[0029] FIGS. 1 to 6 illustrate a position tracking launch device (100) (100) for tracking a fleeing vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0030] Referring to the drawing, the above-described location tracking launch device (100) for tracking a fleeing vehicle comprises a main body (200) provided with a handle (210) that can be grasped by a user, a barrel member (300) installed in the main body (200) and having a hollow (311) formed inside so that a projectile (10) can be inserted therein, and a launch port (312) formed at the front end that communicates with the hollow (311) so that the projectile (10) can be fired, a gas supply unit (400) that injects high-pressure gas into the interior of the barrel member (300) so that the projectile (10) can be fired from the barrel member (300) by operation of a user grasping the handle (210), and a spiral guide groove (13) formed on the outer surface of the projectile (10) so that the projectile (10) fired from the barrel member (300) can be inserted therein to induce rotation of the projectile (10). A plurality of rifling protrusion members (500) are provided on the barrel member (300).
[0031] Here, the projectile (10) comprises a launch body (11) having a predetermined internal space (413) and having the guide groove (13) formed on its outer surface, a position tracking module installed inside the launch body (11) for transmitting and receiving signals for position tracking, and an attachment part (12) installed on one side of the launch body (11) and designed to be attached to the body of a fleeing vehicle. Here, the attachment part (12) may be equipped with a magnet having a predetermined magnetic force.
[0032] The main body (200) is provided with an installation space (201) so that a barrel member (300) and a gas supply unit (400) can be installed inside, and the front of the installation space (201) is formed to be open. A handle (210) is formed at the rear of the main body (200), and the handle (210) extends downward for a predetermined length relative to the main body (200). Additionally, a communication space (211) is provided inside the handle (210) so that it communicates with the installation space (201) of the main body (200).
[0033] Additionally, the main body (200) is provided with an auxiliary gripping member (220) formed at a position spaced forward from the handle (210) so that the user can grip it with a hand other than the hand gripping the handle (210).
[0034] The above auxiliary gripping member (220) comprises a gripping body (221) formed on a main body (200) spaced forward from the handle (210), and a storage cover detachably coupled to the lower end of the gripping body (221).
[0035] The gripping member extends in the vertical direction, and its upper end is installed at the lower part of the main body (200) at a position spaced forward relative to the handle (210). The gripping member is provided with a receiving space (223) inside which an extra gas cartridge (20) can be accommodated, and an inlet (224) is formed on the lower surface to allow the gas cartridge (20) to be inserted into the receiving space (223). Additionally, the gripping member has screw threads formed on the outer surface of its lower end so that the storage cover can be screw-coupled.
[0036] Meanwhile, to prevent slippage when a user grips the gripping member, anti-slip protrusions (225) are formed on the outer surface. The anti-slip protrusions (225) protrude from the outer surface of the gripping member and extend along the circumferential direction. Additionally, a plurality of anti-slip protrusions (225) are formed spaced apart from each other along the vertical direction.
[0037] The storage cover (222) has an inlet groove formed on its upper surface so that the lower end of the gripping member can be inserted and coupled. At this time, it is preferable that screw threads be formed on the inner surface of the inlet groove so that the storage cover (222) can be screw-coupled to the lower end of the gripping member.
[0038] The above-described auxiliary gripping member (220) can be gripped by the user together with the handle (210), so the user can support the main body (200) more stably and store an extra gas cartridge (20) in the receiving space (223).
[0039] The above-mentioned barrel member (300) comprises a barrel tube (310) having a hollow (311) formed inside and a firing port (312) provided at the front end, and a barrel assembly (320) installed at the rear of the barrel tube (310), having an injection port (321) formed at the rear end and an injection channel (322) formed inside that communicates with the injection port (321).
[0040] The barrel tube (310) has a predetermined outer diameter and is formed as a cylindrical shape extending in the front-rear direction. It is preferable that the hollow (311) inside the barrel tube (310) be formed to have an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the projectile (10). The barrel tube (310) is installed to be inserted into the installation space (201) of the main body (200), but it is preferable that the front end be installed so as to be exposed to the outside of the main body (200).
[0041] The barrel tube (310) has a firing port (312) formed in the front end that communicates with the corresponding hollow (311), and the rear end is formed to be open. Meanwhile, the barrel tube (310) has a plurality of fasteners (313) formed on the inner surface of the front end adjacent to the firing port (312) for the connection of the rifling protrusion member (500). The fasteners (313) are formed on the inner surface of the barrel tube (310) spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction. Additionally, the fasteners (313) have female screw threads formed on their inner surfaces so that the rifling protrusion member (500) can be screw-connected.
[0042] The barrel assembly (320) is formed in a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the barrel tube (310) so that it can be inserted into the barrel tube (310). A limiting projection (324) is formed on the outer surface of the rear end of the barrel assembly to limit the insertion depth into the barrel tube (310). The limiting projection (324) protrudes in the direction in which the outer diameter of the barrel assembly (320) expands and interferes with the rear end of the barrel tube (310).
