FIG. 2 is a side view of the welding carriage device viewed from direction A of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a connecting part according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0033] FIG. 4 is a drawing for explaining the connection structure between the fixed body and the horizontal adjustment part shown in FIG. 3. FIG. 5 is a drawing showing a first shaft part according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0034] FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of part B of FIG. 2. FIG. 7 is a drawing for explaining the connection structure between the main body and the second guide part.

[0035] Referring to FIG. 1, a welding carriage device according to one embodiment of the present invention is a technology that maintains a constant distance between a welding torch and a welding joint or a beveled surface while moving along a workpiece.

[0036] Generally, welding carriages are distinguished into rail-less welding carriages that maintain a constant distance between the welding torch (200) and the weld bead surface while in contact with the surface of the workpiece without a rail (R), and rail-type welding carriages that are attached to a rail (R) and move along the rail (R) while maintaining a constant distance between the welding torch (200) and the weld bead surface.

[0037] A welding carriage device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes both a first guide part (400) that contacts the surface of a workpiece to be welded and a second guide part (500) that is connected to a rail (R), so that welding can be performed while maintaining a constant distance between the welding torch (200) and the improved surface regardless of the presence or absence of the rail (R).

[0038] Below, the configuration and operating principle of the welding carriage device (1) related thereto will be explained in detail.

[0039] In this specification, the 'forward' direction may be interpreted as one side of the welding carriage device (1) facing the workpiece to be welded.

[0040] In addition, the 'rear' direction can be interpreted as a direction opposite to the aforementioned front direction.

[0041] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a welding carriage device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a main body part (100), a welding torch (200), a connecting part (300), a first guide part (400), and a second guide part (500).

[0042] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a main body (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention travels along a welding target and may include a driving body (110), a driving wheel (120), a driving shaft (130), and a cover (140).

[0043] The driving body (110) forms the exterior of the main body part (100), and the connecting part (300), the first guide part (400), and the second guide part (500) can be connected to the driving body (110).

[0044] For example, a connecting part (300) may be fixed in position at the front of the driving body (110), specifically, one side of the connecting part (300) is fixed in position at the front of the driving body (110), and a welding torch (200) may be connected to the other side from the one side.

[0045] A first guide section (400) may be disposed on the front side and the rear side of the driving body (110), respectively, and the first guide section (400) may extend toward the welding target from one side of the front side and one side of the rear side of the driving body (110).

[0046] Referring to FIGS. 2, 6, and 7, a driving wheel (120) according to one embodiment of the present invention moves the driving body (110) while in rolling contact with the ground and can be connected to one side of the driving body (110).

[0047] The driving wheels (120) can be positioned at the front and rear of the driving body (110), respectively, and each driving wheel (120) can rotate around an axis parallel to each other.

[0048] A plurality of driving wheels (120) are provided, and specifically, the driving wheels (120) can be positioned on one side of the driving body (110) facing the welding object and on the other side of the driving body (110) located opposite the welding object.

[0049] Referring to FIG. 2, a drive wheel (120) adjacent to the welding object (hereinafter referred to as the ‘first drive wheel (120a)’) can be positioned inside the cover portion (140).

[0050] For example, the cover portion (140) may be positioned between the first drive wheel (120a) and the workpiece to be welded, thereby dividing the area where the first drive wheel (120a) is located and the area where the workpiece to be welded is located.

[0051] This prevents the first drive wheel (120a) from being damaged by heat sources or welding foreign substances generated on the object to be welded during the welding process.

[0052] Referring to FIG. 7, a driving wheel (120) (hereinafter referred to as the 'second driving wheel (120b)') positioned on the side opposite to the welding target relative to the driving body (110) may have a first fastening groove (120h) formed in the shape of a groove.

[0053] For example, a first fastening groove (120h) may be formed on the other side of the second drive wheel (120b) opposite to the side of the second drive wheel (120b) facing the first drive wheel (120a).

