Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a simultaneous rotating nut tightening tool device and a tightening tool assembly including the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a simultaneous rotating nut tightening tool device capable of simultaneously tightening a plurality of nuts of a transformer tap to a bolt, and a tightening tool assembly including the same. Background Technology
[0002] Recently, tap adjustment work on overhead transformers is frequently performed due to overvoltage in connection lines. On the taps of overhead transformers, three bolts and three nuts are fastened in a triangular arrangement with respect to each other.
[0003] When adjusting the tap of the transformer, the operation of separating or tightening the three nuts of the handhole cover from or to the three bolts is performed. For example, the user uses a ratchet wrench or spanner tool to tighten one of the three nuts and then sequentially tightens the remaining two nuts to the two bolts.
[0004] However, when the three nuts are fastened to the bolts separately one by one in this manner, some of the three nuts of the transformer tab may be fastened to the bolts unevenly at different heights. When some of the three nuts are assembled unevenly at different heights in this way, problems arise where external moisture or dust penetrates into the interior of the transformer tab.
[0005] Therefore, there is a need for a device capable of simultaneously fastening multiple nuts of a transformer tap to a bolt in the same direction, at the same rotational speed, and at the same height. Prior art literature

However, the present invention may be embodied in various different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.
[0027] FIGS. 1 and 2 are schematic drawings illustrating a simultaneous rotation nut tightening tool device (10) (hereinafter referred to as the tightening tool device (10)) according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, FIG. 1 shows the tightening tool device (10) rotating a nut fastened to a tap (T) of a processing transformer, and FIG. 2 shows the internal configuration of the tightening tool device (10). The tightening tool device (10) of FIGS. 1 and 2 is merely for illustrating the present invention and is not limited thereto. Accordingly, it may be modified differently.
[0028] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the tightening tool device (10) can simultaneously rotate a plurality of nuts (N1, N2, N3) fastened to bolts (B1, B2, B3) of a transformer tap (hereinafter referred to as the transformer tap (T)) at the same speed in the same direction. That is, the tightening tool device (10) can simultaneously rotate a plurality of nuts (N1, N2, N3) arranged to form a triangle at the same speed, thereby fastening the plurality of nuts (N1, N2, N3) to the bolts (B1, B2, B3) at the same height or separating them from the bolts (B1, B2, B3). Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the plurality of nuts (N1, N2, N3) of the transformer tap (T) from being assembled unevenly at different heights, thereby preventing external moisture or dust from penetrating into the interior of the transformer tap (T).
[0029] The tightening tool device (10) includes a body (100), a rotating unit (200), and a control unit (300).
[0030] The body (100) forms the exterior of the tightening tool device (10). The body (100) includes a main body (110), a handle portion (120), a first branch body (130), a second branch body (140), and a third branch body (150).
[0031] The main body (110) is located at the center of the body (100), and the battery (230) and the control unit (310) of the control unit (300) may be built into the main body (110). Meanwhile, although the main body (110) is shown in the drawing as a spherical shape, the main body (110) may be formed in various shapes such as a polygon.
[0032] The handle portion (120) extends upward from the main body (110) and is grasped by the user. A switch (320) operable by the user extends outward from the upper part of the handle portion (120). Meanwhile, one side of the handle portion (120) may have a plurality of mounting grooves (not shown) formed so that the user's fingers can easily grasp it.
[0033] The first branch body (130) extends downward at an angle from the main body (110) at its upper end and extends directly downward at its lower end. That is, the first branch body (130) extends directly downward to a position corresponding to the first nut (N1) among a plurality of nuts arranged to form a triangle at their lower ends with the main body (110) as the center. A first rotation unit (200a) is positioned at the lower end of the first branch body (130) to rotate the first nut (N1) fastened to the first bolt (B1).
[0034] The second branch body (140) is extended downward at an angle from the main body (110) at its upper end and directly downward at its lower end, so as to be spaced apart from the first branch body (130) by a predetermined distance. That is, the second branch body (140) is extended directly downward to a position corresponding to the second nut (N2) among a plurality of nuts arranged to form a triangle at their lower ends with the main body (110) as the center. A second rotation unit (200b) is positioned at the lower end of the second branch body (140) to rotate the second nut (N2) fastened to the second bolt (B2).
