Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an intelligent multi-functional painting system. More specifically, the present invention relates to an intelligent multi-functional painting system that performs the work in a single device to maximize productivity by unifying the construction process. Background Technology
[0002] Conventional painting finishing work involves installing scaffolding on interior walls and having workers use the scaffolding as a platform to perform painting; since this constitutes work at height, it poses a very high risk of falls.
[0003] In particular, since scaffolding or rails required for painting cannot be moved once installed, and thus scaffolding must be installed to match the width of the wall surface to paint a large area, there is a problem in that not only does it take a lot of time to install and dismantle the scaffolding, but the material costs for installing the scaffolding are also considerably high.
[0004] In other words, conventional putty, sanding, and painting processes are performed individually, making the construction complex and time-consuming. Furthermore, due to the high volume of manual labor, quality varies depending on the worker's skill level, and efficient production is difficult. In addition, the generation of large amounts of dust and hazardous substances results in a poor working environment and safety issues, leading to limitations such as difficulties in labor supply and increased labor costs.
[0005] Prior Art Document 1, "No. 10-2554605," presents technology for an automatic putty application device, but requires additional work because it cannot perform sanding and painting in an integrated manner. Furthermore, Prior Art Document 2, "No. 10-2012-0103921," introduces an automated painting system, but lacks putty and sanding operations, resulting in a lack of continuity in the overall construction process and potentially requiring additional work.
[0006] Therefore, there is a need to overcome the limitations of existing technology and enable putty and sanding operations in addition to painting, thereby eliminating the need for additional manpower. Furthermore, by utilizing automation and intelligent control technologies, it is necessary to unify construction processes and maximize productivity. To address this, there is a pressing need to develop an intelligent painting system that performs putty, sanding, and painting operations within a single device. Prior art literature
[0007] Patent Registration No. 10-2554605 (Publication Date: July 13, 2023) Published Patent Application No. 10-2012-0103921 (Publication Date: September 20, 2012) The problem to be solved
[0008] The present invention was conceived in recognition of the problems of the prior art, and aims to provide an intelligent multi-functional painting system that can automatically perform tasks in a single device, which can improve work efficiency, minimize quality deviations, reduce production costs, optimize construction, and improve the working environment. means of solving the problem

Specific details for implementing the invention
[0024] Hereinafter, the present invention according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the examples and drawings.
[0025] In the specification, singular expressions are used to include the plural unless the context clearly implies otherwise. Additionally, terms such as "include" or "have" mean that the features, numbers, steps, components, or combinations thereof mentioned in the specification are present, and should not be understood as excluding the possibility that one or more other features, numbers, steps, components, or combinations thereof may additionally exist or be included.
[0026] Terms with similar meanings, excluding those specifically mentioned above, will also be used for convenience rather than in a limited sense. To aid in understanding the drawings and descriptions, the X-axis mentioned below refers to the horizontal direction working in front of the object (1), the Y-axis refers to the height direction ascending and descending while intersecting the X-axis, and the Z-axis may refer to the direction of advancing and reversing toward the object (1) while intersecting the X-axis and Y-axis. That is, it follows three coordinate axes that are different directions and perpendicular. In the attached drawings, the same reference number has been assigned to identical components.
[0027] The intelligent multi-functional painting system according to the present invention can perform putty, sanding, and painting operations all with a single device.
[0028] Putty work is a process of smoothing a surface by applying a filler or repair agent to fill irregularities, cracks, gaps, and scratches. For example, it is applied to various materials such as metal, wood, concrete, and plastic, and serves to smooth the surface before painting. Sufficient drying time is required after applying putty, and appropriate surface treatment (sanding) is required to enhance adhesion with subsequent processes (sanding and painting) once the putty is completely dry.
[0029] Sanding is a polishing process used to smooth a surface or smooth out uneven areas after putty application. For example, the surface is polished using tools such as sandpaper or a sander, and the level of polishing can be adjusted from coarse to fine depending on the grit size. Sanding is an essential process performed to improve paint adhesion and ensure a uniform finish quality.
[0030] Painting is the process of applying paint (coating agent) to a surface for protection and aesthetic purposes. For example, paint is applied evenly using tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns, and depending on the type of painting, it is divided into a first coat (primer), a second coat (intermediate coat), and a third coat (finish coat). Managing proper drying time and paint thickness is important, and appropriate paints and painting methods must be selected to ensure uniform color and strong adhesion.

