonstrates the high social demand for safety management of retaining walls.
[0005] To prevent such damage, it is important to detect changes in slope, or displacement, occurring in retaining walls at an early stage and take appropriate measures. Conventionally, inclinometers, displacement gauges, GPS surveying, and precision surveying using total stations have been utilized as methods to measure the displacement of retaining walls.
[0006] However, these conventional methods have the following problems.
[0007] First, measuring equipment such as inclinometers and displacement meters requires specialized technical personnel for installation, operation, and calibration, and has limitations in that it is difficult to apply them widely to general roadside retaining walls due to high costs for introduction and maintenance.
[0008] Second, precision surveying using GPS or total stations often requires temporarily closing roads or securing additional workspace, making it practically difficult to apply in busy roadside environments.
[0009] Third, conventional measurement methods rely on regular site visits and measurement work, so they have a structural limitation in that they cannot immediately detect sudden displacements occurring between measurement cycles. In particular, when a retaining wall collapses within a short period due to sudden external forces such as rainfall or earthquakes, it is impossible to respond in advance using periodic measurement methods.
[0010] Fourth, since measurement results are often output as numerical data, it is difficult for ordinary people without specialized knowledge or field patrol officers to immediately determine the level of danger at the scene. As a result, response may be delayed until an expert analyzes the measurement data and determines the level of danger.
[0011] Fifth, electrical and electronic measuring equipment requires environmental resistance against water, dust, and lightning in outdoor environments, and since it necessitates the establishment of power supply and communication infrastructure, there are restrictions on the installation environment.
[0012] Therefore, there has been an urgent technical need for a simple and reliable retaining wall inclination measuring device that allows non-experts to immediately visually check changes in the inclination and hazardous conditions of the retaining wall at the site without the need for specialized personnel or separate measuring equipment. Prior art literature
[0013] Registered Patent No. 10-2360138 The problem to be solved
[0014] Therefore, the problem that the present invention aims to solve is to provide a composite retaining wall inclination measuring device that can visualize changes in the inclination of a composite retaining wall in real time using only a low-cost mechanical configuration and automatically notify the outside of a dangerous condition when the allowable displacement is exceeded. means of solving the problem
[0015] A composite retaining wall inclination measuring device according to one embodiment of the present invention is a composite retaining wall inclination measuring device for visually confirming the displacement of a composite retaining wall having different upper and lower structures, comprising: an upper fixing plate fixed to the upper block of the composite retaining wall via an anchor; a lower fixing plate fixed to the lower block of the composite retaining wall via an anchor; an inclination measuring member that displays the degree of inclination of the retaining wall in an analog or digital manner; and a displacement sensing connection part that interconnects the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate and deforms according to the relative displacement between the upper block and the lower block, wherein the displacement sensing connection part comprises a breaking member that is physically cut or broken when an external force is applied due to the relative displacement between the upper block and the lower block, and the external force exceeds its own breaking strength.
[0016] In one embodiment, the breaking member may be made of either a hot melt adhesive stick that is physically cut by a tensile force generated in a direction where the upper block and the lower block move away from each other or a shear force generated in a staggered direction, or a plastic hinge that is broken.
[0017] In one embodiment, the tilt measuring member (400) comprises a display plate (410) having a circular plate structure with an angle indicator scale formed along the circumferential direction; and a main indicator (420) provided in the form of a pendulum that can rotate freely at the center of the display plate (410) and indicates the direction of gravity at all times, and when the composite retaining wall is overturned and tilted, the display plate (410) tilts together with the retaining wall, while the main indicator (420) attempts to maintain a vertical state due to gravity, thereby indicating the change in tilt of the retaining wall through the relative angle change of the main indicator (420) with respect to the display plate (410).
[0018] A composite retaining wall inclination measuring device according to another embodiment of the present invention further comprises: an auxiliary guideline, wherein the inclination measuring member is coupled to the central axis of the display plate and its rotational position is maintained by a friction member having a constant friction coefficient; and an interlocking tab that presses the auxiliary guideline in one direction to rotate it together with the main guideline when the main guideline rotates, and can maintain and record the maximum inclination angle that occurred in the past through the auxiliary guideline even after the main guideline returns.
[0019] In one embodiment, the device further includes a danger indicator installed on the surface of a composite retaining wall so as to be located below a displacement sensing connection, which is exposed when the breaking member of the displacement sensing connection breaks. The danger indicator comprises: a housing; a display part having a panel structure that is housed within the housing and is equipped with a retroreflective sheet having danger warning characters printed on both sides, and a column part extending from the bottom of the display part, wherein the top of the display part is positioned to be in close contact with the bottom surface of the displacement sensing connection; and a pop-up spring coupled to the column part and positioned in a contracted state between the bottom surface of the housing and the bottom of the display part, and which presses the pop-up member in the direction of the breaking member. When the breaking member breaks, the pop-up spring is restored and the pop-up member can pop up. Effects of the invention
[0020] According to the composite retaining wall inclination measuring device of the present invention, there is an advantage that even a non-expert can immediately check the inclination change and dangerous condition of the retaining wall visually without separate measuring equipment or specialized knowledge. [0026] FIG. 1 is a drawing for explaining the configuration of a composite retaining wall inclination measuring device according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a displacement occurring in a composite retaining wall, and FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a fractured member being fractured due to a greater displacement occurring in a composite retaining wall.
