Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a device capable of performing a treatment to protect perforated areas formed in a pipe from corrosion, etc., when applying a non-disruptive branching method or a non-disruptive shut-off method used for maintenance of a fluid-carrying pipe, such as a water supply pipe, and in particular, to a non-disruptive coating device capable of coating perforated areas underwater. Background Technology
[0002] Non-disruptive branching or non-disruptive shut-off methods are methods of performing branching or shut-off on a pipe while maintaining the flow state of the fluid in the pipe. In order to apply non-disruptive branching or non-disruptive shut-off methods, a hole for branching or a hole for inserting a shut-off head must be formed in the pipe.
[0003] That is, as illustrated in the drawing for explaining the perforation formed in the pipe of Fig. 1, in order to implement a non-stop branching method or a non-stop shut-off method, a perforation (3) as illustrated in Fig. 1 (b) is formed at a predetermined location in the pipe (2) through which a fluid such as tap water (1) is flowing, as illustrated in Fig. 1 (a).
[0004] Such a hole (3) is formed by installing a gate-type valve connected to a branch pipe installed in the pipe, and a cylindrical cutting blade is inserted through the gate-type valve to form a hole in the pipe, so that in the non-stop branching method, it is for connecting the branch pipe, and in the non-stop shut-off method, it is for inserting the shut-off head of the fluid shut-off device.
[0005] delete
[0006] Meanwhile, in the case of a pipe (2) made of cast iron or steel, the inner or outer surface of the pipe (2) is typically treated to prevent corrosion, so it is not corroded by a fluid such as tap water (1). However, as shown in (b) of Fig. 1 above, if a hole (3) is formed in the pipe (2) using a drilling machine that forms a hole in the pipe (2), an exposed surface (3-1) is formed that is cut by the drilling machine according to the thickness of the pipe (2).
[0007] Since the exposed surface (3-1) of such a hole (3) is not rust-proofed, it is easily oxidized and rust (4) is formed when exposed to tap water (1) as shown in (c) of Fig. 1 above, and corrosion of the exposed surface (3-1) can cause corrosion in the rust-proofed part around the hole (3).
[0008] delete
[0009] For this reason, when executing the non-disruptive branching method or the non-disruptive blocking method, it is necessary to form a predetermined coating layer (5) along the exposed surface (3-1) of the hole (3) so that the exposed surface (3-1) of the hole (3) is not exposed to tap water (1) as shown in (d) of Fig. 1 above. However, since there is no device capable of coating the exposed surface (3-1) of the hole (3) in a pipe (2) in which fluid is flowing, anti-corrosion treatment for the hole (3) cannot be performed when executing the non-disruptive branching method or the non-disruptive blocking method.
[0010] That is, although non-toxic underwater coating solutions of various materials are used in various fields, there is no means to coat the exposed surface (3-1) of the hole (3) using an underwater coating solution in non-disruptive branching methods or non-disruptive blocking methods.
[0011] For example, various coating agents capable of being coated underwater, such as the invention titled "Method for preventing salt damage and corrosion of concrete and steel structures in water or at sea and underwater coating agent used therein," application number 10-2020-0097876, and furthermore, non-toxic underwater coating agents are being developed and used, so that corrosion prevention treatment can be performed on the perforations (3) of the pipe (1) using these. However, there is no means to coat the exposed surface (3-1) of the perforations (3) formed in the pipe (1) during the implementation of the non-disruption branching method or non-disruption blocking method, so the exposed surface (3-1) is left as is. As a result, in the case of the pipe (2) to which the non-disruption branching method or non-disruption blocking method is applied as in (c) of Fig. 1, significant corrosion occurs at the perforation (3) area, and there is a problem that the durability of the pipe (2) is rapidly reduced due to this corrosion. The problem to be solved
[0012] The present invention was devised to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and aims to provide a non-disruption coating device capable of coating the exposed surface of a perforation formed during the implementation of a non-disruption branching method or a non-disruption blocking method performed at an arbitrary location for the maintenance of a fluid-carrying pipe, such as a water supply pipe, using an underwater coating solution.
[0013] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a non-disruptive coating device capable of maintaining the durability of a pipe by preventing corrosion through coating the exposed surface of a perforation with an underwater coating solution.

[0081] Meanwhile, as shown in (a) of the drawing for explaining the coating roller of the non-stop coating device for coating the perforated portion of the pipe of the present invention, the coating roller (420-1) that contacts the exposed surface (3-1) of the perforation (3), the upper roller (420-2) that contacts the outer diameter surface (2-1) of the pipe (2) connected to the exposed surface (3-1), and the lower roller (420-3) that contacts the inner diameter surface (2-2) of the pipe (2) connected to the exposed surface (3-1) are preferably formed.
[0082] As shown in Fig. 6(b), the above coating roller (420) forms a coating layer (5) by applying an underwater coating liquid (C) to the adjacent outer diameter surface (2-1) and inner diameter surface (2-2), including the exposed surface (3-1) of the pipe (2), thereby improving the durability of the coating layer (5) and making the anti-corrosion treatment of the exposed surface (3-1) more effective.
[0083] Meanwhile, when the coating roller (420) is composed of an intermediate roller (420-1), an upper roller (420-2), and a lower roller (420-3) as described above, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), the supply line section (50) is preferably composed of two supply nozzles (54) and positioned between the intermediate roller (420-1) and the upper roller (420-2) of the coating roller (420) and between the intermediate roller (420-1) and the lower roller (430-3), respectively, so as to supply the underwater coating liquid (C) to the coating roller (420) so that the underwater coating liquid (C) can be applied more effectively.
