Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a digital map production system, and more specifically, to a digital map production system capable of immediate correction through the actual measurement of erroneous digital information. Background Technology
[0003] Generally, a digital map refers to a map that represents geographical and topographical content using numerical data. Examples include nautical charts that show water depth numerically and topographic survey maps that show the relief of the terrain. In other words, a digital map applies numerical information to a drawn image while expressing the geographical and topographical features of a specific point.
[0004] The construction of a digital map is completed through the following various processes. First, after a paper map is converted into a digital map format through digitizing or scanning, it undergoes procedures to correct various input errors.
[0005] Next, through coordinate transformation, the data is converted into an actual coordinate system to suit the user's purpose, and a topological structure is established to identify the relative positionalities and relationships between spatial objects. Subsequently, attribute data related to each geometric data is input into the digital map that has undergone the establishment of the topological structure.
[0006] In this case, the aforementioned attribute data includes various identifier information. For example, the Unique Feature Identifier (UFID) is used as an identifier for topographic features in the digital maps of the National Geographic Information Institute. This refers to a single identifier uniquely assigned to a topographic feature, representing location information, managing agency, and other attribute information assigned to the feature. It consists of agency codes, map sheet numbers, topographic feature identification codes, and serial number fields, and is used as an identifier for linking with other spatial information or for cross-referencing between topographic features for the management, search, and utilization of the features.
[0007] Digital maps produced in this way enable faster and more accurate map searching compared to paper maps, and their superior information management and usability allow for more effective support for various planning and decision-making.
[0008] All geographical features on the ground may frequently undergo partial changes due to large-scale construction or other factors. Therefore, digital maps, which quantify various data, require frequent correction or updating of the coordinate information of the altered areas.
[0009] However, these conventional correction or update methods involved the inconvenience of having to manually search for and modify specific parts at the ground object image, block image, and digital map image levels within the entire system.
[0010] In addition, conventionally, real-time modifications were virtually impossible because operators performed the edits directly; consequently, there was a problem in that digital maps could not be updated quickly in line with actual field changes.
[0011] Ultimately, digital maps containing information different from the actual site caused inconvenience to users and undermined the reliability of the maps.

[0032] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement it. However, the present invention may be embodied in various different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.
[0033] To clearly explain the present invention, parts unrelated to the explanation have been omitted, and the same reference numerals are used for identical or similar components throughout the specification.
[0034] In addition, terms or words used in this specification and claims should not be interpreted as being limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, but should be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the invention, based on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the terms to best describe his invention.
[0036] FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating the overall configuration of a digital map production system capable of immediate correction through actual measurement of error numerical information according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an error detection target digital map image of a digital map production system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a collected image of the front of a moving means collected by a numerical information collection unit according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0037] As described above, the digital map generation system according to the present invention is designed to generate a digital map image (M1) based on various image information (AIM) collected at the site, and furthermore, detects and corrects errors in the digital map image (M1) at the site.
[0038] To this end, the digital map production system comprises a digital map server (200) that produces a digital map image (M1) based on information collected from the outside and corrects and manages an existing digital map image (M1) based on the collected information, and a digital information collection unit (100) that collects external information and transmits it to the digital map server (200).
[0039] The components configured in each of the numerical information collection unit (100) and the numerical map server (200) will be explained in more detail.
[0040] The numerical information collection unit (100) is composed of an information collection device (300), a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) device (120), a scanner (130), a storage module (140), an image classification module (150), a filtering module (151), a direction checking module (160), a map information search module (171), and a controller (170).
[0041] The information collection device (300) generates image data collected by taking a forward shot of the means of transport (C). Image data of an image (IM) such as that shown in FIG. 3 is collected through continuous shooting at a certain interval.
[0042] The GNSS device (120) measures the GNSS coordinate values of the means of transport (C). Since the technology for continuously calculating the received GNSS in real time is already known technology, further explanation is omitted.
[0043] The scanner (130) measures vector values (P1, P2, P4) for each laser point in front of the vehicle (C) and classifies the effective vector values of the effective range. Generally, a lidar measures vector values through laser scanning. The above effective vector values are explained in detail with reference to the embodiment below.
[0044] The storage module (140) collects and stores the image data, GNSS coordinate values, effective vector values, and sample images. Although various storage media can be used for the storage module (140), in this embodiment, an SSD (Solid State Drive) is applied instead of an HDD (Hard Disk Drive) to ensure stability of data storage while driving.
