Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an underwater automatic cutting device for drainage materials and a cutting method using the same, which improves the efficiency and stability of cutting by automatically cutting the drainage material underwater after it is installed on the ground by a mandrel during the construction process of a PVD or PBD method for improving soft ground on the seabed at sea. Background Technology

[0002] The PVD or PBD method for improving soft ground offshore is an efficient technique that promotes ground consolidation and ensures the stability of soft ground by installing drainage materials within the ground. This offshore drainage installation is carried out by installing installation equipment on a barge (a work platform) and vertically pressing mandrels containing drainage materials into the ground. By installing the drainage materials at regular intervals and discharging excess pore water from the ground to the surface through the materials, ground consolidation occurs, and over time, the bearing capacity of the soft ground is increased, thereby strengthening the ground.

[0003] In soft ground improvement methods using such drainage materials, the drainage material is installed on the seabed and then cut for continuous operation. In the past, a method was used in which a diver dived underwater and manually cut each piece, but recently, a device has been developed and is being used in which a worker on a barge lowers the cutting device underwater and pulls the cutting device from the barge to cut.

[0004] Registered Patent No. 10-1875860 is disclosed as an example of a cutting device for cutting drainage materials.

[0005] The cutting device of the aforementioned prior art is structured such that, once the pouring of the drainage material is completed, a worker on a barge lowers the cutting device into the water along the mandrel using its own weight, and when the cutting device touches the seabed, the worker pulls the rope connected to the cutting device onto the barge with strong force to cut it.

[0006] Therefore, although there is the convenience of a worker cutting on a barge instead of a diver underwater, there are difficulties in the work of manually inserting and pulling out the cutting device one by one, which increases the fatigue of the worker and makes efficient work impossible. Furthermore, the worker faces safety risks from the blade while lifting the cutting device by hand, and in particular, there is a problem of reduced construction quality as the accuracy of the cutting position of the drainage material decreases due to the influence of irregularities in the seabed, tides, currents, flow velocity, and the worker's proficiency in cutting. The problem to be solved

[0007] The objective of the present invention is to solve such problems by installing a cutting tool for cutting drainage material in a mandrel bending prevention structure installed at the bottom of a barge that protects the mandrel up to a position close to the seabed, and when the pouring of the drainage material is completed and the mandrel is withdrawn, the cutting tool installed in the mandrel guide protecting the mandrel is operated by a control signal from a position control device to automatically cut the drainage material at precise intervals, thereby ensuring worker safety, shortening the cutting time, and improving cutting precision and construction efficiency. The invention also provides an underwater automatic cutting device for drainage material of a marine drainage material construction device and a cutting method using the same. means of solving the problem

[0008] The present invention, as a means to achieve this purpose, comprises: a barge floating on the sea and performing movement and alignment to a drainage material construction site; a multi-axis drainage material construction equipment installed on the barge to supply drainage material to a mandrel and drive the mandrel to insert and withdraw it from the ground; a mandrel bending prevention structure installed underwater below a penetration hole of the barge to protect the mandrel from external underwater stress; and a cutter installed on the mandrel bending prevention structure; wherein the mandrel bending prevention structure comprises: hollow square end leaders vertically fixed in the underwater below a penetration hole communicating with the sea surface of the barge at a number and spacing corresponding to the mandrel; an internal guide fixedly installed by a support member with the same length inside the square end leaders; a mandrel guide disposed inside the square end leaders and guiding the mandrel while rising and falling along the interior by the operation of a winch; and a solenoid having a plunger installed at the upper portion adjacent to the lower end of the mandrel guide to fix and separate the mandrel. The cutting machine comprises: a motor installed at the lower part of a mandrel guide and providing driving force; a rotating body attached to the lower part of the motor and rotated by the driving of the motor; and one or more blades hinged to the bottom surface of the rotating body, which maintain a downward state by gravity when the motor is not driven, and spread out horizontally by centrifugal force to cut drainage material when the rotating body rotates by the driving of the motor.

[0009] The present invention provides an underwater automatic cutting device for drainage materials of a marine drainage material construction device characterized by including

[0018] In addition, the blade is positioned lower than the bottom of the mandrel guide so as not to collide with the mandrel guide during rotation, and is characterized by being installed such that the blade maintains a vertical downward position around the hinge during the insertion and extraction process of the mandrel so as not to hinder the movement of the mandrel, and the drainage material is within the rotation range of the blade when it is unfolded and rotated by centrifugal force.

