Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a one-touch ratchet-type bracket for a non-drilling curtain box, and more specifically, to a one-touch ratchet-type bracket for a non-drilling curtain box that allows for easy length adjustment and fixation in a one-touch manner using an operating lever and a ratchet mechanism, maintains a firm adhesion to both side walls of the curtain box through an internal elastic structure, and allows for selective sliding attachment of a curtain rod or curtain rail mounting mechanism to the lower part. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, brackets for installing curtain rods or rails inside curtain boxes are widely secured to the ceiling or wall using screws or fasteners. However, this method inevitably damages the installation surface, which limits its application in rental housing or finished interior spaces.
[0003] Accordingly, a non-perforating structure that fixes the side walls of a curtain box by compressing them has recently been proposed. However, conventional non-perforating structures have mainly proposed methods in which the two compression rods are simultaneously withdrawn via reverse screw connections as the central tube rotates, an expansion method using front and rear tube members and an internal spring, or a method in which a pad is pressed by directly fastening a fixing bolt into a female screw groove inside a main body separated into an upper and lower plate.
[0004] However, the aforementioned conventional technology had problems such as requiring multiple rotational operations, reduced assemblability of springs and auxiliary units near the internal central axis, and increased manufacturing costs due to the large number of parts. Additionally, lateral swaying could occur due to minute play after installation, and there was the inconvenience of having to manufacture structures for curtain rods and curtain rails separately.
[0005] Furthermore, in actual construction environments where curtain box widths and finishes vary, surface adaptability of the compression part, ease of quick dismantling, and the replaceability of the support head are simultaneously required; however, it has been difficult to satisfy these requirements in a balanced manner in conventional structures. Prior art literature
[0006] Republic of Korea Registered Patent No. 10-2630713 (Registered Jan. 24, 2024) Republic of Korea Registered Patent No. 10-2744199 (Registered Dec. 13, 2024) Republic of Korea Registered Patent No. 10-2853555 (Registered Aug. 28, 2025) The problem to be solved
[0007] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a one-touch ratchet-type non-drilling curtain box bracket that resolves the problems of the prior art described above, such as the need for multiple rotational operations, poor assembly of internal springs and auxiliary units, and increased manufacturing costs due to a large number of parts.
[0008] Another objective of the present invention is to maximize fastening strength by preventing left-right shaking of the bracket that may occur due to minute play after installation.
[0009] Another objective of the present invention is to eliminate the inconvenience of having to manufacture and select structures for curtain rods and curtain rails separately, thereby enabling the selective application of various curtain mounting mechanisms using a single bracket.
[0010] Another objective of the present invention is to have a one-touch ratchet control mechanism that enhances the surface adaptability of the compression part even in environments with varying width variations or finishing conditions of the curtain box, and ensures that rapid and convenient disassembly and pad fixation are balanced. means of solving the problem
[0011] The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems.

[0016] We provide a one-touch ratchet-type bracket for a drill-free curtain box.
[0017] In an embodiment of the present invention, the main compression part may further include a toothed part having a concave step formed on one surface of the main slider and a toothed gear arranged longitudinally on the step; and a front pad that is in close contact with one side of the curtain box at one end of the main slider.
[0018] In an embodiment of the present invention, the push compression part may further include a push slider having a shorter length than the main slider and accommodating the push shaft on one side; and a rear pad that is in close contact with the other side of the curtain box at the other end of the push slider.
[0019] In an embodiment of the present invention, the lock portion further comprises: a communication hole that penetrates one side of the main casing corresponding to the tooth portion; a wrench wheel that is axially coupled to a shaft holder provided in the communication hole and gear-connected to the tooth gear; and an operating lever that extends to one side of the wrench wheel and is seated on the outer circumference of the one-side housing. The lock portion may be characterized by being able to restrict the movement of the main slider by rotating the operating lever to separate the wrench wheel from the tooth gear and linearly moving the main slider to be in close contact with one side of the curtain box, and then pressing the operating lever to the outer surface of the one-side housing to connect the wrench wheel to the tooth gear.
[0020] In an embodiment of the present invention, the lock portion may further include a locking lever disposed at the end of the operating lever and moving linearly so that one side is received by the end of the operating lever; and an elastic clip provided on the other side of the locking lever and pushing the operating lever with the locking lever to restrict the movement of the operating lever.
[0021] An embodiment of the present invention is,
[0022] The lower part of the housing portion may further include a rod holder portion that is slidably coupled to the rail and supports a curtain rod, wherein the rod holder portion includes a mounting rail having protrusions formed on both sides corresponding to the rail; and a curved hook having one side open at the lower part of the mounting rail, thereby enabling the curtain rod to be forcibly fitted. Effects of the invention
[0023] The one-touch ratchet-type bracket for a non-drilling curtain box according to the present invention allows the length of the main slider to be adjusted in a one-touch manner without complex rotational operation through an operating lever, a wrench wheel, and a gear, and can be quickly fixed in close contact with the curtain box wall, and disassembly is also very easy.
