Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of beauty device technology for emphasizing the eye shape by curling eyelashes, and more specifically, to a heating eyelash curler device in which the head shape of the curler is automatically adjusted in response to the user's eye shape (curvature of the eye surface) and curling is assisted by heating. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, eyelash curlers have been widely used as mechanical devices that form a curve by manually operating a lever to press the eyelashes. While these conventional curlers have the advantages of being portable and having a simple structure, the head shape (the curvature of the contact surface where the eyelashes are pressed) is mostly fixed to a specific shape during manufacturing. In other words, they have structural limitations that make it difficult to adequately reflect individual differences such as the eye size, eye shape, eyelid shape, corneal or eye surface curvature, and eyelash length and arrangement characteristics of various users.
[0004] In particular, the curvature of the eye varies significantly from person to person, and even within the same individual, the curvature or eyelid shape of the left and right eyes is often not exactly the same. Nevertheless, conventional eyelash curlers often adopt a standardized head curvature to ensure comfortable use for a large number of consumers; consequently, for some users, the head curvature does not match the curvature of their eyes.
[0006] This may result in the entire area of the eyelashes not being pressed evenly, or specific sections, such as the inner or outer corners of the eyes, being pressed excessively or, conversely, not pressed sufficiently. Consequently, users may attempt partial curling by repeatedly pinching the eyelashes or moving the curler, which reduces ease of operation and may lower the uniformity of the curl and the quality of volume enhancement.
[0007] In addition, repetitive mechanical compression can cause damage to the eyelashes (bending, breaking) and discomfort to the eyelid skin, and if the user cannot precisely align the relative position of the eyelash curler with the eye, safety issues such as pinching may also occur.
[0009] To address these issues, heating eyelash curlers or electric eyelash curler devices that assist in curling using heating have recently been proposed. For example, heating eyelash curlers are developed with the purpose of increasing the shape retention of eyelashes and enhancing curl persistence by utilizing heat; heating elements such as PTC ceramic heating elements and metal resistance heating elements may be used, and heat transfer materials such as aluminum are applied to transfer heat to the eyelash contact area.
[0011] However, conventional heated eyelash curler technology is primarily focused on "curling assistance through heating," and often fails to adequately provide the functionality to automatically adjust the shape of the curler head to the user's eye curvature. In other words, even if a heating function is added, if the head curvature itself is fixed in a standardized form, the fundamental problem of "mismatch between individual eye curvature and the curler head curvature" still persists. Consequently, even if curl retention is improved through heating, uneven results may occur, such as difficulty curling the entire lash uniformly or excessive curling in specific areas, leading users to continue using the product repeatedly to achieve their desired shape. Furthermore, with heating methods, users may find it difficult to intuitively perceive the heating status or miss the optimal curling timing, indicating room for improvement in terms of user experience (UX) and safety.
[0013] Ultimately, conventional technology tends to be designed based on a standardized head curvature that considers multiple users, which limits its ability to provide customized curling optimized for the individual user's eye surface curvature. Accordingly, there is an increasing need for new technology that enables personalized curling by measuring the user's eye curvature and automatically changing the shape of the eyelash head based on the result, while simultaneously ensuring curling performance and stability through heating and temperature control, and intuitively providing the user with the appropriate curling timing or state. Against this backdrop, there is a demand for an eyelash device technology that enables customized head shape adjustment based on the user's eye curvature, improves ease of use and accuracy, and addresses the inconvenience caused by repeated use and the problem of uneven curling. [0037] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and it is understood that various modifications and changes are possible within the technical spirit or scope of the present invention.
[0039] The eye curvature automatic measuring heating eyelash device according to the present invention is largely composed of a main body part (100), a head part (200), a guide part (300), a heating part (400), a display part (500), a curvature calculation part (600), and a shape variable part (700). FIGS. 1 to 3 illustrate the eyelash device according to the present invention as viewed from various angles.
[0041] The main body (100) is a part formed in a longitudinally extended shape so that a user can grasp and operate it with their hand, and performs the role of controlling the overall operation of the device and supplying power. A rechargeable battery may be housed inside the main body (100), and the battery is configured to supply power to the heating unit (400), the curvature calculation unit (600), and the shape variable unit (700). Additionally, a control circuit and a control unit for controlling the operation of each component may be housed inside the main body (100), and the control unit may be configured to process signals input from a sensor and drive each component according to a set control logic.