[0043] The barrel assembly (320) has an inlet (321) formed on its rear side, which is connected to the gas supply unit and through which high-pressure gas is injected from the gas supply unit, and an injection channel (322) is formed inside, communicating with the inlet (321) so that high-pressure gas can flow. The injection channel (322) extends forward relative to the rear side of the barrel assembly (320). Additionally, the barrel assembly (320) has an outlet (323) formed on its front side, communicating with the injection channel (322) so that high-pressure gas can be discharged into the hollow (311). It is preferable that the outlet (323) be formed in the center of the front side of the barrel assembly (320).
[0044] Meanwhile, the barrel tube (310) and barrel assembly (320) described above are not limited to the illustrated example and may be formed as a single unit.
[0045] The wire projection member (500) is formed to protrude toward the center of the hollow (311) with respect to the inner wall surface of the barrel member (300), and is equipped with a coupling member (501) and an interference member (502).
[0046] The above coupling member (501) is inserted into the fastener (313) and is formed to have an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the fastener (313). The coupling member (501) has male screw threads formed on its outer surface so that it can be screw-coupled to the fastener (313). Here, it is preferable that the coupling member (501) be extended longer than the thickness of the barrel member (300) so that when coupled to the fastener (313), one end of the coupling member (501) protrudes toward the center of the hollow (311) relative to the inner wall surface of the barrel member (300).
[0047] The interference member (502) is formed at the other end of the coupling member (501) and is formed to have an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the coupling member (313) so as to interfere with the outer surface of the barrel member (300) when the coupling member (501) is coupled to the coupling member (313).
[0048] The user grasps the interference member (502) and then fastens the coupling member (501) to the fastener (313) from the outside to the inside of the barrel (310). At this time, one end of the coupling member (501) can protrude from the inner surface of the barrel (310) and be inserted into the guide groove (13) of the projectile (10). Here, the interference member (502) interferes with the outer circumference of the barrel (310) and limits the protruding length of the coupling member (501) from the inner surface of the barrel (310), thereby preventing the coupling member (501) from interfering with the firing of the projectile (10).
[0049] The above-described rifling protrusion member (500) is detachably coupled to the inner wall surface of the barrel member (300), so it can be easily replaced if damaged or worn out. Meanwhile, in the illustrated example, a structure in which two rifling protrusion members (500) are installed in the barrel tube (310) is shown, but the rifling protrusion members (500) are not limited to this, and one or three or more may be provided depending on the size of the barrel tube (310) or the projectile (10).
[0050] The gas supply unit (400) is equipped with a housing (410), a firing unit (420), an elastic member, a trigger member (430), and an axis moving unit (440).
[0051] The housing (410) is installed on the rear of the barrel assembly (320) and comprises a tank case (411) having an internal space (413) inside, and a tank cover (412) installed on the rear of the tank case (411).
[0052] The tank case (411) is formed in a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the barrel assembly (320), has an internal space (413) provided inside, and is formed with an open rear side. The tank case (411) is installed inside the main body (200) while attached to the rear side of the barrel assembly (320).
[0053] A tank case (411) has a spray hole (414) formed on its front surface to communicate with the internal space (413), and the spray hole (414) is formed in the center of the front surface of the tank case (411) to communicate with the injection port (321) of the gun barrel assembly (320). Additionally, the tank case (411) has a connection part (415) to which a gas cartridge (20) containing high-pressure gas is connected.
[0054] The above connecting part (415) comprises a connecting pipe (416) connected to the tank case (411) such that one end communicates with the internal space (413), and a connecting member (417) installed at the end of the connecting pipe (416) to which the gas cartridge (20) is connected. The connecting member (417) communicates with the connecting pipe (416), and a coupling hole (not shown) is formed at the end to which the gas cartridge (20) is coupled. At this time, female screw threads are formed on the inner surface of the coupling hole so that the gas cartridge (20) can be screw-coupled.
[0055] Meanwhile, the connecting part (415) is not limited to this, but any connecting means capable of detachably connecting the gas cartridge (20) and injecting high-pressure gas supplied from the connected gas cartridge (20) into the internal space (413) of the tank case (411) can be applied.
[0056] A tank cover (412) is installed at the rear end of the tank case (411) so as to cover the rear of the open tank case (411). Here, a through hole (418) is formed in the central part of the tank cover (412) opposite the injection hole (414) so that a firing part (420) is installed through it. It is preferable that the through hole (418) be formed to have an inner diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the injection hole (414).
[0057] The firing part (420) extends in the front-rear direction and is installed in the housing (410) so as to be inserted into the injection hole (414) and slide in the front-rear direction. At this time, it is preferable that the firing part (420) be installed so that it is inserted into the through hole (418) of the tank case (411) and that its rear end protrudes toward the rear of the housing (410).