[0027] Referring to FIG. 1, a composite retaining wall inclination measuring device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include an upper fixing plate (100), a lower fixing plate (200), a displacement sensing connection part (300), and an inclination measuring member (400).
[0028] The upper fixing plate (100) is a plate-shaped member fixed to the surface of the upper block (W1) of the composite retaining wall (W) via an anchor (A). Likewise, the lower fixing plate (200) is a plate-shaped member fixed to the surface of the lower block (W2) of the composite retaining wall (W) via an anchor (A). For example, the upper fixing plate (100) and the lower fixing plate (200) can be fixed through a support (110) and an anchor fixing plate (120).
[0029] The upper fixing plate (100) and the lower fixing plate (200) can each be made of a metal material having sufficient rigidity, such as stainless steel or galvanized steel, and an anchor hole is formed for connection with an anchor (A). For example, depending on the material and thickness of the retaining wall block, the anchor (A) can be selected and used as either a chemical anchor or an expansion anchor.
[0030] The upper fixing plate (100) and the lower fixing plate (200) are each installed near the boundary between the upper block (W1) and the lower block (W2) of the composite retaining wall (W), so that when relative displacement occurs between the two blocks, it can be effectively detected through the displacement detection connection part (300).
[0031] Meanwhile, although not shown in the illustration, the upper fixing plate (100) and the lower fixing plate (200) may be height-adjustable by being provided in the form of a double tube with a support (110).
[0032] The displacement sensing connection part (300) is a member that interconnects the upper fixing plate (100) and the lower fixing plate (200), and is configured to deform or break in correspondence with the displacement when relative displacement occurs between the upper block (W1) and the lower block (W2). To this end, the displacement sensing connection part (300) may include a breaking member (320).
[0033] The breaking member (320) is a core component of the displacement sensing connection (300) and is a consumable member designed to be physically cut or broken when the external force caused by the relative displacement between the upper block (W1) and the lower block (W2) exceeds its own breaking strength.
[0034] The breaking mechanism of the breaking member (320) is such that when displacement occurs between the upper block (W1) and the lower block (W2) moving away from each other, a tensile force is applied to the breaking member (320) through the connecting frame (310), causing the breaking member (320) to be cut. Alternatively, when displacement occurs between the upper block (W1) and the lower block (W2) moving in opposite directions (horizontal direction), a shear force is applied to the breaking member (320), causing the breaking member (320) to be cut.
[0035] For example, the breaking member (320) may be composed of either a hot melt adhesive stick or a plastic hinge. For example, it may be composed of a plastic hinge. A plastic hinge is a hinge member having a predetermined bending strength, and may break at the hinge portion when an external force greater than a set value is applied.
[0036] The fracture member (320) can be selected and applied with an appropriate material and specifications depending on site conditions, the size of the retaining wall and the allowable displacement amount, and after fracture, it can be simply replaced with a fracture member (320) of the same specifications.
[0037] The inclination measuring member (400) is a member that displays the degree of inclination of the composite retaining wall (W) in an analog or digital manner, and can be installed so as to be exposed on the surface of the retaining wall by being coupled to the upper fixing plate (100) and the lower fixing plate (200).
[0038] In one embodiment, the slope measuring member (400) may include a display plate (410) and a main guide (420).
[0039] The display plate (410) has a circular plate structure, and an angle indicator scale is formed along its circumference. The angle indicator scale can be displayed in clockwise and counterclockwise directions from 0° to a predetermined angle range (e.g., ±45° or ±90°). The display plate (410) is coupled to the upper fixing plate (100) and the lower fixing plate (200) so that it can tilt at the same angle as the retaining wall when the retaining wall tilts.
[0040] The main indicator (420) is provided in the form of a pendulum that can rotate freely on the central axis of the display plate (410), and always indicates a vertical downward direction due to gravity. Therefore, even if the retaining wall tilts and the display plate (410) tilts along with it, the main indicator (420) can maintain a vertical state due to the action of gravity. As a result, a relative angle change occurs between the scale of the display plate (410) and the main indicator (420), and this amount of angle change can represent the amount of change in the tilt of the retaining wall.
