[0018] Hereinafter, an embodiment of an agricultural work vehicle according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0019] Referring to FIG. 1, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention is used to cultivate crops necessary for human life using land. The agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention may be a tractor, a combine harvester, a rice transplanter, etc.
[0020] A driver's seat (21) may be provided in the vehicle body (2). As a user boards the driver's seat (21) provided in the vehicle body (2) and operates a steering device, a control device, etc., the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can perform a predetermined task. A wheel (22) may be installed in the vehicle body (2). As a user boards the driver's seat (21) and operates a steering device (not shown), a control device (not shown), etc., the agricultural work vehicle (1) can perform a predetermined task. The vehicle body (2) may include an engine (not shown) that generates driving force, and a transmission (not shown) coupled to the engine. When the driving force generated by the engine is transmitted to the wheel (22) through the transmission, the vehicle body (2) can travel forward or backward as the wheel (22) rotates. A clutch (3) may be installed in the vehicle body (2). The clutch (3) may be coupled to the transmission to transmit or block the driving force generated by the engine to the wheel (22). The clutch (3) may be provided in a transmission that performs shifting for an agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention and may be used to selectively transmit driving force according to the number of gears.
[0021] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, an agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention may include a vehicle body (2), a clutch link (4), a clutch pedal (5), a connecting link (6), and a shock absorber (7).
[0022] The above vehicle body (2) is on which the above clutch (3) is installed. The above vehicle body (2) may be equipped with a component for driving the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention. The above vehicle body (2) may be equipped with the above clutch link (4), the above clutch pedal (5), the above connecting link (6), and the above shock absorber (7). In this case, the above vehicle body (2) may support the above clutch link (4), the above clutch pedal (5), the above connecting link (6), and the above shock absorber (7).
[0023] The above vehicle body (2) is equipped with the above clutch (3) to transmit power generated from the engine to the above wheel (22), thereby enabling the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention to be driven. The above clutch (3) is installed to be located inside the above vehicle body (2) so that it can be supported by the above vehicle body (2).
[0024] The clutch (3) is configured to transmit or cut off power. The clutch (3) can be implemented so that power from the drive shaft is transmitted to the driven shaft. In this case, the clutch (3) may be equipped with a drive shaft that rotates by power generated from the engine. Additionally, the clutch (3) may be equipped with a driven shaft that connects or disconnects the power from the drive shaft transmitted to the wheel (22). Multiple plates may be attached to the drive shaft and the driven shaft, respectively. When the plate attached to the drive shaft and the plate attached to the driven shaft mesh with each other, the drive shaft and the driven shaft may rotate together. When the plate attached to the drive shaft and the plate attached to the driven shaft are separated from each other, the drive shaft and the driven shaft may not rotate together.
[0025] Inside the clutch (3), the drive shaft and the driven shaft can be connected to each other so that power generated from the engine is transmitted to the wheel (22) along the driven shaft. In this case, when the driven shaft is connected to the drive shaft which rotates by the power generated from the engine, the drive shaft and the driven shaft can rotate together. That is, the plate connected to the drive shaft and the plate connected to the driven shaft mesh with each other, so that the drive shaft and the driven shaft can rotate together. Therefore, the power transmitted from the engine is transmitted to the wheel (22) by the driven shaft, so that the wheel (22) can rotate.
[0026] Additionally, the clutch (3) can be implemented to block the transmission of power from the drive shaft to the driven shaft. Inside the clutch (3), the connection between the drive shaft and the driven shaft can be disengaged to block the transmission of power generated from the engine to the wheel (22) along the driven shaft. In this case, the driven shaft is not connected to the drive shaft which rotates by the power generated from the engine, so only the drive shaft can rotate. That is, the plate connected to the drive shaft and the plate connected to the driven shaft are separated from each other, so that the drive shaft and the driven shaft do not rotate together. At this time, the gear ratio can be adjusted in the transmission.
[0027] Referring to FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, the clutch (3) may include a rotating link (31).
