Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a panel for installing a solar cell module. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, power generation facilities for generating electricity can be classified into thermal power generation facilities that generate electricity using fossil fuels such as oil or coal, solar power generation facilities that generate electricity using solar power, nuclear power generation facilities that generate electricity using nuclear power, hydroelectric power generation facilities that generate electricity using hydropower, tidal power generation facilities that generate electricity using tidal power, and wind power generation facilities that generate electricity using wind power.
[0003] Among these power generation facilities, nuclear power plants, which utilize nuclear energy, have the advantage of generating electricity at a lower cost compared to thermal power plants; however, their installation is restricted due to environmental pollution caused by radioactivity and harmful effects on the human body. Furthermore, investment in nuclear power facilities is not proceeding smoothly due to issues such as the disposal of nuclear waste generated after electricity production.
[0004] Furthermore, in the case of thermal power generation facilities, fossil fuels such as coal and oil are used as fuel; however, these fuels not only emit environmentally polluting substances during electricity generation but also pose significant costs. Moreover, with oil prices rising recently due to factors such as declining resource reserves, there is a growing demand for the development of clean energy that does not emit environmental pollutants. Additionally, as regulations aimed at curbing carbon dioxide emissions are being implemented globally, there is a need for the development of new power generation facilities that emit no carbon dioxide.
[0005] Meanwhile, interest is growing in solar power generation facilities, which utilize sunlight as a clean energy source with no carbon dioxide emissions. Consequently, technological development for solar power generation facilities is accelerating, and as installation costs become lower, the adoption of such facilities is expanding further.
[0006] These solar power generation facilities perform solar power generation by installing solar cell modules for solar power generation on installation targets such as building roofs and rooftops. However, conventionally, since a separate installation frame must be assembled on the installation target and the solar cell modules must be installed on the installation frame, there is a problem of reduced constructability and low construction quality.
[0007] In addition, with the development and use of thin-film solar cell modules, methods for directly attaching these modules to installation targets are being introduced. However, since these thin-film solar cell modules are attached to solar module installation panels using adhesive means such as adhesives, there is a problem where the solar cell module detaches from the installation panel if the adhesion between the installation panel and the solar cell module decreases.
[0008] Therefore, there is a need to develop solar cell module installation panels that can effectively prevent solar cell modules from separating and detaching from the panels, while also possessing improved constructability and quality. The problem to be solved
[0009] Embodiments of the present invention are devised to solve the problems of the aforementioned prior art, and aim to provide a solar cell module installation panel that can effectively prevent a solar cell module from separating and detaching from the solar cell module installation panel, and has improved constructability and construction quality. means of solving the problem
[0010] According to one aspect of the present invention, a panel for installing a solar cell module may be provided, comprising: a panel body provided to be fastened to an object on which the installation of a solar cell module is required, and on which the solar cell module is selectively placed; a first flow prevention member provided on the panel body and preventing the solar cell module placed on the panel body from moving in either a first direction or a second direction intersecting the first direction with respect to the panel body; and a second flow prevention member provided on the panel body and preventing the solar cell module placed on the panel body from moving in either the first direction or the second direction with respect to the panel body.
[0011] Additionally, the panel body may include a plurality of mounting portions spaced apart from one of the first direction and the second direction, having a mounting surface on which the solar cell module can be mounted; and a connecting portion connecting the plurality of mounting portions and having a connecting surface positioned closer to the installation object than the mounting surface of the mounting portion.
[0012] Additionally, the panel body further comprises a first coupling portion extending from one end of either the mounting portion or the connecting portion; and a second coupling portion extending from the other end of either the mounting portion or the connecting portion, wherein the one end and the other end of either the mounting portion or the connecting portion may face each other in either the first direction or the second direction.
[0013] Additionally, the first flow prevention member comprises: a coupling projection formed by bending at least a portion of either the seating portion or the connecting portion upward; and a cover member coupled to at least a portion of the coupling projection to cover at least a portion of the coupling projection, wherein at least a portion of the outer surface of the cover member may be in surface contact with the solar cell module seated on the seating portion.
[0014] Additionally, the coupling protrusion may include an overlapping portion positioned to overlap in either the first direction or the second direction when at least a portion of either the seating portion or the connecting portion is bent upward; and a wedge portion positioned above the overlapping portion and spaced apart in either the first direction or the second direction when at least a portion of either the seating portion or the connecting portion is bent upward.