[0035] The third branch body (150) is extended downward at an inclined upper end and downward at a lower end from the main body (110) so as to be spaced apart from the first branch body (130) and the second branch body (140) by a predetermined distance. That is, the third branch body (150) is extended downward at a position corresponding to the third nut (N3) among a plurality of nuts arranged to form a triangle at the center of the main body (110). A third rotation unit (200c) is positioned at the lower end of the third branch body (150) to rotate the third nut (N3) fastened to the third bolt (B3).
[0036] The first branch body (130), the second branch body (140), and the third branch body (150) can be positioned at a 120-degree angle relative to a virtual vertical axis to rotate a plurality of nuts (N1, N2, N3) arranged to form a triangle.
[0037] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the rotation unit (200) rotates a plurality of nuts (N1, N2, N3) spaced apart from each other and positioned at the lower ends of the first branch body (130), the second branch body (140), and the third branch body (150) of the body (100).
[0038] The first rotation unit (200a) rotates the first nut (N1) fastened to the first bolt (B1) among the plurality of nuts of the transformer tap (T). The first rotation unit (200a) is positioned to protrude below the lower part of the first branch body (130).
[0039] The second rotation unit (200b) is spaced apart from the first rotation unit (200a) by a predetermined distance and rotates the second nut (N2) fastened to the second bolt (B2) among the plurality of nuts of the transformer tap (T). The second rotation unit (200b) is positioned to protrude below the lower part of the second branch body (140).
[0040] The third rotation unit (200c) is spaced apart from the first rotation unit (200a) and the second rotation unit (200b) by a predetermined distance and rotates the third nut (N3) fastened to the third bolt (B3) among the plurality of nuts of the transformer tap (T). The third rotation unit (200c) is positioned to protrude below the lower part of the third branch body (150).
[0041] Meanwhile, in FIG. 1, the first rotation unit (200a), the second rotation unit (200b), and the third rotation unit (200c) are shown inserted into the lower portions of the first branch body (130), the second branch body (140), and the third branch body (150), respectively; however, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the first rotation unit (200a), the second rotation unit (200b), and the third rotation unit (200c) are arranged to protrude below the lower portions of the first branch body (130), the second branch body (140), and the third branch body (150), respectively.
[0042] The first rotation unit (200a), the second rotation unit (200b), and the third rotation unit (200c) each rotate the first nut (N1), the second nut (N2), and the third nut (N3) simultaneously in the same direction, either in one direction or the other, at the same speed. That is, the first rotation unit (200a), the second rotation unit (200b), and the third rotation unit (200c) rotate the first nut (N1), the second nut (N2), and the third nut (N3), which are arranged to form a triangle, simultaneously at the same speed, thereby enabling them to be fastened to or detached from the first bolt (B1), the second bolt (B2), and the third bolt (B3) at the same height.
[0043] Therefore, by preventing the first nut (N1), second nut (N2), and third nut (N3) of the transformer tap (T) from being assembled unevenly at different heights, external moisture or dust can be prevented from penetrating into the interior of the transformer tap (T).
[0044] Meanwhile, the first rotation unit (200a), the second rotation unit (200b), and the third rotation unit (200c) can each individually rotate one or more of the first nut (N1), the second nut (N2), and the third nut (N3). For example, if the first nut (N1) among the first nut (N1), the second nut (N2), and the third nut (N3) is fastened to the first bolt (B1) at a height that is not the same as the second nut (N2) and the third nut (N3), the first rotation unit (200a) can rotate only the first nut (N1) to position the first nut (N1) at the same height as the second nut (N2) and the third nut (N3).
[0045] The first rotation unit (200a), the second rotation unit (200b), and the third rotation unit (200c) can be positioned at a 120-degree angle relative to a virtual vertical axis to rotate a plurality of nuts (N1, N2, N3) arranged to form a triangle.