[0041] For example, the main guide (420) may have a sharp end facing downward as in FIG. 1, or a weight (421) in the shape of a bell with sufficient load may be attached to the lower part of the main guide (420) and the sharp end may have a sharp end facing upward as in FIG. 6.
[0042] A composite retaining wall inclination measuring device according to one embodiment of the present invention can be installed at a location where the greatest displacement is expected to occur near the boundary between the upper block (W1) and the lower block (W2) of the composite retaining wall (W).
[0043] At this time, the reference scale (0°) of the display plate (410) of the tilt measuring member (400) can be initially set to coincide with the vertical direction, and the main indicator (420) is oriented in the direction of gravity.
[0044] In this initial state, when tilting, sliding, or bulging displacement begins to occur in the retaining wall as shown in Fig. 2, the indicator (420) of the tilt measuring member (400) rotates by an angle corresponding to the displacement to display the tilt in real time.
[0045] In addition, if an external force greater than the strength of the breaking member (320) is applied, the breaking member (320), for example, the plastic hinge as shown in FIG. 3, breaks. This allows the displacement of the composite retaining wall to be easily checked visually.
[0046] The composite retaining wall inclination measuring device according to one embodiment of the present invention has the advantage that even a non-expert can immediately check changes in the inclination and dangerous conditions of the retaining wall visually without separate measuring equipment or specialized knowledge.
[0047] FIG. 4 is a drawing for explaining the configuration of a composite retaining wall inclination measuring device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a drawing showing an enlarged view of the danger indicator member shown in FIG. 4.
[0048] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, a composite retaining wall inclination measuring device according to another embodiment of the present invention may further include an inclination measuring member (400) that includes an auxiliary guide (430) and an interlocking tab (440), and may further include a danger indicator member (500).
[0049] The auxiliary guide (430) is coupled to the central axis of the display plate (410) coaxially with the main guide (420), and can be configured to maintain a rotational position at any position by means of a friction member having a constant friction coefficient, for example, a friction washer or a friction ring.
[0050] The interlocking tab (440) is formed to protrude from one side of the main guide (420), so that when the main guide (420) rotates, the auxiliary guide (430) can be rotated together with the main guide (420) by pressing the auxiliary guide (430) in one direction.
[0051] The danger indicator member (500) is installed on the surface of the composite retaining wall (W) so as to be located below the displacement detection connection part (300), and is a means of visually warning of a danger condition by popping up to the outside immediately when the fracture member (320) fractures. For example, the danger indicator member (500) can be installed between the lower surface of the upper fixing plate (100) and the upper block (W1).
[0052] The danger indicator member (500) may include a housing (510), a pop-up member (520), and a pop-up spring (530).
[0053] The housing (510) is a case structure fixedly installed on the surface of a retaining wall, for example, an upper block (W1), and may have a receiving space formed inside to accommodate a pop-up member (520) and a pop-up spring (530). An opening may be formed on the upper surface of the housing (510) through which the pop-up member (520) can pop out. The opening may be positioned to face a pop-up restraining member (600) to be described later.
[0054] The pop-up member (520) is a panel-structured member housed within the housing (510) and may include a display section (521) and a column section (522). The display section (521) is a plate-shaped structure, and on both sides thereof, a retroreflective sheet may be provided with a danger warning character, such as "Danger" or "No Access" printed thereon. The retroreflective sheet allows the danger warning character to be clearly recognized by an external light source, such as a vehicle's headlights, even at night or in low-light environments, thereby enabling the warning function to be performed both day and night. The column section (522) is a rod-shaped member extending downward from the bottom of the display section (521) and is coupled with a pop-up spring (530).
[0055] The pop-up member (520) is positioned so that the upper part of the normal display part (521) corresponds in close contact with the pop-up restraint member (600) described later, and the pop-up spring (530) can be stored inside the housing (510) in a compressed state.
[0056] The pop-up spring (530) is coupled to the column portion (522) and is positioned in a contracted state between the bottom surface of the housing (510) and the bottom of the display portion (521), and continuously presses the pop-up member (520) in the direction of the opening of the housing (510).
[0057] Meanwhile, to restrict the pop-up of the pop-up member (520), a pop-up restraining member (600) that normally blocks the opening of the housing (510) may be installed on the lower surface of the lower fixing plate (200). When the breaking member (320) is broken and the pop-up restraining member (600) is separated from the housing (510) of the danger indicator member (500) when the breaking member (320) is broken and the upper fixing plate (100) and the lower fixing plate (200) are separated, the pop-up restraining member (600) may be separated from the housing (510) of the danger indicator member (500). For example, the pop-up restraining member (600) may be in the form of a block.