[0019] The present invention is a method for underwater cutting of drainage material on soft seabed using a mandrel bending prevention structure, comprising:

[0020] (a) A step of installing a mandrel bending prevention structure at the lower part of a barge's penetration hole, the structure comprising square end leaders installed at intervals and numbers corresponding to the mandrels, a mandrel guide that is raised and lowered along the inner guide using a winch and a wire rope, a solenoid having a plunger for fixing and separating the mandrel on both upper sides adjacent to the bottom of the mandrel guide, and a cutting device for cutting the poured PVD;

[0021] (b) A step in which the mandrel guide is raised to the inner guide of the square end leader and fixed by the winding operation of the winch, and the mandrel with the drainage material inserted is lowered by the driving device so that its lower end is exposed to the bottom of the mandrel guide, and at the same time the solenoid is activated and its plunger is electrically connected to the mandrel so that the mandrel guide and the mandrel are interlocked as a single unit;

[0022] (c) A step in which the solenoid is actuated in step (b) above to interlock the mandrel guide and the mandrel as a single unit, and simultaneously the mandrel and the mandrel guide descend simultaneously by releasing the winch;

[0023] (d) When the lower end of the mandrel, which is descending together with the mandrel guide in step (c) above, reaches a position close to the seabed, the operation of the winch is stopped by a control signal of the descent position control means so that the mandrel guide stops at a position close to the seabed, and at the same time, the operation of the solenoid that links the mandrel guide with the mandrel is released so that the mandrel is separated from the mandrel guide;

[0024] (e) A step in which the mandrel, separated from the mandrel guide in step (d) above, continues to descend and is pressed into the seabed ground to pour drainage material;

[0025] (f) A step of withdrawing the mandrel and cutting the drainage material with a cutting machine once the pouring of the drainage material is completed;

[0026] (g) a step of raising a mandrel guide that has been lowered into the water and stopped by operating a winch to return it to its original position; and

[0027] The above step (f) is,

[0028] The present invention provides a method for automatically cutting drainage material underwater in a marine drainage material construction device, characterized by including the step of: when drainage material is poured and the mandrel is pulled out, the cutting machine is operated by a control signal of a control system that detects this; when the rotating plate rotates due to the motor rotation of the cutting machine, one or more blades hinged to the bottom surface maintain a downward position due to their own weight and rotate simultaneously at high speed due to the rotation of the rotating plate, thereby being raised outward around the hinge as an axis and unfolded horizontally by the centrifugal force generated to automatically cut the drainage material within the rotation range of the blades; and when the cutting is completed, the blades return downward to their original position due to the loss of driving force. Effects of the invention

[0029] The present invention, as described above, allows an automatic cutting machine mounted on the mandrel guide of a mandrel bending reinforcement structure to automatically cut the drainage material at a precise, preset point underwater. This minimizes cutting errors for each drainage material and reduces the time and effort required for manual work by conventional workers, thereby shortening the drainage material construction time and significantly increasing construction efficiency.

[0030] In addition, since drainage materials can be cut with consistent precision regardless of external environmental conditions such as tides and currents, economic benefits can be expected, including reduced rework and lowered overall construction costs. Brief explanation of the drawing

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0032] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings, focusing on the parts necessary to understand the operation and function according to the present invention.

[0033] The embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are merely one preferred embodiment of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical concepts of the present invention; therefore, it should be understood that various modifications capable of replacing them may exist at the time of filing this application.

[0034] In describing the embodiments of the present invention, unnecessary technical details that are well known in the technical field to which the present invention belongs and are not directly related to the present invention are omitted to ensure clearer communication without obscuring the essence of the invention.

[0035] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the underwater automatic cutting device for drainage materials of the marine drainage material construction device of the present invention is,

[0036] A barge (B) that floats on the sea and moves and aligns to the drainage material (10) construction site;

[0037] A multi-axis drainage material (10) construction equipment (100) installed on the above barge (B) to supply drainage material (10) to a mandrel (20) and drive the mandrel (20) to insert and pull out the material into the ground;

[0038] A mandrel bending prevention structure (200) installed underwater below the penetration hole (30) of the barge (B) to protect the mandrel (20) from external stress underwater;

[0039] It consists of a cutting machine (300) installed in the above mandrel bending prevention structure (200).

[0040] The above mandrel bending prevention structure (200) is,

[0041] A hollow square end leader (210) vertically fixed in the lower water of the penetrating hole (30) communicating with the sea surface on the above barge (B) at a number and spacing corresponding to the mandrel (20);

[0042] An inner guide (220) fixedly installed by a support rod (211) with the same length inside the square end leader (210);

[0043] A mandrel guide (230) positioned inside the square end leader (210) and guiding the mandrel (20) by moving up and down along the inside of the mandrel guide (230) by the operation of a winch (231); and

[0044] It includes a solenoid (240) having a plunger (241) installed at the upper portion adjacent to the lower portion of the mandrel guide (230) to fix and separate the mandrel (20).