[0028] One side of the rotary link (31) may be coupled to the clutch (3). The other side of the rotary link (31) may be coupled to the clutch link (4). The rotary link (31) may be positioned between the clutch (3) and the clutch link (4) to connect the clutch (3) and the clutch link (4). The rotary link (31) may be rotatably coupled to the clutch (3). The rotary link (31) may be rotated clockwise (direction of arrow A) or counterclockwise (direction of arrow B) by the clutch link (4). When the above-mentioned rotating link (31) rotates in a counterclockwise direction (direction of arrow B), the clutch (3) portion connected to one side of the above-mentioned rotating link (31) moves in the direction of the clutch (3) and power transmission is interrupted, and when the above-mentioned rotating link (31) rotates in a clockwise direction (direction of arrow A), the clutch (3) portion connected to one side of the above-mentioned rotating link (31) moves in the opposite direction of the clutch (3) and power can be transmitted.
[0029] The clutch link (4) is coupled to the clutch (3). The clutch link (4) may be coupled to the rotary link (31) coupled to the clutch (3). In this case, the clutch link (4) may rotate clockwise (in the direction of arrow A) or counterclockwise (in the direction of arrow B) with respect to the axis connected to the rotary link (31). In this case, the rotary link (31) may be implemented to rotate together with the clutch link (4) as the clutch link (4) rotates. When the clutch link (4) rotates clockwise (in the direction of arrow A), the rotary link (31) may rotate clockwise (in the direction of arrow A) together. On the other hand, when the clutch link (4) rotates counterclockwise (in the direction of arrow B), the rotary link (31) may rotate counterclockwise (in the direction of arrow B) together. The clutch link (4) may rotate by the force applied to the clutch pedal (5) by the user. In this case, the force applied to the clutch pedal (5) can be transmitted to the clutch link (4) through the connecting link (6). The clutch link (4) can rotate counterclockwise (in the direction of arrow B) when the user applies force to the clutch pedal (5). The clutch link (4) can rotate clockwise (in the direction of arrow A) when the user removes the force applied to the clutch pedal (5).
[0030] When the rotation link (31) rotates in the counterclockwise direction (direction of arrow B) by the clutch link (4), the plate connected to the drive shaft of the clutch (3) and the plate connected to the driven shaft are separated, so that the connection between the drive shaft and the driven shaft can be released. Therefore, the drive shaft may rotate, and the driven shaft may not rotate. In this way, when the connection between the drive shaft and the driven shaft is released by the clutch link (4), the transmission of power generated by the engine from the drive shaft to the driven shaft can be blocked.
[0031] On the other hand, when the rotary link (31) rotates clockwise (in the direction of arrow A) by the clutch link (4), the plate coupled to the drive shaft of the clutch (3) and the plate coupled to the driven shaft may come into contact. Thus, the drive shaft and the driven shaft may rotate together. In this way, when the drive shaft and the driven shaft come into contact by the clutch link (4), power generated by the engine can be transmitted from the drive shaft to the driven shaft.
[0032] The above clutch pedal (5) inputs the user's operating force. When the user's operating force is input to the above clutch pedal (5), the above clutch pedal (5) can operate the above clutch (3) by rotating the above clutch link (4) in a counterclockwise direction (direction of arrow B).
[0033] More specifically, the clutch pedal (5) can be operated by a user. When the user applies force to the clutch pedal (5), the clutch pedal (5) can move the connecting link (6). In this case, the clutch pedal (5) can move the connecting link (6) upward, i.e., toward the clutch pedal (5). The clutch link (4) can rotate counterclockwise (in the direction of arrow B) by the connecting link (6) moving toward the clutch pedal (5). Accordingly, as the rotating link (31) rotates counterclockwise (in the direction of arrow B) by the clutch pedal (5), the plate coupled to the driving shaft and the plate coupled to the driven shaft can be separated from each other.
[0034] On the other hand, when the user releases the force applied to the clutch pedal (5), the connecting link (6) can return in the opposite direction, that is, to the clutch link (4). In this case, as the force applied by the user to the clutch pedal (5) is removed, the connecting link (6) moves toward the clutch link (4), and the clutch link (4) can rotate clockwise (in the direction of arrow A). Accordingly, as the rotating link (31) rotates clockwise (in the direction of arrow A), the plate coupled to the driving shaft of the clutch (3) and the plate coupled to the driven shaft can engage with each other.
[0035] The connecting link (6) is configured to connect the clutch link (4) and the clutch pedal (5). The connecting link (6) is positioned on the clutch link (4) and the clutch pedal (5) to connect the clutch link (4) and the clutch pedal (5). The connecting link (6) can move longitudinally according to the rotation of the clutch pedal (5) operated by the user. The connecting link (6) can be implemented so that the force applied to the clutch pedal (5) is transmitted to the clutch link (4).