[0045] The image classification module (150) converts the image (IM) of the image data into 3D based on the valid vector value and extracts the road image (21) and structure image (11, 12) in front of the vehicle by comparing the constituent image within the valid range of the image (IM) with the sample image through a CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) algorithm. The image classification module (150) accurately extracts and classifies the road image (21) and the structure image (11, 12) according to a CNN algorithm based on deep learning and GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) technology. The image classification module (150) converts the collected image of the image data into 3D to realistically represent the actual form of the constituent image, thereby increasing the accuracy of the extraction of the constituent image through the CNN algorithm. For reference, the image of the image data contains numerous constituent images, and in particular, the structure image (11, 12) is extracted only from the constituent images of the image data that are similar to the sample image. The above sample image may be a building, street light, traffic light, street tree, fence, information board, car, mailbox, etc. installed along the roadside.
[0046] The filtering module (151) generates a reference image from the structure images (11, 12) extracted by the image classification module (150) in which a position value is set, and generates a section image (41, 42) from the road image (21) in which a designated color or designated mark is located. Among the structure images (11, 12), images such as streetlights, street trees, fences, signboards, automobiles, and mailboxes are generally omitted during map production. Therefore, for the omitted images, position values such as GNSS values or drawing coordinate values are not set. On the other hand, the structure image (11) used during the production of the above digital map has a position value set. Therefore, among the structure images (11, 12), the image (11) in which a position value is set is classified and generated as a reference image. Meanwhile, on the road, the road is painted in a specific color or text is displayed so that drivers can visually recognize child protection zones, bus stops, construction zones, etc. Since the designated color or designated mark is displayed on the road, it is identified in the road image (21) of the image data (IM), and the filtering module (151) classifies the section on the road image (21) where the designated color or designated mark is located into section images (41, 42) and generates them.
[0047] The map information search module (171) transmits the GNSS coordinate values measured by the GNSS device (120) to the digital map server (200) and temporarily stores the digital map image (M1) and map information received from the digital map server (200). Since the image data collected by the digital information collection unit (100) while moving is intended to check and correct errors in the digital map image (M1) and map information of the corresponding location, a search is requested from the digital map server (200) through the GNSS coordinate values, and the searched digital map image (M1) and map information are received in real time from the digital map server (200) and temporarily stored.
[0048] The direction checking module (160) identifies the direction of movement of the numerical information collection unit (100) based on the change in GNSS coordinate values measured by the GNSS device (120), confirms the image collection direction of the information collection device (300), sets a first relative coordinate of a designated standard within a valid range such that the vertical axis direction is parallel to the image collection direction of the information collection device (300), and matches the GNSS absolute coordinate of a numerical map image (M1) stored in the map information search module (171) which is searched from the numerical map server (200) according to the GNSS coordinate value (120) with the first relative coordinate of the valid range by overlapping them. The numerical information collection unit (100) may include a rear-view information collection device (300') in addition to the front-view information collection device (300) of the moving means (C). In this case, the image data collected through the shooting of the information collection device (300) consists of front image data and rear image data, and in order to classify the front image data among them, the direction of movement of the means of transport (C) must be determined. Since the GNSS coordinate values change along with the movement of the means of transport (C), the direction checking module (160) can determine the approximate direction of movement along with the change in the GNSS coordinate values. Furthermore, the direction checking module (160) can analyze the movement attitude of the means of transport (C) through an inertial navigation device (not shown) configured in the numerical information collection unit (100). Therefore, the direction checking module (160) can accurately determine the direction of image collection of the information collection device (300) by analyzing the movement attitude of the means of transport (C) at the time of shooting by the information collection device (300).
[0049] Meanwhile, the direction checking module (160) generates a first relative coordinate of a specified standard within the valid range and matches it by overlapping it with the GNSS absolute coordinate of the digital map image (M1). Since the digital map image (M1) of the present invention is in a 2D format and the size of the valid range and the specifications of the first relative coordinate are specified, the first relative coordinate can be displayed on the digital map image (M1) in 2D format based on the position of the means of transport (C). However, as the direction of image collection changes according to the movement attitude of the means of transport (C), the position of the first relative coordinate also shows continuous change. However, the image data of the present invention is not a video, and since the first relative coordinate within the valid range is matched by overlapping it with the GNSS absolute coordinate of the digital map image (M1) whenever it is generated, the change in the direction of image collection according to the movement attitude of the means of transport (C) does not hinder the setting of the first relative coordinate.
[0050] The controller (170) processes the first relative coordinates into a radial second relative coordinate according to the perspective view of the valid range configured in the image data and overlaps them with the image data, checks the relative coordinate values of the segment image in the second relative coordinates, compares the positions of the reference image and the segment image based on the second relative coordinates to check the reference coordinate values of the corresponding reference point in the reference image, and overlaps the segment image with the digital map image (M1) according to the GNSS absolute coordinate values corresponding to the relative coordinate values and reference coordinate values in the GNSS absolute coordinates matched to the first relative coordinates, and transmits it to the digital map server. The operation of the controller (170) will be explained in more detail through the following embodiment.