[0058] Here, the firing part (420) has a closing part (421) having an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the injection hole (414) to close the injection hole (414) at the front end, and an opening part (422) having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the injection hole (414) formed behind the closing part (421). Additionally, the firing part (420) has a rear closing part (423) formed behind the opening part (422) so as to be inserted into the through hole (418) of the tank cover (412).
[0059] Here, the opening portion (422) of the firing portion (420) is formed such that its outer surface is inclined, and its outer diameter decreases as it extends from the closing portion (421) toward the rear. When the firing portion (420) is moved forward and the opening portion (422) is positioned on the injection hole (414), a space is provided between the outer surface of the opening portion (422) and the inner surface of the injection hole (414), and through this space, gas within the internal space (413) of the housing (410) is injected into the injection channel (322) of the barrel assembly (320). At this time, since the opening portion (422) is formed with an inclined outer surface as described above, it can induce the gas to be injected forward.
[0060] Additionally, the rear closure portion (423) of the firing portion (420) is formed to have an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the through hole (418) to prevent gas from leaking through the through hole (418) of the tank cover (412). Meanwhile, an O-ring is installed between the firing portion (420) and the housing (410) to prevent gas leakage. The O-ring is formed in an annular shape having a square cross-section, and a spray hole (414) and a through hole (418) are installed therein.
[0061] Additionally, the firing part (420) further comprises an extension rod (424) installed on the rear of the rear closure part (423) so as to be able to contact the shaft moving part (440). The extension rod (424) is formed to have an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the rear closure part (423) and extends a predetermined length from the rear closure part (423) toward the rear.
[0062] Although not shown in the drawing, an elastic member is installed in the firing part (420) to provide rearward elastic force to the firing part (420) so that the closing part (421) can be positioned at the injection hole (414). The elastic member is a coil spring installed on the inside or outer surface of the housing (410), but is not limited thereto; any elastic means capable of providing elastic force to the firing part (420) is acceptable.
[0063] A trigger member (430) is installed on the main body (200) adjacent to the handle (210) so that the user can operate it. Here, the trigger member (430) is installed in front of the handle (210) so as to be rotatable in the forward and backward directions. At this time, it is preferable that the rear end of the trigger member (430) be installed so that it is retracted into the main body (200).
[0064] The axis moving part (440) moves the firing part (420) so that the opening part (422) is positioned at the corresponding injection hole (414) when the user operates the trigger member (430). The axis moving part (440) is equipped with a rotational movement axis (441) and an interference rod (442).
[0065] The above-mentioned rotational motion axis (441) is installed inside the main body (200) on the lower side of the firing part (420), that is, on the lower side of the housing (410). It is preferable that the rotational motion axis (441) extends in the left-right direction.
[0066] The interference rod (442) is rotatably installed on the rotational motion axis (441) and extends in the front-rear direction, but is formed at an angle such that the front end is located lower than the rear end. Additionally, the front end of the interference rod (442) is bent downward so that its lower end extends to the rear of the trigger member (430) so as to interfere with the trigger member (430) which rotates by the user's operation.
[0067] And the interference rod (442) has its rear end bent upward so that its upper end extends adjacent to the rear of the firing part (420) so that it can press the firing part (420) forward when rotated by the trigger member (430).
[0068] The operation of the position tracking launch device for tracking a fleeing vehicle according to the present invention, configured as described above, is explained in detail as follows.
[0069] The user inserts a projectile (10) into the barrel tube (310) through the firing port (312). At this time, the corresponding rifling projection member (500) is set so that it is inserted into the guide groove (13) of the projectile (10). Once the setting of the projectile (10) is complete, the main body (200) is supported so that the firing port (312) faces the vehicle to be tracked, and then the trigger member (430) is operated to rotate it backward. The trigger member (430), which rotates backward, interferes with the lower part of the interference rod (442). At this time, the interference rod (442) rotates so that its lower part moves backward, while its upper part interferes with the rear end of the firing part (420) and presses the firing part (420) forward.
[0070] The firing part (420), pressurized by the interference rod (442), is moved forward, the closed part (421) of the firing part (420) is separated from the injection hole (414), and the open part (422) of the firing part (420) is positioned in the injection hole (414). The injection hole (414) is opened by the open part (422), and high-pressure gas inside the housing (410) is injected through the injection hole (414) into the injection passage (322) of the barrel member (300), and the projectile (10) is fired through the firing port (312) by the gas introduced into the hollow (311) through the injection passage (322). Here, the projectile (10) is fired while rotating by the guide groove (13) and the rifling projection member (500).
[0071] As described above, the position tracking launch device for tracking a fleeing vehicle according to the present invention can launch a projectile (10) on which a position tracker is installed using high-pressure gas, and has the advantage that the projectile (10) can reach the target more accurately by inducing rotation of the projectile (10) using a steel wire protrusion member (500).