[0054] Referring to FIG. 7, a second guide portion (500) that is fastened to a rail (R) can be inserted into the first fastening groove portion (120h), and the longitudinal center axis of the first fastening groove portion (120h) may be coaxial with the rotation center axis (RAX) of the driving wheel (120).

[0055] As a result, the second guide part (500) is inserted into the first fastening groove (120h), so that the second guide part (500) and the driving wheel (120) connected to the rail (R) can rotate coaxially, and through this, the second guide part (500) can guide the movement path of the driving wheel (120) in the direction in which the rail (R) extends.

[0056] The rotational center axis (RAX) of the second drive wheel (120b) may be coaxial with the rotational center axis of the second guide part (500) or the longitudinal center axis of the second guide part (500).

[0057] The diameter of the second drive wheel (120b) may be relatively larger than the outer diameter of the second guide part (500).

[0058] The diameter of the second drive wheel (120b) may be relatively larger than the diameter of the guide plate (512) of the second guide part (500) to be described later.

[0059] The inner diameter of the second drive wheel (120b), specifically the diameter of the first fastening groove (120h), may be relatively smaller than the diameter of the guide plate (512), and the diameter of the first fastening groove (120h) may be relatively larger than the outer diameter of the rail roller part (510) of the second guide part (500) to be described later.

[0060] Referring to FIG. 7, a through hole (121) may be formed on one side of the second drive wheel (120b) facing the first drive wheel (120a).

[0061] For example, a drive shaft portion (130) connected to the first drive wheel (120a) can be inserted into the through hole portion (121) formed in the second drive wheel (120b).

[0062] The longitudinal center axis of the through hole portion (121) may be coaxial with the rotation center axis (RAX) of the second drive wheel (120b), and the drive shaft portion (130) may be connected to the second drive wheel (120b) by being inserted into the through hole portion (121) along the rotation center axis (RAX) of the second drive wheel (120b).

[0063] The longitudinal center axis of the through hole portion (121) may be coaxial with the longitudinal center axis of the first fastening groove portion (120h).

[0064] Referring to FIG. 7, the diameter of the through hole portion (121) may be relatively smaller than the diameter of the first fastening groove portion (120h).

[0065] Referring to FIG. 7, the through hole portion (121) may be in communication with the first fastening groove portion (120h), and one opening of the through hole portion (121) may be located on the inner surface of the first fastening groove portion (120h).

[0066] For example, the inner area of the first fastening groove (120h) into which the second guide part (500) is inserted and the inner area of the through hole (121) into which the drive shaft part (130) is inserted can be in communication with each other.

[0067] As a result, the guide shaft (513), which will be described later and connects the drive shaft portion (130) and the rail roller portion (510), sequentially passes through the through hole portion (121) and the first fastening groove portion (120h), thereby connecting the drive shaft portion (130) and the rail roller portion (510) to each other.

[0068] Referring to FIG. 7, a drive shaft portion (130) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be positioned through the driving body (110) as a drive shaft of a drive wheel (120).

[0069] The drive shaft portion (130) may be formed in the shape of a shaft extending in a preset direction, for example, the drive shaft portion (130) may be formed in the shape of a shaft extending along the rotational center axis (RAX) of the drive wheel (120).

[0070] A first drive wheel (120a) is connected to one end of the drive shaft section (130), and a second drive wheel (120b) can be connected to the other end of the drive shaft section (130) opposite to the first end.

[0071] The other end of the drive shaft portion (130) can be inserted into the through hole portion (121) of the second drive wheel (120b).

[0072] For example, the end of the drive shaft portion (130) can be inserted into the through hole portion (121) along the rotational center axis (RAX) of the second drive wheel (120b), thereby connecting the second drive wheel (120b) and the drive shaft portion (130).

[0073] Referring to FIG. 7, a second fastening groove (130h) may be formed in the shape of a groove at one end of the drive shaft portion (130) connected to the second drive wheel (120b).

[0074] For example, a second fastening groove (130h) may be formed on one side of one end of the drive shaft portion (130) facing the second guide portion (500), and the longitudinal center axis of the second fastening groove (130h) may be coaxial with the rotation center axis (RAX) of the second drive wheel (120b).