[0052] FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a digital map subject to error detection according to an embodiment of the present invention divided into block units, and FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a block layer subject to error detection according to an embodiment of the present invention divided into ground object units.
[0053] As described above, the digital map server (200) of the digital map production system according to the present invention is composed of a digital map storage module (210), a map information storage module (240), a search module (220), a block classification module (250), and a mapping module (230).
[0054] The digital map storage module (210) stores a digital map image (M1) configured such that GNSS absolute coordinates are superimposed, and position-specific block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2'), block-specific ground layer (BK21, BK22, BK23), and segment image layer are individually separated. The digital map image (M1) is formed by combining and superimposing multiple independent layers, and parts (S1, S2, S3) are configured in the digital map image (M1) and the block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2') respectively so that the block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2') and ground layer (BK21, BK22, BK23) are placed in their respective positions. There are no special restrictions on the digital map image (M1) as long as the GNSS coordinates, which are GNSS absolute coordinates, are superimposed.
[0055] The map information storage module (240) stores map information linked to a digital map image (M1), block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2'), and ground layer (BK21, BK22, BK23). The map information includes information such as building names, addresses, and occupants. Therefore, if the block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2') or ground layer (BK21, BK22, BK23) are changed, the corresponding map information is also changed.
[0056] The search module (220) searches for a digital map image (M1) within a certain range based on the GNSS coordinate values of the means of transport (C) in the digital map storage module (210), and searches for map information for each of the searched digital map image (M1), the block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2') configured in the digital map image (M1), and the ground layer (BK21, BK22, BK23) configured in the block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2') in the map information storage module (240). The digital map image (M1) and map information searched by the search module (220) are transmitted to the digital information collection unit (100). When the GNSS device (120) of the numerical information collection unit (100) measures GNSS coordinate values, the map information search module (171) transmits the GNSS coordinate values to the numerical map server (200), and the search module (220) searches for the corresponding numerical map image (M1) in the numerical map storage module (210) based on the received GNSS coordinate values. The search range of the numerical map image (M1) is not particularly limited, but preferably, it is searched within a certain radius range centered on the GNSS coordinate values.
[0057] The block classification module (250) classifies block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2'), ground layer layers (BK21, BK22, BK23), and section image layers in the digital map image (M1). By classifying the block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2'), the surface layers (BK21, BK22, BK23), and the section image layers, the search module (220) can search for map information by block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2'), the surface layers (BK21, BK22, BK23), and the section image layers, and the digital map image (M1) received from the digital information collection unit (100) is separated by block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2'), the surface layers (BK21, BK22, BK23), and the section image layers, and the digital map storage module (210) stores the digital map image (M1) by layer.
[0058] The mapping module (230) receives a numeric map image with an overlapping section image layer received from the numeric information collection unit (100) and the corresponding map information, updates the corresponding numeric map image, and stores it in the numeric map storage module (210). The mapping module (230) processes to manage and update the digital map image (M1) stored in the digital map storage module (210) and the map information stored in the map information storage module (240). Therefore, when the updated digital map image (M1) and map information are received from the digital information collection unit (100), the digital map image (M1) previously stored in the digital map storage module (210) is changed to the newly received digital map image (M1), and the digital map image (M1) previously stored in the map information storage module (240), as well as the block layer (BK1, BK2, BK2'), ground object layer (BK21, BK22, BK23), and section image layer map information are changed to the newly received map information. The mapping module (230) can establish and control a management system for the digital map image (M1) so that the digital map storage module (210) classifies, stores, and manages the digital map image (M1) by version.
[0059] Meanwhile, the numerical information collection unit (100) can detect a surface object of a different shape or size from the existing surface object layer (BK21) through the collection of information at the site, as shown in drawing (a) of FIG. 5. Accordingly, the numerical information collection unit (100) collects information related to the identified surface object and transmits it to the numerical map server (200). The mapping module (230) creates a new surface object layer (BK23) based on the information received from the numerical information collection unit (100), generates related map information, stores it in the map information storage module (240), and links it to the surface object layer (BK23). In addition, the mapping module (230) replaces the existing surface object layer (BK21) of the corresponding block layer (BK2) of the numerical map image (M1) with the new surface object layer (BK23), as shown in FIG. 5.