[0046] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the rotation unit (200) includes a nut holder (210), a drive motor (220), a battery (230), a first wire (241), and a second wire (242). Hereinafter, the description will be based on the nut holder (210), drive motor (220), battery (230), first wire (241), and second wire (242) of the first rotation unit (200a). The second rotation unit (200b) and the third rotation unit (200c) have the same configuration as the first rotation unit (200a).
[0047] A nut holder (210) has a nut inserted inside and is rotated by a drive motor (220) to rotate the nut. An insertion space (211) is formed inside the nut holder (210) so that a nut is inserted. The insertion space (211) of the nut holder (210) is formed at a height higher than the height of the nut. The height of this insertion space (211) can be formed at a height higher than the bolt so that a bolt (B1, B2, B3) protruding above the nut (N1, N2, N3) can be accommodated. A plurality of nut holders (210) are arranged to protrude below the lower part of the branch body (200a, 200b, 200c).
[0048] The drive motor (220) provides driving force to rotate the nut holder (210) in one direction or the other. The drive motor (220) includes a servomotor that rotates at a predetermined speed to rotate the nut in one direction or the other at a predetermined speed. The drive motor (220) may be connected to the upper part of the nut holder (210).
[0049] The battery (230) supplies power to the drive motor (220) through the first wire (241). The battery (230) includes a rechargeable battery (230). The battery (230) can be placed within the main body (110).
[0050] The first wire (241) connects the battery (230) and the drive motor (220) to provide a path for power to flow from the battery (230) to the drive motor (220).
[0051] The second wire (242) connects the drive motor (220) and the control unit (310) of the control unit (300), and provides a path for the control command of the control unit (310) to be transmitted to the drive motor (220).
[0052] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the control unit (300) controls the operation of the rotation unit (200) and includes a control unit (310) and a switch (320).
[0053] The control unit (310) is connected to the battery (230) and the drive motor (220) and transmits control commands. The control unit (310) controls the power supply of the battery (230) to the drive motor (220) and the rotation direction and rotation speed of the drive motor (220). For example, when the control unit (310) transmits a control command regarding the power supply direction and power strength of the battery (230), the drive motor (220) rotates at a predetermined speed in one direction or the other. The control unit (310) may be placed within the main body (110).
[0054] One side of the switch (320) is rotatably connected to the upper part of the handle portion (120), and the other side extends outward from the upper part of the handle portion (120). The switch (320) can be operated to be rotated by a user.
[0055] The switch (320) is connected to the control unit (310) and operates the drive motor (220) so that the drive motor (220) rotates in one direction or the other. As the user operates the switch (320), the switch (320) is operated to become one of a first operating mode, a second operating mode, and a resting mode. For example, if the user presses the switch (320) once, the first operating mode is performed; if it is pressed twice, the second operating mode is performed; and if it is pressed three times, the resting mode is performed.
[0056] The first operating mode is a mode in which the control unit (310) operates to rotate the drive motor (220) in one direction. In this case, a plurality of nuts (N1, N2, N3) can be fastened to bolts (B1, B2, B3) simultaneously at the same rotational speed and height by the rotation unit (200).
[0057] The second operating mode is a mode in which the control unit (310) operates to rotate the drive motor (220) in the opposite direction of the one direction. In this case, a plurality of nuts (N1, N2, N3) can be separated from the bolts (B1, B2, B3) simultaneously at the same rotational speed and height by the rotation unit (200).
[0058] The idle mode is a mode in which the control unit (310) does not operate the drive motor (220). For example, the idle mode is a mode in which the rotation unit (200) is no longer rotated when multiple nuts (N1, N2, N3) are all fastened to the bolts (B1, B2, B3) or when multiple nuts (N1, N2, N3) are all separated from the bolts (B1, B2, B3).
[0059] FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a tightening tool assembly (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention. That is, FIG. 3 shows the configuration and operation method of the tightening tool device (10) and laser unit (20) of the tightening tool assembly (1). The tightening tool assembly (1) of FIG. 3 is merely for illustrating the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Therefore, it can be modified differently. Also, in describing FIG. 3, since the configurations of the tightening tool device (10) are similar to the structures of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the same reference numerals are used for identical parts, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0060] As illustrated in FIG. 3, the tightening tool assembly (1) includes a tightening tool device (10) and a laser unit (20).