[0015] In addition, the first flow prevention member may further include a protective member provided inside the cover member and arranged to surround the outer side of the wedge member.
[0016] Additionally, the second flow prevention member includes a stopper provided at both ends of at least one of the seating member and the connecting member, and the at least one of the two ends of the seating member and the connecting member may face the other of the first direction and the second direction.
[0017] In addition, at least a portion of the periphery of the stopper may come into surface contact with the solar cell module mounted on the mounting portion. Effects of the invention
[0018] The solar cell module installation panel according to the embodiments of the present invention can effectively prevent the solar cell module from separating and detaching from the solar cell module installation panel, and has the effect of having improved constructability and construction quality. [0020] Hereinafter, specific embodiments for implementing the concept of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0021] In addition, in describing the present invention, if it is determined that a detailed description of related known components or functions may obscure the essence of the invention, such detailed description is omitted.
[0022] Furthermore, when it is mentioned that one component is 'connected' to another component, it should be understood that it may be directly connected to that other component, or that there may be other components in between.
[0023] The terms used in this specification are used merely to describe specific embodiments and are not intended to limit the invention. Singular expressions include plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
[0024] Furthermore, it should be noted in advance that expressions such as "upper side," "lower side," and "side" in this specification are described based on the drawings, and may be expressed differently if the orientation of the object changes. For the same reason, some components in the attached drawings may be exaggerated, omitted, or schematically depicted, and the size of each component does not entirely reflect its actual size.
[0025] Additionally, terms including ordinal numbers, such as first, second, etc., may be used to describe various components, but such components are not limited by such terms. These terms are used solely for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another.
[0026] The meaning of 'comprising' as used in the specification is that it specifies certain characteristics, regions, integers, steps, actions, elements, and / or components, and does not exclude the existence or addition of other specific characteristics, regions, integers, steps, actions, elements, components, and / or groups.
[0027] Hereinafter, a panel for installing a solar cell module according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0028] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a solar cell module installation panel (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a panel body (10), a first flow prevention part (20), and a second flow prevention part (30).
[0029] The panel body (10) may be provided so as to be fastened onto an installation target (not shown) where the installation of a solar cell module (2) is required, and the solar cell module (2) may be optionally mounted on the panel body (10). The installation target to which the panel body (10) can be fastened may be a land structure such as a roof or other offshore structure.
[0030] At this time, the panel body (10) may include a plurality of mounting portions (11) and connecting portions (12) connecting the spaces between the plurality of mounting portions (11). These plurality of mounting portions (11) and connecting portions (12) may be formed integrally and, for example, may be made of a metal material.
[0031] A plurality of mounting portions (11) may be provided with a mounting surface on which a solar cell module (2) can be mounted, and may be spaced apart from one of a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction. Here, when defining the terms for direction, the first direction refers to the width direction of the panel body (10), and the second direction refers to the length direction of the panel body (10).
[0032] Meanwhile, before the solar cell module (2) is placed on the mounting surface provided in the mounting portion (11), an adhesive means, such as an adhesive, may be applied, for example, and the solar cell module (2) may be pressed against the mounting portion (11) while the solar cell module (2) is placed on the mounting surface where the adhesive is applied.
[0033] However, even if the solar cell module (2) is attached to the mounting portion (11) by means of an adhesive means, there is a concern that the solar cell module (2) may move in a first direction and a second direction relative to the panel body (10) due to various situations. In this embodiment, to prevent this, a first movement prevention portion (20) and a second movement prevention portion (30) may be provided on the panel body (10). This will be described later.
[0034] The connecting portion (12) may have a connecting surface positioned closer to the object to be installed than the mounting surface of the mounting portion (11) when the panel body (10) is fastened to the object to be installed. Since the connecting surface of the connecting portion (12) is positioned closer to the object to be installed than the mounting surface of the mounting portion (11), the solar cell module (2) mounted on the mounting portion (11) and the connecting portion (12) may be spaced apart by a predetermined distance.
[0035] When external air or cooling water passes through the gap formed between the solar cell module (2) mounted on the mounting portion (11) and the connecting portion (12), the heat generated during the operation of the solar cell module (2) can be rapidly cooled. Through this, the phenomenon of reduced power generation efficiency due to heat generation of the solar cell module (2) can be suppressed. In addition, although not illustrated, by placing wiring electrically connected to the solar cell module (2) in the gap formed between the solar cell module (2) mounted on the mounting portion (11) and the connecting portion (12), the appearance can be prevented from being compromised by the wiring being exposed to the outside.
