Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for hair. Background Technology

[0003] Hair cosmetic compositions are used to provide shine and softness to hair, and to repair and protect damaged hair. Conventional hair cosmetic compositions are primarily formulated to impart shine and moisture to the hair using silicone-based compounds, natural oils, or synthetic oils as key ingredients. These products mainly function to provide gloss through a physical luminous effect or to protect the hair from external stimuli by forming a thin protective film with oils.

[0004] However, most existing products related to hair oil compositions of the prior art often have oils that are not transparent or leave residue after use that gives the hair a greasy feeling, which can cause an unpleasant texture or greasiness after use.

[0005] In addition, cyclosiloxane, which is primarily used as a base oil, has been frequently utilized due to its advantages, such as its distinctive light texture, rapid evaporation rate, and ability to provide a soft and glossy feel to the hair, as well as its low stickiness after use and quick absorption, which offers a pleasant user experience.

[0006] However, environmental and health concerns regarding the use of cyclosiloxanes have recently been raised. Cyclosiloxanes do not dissolve well in water or decompose, so they can accumulate in the environment over the long term. In particular, considering the impact of accumulation in aquatic environments on ecosystems, the use of products containing cyclosiloxanes is being pointed out as a problem, as it could be a cause of environmental pollution. Furthermore, there is a potential risk that cyclosiloxanes may be absorbed into the human body and cause irritation to people with sensitive skin upon long-term exposure.

[0007] Therefore, continuous research is needed on cosmetic hair compositions that are transparent, provide high gloss to the hair, offer excellent styling, and have a superior user experience, even without using cyclosiloxane. Prior art literature

[0043] The above ester oil may be one or more selected from the group consisting of, for example, caprylic / capric triglyceride, C12-15 alkyl benzoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, cetyl ethylhexanoate, butylene glycol dicaprylate / dicaprate, hydrogenated ethylhexyl oliveate, coco-caprylate / caprate, and triolein. The above ester oil provides a soft and shiny effect to the hair and, as an emollient, can provide more nourishment to the hair and prevent dryness.

[0044] The emollient may be included in an amount of 5% to 35% by weight, 10% to 30% by weight, 10% to 25% by weight, or 10% to 20% by weight based on the total weight of the hair cosmetic composition. When a high-refractive index emollient with a refractive index of 1.44 or higher is included in an amount within the above range, the hair may have excellent shine and gloss.

[0045] In one embodiment, the cosmetic composition for hair may further include one or more of a conditioning agent and a fermented oil. The conditioning agent makes the texture of the hair soft and smooth, and the fermented oil may help nourish the hair and improve scalp health.

[0046] In one embodiment, the conditioning agent may be a non-volatile silicone conditioning agent. The non-volatile silicone conditioning agent may be, for example, one or more selected from the group consisting of silicone oils, silicone gums, amino silicones, and cationic silicones. The non-volatile silicone conditioning agent can impart continuous shine and softness to the hair and protect the hair from drying out.

[0047] As the above-mentioned non-volatile silicone conditioning agent, the silicone oil may be one or more selected from the group consisting of, for example, non-volatile dimethicone, trimethicone, phenyl-modified silicone (e.g., phenyl trimethicone, diphenyl dimethicone, etc.), alkylmethicone (e.g., caprylylmethicone, cetyl dimethicone, etc.) having a viscosity of 10 cSt or more.

[0048] As the above-mentioned non-volatile silicone conditioning agent, the silicone gums may be one or more selected from the group consisting of, for example, dimethicone gum and dimethiconol gum.