[0043] A power button (10) and a plurality of temperature control buttons (20) may be arranged on the outer side of the main body (100) so that a user can directly control the operation of the device. For example, the power button (10) may perform the function of turning the power of the device on or off, and the temperature control buttons (20) may be configured to select the heating temperature of the heating unit (400) to one of a plurality of levels, such as low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. It is preferable that these buttons be arranged on the side or front of the main body (100) so that they can be easily operated even while the user is holding it.
[0045] A charging terminal capable of being electrically connected to an external power source may be formed at the bottom of the main body (100), and the charging terminal may utilize a USB method or a charging method equivalent thereto. This allows the user to use the device repeatedly without replacing the battery. Additionally, the main body (100) may further include a protection circuit or a timer function that automatically cuts off the power if it is not used for a certain period of time or if a set condition is met.
[0047] A display unit (500) may be disposed on the front or side of the main body (100), and the display unit (500) may be implemented using an OLED, LCD, or a similar display means. Through the display unit (500), the remaining battery level, the currently set temperature level, the operating mode of the device, error status, or notification information may be visually provided to the user. Accordingly, the user can intuitively perceive the status of the device and operate it more stably.
[0049] In this way, the main body (100) is configured to integrally perform power supply, control, and user interface functions, and its basic structure and operation are based on the configuration generally adopted in conventional electric or heating burrs, but can be implemented in an extended form to support the control of the curvature calculation unit (600) and shape variable unit (700) according to the present invention.
[0051] The head portion (200) is a frame structure connected to the upper part of the main body portion (100) to support the heating portion (400) and the guide portion (300), and serves to form the external shape and mechanical support structure of the area where eyelash curling takes place. The head portion (200) has a shape that extends in the longitudinal and width directions so as to be positioned along the user's eye contour overall, and may have a structure in which a hollow portion (210) is formed so that the heating portion (400) is positioned inside and the heating portion (400) is coupled to the guide portion (300) so that the heating portion (400) can be raised and lowered.
[0053] The head portion (200) is composed of a frame that does not include a heating portion to which the eyelashes directly contact, and the direct contact with the eyelashes and heating functions are performed by the heating portion (400). Accordingly, the head portion (200) may be formed with a material and structure advantageous for heat blocking or heat dissipation so that heat generated during the heating process of the heating portion (400) is not excessively transferred to the outside.
[0055] Unlike conventional eyelash frames having a single fixed curvature, the head portion (200) is configured so that its entire shape can be varied in response to the user's eye curvature, as will be described later. To this end, the head portion (200) is designed to be connected to a shape-variable portion (700) inside or below, and the frame itself can be configured to bend along the length direction of the head portion (200) according to the operation of the shape-variable portion (700). At this time, the head portion (200) is formed of metal, synthetic resin, or a composite material thereof, so that it can maintain structural stability even with repeated shape deformation.
[0057] The shape variable part (700) may include a plurality of tension members disposed in the lower region of the head part (200), and the frame curvature of the head part (200) may be controlled to change continuously or in steps according to the magnitude or distribution of tension applied to the tension members. With this configuration, the head part (200) can be automatically adjusted to a shape corresponding to the user's eye curvature.
[0059] Additionally, the head portion (200) may include an opening or a transparent area through which an infrared signal can pass so that infrared radiation and reception by the curvature calculation portion (600) can be smoothly performed. The transparent area may be formed at the center or on both sides of the head portion (200), thereby enabling the curvature calculation portion (600) to perform curvature measurement on the user's eye surface in a non-contact manner.
[0061] In this way, the head portion (200) functions as a frame supporting the heating portion (400) and is linked with the shape variable portion (700) to provide a variable curvature structure corresponding to the user's eye curvature. Accordingly, unlike conventional eyelash curlers having a fixed curvature frame, the present invention can provide a mechanical basis for user-customized curling.
[0063] The guide section (300) is configured to be positioned inside or below the head section (200) to guide and support the position of the heating section (400), and performs the role of enabling the heating section (400) to stably move up and down or maintain an aligned state relative to the head section (200). The guide section (300) is in the form of a bar that defines the movement path of the heating section (400), and can be designed so that the heating section (400) moves in a constant direction without lateral shaking or tilting.
[0065] The heating unit (400) is configured to generate heat for curling eyelashes and is positioned inside the head unit (200) while being supported by the guide unit (300). The heating unit (400) may include a heating element, and the heating element may be composed of a PTC ceramic heating element, a metal resistance heating element, or a heating means equivalent thereto. The heating unit (400) is heated when power is applied, and the generated heat is transferred to the eyelashes through a contact surface or a heat transfer member formed on the upper part of the heating unit (400) to perform curling.