[0036] Meanwhile, a first coupling part (13) may be extended from one end of either the seating part (11) or the connecting part (12), and a second coupling part (14) may be extended from the other end of either the seating part (11) or the connecting part (12). At this time, the first coupling part (13) and the second coupling part (14) may face each other in either the first direction or the second direction.
[0037] To explain the coupling relationship between the first coupling part (13) and the second coupling part (14), the second coupling part (14) of the other panel body (10) adjacent to the first direction among the plurality of panel bodies (10) is coupled to the first coupling part (13) of the panel bodies (10) adjacent to the first direction among the plurality of panel bodies (10), so that the panel bodies (10) adjacent to the first direction can be interconnected along the first direction.
[0038] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, an example was described in which an insulating material is provided on the panel body (10), but whether or not an insulating material is provided can be appropriately changed depending on the type of panel body (10).
[0039] The first flow prevention member (20) can prevent a solar cell module (2) mounted on the panel body (10) from flowing in either the first direction or the second direction relative to the panel body (10). To this end, the first flow prevention member (20) may include a coupling protrusion (21), a cover member (22), and a protective member (23).
[0040] The connecting projection (21) may be formed by bending at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) upward. In other words, the connecting projection (21) does not mean a portion that is connected to either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12), but rather a portion that is formed integrally with either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12). Such a connecting projection (21) may consist of an overlapping portion (211) and a wedge portion (212). The overlapping portion (211) and the wedge portion (212) may be formed integrally.
[0041] The overlapping portion (211) can be positioned to overlap in either the first direction or the second direction when at least a part of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) is bent upward. The overlapping portion (211) can serve to support the wedge portion (212).
[0042] The wedge portion (212) may be positioned above the overlapping portion (211) when at least a part of either the seating portion (11) and the connecting portion (12) is bent upward, and may be positioned spaced apart in either the first direction or the second direction.
[0043] Meanwhile, the periphery of the wedge portion (212) may consist of at least one surface. For example, in this embodiment, the wedge portion (212) may have a periphery formed by connecting three surfaces, and each surface may be connected in a rounded manner. However, this is merely an example and does not limit the scope of the invention. The surfaces forming the periphery of the wedge portion (212) may also be connected without being rounded.
[0044] The cover member (22) may be coupled to at least a portion of the coupling projection (21) to cover at least a portion of the coupling projection (21). At least a portion of the outer surface of the cover member (22) may be in surface contact with the solar cell module (2) mounted on the mounting portion (11). For example, the cover member (22) may be formed of a rubber material.
[0045] At this time, an inner groove (221) having a shape corresponding to the shape of the connecting projection (21) may be provided inside the cover member (22), and an outer groove (222) into which a protective member (23) can be inserted may be provided on the outside of the inner groove (221).
[0046] Meanwhile, the cover member (22) may be coupled to the coupling protrusion (21) while the solar cell module (2) is placed on the mounting portion (11). However, this is merely an example, and the concept of the present invention is not limited by this. If necessary, a panel body (10) having the cover member (22) pre-coupled to the coupling protrusion (21) may be provided at the site, and in this case, the solar cell module (2) may be configured to be mounted on the mounting portion (11) by slidingly inserting the solar cell module (2) from the second directional end of the panel body (10).
[0047] The protective member (23) can prevent the connecting protrusion (21) coupled to the cover member (22) from being damaged by external force. To this end, the protective member (23) may be provided inside the cover member (22) and may be positioned to surround the outside of the wedge portion (212). To this end, the protective member (23) may be provided as, for example, spring steel.
[0048] The second flow prevention part (30) can prevent the solar cell module (2) mounted on the panel body (10) from flowing in either the first direction or the second direction with respect to the panel body (10).
[0049] To this end, the second flow prevention part (30) may include a stopper (31) provided at both ends of at least one of the seating part (11) and the connecting part (12). Here, at least both ends of the seating part (11) and the connecting part (12) may face the other of the first direction and the second direction.
[0050] At this time, the extent to which the stopper (31) extends in either the first direction or the second direction may be provided such that it does not exceed the extent to which at least one of the mounting portion (11) and the connecting portion (12) extends in either the first direction or the second direction. Additionally, the extent to which the stopper (31) extends upward from both ends of at least one of the mounting portion (11) and the connecting portion (12) may be provided such that it can sufficiently come into contact with the solar cell module (2) mounted on the mounting portion (11).