[0024] In addition, the elastic member inside the push-compression section continuously pushes the main slider to maintain force balance, and by maximizing friction through micro-channels, irregularities, and groove patterns formed on the front and rear pads, it has the advantage of preventing play and lateral shaking that may occur after installation.
[0025] In addition, the lock structure, consisting of a locking lever and an elastic clip, restricts the arbitrary movement of the operating lever, thereby preventing safety accidents such as the housing becoming loose or detached due to prolonged use or external impact.
[0026] In addition, the overall structure is designed to be intuitive and easy to assemble, allowing the number of parts to be minimized, thereby enabling the reduction of manufacturing costs and the improvement of productivity.
[0027] In addition, a rod holder consisting of a mounting rail and a curved hook can be easily mounted on a concave rail provided at the bottom of the housing using a sliding connection and interference fit method, allowing for the flexible application of various curtain supports to suit the installation environment and user preferences. [0035] As illustrated in FIG. 1, a one-touch ratchet-type non-perforated curtain box bracket (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing part (100), a main compression part (200), a push compression part (300), and a lock part (400).
[0036] More specifically, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, a bracket (10) for a one-touch ratchet-type non-perforated curtain box according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a housing part (100) consisting of a main casing (110) having an internal receiving space, a one-side housing (120) coupled to one side of the main casing, and a other-side housing (130) coupled to the other side of the main casing; a main compression part (200) consisting of a main slider (210) provided inside the main casing and moving linearly toward one side of the main casing; a push compression part (300) consisting of a push shaft (310) provided opposite to the main compression part and having an elastic member (320) on its outer surface to push the main slider; and a lock part (400) provided on the outer side of the one-side housing to control the linear movement of the main compression part.
[0037] As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, the housing portion (100) has a main casing (110) that is a hollow body extending in the longitudinal direction and has a receiving space inside, and a one-sided housing (120) and a other-sided housing (130) that face each other on both sides of the main casing (110) and surround and combine with the main casing (110).
[0038] The housing part (100) is positioned on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the curtain box and the main compression part (200) and the push compression part (300) are moved in a straight line in opposite directions to be in close contact with one side and the other side of the curtain box, respectively, and the curtain rod or curtain rail is detachably supported on the hanging rod part (500) so that the curtain can be installed.
[0039] Meanwhile, it is preferable that the one-sided housing (120) further includes a mounting hole (111) in which one side is open to operate the locking part (400) and the operating lever (430) and locking lever (440) described later are seated to enable the operation of the main slider (210) of the main compression part (200) received inside the main casing (110).
[0040] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the main compression part (200) is provided inside the main casing (110) and consists of a main slider (210) that moves linearly to one side of the main casing (110).
[0041] The main slider (210) is formed to be longer than the length of the main casing (110) and extends from one side of the main casing (110) to adjust its length in accordance with the unidirectional distance of the curtain box.
[0042] To this end, the main compression part (200) may further include a toothed part (220) and a front pad (230).
[0043] The gear portion (220) forms a concave step on one side of the main slider (210) and arranges a gear (221) in the longitudinal direction on the step, and is gear-connected to the wrench wheel (420) of the lock portion (400) described later, thereby restricting the movement of the main slider (210) and allowing it to maintain a state of being in close contact with one side of the curtain box in one direction.
[0044] The front pad (230) is a pad that is in close contact with one side of the curtain box at one end of the main slider (210), and one surface is formed with at least one of a fine channel, an uneven protrusion, a multi-directional groove pattern, and a concentric circle pattern to increase frictional force.
[0045] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the push compression part (300) is provided in the opposite direction of the main compression part (200) and is composed of a push shaft (310) having an elastic member (320) on its outer surface to push the main slider (210).
[0046] Additionally, the push compression part (300) may further include a push slider (330) having a shorter length than the main slider (210) and accommodating a push shaft (310) on one side, and a rear pad (340) that is in close contact with the other side of the curtain box at the other end of the push slider (330).
[0047] The push shaft (310) is received inside the push slider (330) described later and protrudes from the inner surface of the push slider (330), with one end adjacent to the other surface of the main slider (210). A fixing bolt (311) is screw-coupled to one end of the push shaft (310) to prevent the elastic member (320) from coming off.
[0048] The elastic member (320) is provided to surround the outer surface of the push shaft (310) and provides elasticity to the push slider (330) described later, so that the push shaft (310) can push the main slider (210).
[0049] That is, as shown in FIGS. 3, 5, and 6, when the push slider (330) is moved from the other side of the main casing (110) inward, the elastic member (320) contracts, and the push shaft (310) also moves by the distance the push slider (330) moves, thereby pushing the main slider (210). And the elastic member (320) pushes the push slider (330) by means of elastic force.