[0060] The digital map image (M1), block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2'), surface layers (BK21, BK22, BK23), and segment image layers are mutually independent individual data and are therefore managed separately. Additionally, the digital map image (M1), block layers (BK1, BK2, BK2'), surface layers (BK21, BK22, BK23), and segment image layers are managed by version without data updates.
[0061] The operation of the digital map production system according to the present invention will be explained in detail below using an example.
[0063] FIGS. 6 and 7 are schematic diagrams illustrating the setting of an effective range and relative coordinates based on the direction of movement of a moving means according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 8 to 10 are schematic diagrams illustrating the identification of a reference image and a segment image based on the second relative coordinates and the specification of relative coordinate values and reference coordinate values in a state where the second relative coordinates are superimposed on image data according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0064] As described above, the numerical information collection unit (100) collects images of image data by having the information collection device (300) photograph the front of the moving means (C). Since the information collection device (300) continuously photographs the front of the moving means (C) at regular intervals, the images of the image data change continuously as the moving means (C) moves. In addition, the GNSS device (120) measures the GNSS coordinate values where the moving means (C) is located, and the scanner (130) measures vector values for points that are similar to the images of the image data. The vector values are measured from the scanner (130) to points at a distance as well as far away, and only vector values within the distance range specified in the present invention, that is, within the valid range (Z1) as shown in FIG. 2 (valid image (CIM)), are classified and designated as valid vector values. Ultimately, distant points are deleted from the vector values per point, and only the valid vector values of nearby points (P1, P2, P3) remain in the valid image (CIM). Here, the valid range (Z1) is further limited by the direction checking module (160) confirming the image collection direction of the information collection device (300). To explain more specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the numerical information collection unit (100) according to the present invention is configured with a pair of information collection devices (300) to photograph the front and rear of the moving means (C), respectively. Here, the shooting angle of the information collection device (300) is limited, and the shooting distance is within a designated distance range. Furthermore, since the numerical information collection unit (100) according to the present invention utilizes only the front view of the moving means (C), the direction of movement of the moving means (C) must be confirmed. Accordingly, the direction checking module (160) identifies the direction of movement of the numerical information collection unit (100) based on the change in GNSS coordinate values measured by the GNSS device (120) and confirms the image collection direction of the numerical information collection unit (100), and through this, can confirm the valid range among the ranges (Z1, Z2) captured by the pair of information collection devices (300), and the range within the specified distance range is confirmed as the valid range (Z1).
[0065] When the image data, GNSS coordinate values, and valid vector values are all collected, they are stored in the storage module (140) as a single set. In addition, the storage module (140) stores sample images.
[0066] Meanwhile, the image classification module (150) converts an image within the valid range (Z1) of the image data into 3D based on valid vector values. Since the valid vector values are 3D format information containing information by distance and color, the image classification module (150) can combine valid vector values within the valid range (Z1) to complete a 3D composition image of a certain shape. In addition, the image classification module (150) extracts the road image (21) and the structure images (11, 12) in front of the vehicle by comparing the composition image with a sample image based on a CNN algorithm.
[0067] The filtering module (151) generates a reference image (31 to 35) from the structure image (11, 12) extracted by the image classification module (150) and the structure image (11) for which a position value is set. The reference images (31 to 35) serve as reference points for identifying the location of a specific section. Among the various types of structure images (11, 12), the images for which a position value is set are mainly large artificial structures such as buildings; therefore, in this embodiment, the reference images (31 to 35) are generally buildings. Among the structure images (12), vehicles have mobility and are set with a specific position value, so they are excluded from the reference images (31 to 35).
[0068] The filtering module (151) generates section images (41, 42) for sections in the road image (21) where designated colors or designated markings are located. Generally, child protection zones are marked in red, so the filtering module (151) identifies the corresponding markings within the road image (21) and generates section images (41, 42). As previously mentioned, the valid vector value of the scanner (130) also identifies colors, so when a section forming a boundary is generated within the road image (21), that section is considered and generated as a section image (41, 42).
[0069] When the valid range (Z1) is set by confirming the image collection direction of the information collection device (300), the direction checking module (160) sets the first relative coordinates (G1, G2) of the specified standard, in which the vertical axis direction is parallel to the image collection direction of the information collection device (300), within the valid range (Z1) in the digital map image (M1, M2). As described above, the distance between the shooting angle and the valid vector value of the information collection device (300) is already specified, the specifications of the first relative coordinates (G1, G2) are also specified, and since the GNSS coordinate values and movement attitude of the moving means (C) have all been confirmed, the direction checking module (160) can merge the layer of the first relative coordinates (G1, G2) into the digital map image (M1, M2) transmitted from the digital map server (200) corresponding to the GNSS coordinate values. For reference, the above vertical axis corresponds to the Y-axis in the first relative coordinates (G1, G2), and the horizontal axis intersects the above vertical axis perpendicularly and forms the X-axis.