[0061] The laser unit (20) measures the height of the nuts (N1, N2, N3) by irradiating a laser onto one or more of the nuts (N1, N2, N3). That is, the laser unit (20) can be used to measure whether the nuts (N1, N2, N3) are simultaneously fastened or unfastened to the bolts (B1, B2, B3) at the same height.
[0062] The laser unit (20) includes a first laser section (410), a second laser section, and a display (430).
[0063] The first laser unit (410) measures the height of the first nut (N1) by irradiating a laser onto the first nut (N1) among the plurality of nuts. The second laser unit (420) measures the height of the second nut (N2) by irradiating a laser onto the second nut (N2) among the plurality of nuts.
[0064] The first laser unit (410) and the second laser unit (420) can simultaneously irradiate a laser onto the first nut (N1) and the second nut (N2) to measure the height of the first nut (N1) and the second nut (N2). That is, the first laser unit (410) and the second laser unit (420) of the laser unit (20) can each simultaneously irradiate a laser onto the first nut (N1) and the second nut (N2) to measure whether the first nut (N1) and the second nut (N2) are fastened or unfastened to the first bolt (B1) and the second bolt (B2) at the same height.
[0065] Additionally, the laser unit (20) is provided in multiple units to measure the height of the second nut (N2) and the third nut (N3), and to measure the height of the third nut (N3) and the first nut (N1). Therefore, by using multiple laser units (20), it is possible to measure whether the first nut (N1), the second nut (N2), and the third nut (N3) are fastened or unfastened to the first bolt (B1), the second bolt (B2), and the third bolt (B3) at the same height.
[0066] The display (430) displays the height of the first nut (N1) and the height of the second nut (N2) externally. Likewise, the display (430) may display the height of the second nut (N2) and the height of the third nut (N3), or the height of the third nut (N3) and the height of the first nut (N1) externally. Additionally, the display (430) may display the height of the first nut (N1), the height of the second nut (N2), and the height of the third nut (N3) externally.
[0067] Accordingly, the user can determine through the display (430) whether the first nut (N1), the second nut (N2), and the third nut (N3) are simultaneously fastened or unfastened to the first bolt (B1), the second bolt (B2), and the third bolt (B3) at the same height.
[0068] If one or more of the first nut (N1), the second nut (N2), and the third nut (N3) are fastened or unfastened to the bolt (B1, B2, B3) at different heights, the first nut (N1), the second nut (N2), and the third nut (N3) can be positioned at the same height using the rotation unit (200). For example, if the first nut (N1) among the first nut (N1), the second nut (N2), and the third nut (N3) is fastened to the first bolt (B1) at a different height than the second nut (N2) and the third nut (N3), only the first nut (N1) can be rotated using the first rotation unit (200a) to position the first nut (N1) at the same height as the second nut (N2) and the third nut (N3).
[0069] In the nut holder (210) of the tightening tool device (10), a plurality of elongated holes (212) extending in the vertical direction are formed so that a laser is irradiated from the laser unit (20) onto the nuts (N1, N2, N3) within the nut holder (210). A plurality of these elongated holes (212) are formed along the circumference of the nut holder (210).
[0070] The laser of the laser unit (20) is irradiated onto the nuts (N1, N2, N3) through the elongated hole (212) formed in the nut holder (210), thereby enabling the height of the nuts (N1, N2, N3) to be measured. For example, the first laser unit (410) measures the height of the first nut (N1) through the first elongated hole (212a) formed in the first nut holder (210a). Additionally, the second laser unit (420) measures the height of the second nut (N2) through the second elongated hole (212b) formed in the second nut holder (210b).
[0071] Although the present invention has been described as previously stated, those skilled in the art will readily understand that various modifications and variations are possible without departing from the concept and scope of the claims set forth below. Explanation of the symbols