[0067] The guide section (300) moves up and down by the pressure of the lever (30). The pressure structure of the burr by the lever (30) is a technology that has already been disclosed in many places; for example, the lever pressure structure is disclosed in Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-2591127.
[0069] The heating unit (400) is configured to come into contact with the eyelashes while heated to a set temperature, and the temperature of the heating unit (400) can be detected and controlled by a control unit and a temperature sensor housed in the main body (100). Accordingly, the heating unit (400) can be set to operate at one of a plurality of temperature stages, such as low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature, and if overheating is detected, heating can be automatically limited or cut off.
[0071] Additionally, the heating unit (400) can be designed to always maintain a position corresponding to the shape change of the head unit (200) by means of the guide unit (300). That is, even if the curvature of the frame of the head unit (200) changes due to the shape variable unit (700), the guide unit (300) guides the heating unit (400) to align along the curvature of the deformed head unit (200), thereby ensuring uniform heating and curling across the entire eyelash contact area.
[0073] In this way, the guide section (300) and the heating section (400) are mutually combined in a structure that supports the heating section (400) to perform a heating function while stably moving up and down, and enables user-customized curling by linking with the variable curvature structure of the head section (200). Unlike conventional fixed-type heating bleachers, this configuration has technical significance in that it provides a curling environment in which the heating function and the variable curvature structure are organically combined.
[0075] The display unit (500) is positioned on the main body (100) and is configured to visually provide the user with the operating status and setting information of the device. The display unit (500) may be positioned on the front or side of the main body (100), and it is preferable that the position be set so that the user can easily check the screen even while holding the device.
[0077] The display unit (500) may be composed of an OLED, an LCD, or a similar display means, and may be designed to enable clear display even in a relatively small area. Information displayed through the display unit (500) may include the remaining battery level, the currently set heating temperature level, the operating mode of the device, the curvature measurement status, or error notifications. For example, when the curvature calculation unit (600) is measuring the user's eye curvature, an indication that measurement is in progress may be provided, and when the curvature measurement is completed, a measurement completion or automatic adjustment status may be displayed.
[0079] The display unit (500) may be electrically connected to a control unit housed in the main body (100) and configured to update the display content according to a control signal output from the control unit. Accordingly, when a user operates a power button or a temperature control button, the result of the operation may be reflected and displayed in real time on the display unit (500). In addition, when the temperature of the heating unit (400) reaches a set temperature or when an overheating state is detected, the state may be notified to the user through the display unit (500).
[0081] Meanwhile, the display unit (500) may switch to a power-saving mode in which the screen display is automatically turned off or the brightness is reduced when there is no user input for a certain period of time or when a set condition is met, in order to minimize the power consumption of the device. Additionally, the display unit (500) may be used in conjunction with an electrochromic display unit, and when the electrochromic display unit provides a state through an intuitive color change, the display unit (500) may function as an auxiliary display means that provides more detailed numerical information or text information.
[0083] In this way, the display unit (500) improves user convenience by clearly conveying the status and setting information of the device to the user, and performs the role of making the user aware of the process in which curvature measurement, shape variation, and heating operations proceed step by step.
[0085] The curvature calculation unit (600) is configured to measure the curvature of the user's eye surface in a non-contact manner and to calculate curvature information for shape variation of the head unit (200) based on the measured result, and is a component that forms the technical core of the present invention. The curvature calculation unit (600) is configured to be positioned in the head unit (200) to emit an infrared signal toward the user's eye and to measure the shape and curvature of the eye by analyzing the infrared signal received and reflected from the eye surface.
[0087] The curvature calculation unit (600) may include at least one infrared radiating unit (610) and a plurality of infrared detection sensors (620) spaced apart from each other, and the infrared radiating unit may be configured to emit infrared radiation in a wavelength range that satisfies eye safety standards. The plurality of infrared detection sensors may be positioned at a central location and on both sides along the width direction of the head unit (200), and each sensor may be configured to independently measure the distance from the corresponding location to the surface of the eye. At this time, each infrared detection sensor may be a sensor that calculates distance information using the Time of Flight (ToF) of infrared radiation, but is not limited thereto, and various sensor methods that calculate distance or shape information based on infrared reflection characteristics may be applied. FIG. 4 schematically illustrates the operating principle of the curvature calculation unit (600).