[0070] In this embodiment, FIG. 6 illustrates the first relative coordinates (G1) set across the entire valid range (Z1), and FIG. 7 illustrates the first relative coordinates (G2) set only on the road image (21) within the valid range (Z1). In the following sections of this embodiment, the first relative coordinates (G2) set on the road image (21) will be explained.
[0071] When the first relative coordinate (G2) is set, the direction checking module (160) matches the GNSS absolute coordinate of the digital map image (M1) retrieved from the digital map server (200) according to the GNSS coordinate value and the first relative coordinate (G2) of the valid range (Z1) by overlapping them. The overlap of the GNSS absolute coordinate and the first relative coordinate (G2) is intended to define the relationship between the GNSS absolute coordinate and the first relative coordinate (G2). The GNSS absolute coordinate and the first relative coordinate (G2) that form a certain standard have a certain number of repeated intersection points, and this repetition can be expressed through mathematical formulas. Accordingly, the direction checking module (160) matches the GNSS absolute coordinates and the first relative coordinates (G2) by mutually formulating them through superposition, and thereby converts the coordinate values of the first relative coordinates (G2) into GNSS coordinate values of the GNSS absolute coordinates.
[0072] When the direction checking module (160) generates a relationship by overlapping the valid range (Z1) with the GNSS absolute coordinates of the corresponding digital map image (M1), the controller (170) processes the first relative coordinate (G2) into a radial second relative coordinate (G3) according to the perspective view of the valid range (Z1) configured in the valid image (CIM) of the image data as shown in FIG. 8, and overlaps it with the valid image (CIM). Since the spacing between axes and the angle of inclination of the second relative coordinate (G3) that appears in a radial form are based on the first relative coordinate (G2) of the specified standard, if the specifications of the information collection device (300), the scanner (130), and the first relative coordinate (G2) are constant, the second relative coordinate (G3) is always placed at a constant position in the valid image (CIM) regardless of the direction of movement, posture of movement, and driving location of the vehicle (C).
[0074] FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating a section image overlaid on a numeric map image according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0075] As described above, the controller (170) checks the relative coordinate values of the segment images (41, 42) in the second relative coordinate (G3). Since the segment images (41, 42) displayed based on the second relative coordinate (G3) have a number of boundary points (a1 to a4; hereinafter 'a') configured according to their shape, the relative coordinate values of the corresponding boundary points (a) can be checked in the second relative coordinate (G3). In addition, the controller (170) compares the positions of the reference images (31, 32) and the segment images (41, 42) based on the second relative coordinate (G3), searches for a position within the reference images (31, 32) corresponding to the segment images (41, 42), designates it as a reference point (b1, b2; hereinafter 'b'), and checks the reference coordinate values of the corresponding reference point (b). In this embodiment, the reference point (b) is a position facing the boundary point (a) of the section image (41, 42) in the reference image (31, 32) as shown in drawing (a) of FIG. 9. When the reference point (b) is identified, the controller (170) checks the reference coordinate value of the reference point (b) through the second relative coordinate (G3).
[0076] Meanwhile, the mobile means (C) equipped with the numerical information collection unit (100) moves, and the information collection device (300) and scanner (130) collect and edit the image data and valid image (CIM) in front of the mobile means (C) along the movement of the mobile means (C) to generate. Therefore, the boundary point (a) of each reference image (31, 32) and segment image (41, 42) generated by the filtering module (151) and the image classification module (150) may have an error depending on the location of the mobile means (C) where the image data was collected, and the reference point (b) within the reference image (31, 32) corresponding to the boundary point (a) may also have an error depending on the location of the mobile means (C) where the image data was collected. Of course, if accurate image collection is achieved, the boundary point (a) and the reference point (b) are identical regardless of the valid image (CIM) for each location of the mobile means (C). Therefore, it is desirable for the controller (170) to correct the error according to the specified rule and unify it.