[0045] The above cutting machine (300) is installed on the upper part of the mandrel guide (230) of the above mandrel bending prevention structure (200) and is characterized by including a motor (301) that provides driving force, a rotating body (302) that is attached to the lower part of the motor (301) and rotates by the driving of the motor (301), and one or more blades (304) that are hinged (303) on the bottom surface of the rotating body (302) and maintain a downward state by gravity when the motor (301) is not driven, and spread out at an angle close to horizontal by centrifugal force when the rotating body (302) is rotated by the driving of the motor (301) to cut the drainage material (10).

[0046] Here, the blade (304) is positioned lower than the bottom of the mandrel guide (230) so as not to collide with the mandrel guide (230) when rotating, and is installed so that the drainage material (10) is accurately within the rotation range of the blade (304) when the blade (304) is unfolded.

[0047] In addition, the blade (304) can be replaced with a chain or wire.

[0048] To help understand the cutting device of the present invention, the process of constructing the drainage material (10) using the mandrel bending prevention structure (200) and the process up to the cutting stage will first be explained.

[0049] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the mandrel bending prevention structure (200) is installed vertically underwater below the penetration hole (30) of the barge (B) and protects almost the entire section from when the mandrel (20), into which the drainage material (10) has been inserted by the drainage material (10) construction equipment (100), is introduced into the water through the penetration hole (30) of the barge (B) until it is poured on the seabed, thereby preventing the mandrel (20) from bending due to external stress caused by the underwater environment, such as ocean currents. The mandrel bending prevention structure (200) is a rigid truss structure and is composed of a square end leader (210) fixed to the lower part of the barge (B), an inner guide (220) double-fixed inside the square end leader (210), and a mandrel guide (230) inserted into the inner guide (220) and moving up and down along it, and the mandrel (20) is the mandrel The drainage material (10) is poured into the seabed ground by descending independently from inside the guide (230) or together with the mandrel guide (230).

[0050] The above mandrel guide (230) safely guides the mandrel (20) by raising and lowering the inner guide (220) of the square end leader (210) by the winding operation of the winch (231) installed on the barge (B).

[0051] In particular, the mandrel guide (230) is lowered together with the mandrel (20) to a position close to the seabed, protecting and supporting the mandrel (20) until the mandrel (20) is lowered from the barge (B) into the water and pressed into the seabed, thereby preventing deformation caused by external environments such as ocean currents underwater.

[0052] This mandrel guide (230) is connected to a winch (231) installed on a barge (B) and a wire, and is raised and lowered according to the winding length of the wire. At the point where the lower end of the lowering mandrel (20) passes through the mandrel guide (230), a solenoid (240), which will be described later, is activated according to a control signal of a position control means, and is linked integrally with the mandrel (20) by a plunger (241), and is lowered simultaneously with the mandrel (20) to a position close to the seabed, thereby protecting the mandrel (20).

[0053] That is, when the mandrel (20) is not operating, the mandrel guide (230) is raised by the winding operation of the winch (231) so that its upper end is positioned on the upper part of the inner guide (220). Then, when the mandrel (20) is lowered to pour the drainage material (10) and is drawn into the interior of the mandrel guide (230), at the point where its lower end is exposed to the lower part of the mandrel guide (230), the solenoid (240) is operated according to the control signal of the position control means of the mandrel (20) to be linked integrally with the mandrel (20), and at the same time, the mandrel guide (230) is lowered together with the mandrel (20) by the unwinding operation of the winch (231).

[0054] Additionally, when the mandrel (20) is in a state where it is integrally linked with the mandrel guide (230) and the lower end of the mandrel (20) reaches a position close to the seabed, the release operation of the winch (231) is stopped according to the control signal of the mandrel (20) lowering position control means, so that the mandrel guide (230) stops at that position and at the same time the power to the solenoid (240) is cut off, thereby releasing the connection with the mandrel (20), so that only the mandrel (20) continues to descend and is pressed into the seabed ground to pour the drainage material (10).

[0055] When the drainage material (10) is poured, the mandrel (20) is withdrawn, and the cutting machine (300) is operated by a control signal from a control system that detects the withdrawn mandrel (20).

[0056] When the cutting machine (300) is operated, the motor (301) rotates to rotate the rotating plate, and one or more blades (304) attached to the bottom surface of the rotating plate by a hinge (303) maintain a downward position due to their own weight. As they rotate at high speed simultaneously due to the rotation of the rotating plate, they are raised outward around the hinge (303) as an axis and rotate while spreading out horizontally. Therefore, the drainage material (10) within the rotation range of the blade (304) is automatically cut by the blade (304).