[0036] The above damping device (7) reduces vibration transmitted from the clutch link (4) to the connecting link (6). The damping device (7) may be coupled to the connecting link (6). The damping device (7) may be coupled to the connecting link (6) at a position spaced apart from the clutch pedal (5). The damping device (7) may be coupled to the connecting link (6) at a position spaced apart from the clutch (3). The damping device (7) may reduce vibration transmitted from the clutch link (4) to the connecting link (6).
[0037] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 7, the damping device (7) may include a vibration reduction member (71).
[0038] The vibration reduction member (71) vibrates together with the connecting link (6) as it vibrates. The vibration reduction member (71) can vibrate together with the connecting link (6) as it vibrates.
[0039] Accordingly, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention has the following effects.
[0040] The agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can be implemented such that vibration transmitted from the clutch (3) to the clutch pedal (5) along the connecting link (6) is reduced through the damping device (7). Accordingly, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can minimize vibration transmitted to the clutch pedal (5) during the process in which a user operates the clutch (3) using the clutch pedal (5). In addition, the inconvenience caused by vibration during the process in which a user operates the clutch (3) using the clutch pedal (5) can be eliminated.
[0041] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 7, the buffer device (7) may include a first lead (72) and a first elastic member (73).
[0042] The first lead (72) is coupled to the connecting link (6). The first lead (72) may be coupled to one side of the connecting link (6). Vibrations moving along the connecting link (6) may be transmitted to the first lead (72). The first lead (72) may be positioned between the connecting link (6) and the first elastic member (73) to connect the connecting link (6) and the first elastic member (73). In this case, vibrations moving along the connecting link (6) may be transmitted to the first elastic member (73) through the first lead (72). The first lead (72) may be made of a material capable of reducing vibrations transmitted from the connecting link (6). For example, the first lead (72) may be made of a material such as rubber.
[0043] The first elastic member (73) connects the first lead (72) and the vibration reduction member (71). The first elastic member (73) is positioned between the first lead (72) and the vibration reduction member (71) to connect the first lead (72) and the vibration reduction member (71). The first elastic member (73) may be coupled to the vibration reduction member (71). In this case, vibration transmitted to the first lead (72) can be transmitted to the vibration reduction member (71) through the first elastic member (73).
[0044] When vibration is transmitted to the vibration reduction member (71), the vibration reduction member (71) may vibrate. By combining the first elastic member (73) with the vibration reduction member (71), the vibration reduction member (71) may vibrate elastically by the first elastic member (73). Accordingly, in the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention, vibration transmitted to the vibration reduction member (71) through the first elastic member (73) can be quickly dissipated. Accordingly, in the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention, as vibration transmitted to the vibration reduction member (71) is quickly dissipated, the reliability of each component for operating the clutch (3) can be improved.
[0045] The first elastic member (73) can apply a damping force to the vibration reduction member (71). The first elastic member (73) can apply a damping force to the vibrating vibration reduction member (71). In this case, the first elastic member (73) can apply a damping force so that the vibration of the vibration reduction member (71) is reduced as time passes. In this case, the first elastic member (73) can be stretched or compressed by the vibration reduction member (71). The first elastic member (73) can be stretched or compressed as the vibration reduction member (71) vibrates. The first elastic member (73) can absorb the vibration of the vibration reduction member (71) while being stretched or compressed. The first elastic member (73) can be repeatedly stretched or compressed by the vibration reduction member (71). When the vibration reduction member (71) first begins to vibrate, the width of the first elastic member (73) being stretched or compressed may increase. On the other hand, when the vibration reduction member (71) repeats vibration over time, the width of the first elastic member (73) being stretched or compressed may gradually decrease. In this way, the width of the vibration reduction member (71) vibrating over time may gradually decrease due to the damping force applied by the first elastic member (73).
[0046] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 8, the buffer device (7) may include a second elastic member (74).
[0047] The second elastic member (74) is connected to the other side of the vibration reduction member (71). The second elastic member (74) vibrates together with the vibration reduction member (71). The second elastic member (74) provides an elastic force to the vibration reduction member (71) that is opposite to that of the first elastic member (73). Accordingly, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can reduce the vibration of the vibration reduction member (71) together with the first elastic member (73) through the second elastic member (74). Accordingly, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can reduce the vibration of the vibration reduction member (71) more quickly by reducing the vibration from both sides of the vibration reduction member (71).