[0075] Referring to FIG. 7, a roller shaft portion (511) can be inserted into the second fastening groove portion (130h).

[0076] In one embodiment, the diameter of the second fastening groove (130h) may be the same as the diameter of the fastening hole (511h) to be described later of the roller shaft portion (511), and one end of the roller shaft portion (511) may be inserted into the second fastening groove (130h), and the other end of the roller shaft portion (511) opposite to the one end may be inserted into the fastening hole (511h).

[0077] As a result, by connecting the roller shaft section (511) to the drive shaft section (130) connected to the second drive wheel (120b) and the rail roller section (510), the second drive wheel (120b) and the rail roller section (510) can be connected more firmly.

[0078] Referring to FIGS. 1, FIGS. 2, and FIGS. 6, a cover portion (140) according to one embodiment of the present invention covers the outer surface of a first driving wheel (120a) and may include a cover plate (141) and a connecting plate (142).

[0079] The cover portion (140) can be connected to one side of the driving body (110) facing the object to be welded, and one side of the cover portion (140) can face the object to be welded, and the other side of the cover portion (140) opposite to the one side can face the first driving wheel (120a).

[0080] The cover plate (141) can be formed by forming a flat plate, and one side of the cover plate (141) may face the object to be welded, and the other side of the cover portion (140) opposite to the one side may face the first drive wheel (120a).

[0081] The cover plate (141) can be connected to the driving body (110) through the connecting plate (142).

[0082] For example, the connecting plate (142) may be formed in the shape of an 'L'-shaped plate with one side bent, and one side of the connecting plate (142) may be fixed in position on the driving body (110), and the other side of the connecting plate (142) opposite to the one side may be movably connected to the cover plate (141).

[0083] A long hole may be formed in the cover plate (141) that extends in the vertical direction and penetrates the cover plate (141), and a separate fastening member may be connected to the connecting plate (142) by penetrating the long hole.

[0084] The fastening member passes through an elongated hole extending in the vertical direction, so that it can move relative to the cover plate (141) in the vertical direction.

[0085] As a result, even if there is a protruding shape on the ground in the direction in which the welding carriage device (1) travels, the cover plate (141) can move freely in the up and down direction in relation to the connecting plate (142), so that the movement of the welding carriage device (1) is prevented by the protruding shape.

[0086] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a welding torch (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention is a device for welding a workpiece and can be connected to a main body (100) through a connecting part (300).

[0087] The welding torch (200) can move in the horizontal and vertical directions according to the operation of the connecting part (300), and additionally, the welding torch (200) can rotate around a preset axis according to the operation of the connecting part (300).

[0088] Referring to FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, a connecting part (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention connects a welding torch (200) and a main body part (100) and adjusts the position of the welding torch (200) relative to the main body part (100), and may include a fixed main body (310), a horizontal adjustment part (320), a vertical adjustment part (330), and an angle adjustment part (340).

[0089] Referring to FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, a fixed body (310) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be fixedly positioned on one side of a main body part (100), specifically a driving body (110).

[0090] One side of the fixed body (310) can be fixed in position on the main body part (100), and a vertical adjustment part (330) can be movably connected to the other side of the fixed body (310) different from the one side.

[0091] Referring to FIG. 4, the vertical adjustment unit (330) is connected to the fixed body (310) and can move linearly along the length direction of the fixed body (310).

[0092] Referring to FIG. 5, the fixed body (310) may include a first housing member (311) and a first shaft part (312).

[0093] The first housing member (311) constitutes the exterior of the fixed body (310), and has a hollow interior and may have an opening formed on one side.

[0094] Specifically, the interior of the fixed body (310) may provide a space for the first shaft portion (312) to be disposed therein, and an opening may be formed on one side of the fixed body (310) facing the vertical adjustment portion (330).

[0095] One side of the fixed body (310) can be fixed in position on the main body part (100), specifically the driving body (110).