[0057] When the cutting is completed, the motor (301) stops operating to complete the installation of one drainage material (10), and the blade (304), having lost its driving force, returns to its original downward position with the loss of centrifugal force, and at the same time, the mandrel guide (230) also rises to its original position to prepare for the next continuous operation.

[0058] Next, a cutting method using an underwater automatic cutting device for the drainage material (10) of the marine drainage material construction device of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. 5.

[0059] (a) A step (S100) of installing a mandrel bending prevention structure (200) at the bottom of a penetration hole (30) of a barge (B), the structure comprising square end leaders (210) installed at intervals corresponding to the number and spacing of the mandrel (20), a mandrel guide (230) that moves up and down along the inner guide (220) using a winch (231) and a wire rope, a solenoid (240) having a plunger (241) that fixes and separates the mandrel (20) on both upper sides close to the bottom of the mandrel guide (230), and a cutting device that cuts the poured PVD;

[0060] (b) A step (S200) in which the mandrel guide (230) is raised to the inner guide (220) of the square end leader (210) and fixed by the winding operation of the winch (231), and the mandrel (20) with the drainage material (10) inserted is lowered by the driving device so that the lower end is exposed to the lower part of the mandrel guide (230), and at the same time the solenoid (240) is activated and its plunger (241) is electrically connected to the mandrel (20) so that the mandrel guide (230) and the mandrel (20) are linked as a single unit;

[0061] (c) A step (S300) in which the solenoid (240) is actuated in step (b) above so that the mandrel guide (230) and the mandrel (20) are linked as a single unit, and at the same time, the mandrel (20) and the mandrel guide (230) descend simultaneously by releasing the winch (231);

[0062] (d) When the lower end of the mandrel (20), which is lowered together with the mandrel guide (230) in step (c) above, reaches a position close to the seabed, the operation of the winch (231) is stopped by a control signal of the lowering position control means so that the mandrel guide (230) stops at a position close to the seabed, and at the same time, the operation of the solenoid (240) that links the mandrel guide (230) with the mandrel (20) is released so that the mandrel (20) is separated from the mandrel guide (230) (S400);

[0063] (d') Step (S500) in which the mandrel (20), separated from the mandrel guide (230) in the above step, continues to descend and is pressed into the seabed ground to pour the drainage material (10);

[0064] (e) Step (S600) of pulling out the mandrel (20) and cutting the drainage material (10) by a cutter (300) when the pouring of the drainage material (10) is completed;

[0065] (f) a step (S700) of raising the mandrel guide (230), which has been lowered into the water and stopped, back to its original position by operating the winch (231); and

[0066] The above step (e) is,

[0067] When the drainage material (10) is poured and the mandrel (20) is pulled out, the cutting machine (300) is operated by a control signal of a control system that detects this, and when the rotating plate is rotated by the rotation of the motor (301) of the cutting machine (300), one or more blades (304) installed on the bottom surface by a hinge (303) maintain a downward position due to their own weight and rotate simultaneously at high speed by the rotation of the rotating plate, and by the centrifugal force generated, they are set outward around the hinge (303) as an axis and rotate while spreading out in a horizontal direction to automatically cut the drainage material (10) within the rotation range of the blades (304), and when the cutting is completed, they return to the original position downward due to the loss of driving force (S800);

[0068] The drainage material cutting device of the present invention, which is formed in such steps, is installed at the bottom of the mandrel guide (230) of the mandrel bending prevention structure (200). Since the cutting work is automatically performed by an automatically controlled cutting machine (300) while the mandrel guide (230) has lowered the drainage material (10) to a point close to the seabed, i.e., a position where the drainage material is to be cut, the cutting work is automatically performed. Compared to the conventional method of manually inserting the cutting device and manually pulling it to cut, the precision of the cutting position is improved, thereby increasing drainage efficiency. Furthermore, the efficiency of the cutting work and the safety of the worker are ensured, and the construction speed is drastically reduced, resulting in a significant effect of shortening the construction period and reducing costs.

[0069] In particular, the blade (304) of the cutting machine (300) of the present invention maintains a vertical downward state centered on the hinge (303) by gravity during the insertion and extraction process of the mandrel (20) so as not to hinder the movement of the mandrel (20), and operates after the mandrel (20) has poured the drainage material (10) and been extracted to pour the drainage material (10), and the blade (304) is made of a material having high strength and wear resistance.

[0070] The foregoing description is merely an illustrative explanation of the technical concept of the present invention, and the scope of the technical concept of the present invention is not limited by such embodiments and the attached drawings. The scope of protection of the present invention shall be interpreted by the claims below, and all technical concepts within an equivalent scope shall be interpreted as being included within the scope of rights of the present invention.