[0048] The second elastic member (74) can apply a damping force to the vibration reduction member (71). The second elastic member (74) can apply a damping force to the vibrating vibration reduction member (71). The second elastic member (74) can apply a damping force to the vibration reduction member (71) so that the vibration of the vibration reduction member (71) is reduced over time. In this case, the second elastic member (74) can be stretched or compressed by the vibration reduction member (71). The second elastic member (74) can be stretched or compressed as the vibration reduction member (71) vibrates. The second elastic member (74) can absorb the vibration of the vibration reduction member (71) while being stretched or compressed by the vibration reduction member (71). The second elastic member (74) can be repeatedly stretched or compressed by the vibration reduction member (71). When the vibration reduction member (71) first begins to vibrate, the width of the second elastic member (74) being stretched or compressed may increase. On the other hand, when the vibration reduction member (71) repeats vibration over time, the width of the second elastic member (74) being stretched or compressed may gradually decrease. In this way, the width of the vibration reduction member (71) vibrating over time may gradually decrease due to the damping force applied by the second elastic member (74).
[0049] When the first elastic member (73) is coupled to one side of the vibration reduction member (71), the second elastic member (74) may be coupled to the other side of the vibration reduction member (71). The first elastic member (73) and the second elastic member (74) may be positioned facing each other. In this case, the vibration reduction member (71) may be positioned between the first elastic member (73) and the second elastic member (74). Accordingly, the vibration reduction member (71) may vibrate between the first elastic member (73) and the second elastic member (74) such that the elastic force of the first elastic member (73) and the elastic force of the second elastic member (74) cancel each other out.
[0050] The first elastic member (73) and the second elastic member (74) may be stretched or compressed on both sides of the vibration reduction member (71). In this case, the vibration reduction member (71) may vibrate while moving toward the first elastic member (73) and the second elastic member (74). When the vibration reduction member (71) moves toward the first elastic member (73), the first elastic member (73) may be compressed. On the other hand, the second elastic member (74) may be stretched. When the vibration reduction member (71) moves toward the second elastic member (74), the second elastic member (74) may be compressed. That is, when the first elastic member (73) is compressed or stretched by the vibration reduction member (71), the second elastic member (74) can be stretched or compressed by the vibration reduction member (71). In this way, the first elastic member (73) and the second elastic member (74) can absorb the vibration of the vibration reduction member (71) while being stretched or compressed on both sides of the vibration reduction member (71).
[0051] As illustrated in FIG. 8, the first elastic member (73) and the second elastic member (74) can be repeatedly stretched or compressed on both sides of the vibration reduction member (71). When the vibration reduction member (71) first begins to vibrate toward the first elastic member (73), the width of the compression of the first elastic member (73) can be widened. Accordingly, the width of the tension of the second elastic member (74) can also be widened. Additionally, when the vibration reduction member (71) first begins to vibrate toward the second elastic member (74), the width of the tension of the first elastic member (73) can be widened. On the other hand, when the vibration reduction member (71) repeats vibration over time, the width of the compression or tension of the first elastic member (73) can gradually decrease. Accordingly, the width of the second elastic member (74) being stretched or compressed can also be gradually reduced. In this way, as the first elastic member (73) and the second elastic member (74) are compressed or stretched, the vibration of the vibration reduction member (71) can be dampened. Therefore, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can eliminate the vibration of the vibration reduction member (71) through the first elastic member (73) and the second elastic member (74).
[0052] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 8, the buffer device (7) may include a second lead (75).
[0053] The second lead (75) is coupled to the second elastic member (74). Vibrations moving along the second elastic member (74) can be transmitted to the second lead (75). The second lead (75) can be coupled to one side of the second elastic member (74). In this case, the vibration reduction member (71) can be coupled to the other side of the second elastic member (74). Therefore, vibrations from the vibration reduction member (71) can be transmitted to the second lead (75) through the second elastic member (74). The second lead (75) can be made of a material capable of reducing vibrations transmitted from the second elastic member (74). For example, the second lead (75) can be made of a material such as rubber.
[0054] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 10, the buffer device (7) may include a case (76).
[0055] The above case (76) accommodates the vibration reduction member (71). The above case (76) may restrict the vibration reduction member (71) from vibrating along the inner surface of the above case (76). In this case, the vibration reduction member (71) may vibrate while reciprocating along the longitudinal direction in which the above case (76) extends. Accordingly, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention may limit the range in which the vibration reduction member (71) vibrates through the above case (76). Accordingly, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention may restrict the vibration reduction member (71) from reciprocating along the longitudinal direction of the above case (76) through the above case (76). Therefore, it is possible to prevent damage to other parts constituting the damping device (7) inside the above case (76) while the vibration reduction member (71) vibrates. The above case (76) can be arranged to surround the outer surface of the vibration-reducing member (71).