[0089] The curvature calculation unit (600) calculates curvature information corresponding to the user's eye curvature by approximating the shape of the eye surface into an arc or a curved surface based on a plurality of distance information obtained from a central position and both side positions, respectively. More specifically, the curvature calculation unit (600) maps the measurement coordinates corresponding to each distance information onto a set reference coordinate system and mathematically approximates a circle or curved surface passing through the coordinates to calculate the radius of curvature or the corresponding curvature parameter. This curvature information may be calculated as a continuous numerical value, or as a value classified into one of a plurality of pre-set curvature steps or curvature ranges.
[0091] Additionally, the curvature calculation unit (600) may include a correction process to improve measurement accuracy and reliability by performing multiple distance measurements over a certain period of time and removing outliers from the measured distance information or calculating an average value, a median value, or a weighted average value. Through this, measurement errors that may occur due to blinking, minute movements of the user, interference of eyelashes or eyelids, etc., can be effectively reduced.
[0093] The curvature calculation unit (600) transmits the calculated curvature information to a control unit housed in the main body (100), and the control unit is configured to control the operation of the shape variable unit (700) based on the transmitted curvature information. Accordingly, the curvature calculation unit (600) functions as an input unit of a control loop that links the eye curvature measurement and the shape deformation of the head unit (200) in real-time or near-real-time. For example, even after the shape variable unit (700) is driven, the curvature calculation unit (600) can perform additional measurements to check the shape deformation results and perform fine correction as needed.
[0095] Additionally, the curvature calculation unit (600) may be configured to perform measurements only when the user's eyes approach within a set distance range of the head unit (200), and may be controlled to limit infrared radiation or stop measurements when the user's eyes move out of the said distance range. This ensures the safety of the user's eyes and reduces power consumption caused by unnecessary infrared radiation.
[0097] In this way, the curvature calculation unit (600) quantitatively measures the user's eye curvature and directly reflects the measured curvature information in the shape variable control of the head unit (200), thereby realizing a personalized curling environment that could not be provided by conventional fixed-curvature eyelash curlers. Accordingly, the curvature calculation unit (600) acts as a key component supporting the technical differentiation of the eye curvature automatic measuring heating eyelash curler device according to the present invention.
[0099] The shape variable unit (700) is configured to vary the shape of the head unit (200) based on curvature information calculated by the curvature calculation unit (600), and is a core output unit that implements the user's eye curvature into an actual mechanical shape change in the eye curvature automatic measuring heating eyelash device according to the present invention. The shape variable unit (700) is mechanically connected to the head unit (200) and configured so that the curvature of the head unit (200) changes continuously or in steps according to a control signal.
[0101] The shape variable part (700) may include a plurality of tension members connected to the head part (200), and the plurality of tension members may be arranged to extend along the longitudinal direction of the head part (200). It is preferable that the tension members be arranged to be located below the upper region where the eyelashes are in contact, for example, they may be arranged in the lower axial region of the head part (200). By this arrangement, when a tensile force is applied to the tension members, the head part (200) can undergo a smooth curvature deformation overall without local bending. FIG. 5 schematically illustrates the deformation of the lower part of the head part (200) by the shape variable part (700).
[0103] A plurality of tension members may include a shape-variable material whose length changes according to an electrical signal, and may be composed of, for example, a shape memory alloy (SMA) wire. The shape memory alloy wire has the characteristic of contracting when current is applied, and the degree of contraction can be controlled according to the amount or duration of current application. Accordingly, the shape-variable part (700) can continuously change the curvature of the head part (200) by controlling the degree of contraction of each tension member individually or in conjunction to correspond to the curvature information transmitted from the curvature calculation part (600).
[0105] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned shape-changing material is not limited to shape memory alloys, and various materials whose length, tension, or shape changes depending on the application of electrical signals, heat, voltage, or equivalent energy may be applied. For example, electroactive polymers, heat-shrinkable materials, tensile members combined with microactuators, or composite structures thereof may be used as shape-changing materials, and in such cases, the effective length of the tensile member may change depending on the magnitude or duration of the applied electrical signal, thereby varying the curvature of the head portion.
[0107] The control unit may be configured to determine the magnitude, duration, or driving pattern of an electrical signal applied to the shape-variable material based on curvature information transmitted from the curvature calculation unit (600). For example, the amount of current or the application time applied to the shape-variable material may be set differently depending on the radius of curvature or the curvature step indicated by the curvature information, and accordingly, the degree of shrinkage or deformation of the shape-variable material may be controlled to correspond to the curvature information.
