Abstract
Description
Technology Field

Background Technology
[0002] Chemical filters are used in precision manufacturing fields such as the semiconductor, display, and machine assembly industries. Precision manufacturing is carried out in cleanrooms where contaminants such as dust are minimized. In this case, if chemical contaminants such as acidic gases (NOx, SOx, HCl, HF, organic acids, etc.), basic gases (NH3, amines, etc.), organic sulfur compounds, and VOCs are present in the air inside the cleanroom, the product defect rate may increase. Chemical filters can be used to remove chemical contaminants from the air inside the cleanroom.
[0003] Generally, chemical filters are manufactured by coating or filling a support with an adsorbent, such as a polymer resin or carbon-based material. Chemical contaminants are removed from the air through the adsorption action of the adsorbent. Contaminants are removed by utilizing the adsorption action of the polymer resin or carbon-based material bonded to the support.
[0004] However, since chemical filters according to conventional technology use an integrated filter media, various chemical contaminants are filtered by a single filter media, which has the problem of a short lifespan.
[0005] In addition, the integrated filter media has high air resistance, resulting in a higher filter differential pressure.
[0006] In addition, integrated filter media have the problem that if the filtering function of any one of the various chemical contaminants deteriorates, the entire integrated filter media must be replaced. Prior art literature

The first substance may include at least one of acidic gases (NOx, SOx, HCl, HF, organic acids, etc.) and basic gases (NH3, amines, etc.).
[0036] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the internal filter module (1) may include a ring-shaped first internal cap (11), a ring-shaped second internal cap (12) spaced apart to face the first internal cap (11), an internal filter member (13) having an internal outer groove (13a) and an internal inner groove (13b) alternately arranged to form an internal fold to form a hollow tube shape, and an internal coupling member (15) that connects the first internal cap (11) and the second internal cap (12) to each end of the internal filter member (13) in correspondence with the longitudinal direction of the internal filter member (13).
[0037] It is preferable that the first inner cap (11) has a "C" shaped cross-section to wrap around one end of the inner filter member (13) in correspondence with the length direction of the inner filter member (13).
[0038] It is preferable that the second inner cap (12) has a "C" shaped cross-section to wrap around the other end of the inner filter member (13) in correspondence with the length direction of the inner filter member (13).
[0039] The internal filter member (13) filters the first substance from the chemical. [0040] The internal coupling member (15) can connect a first internal cap (11) and a second internal cap (12) to each end of the internal filter member (13) in correspondence with the longitudinal direction of the internal filter member (13) through various known forms.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 3, the internal filter module (1) may further include an internal spacing member (14) that is provided between the first internal cap (11) and the second internal cap (12) in correspondence with the longitudinal direction of the internal filter member (13) and is coupled to the internal filter member (13) so as to maintain the shape of the inner outer groove (13a) and the inner inner groove (13b). A plurality of internal ventilation holes (31) are formed through the internal support cover (3) in a spaced-apart manner. Chemicals containing at least one of the first substance and the second substance can freely pass through the internal ventilation holes (31).
[0043] Although not shown, the internal filter module (1) may further include an internal edge band that is coupled to the first internal cap (11) and the second internal cap (12) respectively via an internal coupling member (15) to stabilize the maintenance of the spacing of the internal folds.
[0044] The external filter module (2) surrounds the outer surface of the internal filter module (1). The external filter module (2) can be positioned parallel to the outer surface of the internal filter module (1) to improve airtightness. The external filter module (2) filters a second substance among chemical contaminants. The second substance may include at least one of organic sulfur compounds and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
[0045] The external filter module (2) may include two or more unit filter modules (21) that are mutually separated and arranged along the outer surface of the internal filter module (1) for filtering a second substance, a unit coupling module (22) that detachably combines two mutually adjacent unit filter modules (21), and a unit sealing member (23) that seals between two mutually adjacent unit filter modules (21).
[0046] In one embodiment of the present invention, the unit filter module (21) is divided into two and is described as having a plate shape with an arc-shaped cross-section or a semicircular cross-section corresponding to the inner filter module (1), but it is not limited thereto and it is obvious that it can be divided into three or more.
[0047] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the unit filter module (21) comprises a first outer cap (211) in the shape of an arc that encloses a part of the first inner cap (11), a second outer cap (212) in the shape of an arc that is spaced apart from the first outer cap (211) and encloses a part of the second inner cap (12), a side finishing member (216) that connects both ends of the first outer cap (211) and both ends of the second outer cap (212) in correspondence with the circumferential direction of the first inner cap (11) or the circumferential direction of the second inner cap (12), an outer filter member (213) in which an outer outer groove (213a) and an inner outer groove (13a) are alternately arranged as the outer fold is formed, and each at both ends of the outer filter member (213) in correspondence with the length direction of the outer filter member (213). It may include an external coupling member (215) that combines the first outer cap (211) and the second outer cap (212), while also combining side finishing members (216) at each end of the external filter member (213) in correspondence with the circumferential direction of the first inner cap (11) or the circumferential direction of the second inner cap (12).
