[0033] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

[0034] FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an overview of a biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0035] Referring to FIG. 1, food waste (10) and biodegradable plastic (20) can be introduced into a biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100). Here, the biodegradable plastic (20) treated together with the food waste (10) can be mixed with microorganisms growing from the food and promote the growth of microorganisms through a natural fermentation process via reactions such as sulfonine bio, fatty acid bio, and starch bio. Accordingly, the biodegradable plastic (20) treated together with the food waste (10) can form a microbial community beneficial to the soil, and can be composed of a fertilizer beneficial to the soil with a faster decomposition effect than general biodegradable plastic.

[0036] Meanwhile, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100) can process the input food waste (10) and biodegradable plastic (20) to mix them. For example, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100) can dry the input food waste (10). In addition, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100) can crush the input biodegradable plastic (20). The processed food waste (10) and biodegradable plastic (20) can be automatically weighed and mixed according to preset conditions.

[0037] Additionally, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100) can form the food waste (10) and biodegradable plastic (20) into a powder form by performing a fermentation and drying process to better mix the measured food waste (10) and biodegradable plastic (20). For example, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100) can carry out the fermentation and drying within a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 24 hours.

[0038] Meanwhile, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100) may introduce effective microorganisms (EM) to increase the microbial rate or to include more beneficial microorganisms. Effective microorganisms provide the effect of maximizing microbial expression when the biodegradable plastic is fermented for fertilizer use. In particular, effective microorganisms generated from a material related to grains from which the biodegradable plastic is derived maximize the aforementioned microbial expression, thereby providing effects such as improved antioxidant growth, self-arrival of decaying microorganisms, and utilization of intermediate microorganisms.

[0039] Additionally, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100) can activate microorganisms contained in food waste (10) by introducing rice flour. By doing so, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100) can also make other types of biodegradable plastics available. Here, the introduced rice flour may be in the form of surplus rice flour, and since it is a natural resource, it can be naturally decomposed by microorganisms in the natural world.

[0040] In addition, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100) can produce fertilizer by drying and fermenting the mixed raw materials.

[0041] FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating the configuration of a biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0042] As illustrated in FIG. 2, a biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100) may include a raw material input section (110), a raw material processing section (120), an EM input section (130), a rice flour input section (140), a mixing section (150), and a fertilizer generating section (160).

The EM input unit (130) can adjust the injection amount according to user requirements. By doing so, the rate of microbial expression can be increased when the biodegradable plastic is fermented for fertilizer use.

[0051] Additionally, the rice flour input unit (140) can input rice flour. For example, the rice flour input unit (140) can be controlled to input rice flour when the amount of biodegradable plastic input is below a standard value.

[0052] Accordingly, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device (100) can produce fertilizer using biodegradable plastics other than rice-based biodegradable plastics by adding rice flour. Biodegradable plastics other than rice-based biodegradable plastics may include polylactic acid (PLA) synthesized by polymerizing lactic acid fermented starch obtained from plants such as corn, aliphatic polyester polybutylene succinate (PBS) derived from petroleum, and polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT).

[0053] The mixing unit (150) can mix the input raw materials. For example, the mixing unit (150) can mix automatically weighed food waste and biodegradable plastic. Additionally, the mixing unit (150) may include a temperature control device to control the internal temperature between 20 and 58 degrees. Additionally, the mixing unit (150) may include a humidity control device to maintain an internal humidity of 50 to 90%. For example, the mixing unit (150) can produce a powder form through fermentation and drying for a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 24 hours. Here, the mixing unit (150) can mix useful microorganisms and rice flour that are input to add microorganisms with slow growth rates or more beneficial microorganisms.

[0054] The fertilizer generating unit (160) can cure the mixtures by drying and fermenting them. The fertilizer generating unit (160) may include a temperature control device for controlling the internal temperature to within 20 to 58 degrees. The fertilizer generating unit (160) can produce fertilizer using the mixture cured by drying and fermenting it.

[0055] FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a method for producing a fertilizer based on biodegradable plastic according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0056] In step (S110), the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device may receive food waste and biodegradable plastic. [0065] In step (S122), the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device can automatically measure the amount of food waste to input an appropriate proportion of microorganisms. The biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device can adjust the amount of food waste according to preset conditions.

[0066] In step (S123), the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device can crush the input biodegradable plastic. The biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device can process the biodegradable plastic into an appropriate size by crushing it. For example, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device can process the biodegradable plastic into a size of 30 µm to 10 mm according to preset conditions. Additionally, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device can crush the biodegradable plastic by methods such as impact, cutting, compression, and shearing.

[0067] In step (S124), the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device can automatically weigh the processed biodegradable plastic. The biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device can weigh the biodegradable plastic according to preset conditions. Additionally, the biodegradable plastic fertilizer manufacturing device can adjust the amount of biodegradable plastic based on the specific gravity of the food waste weighed in step (S122).