[0096] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, a first shaft portion (312) according to one embodiment of the present invention provides a movement path for a vertical adjustment portion (330) and can be disposed inside a first housing member (311).

[0097] The first shaft portion (312) may be formed in the shape of a shaft extending in a predetermined direction. Specifically, the first shaft portion (312) may be formed to extend along a first axis, and both ends of the first shaft portion (312) may be rotatably connected to the first housing member (311).

[0098] In this specification, 'first axis' may be interpreted as an axis extending in a direction perpendicular to the ground.

[0099] The first shaft portion (312) can rotate the first shaft as a rotational center axis by receiving power from the outside, and as the first shaft portion (312) rotates, the vertical adjustment portion (330) which is screw-coupled to the first shaft portion (312) can move up and down along the first shaft.

[0100] Referring to FIG. 5, a screw thread (313) may be formed on the outer surface of the first shaft portion (312).

[0101] A plurality of spaced-apart screw threads (313) may be formed on the outer surface of the first shaft portion (312), and for example, a first screw thread (313a) and a second screw thread (313b) arranged parallel to each other along a first axis may be formed on the outer surface of the first shaft portion (312).

[0102] In one embodiment, eight screw threads (313) arranged parallel to each other along the first axis may be arranged on the outer surface of the first shaft portion (312).

[0103] The first shaft portion (312) can be screw-coupled with the vertical adjustment portion (330). For example, the screw groove formed on the inner surface of the vertical adjustment portion (330) and the screw thread (313) formed on the outer surface of the first shaft portion (312) can be meshed and connected to each other.

[0104] As a result, when the first shaft part (312) receives power from the outside and rotates, the vertical adjustment part (330) which is screw-coupled to the first shaft part (312) moves along the first axis, thereby enabling the welding torch (200) to move vertically along the first axis.

[0105] Referring to FIG. 5, the pitch (P) of the screw thread (313) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be 12 mm or more and 20 mm or less, or 15 mm or more and 17 mm or less.

[0106] As a result, whenever the user rotates the first shaft part (312) once, the vertical adjustment part (330) screw-connected to the first shaft part (312) moves linearly by 12mm to 20mm or 15mm to 17mm, thereby allowing the user to quickly move the welding torch (200) in the vertical direction.

[0107] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, a horizontal adjustment unit (320) according to one embodiment of the present invention is capable of relative movement with respect to a vertical adjustment unit (330) and may include a second housing member (341) and a second shaft unit (not shown).

[0108] Referring to FIG. 1, the fixed body (310) is positioned on the front side of the main body part (100), and the vertical adjustment part (330) is connected to one side of the fixed body (310) facing the rear so as to be movable along a first axis, and the horizontal adjustment part (320) can be connected to one side of the vertical adjustment part (330) facing the rear so as to be movable along a second axis.

[0109] The second housing member (341) constitutes the exterior of the horizontal adjustment unit (320), and has a hollow interior and may have an opening formed on one side.

[0110] Specifically, the interior of the second housing member (341) may provide a space for the second shaft portion to be disposed therein, and an opening may be formed on one side of the second housing member (341) facing the vertical adjustment portion (330).

[0111] Although not illustrated in the drawings, a second shaft portion according to one embodiment of the present invention is rotatably disposed inside the second housing member (341) and may be formed to extend along a second axis.

[0112] The second shaft portion can be connected to the vertical adjustment portion (330) so as to be movable along the second axis, and by moving relative to the vertical adjustment portion (330), the welding torch (200) can be positioned along the second axis direction.

[0113] The second shaft portion may be formed in the shape of a shaft extending in a preset direction. Specifically, the second shaft portion may be formed to extend along a second axis, and both ends of the second shaft portion may be rotatably connected to the second housing member (341).

[0114] In this specification, the ‘second axis’ can be interpreted as an axis that is horizontal to the ground and parallel to the rotational center axis (RAX) of the drive wheel (120).