[0077] The controller (170) overlaps segment image layers (51, 52) on the digital map image (M1) according to the GNSS absolute coordinate values corresponding to the relative coordinate values and reference coordinate values in the GNSS absolute coordinates matched to the first relative coordinates (G2), and transmits them to the digital map server (200). Since the second relative coordinates (G3) will only modify the form of the first relative coordinates (G2) so that they can be displayed on the valid image (CIM), the relative coordinate values of the boundary point (a) and the reference coordinate values of the reference point (b) identified in the second relative coordinates (G3) are identical to the first relative coordinates (G2). Therefore, the controller (170) can convert the relative coordinate values and the reference coordinate values into GNSS absolute coordinate values, respectively, through a relationship equation for matching the first relative coordinates (G2) and the GNSS absolute coordinates. When the reference coordinate values and relative coordinate values are converted into GNSS absolute coordinate values, the controller (170) overlaps the segment image layers (51, 52) with the digital map image (M1) according to the GNSS absolute coordinate values to create a new digital map image (M2) as shown in FIG. 11. As previously described, the segment images (41, 42) identified in the valid image (CIM) and partitioned by the boundary point (a) in the second relative coordinate (G3) can be separated into layers (51, 52) as shown in FIG. 10. The separated layers (51, 52) are transformed based on the first relative coordinate (G3), and the relative coordinate values of the boundary points of the layers (51, 52) are converted into the corresponding GNSS absolute coordinate values. Accordingly, the controller (170) overlaps the layers (51, 52) with the digital map image (M1) according to the GNSS absolute coordinate values, converts the existing digital map image (M1) into an upgraded new digital map image (M2), and transmits it to the digital map server (200).
[0078] The mapping module (230) of the digital map server (200) that receives the new digital map image (M2) updates the digital map storage module (210).
[0080] FIG. 12 is a drawing showing an information collection device according to an embodiment of the present invention mounted on a moving means, FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a specific configuration of a support body and a support post, etc., according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing a state in which a support post is raised and rotated according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing a state in which an information collection device according to an embodiment of the present invention is rotated.
[0081] As described above, the numerical information collection unit (100) comprises a movable means of transport (C), a support body (400) positioned on the upper part of the means of transport (C), a support post (420) that is height-adjustably connected to the support body (400) and is equipped with a height indicator (424), an information collection device (300) that is rotatably installed on the support post (420), a position indicator (430) that is installed on the information collection device (300) and rotates together with the information collection device (300) and repeatedly flashes and irradiates light of different colors, a lifting support unit (440) that is connected to the support body (400) and supports the support body (400) so as to be up and down, a body connection unit (450) connected to the support body (400), and a battery (412) installed on the support body (400).
[0082] The above support body (400) is positioned on the upper part of the moving means (C) and is a foundation structure on which each component of the numerical information collection unit (200) is installed. A support post (420), a lifting support unit (440), a main body connection unit (450), and a battery (412) are installed on the support body (400), and the support body (400) is installed on the upper part of the moving means (C) while stably supporting these components. The support body (400) includes a support base (410) and a support block (411).
[0083] The support base (410) is positioned parallel to the upper part of the moving means (C). The support base (410) may be formed in the shape of a square plate, but is not limited thereto and may be modified into various shapes such as a circular plate.
[0084] The above support base (410) may be made of a metal material having rigidity to stably support the load of the support post (420), the lifting support part (440), the main body connection part (450), and the battery (412).
[0085] A support block (411) is provided in the central part of the upper surface of the support base (410). Since the support base (410) is positioned parallel to the upper part of the moving means (C), the support post (420) supported by the support base (410) can be erected vertically with respect to the upper part of the moving means (C).
[0086] The support block (411) is provided on the upper surface of the support base (410) and rotatably supports the support post (420). An insertion hole may be formed inside the support block (411) into which the lower end of the support post (420), i.e., the lower end of the first post (421), is inserted, and a bearing member may be interposed between the support block (411) and the first post (421) to allow the first post (421) to rotate smoothly.
[0087] Since the support post (420) is rotatably installed on the support block (411), the support post (420) can be rotated in place while the support body (400) is fixed to the moving means (C).
[0088] The above support post (420) is height-adjustable connected to the support body (400) and is equipped with a height indicator (424). The support post (420) includes a first post (421), a second post (422), and a third post (423).
[0089] The first post (421) is rotatably installed on the support block (411), and a height indicator (424) is formed on its outer surface. The first post (421) may be formed in a hollow cylindrical shape, and a second post (422) may be movably accommodated inside.
[0090] The lower part of the first post (421) is inserted into the support block (411) and rotatably supported, so that the entire support post (420) can be rotated together by the rotation of the first post (421).
[0091] The second post (422) is connected to the first post (421) so as to be vertical and rotatable, and a height indicator (424) is formed on its outer surface. The second post (422) is formed in the shape of a hollow cylinder with a smaller diameter than the first post (421) and can be inserted into the interior of the first post (421) so as to be slidably moved, and the total height of the support post (420) varies depending on the degree to which it is withdrawn from the first post (421).
[0092] The third post (423) is connected to the second post (422) so as to be vertical and rotatable, has a height indicator (424) formed on its outer surface, and has an information collection device (300) installed on its upper end. The third post (423) is formed with a smaller diameter than the second post (422) and can be inserted into the interior of the second post (422) so as to be slidably movable.