[0058] In a composite retaining wall tilt measuring device according to another embodiment of the present invention, when tilting, sliding, or bulging displacement begins to occur in the retaining wall, the main guide (420) of the tilt measuring member (400) rotates by an angle corresponding to the displacement to display the tilt in real time, and the auxiliary guide (430) records the maximum tilt position. When the displacement exceeds the allowable value and the breaking member (320) breaks, the upper fixing plate (100) and the lower fixing plate (200) are separated from each other, and at this time, the pop-up restraining member (600) is separated from the housing (510) of the danger indicator member (500), so that the opening of the housing (510) is opened, and the pop-up member (520) of the danger indicator member (500) immediately pops up to notify the outside of the danger condition.
[0059] At this time, when the fracture member (320) is fractured due to excessive displacement occurring in the composite retaining wall (W), the restraining force applied by the displacement detection connection part (300) to the pop-up member (520) is released, and at this time, the pop-up member (520) can be quickly popped upward through the opening of the housing (510) by the restoring force of the pop-up spring (530).
[0060] In this other embodiment of the present invention, the composite retaining wall inclination measuring device can more easily detect displacement and check the risk of overturning of the composite retaining wall visually through the pop-up of the danger indicator member (500), and can also check the danger from a distance.
[0061] In addition, the danger indicator member (500) with a retroreflective sheet can perform a danger notification function not only during the day but also at night, which has the advantage of being easier to install in a roadside environment.
[0062] Meanwhile, a stain-resistant coating layer made of a stain-prevention coating composition may be applied to the surface of the display plate (410) and main guide (420) of the composite retaining wall slope measuring device according to embodiments of the present invention to improve stain resistance.
[0063] The above stain-resistant coating composition contains sodium nitrilotriacetate and alkyl phosphate in a molar ratio of 1:0.01 to 1:2, and the total content of sodium nitrilotriacetate and alkyl phosphate is 2 to 13 weight% with respect to the total aqueous solution.
[0064] The above sodium nitrilotriacetate and alkyl phosphate are preferably in a molar ratio of 1:0.01 to 1:2. If the molar ratio deviates from the above range, the applicability on the display plate (410) and main guide (420) is reduced, or moisture adsorption on the surface increases after application, causing the coating film to be removed.
[0065] The sodium nitrilotriacetate and alkyl phosphate are preferably present in an amount of 2 to 13 weight percent of the total aqueous composition. If the amount is less than 2 weight percent, there is a problem with reduced applicability on the display plate (410) and main instructions (420), and if the amount exceeds 13 weight percent, crystal precipitation is likely to occur due to an increase in the thickness of the coating film.
[0066] Meanwhile, it is preferable to apply the present stain-resistant coating composition onto the display board (410) and main guide (420) by a spray method. Additionally, the final coating film thickness on the display board (410) and main guide (420) is preferably 800 to 1500 Å. If the thickness of the coating film is less than 800 Å, there is a problem of deterioration in the case of high-temperature heat treatment, and if it exceeds 1500 Å, there is a disadvantage that crystal precipitation is likely to occur on the coating surface.
[0067] In addition, the present stain-resistant coating composition can be prepared by adding 0.05 moles of sodium nitrilotriacetate and alkyl phosphate to 1000 ml of distilled water and then stirring.
[0068] The reason the ratio of the above components and the thickness of the coating film were numerically limited as described above is that, based on the analysis of test results after repeated failures by the inventor, the optimal anti-fouling coating effect was observed at the above ratios.
[0069] Meanwhile, a coating layer may be formed on the surface of the upper fixing plate (100) and the lower fixing plate (200) of the composite retaining wall inclination measuring device according to embodiments of the present invention to prevent corrosion of the metal surface and improve wear resistance.
[0070] The coating material of this coating layer consists of 24 wt% 1,4-butanediol glycidyl ether, 25 wt% xylene diisocyanate, 11 wt% hafnium, 12 wt% magnesium organic acid, 8 wt% titanium oxide (TiO2), 12 wt% aluminum oxide (AIO2), and 8 wt% co-solvent, and the coating thickness can be formed to 7 μm.
[0071] 1,4-butanediol glycidyl ether and xylene diisocyanate play a role in preventing corrosion, weathering, and discoloration, and hafnium is a transition metal element with wear resistance and weathering resistance that plays a role in providing excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance.
[0072] Magnesium organic acid serves to impart alkali resistance and sliding properties to the surface of the coating film, while titanium oxide and aluminum oxide are added for purposes such as refractoriness and chemical stability.
[0073] The reason the ratio of the above-mentioned components and the coating thickness were numerically limited as described above is that, based on the analysis of test results after repeated failures by the inventor, the above ratios demonstrated optimal effects in improving weather resistance and wear resistance.
[0074] The description of the presented embodiments is provided so that any person skilled in the art may use or practice the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be apparent to those skilled in the art, and the general principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention. Thus, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments presented herein, but should be interpreted in the broadest possible scope consistent with the principles and novel features presented herein.