[0115] Screw threads may be formed on the outer surface of the second shaft portion. Multiple screw threads spaced apart from each other may be formed on the outer surface of the second shaft portion, and for example, multiple screw threads arranged parallel to each other along the second axis may be formed on the outer surface of the second shaft portion.

[0116] In one embodiment, eight screw threads arranged parallel to each other along the second axis may be arranged on the outer surface of the second shaft portion.

[0117] The second shaft portion can be screw-coupled with the vertical adjustment portion (330). For example, the screw groove formed on the inner surface of the vertical adjustment portion (330) and the screw thread formed on the outer surface of the second shaft portion can be meshed and connected to each other.

[0118] As a result, when the second shaft part receives power from the outside and rotates, the vertical adjustment part (330) that is screw-coupled to the second shaft part moves along the second axis, and through this, the welding torch (200) can move horizontally along the second axis.

[0119] The pitch of the threads of the second shaft portion may be 12 mm or more and 20 mm or less, or 15 mm or more and 17 mm or less.

[0120] As a result, whenever the user rotates the second shaft part once, the vertical adjustment part (330) screw-connected to the second shaft part moves linearly by 12mm to 20mm or 15mm to 17mm, thereby allowing the user to quickly move the welding torch (200) in the vertical direction.

[0121] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, an angle adjustment unit (340) according to one embodiment of the present invention adjusts the angle of a welding torch (200) and can be rotatably connected to one side of a horizontal adjustment unit (320) facing backward.

[0122] One side of the angle adjustment unit (340) can clamp the welding torch (200), and the other side of the angle adjustment unit (340), opposite to the one side, can be rotatably connected to the horizontal adjustment unit (320).

[0123] As a result, the angle adjustment unit (340) receives an external force and rotates around an axis that is pre-set with respect to the horizontal adjustment unit (320), thereby allowing the angle of the welding torch (200) to be adjusted, and through this, the welding torch (200) can weld a workpiece at various welding angles.

[0124] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a first guide portion (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a front guide portion (410) and a rear guide portion (420) to maintain a constant distance between the welding target and the main body portion (100) while in contact with the welding target.

[0125] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a front guide member (410) according to one embodiment of the present invention is positioned relatively further forward than a rear guide member (420) to enable rolling contact with a workpiece to be welded, and may include a front guide arm (411) and a front guide roller (412).

[0126] The front guide section (410) is positioned at the front of the driving body (110), and specifically, the front guide section (410) can be positioned relatively further forward than the welding torch (200) and the rear guide section (420).

[0127] For example, the welding torch (200) can move up and down, forward and backward, or rotate around a preset axis in the area between the front guide part (410) and the rear guide part (420).

[0128] The front guide arm (411) connects the front guide roller (412) to the driving body (110), with one end connected to one side of the driving body (110), and the other end of the front guide arm (411), opposite to the one end, can be connected to the front guide roller (412).

[0129] The front guide arm (411) can be movably connected to the front of the driving body (110). For example, the front guide arm (411) can move in at least one of the first axis direction and the second axis direction relative to the driving body (110).

[0130] As a result, the front guide arm (411) can move along the direction perpendicular to the ground or the driving direction of the driving body (110) relative to the main body (100), or the length of the front guide arm (411) can be adjusted along the direction perpendicular to the ground or the driving direction of the driving body (110), thereby allowing the position of the front guide roller (412) connected to the end of the front guide arm (411) to be adjusted.

[0131] Through this, the user can appropriately adjust the distance between the welding target and the main body (100) or the distance between the front guide part (410) and the rear guide part (420) according to the type or shape of various welding targets by appropriately adjusting the position or length of the front guide arm (411).

[0132] Referring to FIG. 1, the second axial length of the front guide arm (411) may be relatively shorter than the second axial length of the rear guide arm (421). For example, the difference between the second axial length of the rear guide arm (421) and the second axial length of the front guide arm (411) may be 8 mm or more and 10 mm or less.

[0133] As a result, the driving direction of the driving body (110) is biased toward the welding target, so even if the surface of the welding target is curved, the driving body (110) travels in a direction that gets closer to the welding target, so the first guide part (400) can continuously and stably contact the welding target.