[0051] Accordingly, at least a portion of the circumferential surface of the stopper (31) can come into surface contact with the solar cell module (2) mounted on the mounting portion (11). Therefore, even if the adhesion force between the solar cell module (2) and the mounting portion (11) is reduced and the solar cell module (2) is separated and detached from the mounting portion (11), the position of the second direction end of the solar cell module (2) is regulated by the stopper (31), so that the solar cell module (2) can be prevented from sliding down.
[0052] Hereinafter, variations of the first flow prevention part will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6.
[0053] Referring to FIG. 3, the first flow prevention member (20a) may include a coupling protrusion (21a), a cover member (22a), and a protective member (23). However, since the protective member (23) is substantially the same as the protective member (23) described with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the coupling protrusion (21a) and the cover member (22a), which correspond to the differences, will be described below.
[0054] The connecting projection (21a) may be formed by bending at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) upward. This connecting projection (21a) may consist of an overlapping portion (211) and a wedge portion (212a). The overlapping portion (211) and the wedge portion (212a) may be formed integrally.
[0055] The overlapping portion (211) can be positioned to overlap in either the first direction or the second direction when at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) is bent upward. The overlapping portion (211) can serve to support the wedge portion (212a).
[0056] The wedge portion (212a) may be positioned above the overlapping portion (211) when at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) is bent upward, and may be positioned spaced apart in either the first direction or the second direction. This wedge portion (212a) may be inserted into an inner groove (221a) formed inside the cover member (22), and the shape of the inner groove (221a) may be provided in a shape corresponding to the shape of the wedge portion (212a).
[0057] Meanwhile, the perimeter surface of the wedge portion (212a) may be composed of at least one surface. For example, in this embodiment, the wedge portion (212a) may have a perimeter surface with one surface connected, and this surface may be connected in a rounded manner.
[0058] Referring to FIG. 4, the first flow prevention member (20b) may include a connecting protrusion (21b), a cover member (22b), and a protective member (23). However, since the protective member (23) is substantially the same as the protective member (23) described with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the connecting protrusion (21b) and the cover member (22b), which correspond to the differences, will be described below.
[0059] The connecting projection (21b) may be formed by bending at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) upward. This connecting projection (21b) may consist of an overlapping portion (211) and a wedge portion (212b). The overlapping portion (211) and the wedge portion (212b) may be formed integrally.
[0060] The overlapping portion (211) can be positioned to overlap in either the first direction or the second direction when at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) is bent upward. The overlapping portion (211) can serve to support the wedge portion (212b).
[0061] The wedge portion (212b) may be positioned above the overlapping portion (211) when at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) is bent upward, and may be positioned spaced apart in either the first direction or the second direction. This wedge portion (212b) may be inserted into an inner groove (221b) formed inside the cover member (22), and the shape of the inner groove (221b) may be provided in a shape corresponding to the shape of the wedge portion (212b).
[0062] Meanwhile, the periphery of the wedge portion (212b) may consist of at least one surface. For example, in this embodiment, the wedge portion (212b) may have a periphery formed by connecting four surfaces, and each surface may be connected in a rounded manner. However, this is merely an example and does not limit the scope of the invention. The surfaces forming the periphery of the wedge portion (212b) may also be connected without being rounded.
[0063] Referring to FIG. 5, the first flow prevention member (20c) may include a connecting protrusion (21c), a cover member (22c), and a protective member (23). However, since the protective member (23) is substantially the same as the protective member (23) described with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the connecting protrusion (21c) and the cover member (22c), which correspond to the differences, will be described below.
[0064] The connecting projection (21c) may be formed by bending at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) upward. This connecting projection (21c) may consist of an overlapping portion (211) and a wedge portion (212c). The overlapping portion (211) and the wedge portion (212c) may be formed integrally.
[0065] The overlapping portion (211) can be positioned to overlap in either the first direction or the second direction when at least a part of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) is bent upward. The overlapping portion (211) can serve to support the wedge portion (212c).
[0066] The wedge portion (212c) may be positioned above the overlapping portion (211) when at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) is bent upward, and may be positioned spaced apart in either the first direction or the second direction. This wedge portion (212c) may be inserted into an inner groove (221c) formed inside the cover member (22), and the shape of the inner groove (221c) may be provided in a shape corresponding to the shape of the wedge portion (212c).