[0048] It is preferable that the first outer cap (211) has a "C" shaped cross-section to wrap around one end of the outer filter member (213) in correspondence with the length direction of the outer filter member (213).
[0049] It is preferable that the second outer cap (212) has a "C" shaped cross-section to wrap around the other end of the outer filter member (213) in correspondence with the length direction of the outer filter member (213).
[0050] The side finishing member (216) may include a side channel (2161) to which both ends of the external filter member (213) are connected in correspondence with the circumferential direction of the first inner cap (11) or the circumferential direction of the second inner cap (12), and a connecting angle (2162) provided at both ends of the side channel (2161) in correspondence with the length direction of the external filter member (213) to which the first outer cap (211) is connected to the second outer cap (212). It is preferable that the side channel (2161) has a "C"-shaped cross-section to wrap around the ends of the external filter member (213) in correspondence with the circumferential direction of the first inner cap (11) or the circumferential direction of the second inner cap (12). Since the connecting angle (2162) is inserted into the first outer cap (211) and the second outer cap (212) which have a "U" shaped cross-section, it prevents a step from occurring between the wing portion of the first outer cap (211), the wing portion of the second outer cap (212), and the wing portion of the side channel (2161), facilitates the connection of the external support cover (24), and prevents chemical leakage from the unit filter module (21).
[0051] The external filter member (213) filters the second substance from the chemical. Although the filter differential pressure of the filter media disclosed in the prior art literature is 2.81 mmAq to 2.85 mmAq, it was confirmed that when the chemical passes through the mutually separated internal filter member (13) and external filter member (213) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the filter differential pressure is 2.70 mmAq to 2.74 mmAq.
[0052] The external coupling member (215) may, through various known forms, combine a first outer cap (211) and a second outer cap (212) at each end of the external filter member (213) in correspondence with the longitudinal direction of the external filter member (213), while combining side finishing members (216) at each end of the external filter member (213) in correspondence with the circumferential direction of the first inner cap (11) or the circumferential direction of the second inner cap (12).
[0053] As shown in FIG. 5, the unit filter module (21) may further include an external spacing member (214) that is provided between the first outer cap (211) and the second outer cap (212) in correspondence with the longitudinal direction of the external filter member (213) and is coupled to the external filter member (213) so as to maintain the shape of the outer outer groove (213a) and the outer inner groove (213b). The external spacing member (214) may be hot-melt applied to stably maintain the shape of the outer fold of the external filter member (213).
[0054] As shown in FIG. 5, the unit filter module (21) may further include an external support cover (24) that surrounds at least one of the inner surface of the external filter member (213) and the outer surface of the external filter member (213), and whose edges are connected to the first external cap (211), the second external cap (212), and the side finishing member (216). The external support cover (24) may have a flat cross-section in the shape of an arc or a semicircle. A plurality of external ventilation holes (241) are formed through the external support cover (24) in a spaced-apart manner. Chemicals containing at least one of the first substance and the second substance can freely pass through the external ventilation holes (241).
[0055] Although not shown, the unit filter module (21) may further include an outer edge band that is coupled to the first outer cap (211) and the second outer cap (212), respectively, via an external coupling member (215), thereby stabilizing the maintenance of the spacing of the outer folds.
[0056] The module sealing member (4) seals the space between the inner filter module (1) and the outer filter module (2) as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The module sealing member (4) may be coupled to the outer surface of the first inner cap (11) and the outer surface of the second inner cap (12), or to the inner surface of the first outer cap (211) and the inner surface of the second outer cap (212), and the first inner cap (11) and the second inner cap (12) may be fitted and coupled to the module sealing member (4).
[0057] A chemical filter assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a sealing cover (5). As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the sealing cover (5) seals or closes one of the two ends of the hollow hole portion (10) corresponding to the longitudinal direction of the internal filter module (1). It is advantageous for the sealing cover (5) to be coupled to the first inner cap (11) of at least the internal filter module (1) among the internal filter module (1) and the external filter module (2). The sealing cover (5) can cover at least the module sealing member (4) among the module sealing member (4) and the external filter module (2) to stabilize the close contact state between the internal filter module (1), the module sealing member (4), and the external filter module (2).
[0058] As the unit filter module (21) is divided into two, in one embodiment of the present invention, the unit coupling module (22) can be divided into a first coupling module and a second coupling module.