[0093] In this way, since the first post (421), second post (422), and third post (423) are connected in a multi-stage retractable manner, the total height of the support post (420) can be freely adjusted according to working conditions, and the height of the support post (420) can be minimized during storage and movement to improve handling.
[0094] Meanwhile, the connecting portion between the first post (421) and the second post (422) and the connecting portion between the second post (422) and the third post (423) may be provided with a fixing means, such as a clamp, for fixing the adjusted height.
[0095] The height indicator (424) is formed on the outer surface of each of the first post (421), the second post (422), and the third post (423), and is arranged to extend along the length direction of the support post (420).
[0096] The height indicator (424) is displayed at regular intervals, and the user can intuitively recognize the height of the support post (420) simply by reading the display of the height indicator (424). The height indicator (424) may be formed in a color that contrasts with the outer surface of the support post (420) so that visibility from a distance can be ensured.
[0097] The information collection device (300) is rotatably installed on a support post (420) and generates image data collected by forward shooting of a moving means (C). The information collection device (300) includes an information connection block (310), an information connection post (320), an information collection head (330), an information collection member (340), and a rotation fixing part (350).
[0098] The information connection block (310) is installed on the third post (423), and an angle indicator (311) is formed on the outer surface. The information connection block (310) can be coupled to the upper part of the third post (423), and a hollow portion can be formed inside into which the information connection post (320) is rotatably inserted.
[0099] The angle display portion (311) is formed on the outer surface of the information connection block (310) and is arranged in a direction that intersects with the extension direction of the height display portion (424). That is, while the height display portion (424) extends along the length direction (up and down direction) of the support post (420), the angle display portion (311) is arranged along the circumference direction of the information connection block (310).
[0100] Angle scales at regular intervals may be displayed on the angle display unit (311), and the operator can precisely adjust the rotation angle of the information collection device (300) by quantitatively checking the angle displayed on the angle display unit (311).
[0101] The information connection post (320) is rotatably connected to the information connection block (310). The information connection post (320) can be rotated relative to the information connection block (310) while inserted into the hollow portion of the information connection block (310), and the information collection head (330), information collection member (340), and position indicator (430) are rotated together by the rotation of the information connection post (320).
[0102] The information collection head (330) is connected to the upper part of the information connection post (320). The information collection head (330) may have a space formed inside to accommodate an information collection member (340), and an opening is formed on one side so that the information collection member (340) can acquire information.
[0103] An opening rim portion (331) is formed protrudingly on the outer surface of the information collection head (330) to surround the perimeter of the information collection member (340). The opening rim portion (331) protects the information collection member (340) from external impact and enables the visual information of the information collection member (340) to be acquired more clearly.
[0104] The above-mentioned rotational fixing part (350) penetrates the information connection block (310) and contacts the information connection post (320), thereby restricting the rotation of the information connection post (320). The rotational fixing part (350) may be exemplified by a bolt member that is screw-coupled to the information connection block (310), and may be provided with a handle or knob at the end to facilitate gripping.
[0105] When the operator rotates the rotation fixing part (350) in one direction to tighten it, the end of the rotation fixing part (350) comes into pressurized contact with the outer surface of the information connection post (320), thereby restricting the rotation of the information connection post (320). When the operator rotates the rotation fixing part (350) in the other direction to loosen it, the pressure on the information connection post (320) is released, and the information connection post (320) becomes rotatable again. Accordingly, the angle of the information collection device (300), which is set based on the angle display part (311), can be stably maintained without being arbitrarily changed during operation.
[0106] The above-mentioned position indicator (430) is installed in the information collection device (300) and rotates together with the information collection device (300), and repeatedly flashes and irradiates light of different colors. The position indicator (430) is configured to enable rapid identification of the position of the numerical information collection unit (200) and includes a connecting plate (431), a position block (432), and a position light (433).
[0107] The above connecting plate (431) is installed on the outer surface of the information collection head (330) and rotates together with the information collection head (330). The connecting plate (431) may be formed to extend laterally from the outer surface of the information collection head (330) and serves as a medium for connecting the position block (432) to the information collection head (330).
[0108] The above position block (432) is installed on the connecting plate (431) and forms a body on which a plurality of position lights (433) are installed.
[0109] The above position lights (433) are installed in multiple locations on the position block (432) and repeatedly flash and irradiate light of different colors. The position lights (433) can be exemplified by multiple LED modules that irradiate light of different colors, for example, by flashing red light and green light alternately.