[0134] Referring to FIG. 1, a front guide roller (412) according to one embodiment of the present invention is in rolling contact with the surface of a workpiece to be welded and can be rotatably connected to one end of a front guide arm (411).

[0135] The front guide roller (412) can be formed in the shape of a circular plate, and the front guide roller (412) can be rotatably connected to the front guide arm (411) around an axis parallel to the first axis.

[0136] Referring to FIG. 1, a rear guide member (420) according to one embodiment of the present invention is positioned relatively rearward from the front guide member (410) to enable rolling contact with the workpiece to be welded, and may include a rear guide arm (421) and a rear guide roller (422).

[0137] The rear guide section (420) is positioned at the rear of the driving body (110), and specifically, the rear guide section (420) can be positioned relatively rearward from the welding torch (200) and the front guide section (410).

[0138] For example, the welding torch (200) can move up and down, forward and backward, or rotate around a preset axis in the area between the front guide part (410) and the rear guide part (420).

[0139] The rear guide arm (421) connects the rear guide roller (422) to the driving body (110), with one end connected to one side of the driving body (110), and the other end of the rear guide arm (421), opposite to the one end, can be connected to the rear guide roller (422).

[0140] The rear guide arm (421) can be movably connected to the rear of the driving body (110). For example, the rear guide arm (421) can move in at least one of the first axis direction and the second axis direction with respect to the driving body (110).

[0141] As a result, the rear guide arm (421) can move along the direction perpendicular to the ground or the driving direction of the driving body (110) relative to the main body (100), or the rear guide arm (421) can be adjusted in length along the direction perpendicular to the ground or the driving direction of the driving body (110), thereby allowing the position of the rear guide roller (422) connected to the end of the rear guide arm (421) to be adjusted.

[0142] Through this, the user can appropriately adjust the distance between the welding object and the main body (100) or the distance between the front guide part (410) and the rear guide part (420) according to the type or shape of various welding objects by appropriately adjusting the position or length of the rear guide arm (421).

[0143] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a rear guide roller (422) according to one embodiment of the present invention is in rolling contact with the surface of a workpiece to be welded and can be rotatably connected to one end of a rear guide arm (421).

[0144] The rear guide roller (422) can be formed in the shape of a circular plate, and the rear guide roller (422) can be rotatably connected to the rear guide arm (421) around an axis parallel to the first axis.

[0145] The rear guide roller (422) may be equipped with an electromagnet capable of generating magnetic force by receiving power from an external source. As a result, by making contact between the rear guide roller (422) and the object to be welded with magnetic force, the first guide part (400) and the object to be welded can be stably contacted while the main body (100) is traveling.

[0146] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, a second guide portion (500) according to one embodiment of the present invention is fastened to a rail (R) extending along a welding object to guide the driving path of the main body portion (100), and may include a rail roller portion (510) and a fastening protrusion portion (520).

[0147] The second guide section (500) can be positioned opposite to the first guide section (400) with respect to the driving body (110).

[0148] Referring to FIG. 7, one side of the second guide part (500) can be inserted into one side of the second drive wheel (120b).

[0149] For example, a first fastening groove (120h) is formed on one side of the second guide part (500) facing the second drive wheel (120b), and the second guide part (500) can be connected to the second drive wheel (120b) by inserting the fastening protrusion (520) of the second guide part (500) into the first fastening groove (120h).

[0150] The second guide part (500) can be connected to the rail (R) and rotate around a preset axis, and the rotation center axis of the second guide part (500) may be coaxial with the rotation center axis (RAX) of the drive wheel (120).

[0151] The rotational center axis of the second guide section (500) may be coaxial with the longitudinal center axis of the drive shaft section (130).

[0152] The second guide part (500) can be fastened to the rail (R), and one side of the second guide part (500) fastened to the rail (R) is defined as the rail roller part (510), and the other side of the second guide part (500) that protrudes toward the second driving wheel (120b) from the rail roller part (510) and is inserted into the second driving wheel (120b) is defined as the fastening protrusion part (520).