[0054] The polishing unit (151) is a sanding machine that uniformly polishes the wall surface through rotational or vibrating motion, and may consist of at least one or more.
[0055] The dust blocking section (155) is located around the polishing section (151), that is, at the edge of the second main body (112) centered on the polishing section (151), and can prevent dust from spreading or penetrating into the surroundings or the inside of the device. For example, it may be made of dust shielding mohair, etc.
[0056] The dust blocking part (155) can block dust and foreign substances, maintain airtightness and sealing, reduce noise and vibration, or provide friction and protection functions.
[0057] The dust suction unit (157) is positioned between the polishing unit (151) and the dust blocking unit (155) and may be composed of at least two or more units that suck up dust during the polishing operation.
[0058] The dust collector (158) is mounted on a moving unit (180) and transported, and can maintain a clean working environment by sucking in and removing pollutants such as dust, fine particles, and powder floating in the air from the dust suction unit (157) using an air compressor, thereby protecting the health of workers and maintaining the quality of machinery and products.

[0063] In detail, when the putty unit (130) is operated, the putty stored in the putty storage container (135) can be sprayed and discharged to the object (1) from the putty spray nozzle (131) through the putty supply line (133).
[0064] Additionally, when the painting unit (140) is operated, paint stored in the paint storage container (145) can be sprayed and discharged from the paint spraying unit (141) to the target object (1) through the paint supply line (143).
[0065] Referring to FIG. 3, the head unit (110) and the moving unit (180) can perform painting, puttying, and sanding operations in the X-axis working direction. During the operation, the distance between the object (1) and the head unit (110) can be measured and determined to move forward or backward in the Z-axis.
[0066] Each of the putty storage container (135), paint storage container (145), and dust collector (158) is placed on the mounting part (181), but the location is not limited to the drawing and can be designed and placed in various locations that are easily usable by the user or the intelligent multi-functional painting system.
[0067] FIG. 4 is a side view illustrating an intelligent multi-functional coating system according to the present invention.
[0068] Referring to FIG. 4, the head unit (110) is located on one side of the lifting unit (170) and may further include a rotating arm (115) that supports the first body (111) and the second body (112) to rotate with respect to the target body (1) along the Z-axis.
[0069] The rotating arm (115) can move forward or backward along the Z-axis by measuring and calculating the distance from the control unit (160) to the target (1). Additionally, the rotating arm (115) can serve to mitigate vibrations or shocks transmitted to the head unit (110) due to the movement of the lifting unit (170) and the moving unit (180), and can be made of a material such as rubber or silicone in a bellows shape.
[0070] The lifting unit (170) is composed of at least three or more units and can perform lifting motion along the Y-axis of a telescopic type.
[0071] Referring to FIG. 4, when the final position of the moving unit (180) is determined before the lifting unit (170) is operated, the ceiling fixing rail (185) is operated so that it can rise to the height of the building ceiling.
[0072] At this time, the fixed damper (187) located at the end of the ceiling fixing rail (185) is in close contact with the ceiling and can serve to prevent shaking, vibration, etc., during painting work and ensure stability.
[0073] Here, the fixed damper (187) may be made of a material such as rubber or silicone with a constant thickness.
[0074] The ceiling fixing rail (185) is mounted on the mounting portion (181) of the moving unit (180) and may be of the telescopic type rail type. It can move up and down along the Y-axis to temporarily fix and support the moving unit (180), and its length may be shortened to facilitate movement before or after the work is completed.
[0075] The lifting unit (170) can be used to ensure that all areas of the object (1) requiring painting are painted by sequential rising or falling, and depending on the working environment, rising and falling may be mixed or the order of rising or falling may be changed.
[0076] Meanwhile, when applying paint to the object (1), the painting steps may be divided into multiple steps depending on the purpose of the painting, for example, including a primer step, an intermediate step and a top coat step, or including a first coat step, a second coat step and a final coat step.
[0077] Here, although painting at all painting stages is an important step in determining the quality of the paint, the speed of painting is a relatively more important factor than the quality of the paint in the primer or first coat stage, and the quality of the paint may be a relatively more important factor than the speed of painting in the top coat or final coat stage.
[0078] That is, since the quality of the paint is determined based on the uniform thickness of the paint film, etc., the quality of the paint can be ensured by overlapping the upper and lower regions of the paint surface by considering the characteristics of the paint surface of the object (1).