[0110] Since the above-mentioned location lighting (433) repeatedly flashes and irradiates light of different colors, the location of the numerical information collection unit (200) can be identified immediately during the day as well as at night, and accordingly, the location of the information collection device (300) can be quickly confirmed.
[0111] In addition, since the flashing light has higher visibility than the continuously lit light, the location of the numerical information collection unit (200) can be clearly distinguished even in an environment where there are similar structures nearby.
[0112] Since the above-mentioned position indicator (430) is installed on the information collection head (330) via the connecting plate (431), it rotates together with the information collection device (300) when the information connection post (320) rotates. That is, regardless of whether the position indicator (430) rotates or the information collection head (330) rotates, the position indicator (430) and the information collection device (300) rotate simultaneously in an organically connected state.
[0113] Accordingly, the information collection device (300) and the position display unit (430) rotate as a single unit while sharing the angle range displayed on one angle display unit (311) to display the position.
[0114] Since the shooting direction of the information collection device (300) and the display direction of the position display unit (430) can be aligned simultaneously, scale reading and position identification can be performed with a single rotation operation without separate operation.
[0115] The lifting support member (440) is connected to the support body (400) and supports the support body (400) so that it can be lifted. The lifting support member (440) is configured to fix the support body (400) to the upper part of the moving means (C) and includes a connecting block (441), a lifting drive member (442), a lifting member (443), and a support flange (444).
[0116] The above connecting block (441) is installed on the support base (410). Multiple connecting blocks (441) may be provided, each installed at a corner of the support base (410), and a mounting portion is provided on which a lifting drive unit (442) is mounted.
[0117] The above lifting drive unit (442) is installed on the connecting block (441) and provides a driving force to move the lifting unit (443) up and down. The lifting drive unit (442) may be exemplified as an electric actuator that operates by receiving power from the battery (412), but is not limited thereto and may be modified to a screw jack method that raises the lifting unit (443) by manual operation.
[0118] The lifting unit (443) is connected to the lifting drive unit (442) and is raised in the upward direction of the moving means (C). The lifting unit (443) is lowered by the operation of the lifting drive unit (442) to raise the support base (410), or raised to lower the support base (410).
[0119] The support flange (444) is installed at the end of the lifting section (443) and is contacted and coupled to the upper part of the moving means (C). The support flange (444) is formed in a plate shape that extends from the end of the lifting section (443) to secure a contact area with the upper part of the moving means (C).
[0120] The above main body connecting part (450) is connected to the supporting main body (400) and includes a first connecting bar (451), a second connecting bar (452), a third connecting bar (453), and a display (454).
[0121] The first connecting bar (451) is coupled to the support base (410). The first connecting bar (451) can be installed to extend upward from the upper surface of the support base (410) and serves to support the entire main body connecting part (450) on the support base (410).
[0122] The second connecting bar (452) is connected to the first connecting bar (451) so as to be able to move up and down and rotate. The second connecting bar (452) can be connected to the first connecting bar (451) so as to be able to slide and rotate relative to it while inserted into the first connecting bar (451).
[0123] The third connecting bar (453) is connected to the second connecting bar (452) so as to be vertical and rotatable, and is formed at an angle to the second connecting bar (452). Since the third connecting bar (453) is formed at an angle to the second connecting bar (452), interference between the support post (420) and the display (454) can be prevented.
[0124] In this way, since the second connecting bar (452) is connected to the first connecting bar (451) and the third connecting bar (453) is connected to the second connecting bar (452) so as to be vertically and rotatable, the height and angle of the main body connecting part (450) can be adjusted in multiple stages.
[0125] The above display (454) is installed on the third connecting bar (453). The display (454) may display the operating status of the information collection member (340), the lighting status of the position light (433), the operating status of the lifting support member (440), the remaining amount of the battery (412), etc. The display (454) may be equipped with a touch panel capable of touch operation and may also serve as an operating unit that controls the operation of the information collection member (340), the position light (433), and the lifting drive unit (442).
[0126] The battery (412) is installed on the support body (400) and supplies power to the electrical configuration of the numerical information collection unit (200). The battery (412) may be installed on the upper surface of the support base (410) and supplies power to the information collection member (340), position lighting (433), lifting drive unit (442), and display (454).
[0127] The above battery (412) can be exemplified as a rechargeable and reusable secondary battery, and thus can be used for a long time even in outdoor sites where power supply is difficult. Since the battery (412) is installed on the support base (410), the center of gravity of the device is located at the bottom, so the device can be prevented from tipping over even when the support post (420) is extended high.
[0128] It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that the invention described above is not limited by the aforementioned embodiments and attached drawings, and that various substitutions, modifications, and changes can be made within the scope of the technical concept of the invention.