[0067] Meanwhile, the periphery of the wedge portion (212c) may consist of at least one surface. For example, in this embodiment, the wedge portion (212c) may have a periphery formed by connecting three surfaces, and each surface may be connected without being rounded. However, this is merely an example and does not limit the scope of the invention. The surfaces forming the periphery of the wedge portion (212c) may be connected in a rounded manner.
[0068] Referring to FIG. 6, the first flow prevention member (20d) may include a connecting protrusion (21d), a cover member (22d), and a protective member (23). However, since the protective member (23) is substantially the same as the protective member (23) described with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the connecting protrusion (21d) and the cover member (22d), which correspond to the differences, will be described below.
[0069] The connecting projection (21d) may be formed by bending at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) upward. This connecting projection (21d) may consist of an overlapping portion (211) and a wedge portion (212d). The overlapping portion (211) and the wedge portion (212d) may be formed integrally.
[0070] The overlapping portion (211) can be positioned to overlap in either the first direction or the second direction when at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) is bent upward. The overlapping portion (211) can serve to support the wedge portion (212d).
[0071] The wedge portion (212d) may be positioned above the overlapping portion (211) when at least a portion of either the seating portion (11) or the connecting portion (12) is bent upward, and may be positioned spaced apart in either the first direction or the second direction. This wedge portion (212d) may be inserted into an inner groove (221d) formed inside the cover member (22), and the shape of the inner groove (221d) may be provided in a shape corresponding to the shape of the wedge portion (212d).
[0072] Meanwhile, the periphery of the wedge portion (212d) may consist of at least one surface. For example, in this embodiment, the wedge portion (212d) may have a periphery formed by connecting five surfaces, and each surface may be connected without being rounded. However, this is merely an example and does not limit the scope of the invention. The surfaces forming the periphery of the wedge portion (212d) may be connected in a rounded manner.
[0073] Hereinafter, a panel for installing a solar cell module according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8.
[0074] Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, a solar cell module installation panel (1') according to another embodiment of the present invention may include a panel body (10'), a first flow prevention part (20), and a second flow prevention part (30).
[0075] However, since the solar cell module installation panel (1') shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 is substantially the same as the solar cell module installation panel (1) shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, except for the first coupling part (13') and the second coupling part (14') of the panel body (10'), the first coupling part (13') and the second coupling part (14') of the panel body (10') that correspond to the difference will be described below, and redundant descriptions will be omitted.
[0076] The panel body (10') differs from the panel body (10) shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in that it is not provided with an insulating structure, and the shape of the first connecting part (13') and the second connecting part (14') is different from the first connecting part (13) and the second connecting part (14) of the panel body (10) shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Thus, even if the type of panel body (10') changes, the first flow prevention part (20) and the second flow prevention part (30) can be applied to the panel body (10') without any problems, so the first direction movement and the second direction movement of the solar cell module (2) with respect to the panel body (10') can be regulated by the first flow prevention part (20) and the second flow prevention part (30), respectively.
[0077] Hereinafter, a panel for installing a solar cell module according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 9.
[0078] Referring to FIG. 9, a solar cell module installation panel (1'') according to another embodiment of the present invention may include a panel body (10''), a first flow prevention part (20), and a second flow prevention part (30).
[0079] However, since the solar cell module installation panel (1'') illustrated in FIG. 9 is substantially the same as the solar cell module installation panel (1) illustrated in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 except for the first coupling part (13'') and the second coupling part (14'') of the panel body (10''), the first coupling part (13'') and the second coupling part (14'') of the panel body (10'') that correspond to the difference will be described below, and redundant descriptions will be omitted.
[0080] The panel body (10'') is provided with an insulating structure similar to the panel body (10) shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, but the shape of the first connecting part (13'') and the second connecting part (14'') is different from the first connecting part (13) and the second connecting part (14) of the panel body (10) shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Thus, even if the type of panel body (10'') changes, the first flow prevention part (20) and the second flow prevention part (30) can be applied to the panel body (10'') without any problems, so that the first direction movement and the second direction movement of the solar cell module (2) with respect to the panel body (10'') can be regulated by the first flow prevention part (20) and the second flow prevention part (30), respectively.
[0081] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above as specific embodiments, they are merely examples and the present invention is not limited thereto, but should be interpreted as having the broadest scope in accordance with the basic concept disclosed in this specification. Those skilled in the art may implement patterns of shapes not specified by combining or substituting the disclosed embodiments, and this also does not deviate from the scope of the present invention.