[0079] FIG. 5 is an enlarged view illustrating an intelligent multi-functional painting system according to the present invention, and FIG. 6 is an operation diagram showing the head unit of the intelligent multi-functional painting system according to the present invention rotating.
[0080] Referring to FIG. 5, the sanding unit (150) cleans the surface of the object (1) with the grinding section (151), and dust and flying debris generated during the sanding process or the paint spraying process are not discharged out of the head unit (110) by the dust blocking section (155) but can be concentrated and transported to the dust suction line (157).
[0081] The putty unit (130) may include a putty spraying unit (131) and a putty scraper (132).
[0082] The putty spraying unit (131) is located in the first main body (111), and multiple supply nozzles may be positioned side by side to spray putty onto the target body (1).
[0083] The putty scraper (132) is positioned to correspond to the putty spraying section (131) and can serve to spread the putty sprayed onto the object (1) evenly.
[0084] Referring to FIG. 5, the first main body (111) is provided with a space for storing a putty scraper (132) and may further include a storage section (114) that is exposed during putty work and stored during painting or sanding work.
[0085] The putty scraper (132) is normally stored in the storage unit (114) and is exposed by the control unit (160) during putty application work, and can be automatically stored in the storage unit to prevent damage to the painted surface or color bleeding during painting work.
[0086] The above automatic storage function may include a mechanism that operates by a control signal from a control unit.
[0087] The control unit (160) can be located between the first main body (111) and the second main body (113).
[0088] The head unit (110) can be moved forward or backward by measuring the distance to the target (1) by the control unit (160).
[0089] Referring to FIG. 6, the head unit (110) is shown rotated 90 degrees by measuring and determining the optimal construction angle and inclination by the control unit (160). The head unit (110) may have a maximum rotation angle of 290°. If the rotation angle of the head unit (110) exceeds 290 degrees, not only will the problem of twisting of three or more transfer lines (113) occur, but the stability of the operation may also be compromised.
[0090] Accordingly, the intelligent multi-functional painting system according to the present invention can shorten working time and maximize productivity by continuously performing putty, sanding, and painting work in a single device, and can protect the health of workers and provide a safer working environment by minimizing the generation of dust and harmful substances during construction.
[0091] FIG. 7 is a schematic flowchart illustrating the painting operation of an intelligent multi-functional painting system according to the present invention.
[0092] Referring to FIG. 7, the control unit (160) measures and determines (S110) whether sanding is required during the painting operation (S100) of the intelligent multi-functional painting system according to the present invention.
[0093] The control unit (160) can analyze the surface condition of the object (1) using the gap, vertical and horizontal level detection unit (161) and perform sanding, putty, or painting operations in the necessary order based on the analyzed data.
[0094] For example, when a new paint job is required on a concrete wall in a residential space, the control unit (160) issues a command to operate the sanding unit (150) and operates it (S120). At this time, the dust collector (158) may be operated as dust is generated.
[0095] Next, when the sanding work is completed, the control unit (160) measures and determines (S130) whether putty work is required. If putty work is required, the putty unit (130) is activated.
[0096] In detail, putty contained in a putty storage container (135) can be supplied from a putty supply line (133) and sprayed from a putty spraying unit (131). At this time, the spraying intensity and pressure can be controlled by a control unit (160). In addition, a putty scraper (132) can be exposed to perform the task of evenly applying putty to an object (1) (S140).
[0097] Next, when the putty work is completed, the control unit (160) measures and determines (S150) whether painting is required. If painting is required, the painting unit (140) is activated.
[0098] As described above, paint contained in a paint storage container (145) can be supplied from a paint supply line (143) and sprayed from a paint spraying unit (141). At this time, the spraying intensity and pressure can be controlled by a control unit (160). In addition, a dust collector (158) can be operated as flying debris is generated during paint spraying (S160).
[0099] The control unit (163) of the control unit (160) can apply a reinforcement learning (RL)-based algorithm in the putty application and painting process to maximize uniformity of application while adjusting the amount of putty and painting thickness in real time, and optimize putty, sanding, and painting finishing work by learning and adjusting the optimal painting pattern according to changes in the work environment.
[0100] In detail, the control unit (163) can apply a reinforcement learning-based algorithm in the putty application and painting process to control the amount of putty applied and the thickness of the paint in real time.
[0101] Additionally, the control unit (163) may include a function to optimize putty, sanding, and painting finishing operations by learning and adjusting the optimal painting pattern according to changes in the work environment.