[0050] At this time, the push slider (330) is in close contact with the other side of the container box and continuously contracts the elastic member (320) to maintain the force with which the push shaft (310) pushes the main slider (210).
[0051] Here, the rear pad (340) is formed with at least one surface of a micro-channel, an uneven protrusion, a multi-directional groove pattern, and a concentric pattern, similar to the front pad (230).
[0052] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the lock portion (400) is provided on the outer surface of the one-sided housing (120) and serves to control the linear movement of the main compression portion (200).
[0053] To this end, the lock part (400) further includes a connecting hole (410), a wrench wheel (420), an operating lever (430), a locking lever (440), and an elastic clip (450).
[0054] The connecting hole (410) is formed by passing through one side of the main casing (110) in correspondence with the gear portion (220), and the wrench wheel (420) and the gear portion (220) are connected by gears so that the wrench wheel (420) can control the movement of the main slider (210) housed inside the main casing (110).
[0055] The wrench wheel (420) is axially coupled to an axle holder provided in the connecting hole (410) and gear-connected to a gear (221), forming teeth corresponding to the gear (221) along the circumference and can rotate with respect to the axis of the axle holder.
[0056] The operating lever (430) is a lever that extends to one side of the wrench wheel (420) and is seated on the outer surface of the one-side housing (120).
[0057] That is, by rotating the operating lever (430) to separate the wrench wheel (420) from the gear (221) and moving the main slider (210) in a straight line so as to be in close contact with one side of the curtain box, and then pressing the operating lever (430) to the outer side of the one-side housing (120) to engage the wrench wheel (420) with the gear (221), the movement of the main slider (210) can be restricted.
[0058] The locking lever (440) is positioned at the end of the operating lever (430) and moves linearly so that one side is received at the end of the operating lever (430).
[0059] The elastic clip (450) is provided on the other side of the locking lever (440) and serves to restrict the movement of the operating lever (430) by pushing the operating lever (430) with the locking lever (440). Additionally, the elastic clip (450) is formed in a triangular shape and can be positioned on the outer surface of the main casing (110) by means of a fixing projection (451) protruding from the one-sided housing (120) at both vertices of the triangle. Furthermore, the elastic clip (450) is fitted into a slit (441) formed on the other side of the locking lever (440) to provide elastic force to the locking lever (440).
[0060] As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 7, a one-touch ratchet-type non-perforated curtain box bracket (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a rod hanging part (500).
[0061] The rod holder (500) is provided with a rail (510) that protrudes from the lower part of the housing part (100) and is slidably coupled to the rail (510) to support and hold the curtain rod.
[0062] To this end, the rod holder (500) further includes a mounting rail (520) and a curtain rod holder (530).
[0063] The mounting rail (520) has protrusions formed on both sides corresponding to the rail (510).
[0064] The curtain rod holder (530) is formed as a curved hook with one side open at the bottom of the mounting rail (520), allowing the curtain rod to be forcibly fitted.
[0065] Hereinafter, the process of operating using the touch ratchet-type non-perforated curtain box bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention through each configuration is described.
[0066] First, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the push slider (330) is positioned in close contact with the other side of the curtain box, and as shown in FIG. 5, the operating lever (430) is rotated to lift it away from the one-side housing (120). Of course, before rotating the operating lever (430), it is preferable to push the locking lever (440) toward the other side of the one-side housing (120) to unlock the operating lever (430).
[0067] By rotating the operating lever (430), the wrench wheel (420) is separated from the gear (221) of the gear part (220), thereby releasing the restriction of the main slider (210) and moving linearly toward one side of the curtain box so that the front pad (230) comes into close contact with one side of the curtain box.
[0068] At this time, the push slider (330) moves linearly inward toward the main case (110) in correspondence with the distance the main slider (210) extends, thereby contracting the elastic member (320) so that the push shaft (310) pushes the main slider (210). By pushing the main slider (210) and the push slider (330) with the extending force of the elastic member (320), the housing part (100) can be firmly positioned in the curtain box through the balance of forces.
[0069] Referring to FIG. 6, the operating lever (430) is rotated back to its original direction to gear the wrench wheel (420) to the gear (221), thereby restricting the movement of the main slider (210). Then, the elastic clip (450) pushes the locking lever (440) so that one side of the locking lever (440) is received by the end of the operating lever (430), thereby restricting the movement of the operating lever (430).
[0070] As a result, the housing part (100) is firmly installed in the curtain box, and as shown in FIG. 7, the rod hanger part (500) is slidably connected to the lower part of the housing part (100) so that the curtain rod is seated on the curtain rod hanger (530) to complete the installation of the curtain.
[0071] The embodiments described above are merely representative examples to aid in understanding the present invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but various modifications are possible within the scope of the technical concept described in the claims.