[0059] If one of the two mutually adjacent unit filter modules (21) is referred to as the first module (2a) and the other of the two mutually adjacent unit filter modules (21) is referred to as the second module (2b), the first coupling module can detachably connect one side of the mutually adjacent first module (2a) and one side of the second module (2b), and the second coupling module can detachably connect the other side of the mutually adjacent first module (2a) and the other side of the second module (2b).
[0060] Then, the unit coupling module (22) may include at least one of a clamping module (20a), a detachable clip module (22b), and a detachable hook module (22c), in order to detachably combine the first module (2a) and the second module (2b).
[0061] The clamping module (20a) may include a clamping hook (a1) coupled to the first module (2a) and a clamping member (a2) coupled to the second module (2b) and detachably hooked to the clamping hook (a1). At this time, the clamping member (a2) may include a clamping shaft portion (a21) coupled to the second module (2b), a pivot block (a22) rotatably coupled to the clamping shaft portion (a21), and a clamping hook projection portion (a23) rotatably coupled to the pivot block (a22) and detachably hooked to the clamping hook (a1). The pivot block (a22) is provided with a handle to facilitate the rotation of the pivot block (a22). In particular, a support band (217) can be attached to the outer surface of the first module (2a) and the outer surface of the second module (2b), respectively. Then, a clamping hook (a1) is attached to the support band (217) attached to the first module (2a), and a clamping shaft portion (a21) is attached to the support band (217) attached to the second module (2b), so that the unit filter module (21) can be prevented from being deformed according to the operation of the clamping module (20a).
[0062] Looking at the operation of the clamping module (20a), as shown in FIG. 7 (a), the first module (2a) and the second module (2b) are placed adjacent to each other, and then when the rotating block (a22) is rotated while the clamping catch protrusion (a23) is engaged with the clamping catch hook (a1), the first module (2a) is pulled relative to the second module (2b) as shown in FIG. 7 (b). Accordingly, the unit sealing member (23) is in close contact with the first module (2a) and the second module (2b), and the module sealing member (4) is in close contact with the inner filter module (1) and the outer filter module (2), thereby completing a chemical filter assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0063] The detachable clip module (22b) may include a detachable hole portion (b1) provided in each of the first module (2a) and the second module (2b), and an elastic clip (b2) that has elasticity and is detachably fitted to two mutually adjacent detachable hole portions (b1). At this time, the detachable hole portion (b1) may be formed through the wing portion of the side channel (2161) in the side finishing member (216) as shown in FIG. 8. Additionally, the detachable hole portion (b1) may be additionally formed through the outer support cover (24) as shown in FIG. 8. Additionally, the elastic clip (b2) may include a clip body (b21), a pair of elastic wings (b22) that are bent and formed at both ends of the clip body (b21) so as to face each other and are detachably fitted into two adjacent detachable holes (b1), and a detachable guide (b23) that is bent and formed at the ends of the elastic wings (b22) and guides the ends of the elastic wings (b22) to the detachable holes (b1). Here, the spacing between the pair of elastic wings (b22) is made to narrow from the clip body (b21) toward the ends of the elastic wings (b22) so that elasticity is imparted when the elastic clip (b2) opens.
[0064] Looking at the operation of the detachable clip module (22b), as shown in FIG. 8 (a), the first module (2a) and the second module (2b) are placed adjacent to each other, and then a pair of elastic wings (b22) are fitted into the detachable hole portion (b1). At this time, as shown in FIG. 8 (b), the ends of the elastic wings (b22) are stably inserted into the detachable hole portion (b1) by means of an elastic guide. Accordingly, the pair of elastic wings (b22) spread out from the elastic clip (b2), and elasticity acts on the elastic clip (b2), so that the unit sealing member (23) is in close contact with the first module (2a) and the second module (2b), and the module sealing member (4) is in close contact with the inner filter module (1) and the outer filter module (2), thereby completing the chemical filter assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0065] The detachable hook module (22c) may include a detachable hook member (c1) formed protruding from the first module (2a) toward the second module (2b) and having a detachable hook ring (c11) at its end, and a detachable hook member (c2) formed protruding from the second module (2b) toward the first module (2a) and having a detachable hook projection (c21) at its end that is detachably hooked to the detachable hook ring (c11).
[0066] Looking at the operation of the detachable hook module (22c), the first module (2a) and the second module (2b) are placed adjacently as shown in FIG. 9 (a), and then the detachable hook protrusion (c21) of the detachable hook member (c2) is engaged with the detachable hook ring (c11) of the detachable hook member (c1) as shown in FIG. 9 (b). Accordingly, the unit sealing member (23) is in close contact with the first module (2a) and the second module (2b), and the module sealing member (4) is in close contact with the inner filter module (1) and the outer filter module (2), thereby completing a chemical filter assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0067] Then, according to the first example, the first coupling member (221) and the second coupling member (222) may each be configured as a clamping module (20a).