[0102] In addition, the control unit (163) can learn the optimal work path based on environmental changes and real-time quality inspection data by applying a reinforcement learning-based algorithm.
[0103] The control unit (163) may include a function to automatically adjust the painting pattern according to the shape of the object (1), painting conditions, and environmental variables, and to update the painting path in real time during operation to maintain uniform painting quality.
[0104] Finally, the quality inspection unit (167) of the control unit (160) may include the function of inspecting surface quality using a vision sensor after the painting work is completed, performing quality inspection in real time using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), analyzing coating uniformity, color consistency and painting defects, automatically determining whether there are defects based on a learned quality discrimination model, and, if a defect is detected as a result of the analysis, generating a correction signal and transmitting a command to the control unit (160) to perform rework on the area (S170).
[0105] If the result is determined to be normal, the work is completed; however, if a defect is detected, the process returns to the putty work step (S140) to perform the work again.
[0106] For example, in the case of a wall for an exposed concrete interior that does not require sanding and putty work, the sanding step (S110) and the putty step (S130) can be skipped, and the finishing work can be done starting from the painting step (S150).
[0107] FIG. 8 is a schematic flowchart illustrating the movement and operation of an intelligent multi-functional painting system according to the present invention.
[0108] Referring to FIG. 8, the movement and operation operation (S200) of the intelligent multi-functional painting system according to the present invention can determine whether the moving unit (180) recognizes the coordinate position value of the target point based on the total station (S210). If recognized, the moving unit (180) is operated to move to the location of the object (1) (S220). When the moving unit (180) arrives, the ceiling fixing rail (185) rises toward the ceiling and adheres to the ceiling, and the fixing damper (187) is temporarily fixed (S230).
[0109] In detail, the control unit (163) recognizes the coordinate position value of a target point and performs the function of controlling the moving unit (180) to move to that position, and after the moving unit (180) moves, the ceiling fixing rail (185) rises and comes into close contact with the ceiling, and then the process of temporarily fixing using the fixing damper (187) is automatically performed.
[0110] Next, the height of the object (1) can be measured by the sensing unit (161) (S240). At this time, the height can be measured using an encoder that can be verified by the wire unwinding amount. After measurement, the height is calculated by the control unit (163), and the lifting unit (170) can be operated to rise from the first stage to the third stage in a telescopic manner (S250).
[0111] In detail, the control unit (163) can operate using the detection unit (161), measure the height of the object (1), and independently raise or lower the lifting unit (170) based on the measured height.
[0112] In addition, the control unit (163) can measure the distance to the wall using the detection unit (161) and automatically control the forward or backward movement of the head unit (110) using the measured data.
[0113] Next, the distance between the head unit (110) and the object (1) is measured by the sensing unit (161) (S260). The control unit (163) measures the distance and controls the forward or backward movement of the head unit (110) (S270). Next, the inclination of the object (1) is measured by the sensing unit (161) (S280).
[0114] In detail, the control unit (163) may include a function to measure the inclination of the object (1) using the detection unit (161) and to adjust the rotation angle of the head unit (110) based on the measured inclination value.
[0115] At this time, the sensing unit (161) can measure the tilt of the object (1) through a pair of gyroscope sensors. It is not limited to this, and can measure by applying various sensors.
[0116] Next, the tilt is calculated to adjust the rotation angle of the head unit (110) (S290). After the movement and operation (S200) step of the intelligent multi-functional painting system, the painting operation (S100) flowchart as shown in FIG. 7 can be followed.
[0117] While performing the painting work (S100), the movement and operation of the intelligent multi-functional painting system (100) can be carried out by returning to the height measurement step (S240) by the detection unit (161).
[0118] Finally, after the painting work step (S100) is completed, the work can be moved to the next work location and the finishing work can be completed.
[0119] Accordingly, the intelligent painting system (100) according to the present invention can reduce equipment operating costs by integrating individual construction into a single device and increase operational efficiency through automatic diagnosis and maintenance functions.
[0120] In addition, the intelligent painting system (100) according to the present invention can reduce quality deviations based on the skill level of the worker and maintain consistent work quality through the detection unit (161) and the control unit (163), and can simultaneously secure work efficiency and quality by automatically analyzing work conditions and adjusting optimal construction parameters.
[0121] The above-described embodiments are merely exemplary, and a person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments therefrom. Therefore, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention must be determined by the technical concept of the invention as described in the claims. Explanation of the symbols