[0109] The shape variable part (700) may include a plurality of tension members arranged symmetrically or asymmetrically, and the left and right curvature of the head part (200) can be independently adjusted by setting the driving conditions applied to each tension member differently. This allows for the response to differences in the curvature of the user's left and right eyes, as well as asymmetrical shapes in the direction of the outer corner or inner corner of the eye, thereby enabling more precise personalized curling.
[0111] Additionally, the shape variable part (700) may be designed to maintain structural stability even with repeated shape deformation of the head part (200), and may further include a mechanical stopper or control logic to prevent excessive shrinkage or tension application of the tension member. For example, the control part may prevent excessive deformation or damage of the head part (200) by limiting the amount of current or driving time applied to the tension member.
[0113] The shape variable unit (700) can be linked with the curvature calculation unit (600) to form a closed-loop control structure. That is, even after the shape of the head unit (200) is varied, the curvature calculation unit (600) can perform additional measurements to verify the actual shape deformation result and finely adjust the operation of the shape variable unit (700) according to the result. Accordingly, the shape of the head unit (200) can be automatically corrected to correspond more precisely to the user's eye curvature.
[0115] In this way, the shape variable part (700) implements the curvature information calculated by the curvature calculation part (600) into an actual mechanical deformation, thereby providing a variable curvature structure corresponding to the user's eye curvature, unlike conventional eyelash curlers having a fixed curvature structure. Accordingly, the shape variable part (700) acts as a core component that substantially realizes the personalized curling function of the present invention.
[0117] The electrochromic display is a display means whose color changes according to an electrical signal, and is configured to intuitively provide the user with the operating status or temperature status of the heating unit (400). The electrochromic display may be placed on the head unit (200) or the main body unit (100), and it is preferable that it be placed in a location where the user can easily recognize it even during curling operations.
[0119] An electrochromic display may include an electrochromic layer containing an electrochromic material and an electrode structure for applying voltage to the electrochromic layer. The electrochromic layer has the characteristic of reversibly changing color depending on whether voltage is applied or the direction of application, and may be configured to change from a transparent state to a specific color or from a first color to a second color. Such an electrochromic display can be driven at a relatively low voltage, thereby reducing power consumption, and enables stable operation even with repeated color changes.
[0121] The electrochromic display unit can be electrically connected to and controlled by a temperature sensor (not shown) that detects the temperature of the heating unit (400) and a control unit housed in the main body (100). When the temperature of the heating unit (400) detected by the temperature sensor reaches a set temperature range, the control unit can control the electrochromic display unit to change color by applying a driving voltage. Through this, the user can intuitively recognize whether the heating unit (400) has reached a temperature state suitable for curling without checking a separate numerical value.
[0123] Additionally, the electrochromic display can be controlled to display a different color or flashing pattern when the temperature of the heating unit (400) exceeds a set temperature range compared to when the set temperature is reached. Accordingly, the user can immediately recognize the overheating state, and the safety of using the heating unit (400) is improved. If necessary, the electrochromic display may be configured to distinguish and display the heating ready state, operating state, cooling state, etc. of the heating unit (400) in different colors.
[0125] The electrochromic display unit can be used in parallel with the display unit (500), and when the display unit (500) provides detailed information such as the remaining battery level or the set temperature level, the electrochromic display unit can function as an auxiliary display means that intuitively provides the heating status through a change in color. Due to this dual display structure, the user can quickly identify the status of the device without the burden of moving their eyes or operating it.
[0126] In this way, the electrochromic display unit is controlled to change color in conjunction with the temperature state of the heating unit (400), thereby intuitively providing the user with the appropriate curling time and safety status, and performing a role in improving user convenience and safety compared to the conventional simple temperature display method.
[0128] The eye curvature automatic measuring heating eyelash device according to the present invention begins with the step of applying power by operating the power button (10) while the user is holding the main body (100). Afterward, the user can select a target temperature level of the heating unit (400) using the temperature control button (20), and the selected temperature information and battery level, etc., can be displayed through the display unit (500).