[0056] Referring to FIG. 8, the first lead (72) can be coupled to the case (76). In this case, the first lead (72) can be detachably coupled to the case (76). Thus, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can replace the part of the shock absorber (7) housed inside the case (76) through the first lead (72). Thus, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can replace the part housed inside the case (76) after separating the first lead (72) even if the part of the shock absorber (7) is damaged. The second lead (75) can be coupled to the case (76). In this case, the second lead (75) can be detachably coupled to the case (76).
[0057] The first lead (72) and the second lead (75) can be coupled to both sides of the case (76). In this case, the first lead (72) can close one side of the case (76), and the second lead (75) can close the other side of the case (76). The first lead (72) and the second lead (75) can be arranged to face each other with the case (76) in between.
[0058] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 4, the shock absorber (7) can be coupled to the connecting link (6). Meanwhile, as previously described, one side of the connecting link (6) can be connected to the clutch link (4), and the other side of the connecting link (6) can be connected to the clutch pedal (5). In this case, the shock absorber (7) can be positioned at a location where the distance from the other side of the connecting link (6) is shorter than the distance from one side of the connecting link (6). Accordingly, in the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention, the shock absorber (7) can be positioned at a distance from the engine, etc., where vibration occurs, and close to the other side of the connecting link (6), where vibration displacement is large. Accordingly, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can reduce or absorb more vibration generated in the connecting link (6) through the shock absorber (7).
[0059] Referring to FIGS. 9 and FIGS. 10, the buffer device (7) may include a linear bearing (77).
[0060] The linear bearing (77) is installed in the damping device (7). The linear bearing (77) may be installed between the inner surface of the case (76) and the outer surface of the vibration reduction member (71). The linear bearing (77) may be installed to surround the outer surface of the vibration reduction member (71). In this case, the linear bearing (77) may be positioned to surround a part of the outer surface of the vibration reduction member (71). The linear bearing (77) may be positioned to surround the entire outer surface of the vibration reduction member (71). Accordingly, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can be implemented so that the vibration reduction member (71) moves in a linear reciprocating motion inside the case (76) through the linear bearing (77). In this case, the vibration reduction member (71) can move in a linear reciprocating motion while sliding along the linear bearing (77). In this case, a frictional force may act between the vibration reduction member (71) and the linear bearing (77). Therefore, the amplitude of the linear reciprocating motion of the vibration reduction member (71) can gradually decrease over time due to the frictional force with the linear bearing (77). The agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can be implemented such that the vibration reduction member (71) is not only reduced by the damping force of the first elastic member (73) and the second elastic member (74), but also by the driving force of the linear bearing (77). Therefore, the vibration of the vibration reduction member (71) in the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention can be rapidly reduced.

[0062] The first link (61) is connected to the clutch pedal (5). The first link (61) is positioned between the clutch pedal (5) and the second link (62) to connect the clutch pedal (5) and the second link (62). Thus, the first link (61) can transmit the force acting on the clutch pedal (5) to the second link (52).
[0063] The second link (62) is connected to the clutch link (4). The second link (62) is positioned between the clutch link (4) and the first link (61) to connect the clutch link (4) and the first link (61). Thus, the second link (62) can transmit the forces acting on the first link (61) to the clutch link (4).
[0064] The above connecting member (63) is connected to the above connecting link (6). The above connecting member (63) can be connected between the first link (61) and the second link (62). Thus, the above connecting member (63) can connect the first link (61) and the second link (62).
[0065] The support member (78) supports the shock absorber (7). The support member (78) may be formed protruding from the shock absorber (7). The support member (78) may be formed protruding from the first lead (72). The support member (78) may be coupled to the coupling member (63) to support the shock absorber (7). Accordingly, the agricultural work vehicle (1) according to the present invention may be implemented such that the shock absorber (7) is coupled to the connecting link (6) through the support member (78). The support member (78) may be implemented such that vibrations transmitted to the connecting link (6) are transmitted to the first lead (72).
[0066] It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that the invention described above is not limited to the aforementioned embodiments and attached drawings, and that various substitutions, modifications, and changes are possible within the scope of the technical concept of the invention.