[0130] When power is applied, the curvature calculation unit (600) measures the surface of the user's eye in a non-contact manner using an infrared radiation unit (610) and an infrared detection sensor (620), and calculates curvature information corresponding to the eye curvature based on distance information obtained from the center and both sides. The calculated curvature information is transmitted to the control unit, and the control unit controls the operation of the shape variable unit (700) to correspond to the curvature information so that the frame curvature of the head unit (200) is adjusted continuously or in steps. If necessary, the curvature calculation unit (600) can perform additional measurements after shape deformation to verify the shape variation result and fine-correct.
[0132] Meanwhile, the heating unit (400) is heated to reach a set target temperature, and when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor reaches or exceeds the set temperature range, the color of the electrochromic display unit changes or the status is displayed through the display unit (500), so that the user can intuitively recognize the time suitable for curling. With the head unit (200) adjusted to correspond to the curvature of the eye, the user operates the lever (30) to raise and lower the heating unit (400) linked to the guide unit (300), and performs curling by bringing the contact surface of the heating unit (400) into contact with the eyelashes.
[0134] When curling is complete, the user can release the operation of the lever (30) and turn off the power by operating the power button (10) as needed, and the device may be configured to automatically turn off the power after a certain period of time or when a set condition is met.
[0136] As the shape variable part (700) is continuously used with the present invention, a problem may occur in which the surface of the shape variable part (700) wears out.
[0137] In other words, atmospheric corrosion, which involves rusting in ambient air, can occur due to corrosion caused by the action of moisture in the environment the surface comes into contact with.
[0138] Accordingly, a coating layer can be formed on the surface of the shape variable part (700) of the present invention through an anti-corrosion coating to prevent corrosion.
[0139] The above coating layer is more specifically a corrosion-preventing coating layer intended to prevent corrosion problems on the surface of the shape-variable part (700) that may occur due to long-term use.
[0140] Specifically, the coating layer is coated with an anti-corrosion coating composition, and the anti-corrosion coating composition may include a solvent, a curing agent, and a dispersant.
[0141] The above solvent may be water (cold water, hot water), ethanol, anhydrous or hydrated lower alcohols having 1 to 4 carbon atoms (methanol, ethanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, etc.), toluene, phenol, and mixed solvents of the above alcohols and water, but are not limited thereto.
[0142] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned curing agent serves to improve the film properties of the coating layer by shortening the reaction time, and may be an isocyanate resin, but is not limited thereto.
[0143] Preferably, the curing agent may be selected from one or more of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, p-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate, 2,4-toluene diisocyanate, diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate, xylene diisocyanate, and hexamethylene diisocyanate.
[0144] The above-mentioned dispersant plays a role in improving the storage stability of the coating agent by increasing the dispersibility of various mixtures and enhancing the interfacial area. It may be selected from alkali metal silicates and magnesium silicates, but it is preferable to use magnesium silicates. In this case, by applying a metal with a higher ionization tendency than iron, it has the characteristic of blocking the substrate surface from coming into contact with moisture, salt, or oxygen, and acting as an erosion and corrosion inhibitor.
[0145] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned anti-corrosion coating composition may further include other additives.
[0146] The types of the above other additives may include polysiloxanes, epoxy resins, etc., but are not limited thereto as long as they are within the scope that can be adopted as a composition for a self-corrosion prevention coating composition by a person with ordinary knowledge in the relevant field.
[0147] Preferably, the anti-corrosion coating composition may further comprise a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1 and a compound represented by the following chemical formula 2:
[0148] [Chemical Formula 1]
[0149]
[0150] [Chemical Formula 2]
[0151]
[0152] When the above corrosion-preventing coating composition additionally includes the compound represented by Formula 1 and the compound represented by Formula 2, the corrosion-preventing effect can be further enhanced due to specific functional groups included in each compound and synergistic effects resulting from mutual mixing, as well as excellent adhesion to the substrate. Furthermore, there is an advantage in that the viscosity of the coating composition can be maintained at a certain level to improve moldability and stability.
[0153] More preferably, the anti-corrosion coating composition may comprise, with respect to 100 parts by weight of solvent, 30 to 50 parts by weight of a curing agent, 30 to 50 parts by weight of a dispersant, 10 to 30 parts by weight of a compound represented by Formula 1, and 10 to 30 parts by weight of a compound represented by Formula 2.
[0154] In the case of the above weight range, the corrosion prevention effect can be further maximized due to the synergistic effect resulting from the mixing of each component, as well as the adhesion of the coating layer can be maximized. However, if the weight is less than the above weight range or exceeds the above weight range, the effect may be negligible.