[0153] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, a rail roller part (510) according to one embodiment of the present invention is fastened to a rail (R) and may include a roller shaft part (511) and a guide plate (512).

[0154] The rail roller section (510) can be positioned on the outside of the second drive wheel (120b).

[0155] The rail roller section (510) can be connected to the rail (R) and rotate around a preset axis, and the rotational center axis of the rail roller section (510) may be coaxial with the rotational center axis (RAX) of the drive wheel (120).

[0156] The rotational center axis of the rail roller section (510) may be coaxial with the longitudinal center axis of the drive shaft section (130).

[0157] The rotational center axis of the rail roller section (510) may be coaxial with the longitudinal center axis of the guide shaft (513) connecting the drive shaft section (130) and the rail roller section (510).

[0158] The rail roller section (510) can rotate integrally with the second drive wheel (120b).

[0159] As a result, when the second drive wheel (120b) rotates by receiving power from the outside, the second guide part (500) rotates integrally with the second drive wheel (120b) while the second guide part (500) is connected to the rail (R), so that the second guide part (500) can make rolling contact with the rail (R).

[0160] Through this, the frictional force between the second guide part (500) and the rail (R) can be reduced, and as a result, the main body part (100) can be driven stably and efficiently.

[0161] The roller shaft portion (511) may be formed in the shape of a column extending along the rotational center axis (RAX) of the second drive wheel (120b), for example, the roller shaft portion (511) may be formed in the shape of a cylinder extending along the rotational center axis (RAX) of the second drive wheel (120b).

[0162] The outer surface of the roller shaft portion (511) can make rolling contact with the rail (R).

[0163] Referring to FIG. 7, a fastening hole (511h) may be formed on the inner side of the roller shaft portion (511) in the shape of a hole that penetrates the rail roller portion (510) along a preset axis, and the preset axis may be coaxial with the rotation center axis (RAX) of the second drive wheel (120b).

[0164] One end of the guide shaft (513) can be inserted into the fastening hole (511h) of the roller shaft portion (511). [0165] As a result, the drive shaft section (130) and the roller shaft section (511) can be connected through the guide shaft (513), and through this, the second drive wheel (120b) connected to the drive shaft and the rail roller section (510) can be firmly connected.

[0166] The diameter of the roller shaft portion (511) may be relatively smaller than the diameter of the fastening protrusion (520), and the diameter of the roller shaft portion (511) may be relatively larger than the diameter of the driving shaft portion (130).

[0167] Referring to FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 7, a guide plate (512) according to one embodiment of the present invention is disposed on each end of the roller shaft portion (511) in the longitudinal direction and can be formed with a diameter relatively larger than the diameter of the roller shaft portion (511).

[0168] As a result, the rail (R) in contact with the outer surface of the roller shaft (511) is restricted from moving in the direction of the rotational center axis (RAX) of the second drive wheel (120b) by the guide plate (512), thereby reducing the phenomenon of the rail (R) deviating from the roller shaft (511).

[0169] Referring to FIG. 7, the diameter of the guide plate (512) may be relatively larger than the diameter of the fastening protrusion (520).

[0170] Referring to FIG. 7, a guide shaft (513) according to one embodiment of the present invention connects the main body (100) and the rail roller (510), and can be formed in the shape of a shaft extending along the rotational center axis (RAX) of the second drive wheel (120b).

[0171] One end of the guide shaft (513) can be fixed in position at one end of the drive shaft portion (130). For example, one end of the guide shaft (513) can be inserted into the second fastening groove portion (130h) of the drive shaft portion (130) and rotate integrally with the drive shaft portion (130).

[0172] The other end of the guide shaft (513), opposite to the above-mentioned first end, can be fixed in position on the rail roller part (510). For example, the other end of the guide shaft (513) can be inserted into the fastening hole (511h) of the rail roller part (510) and rotate integrally with the rail roller part (510).

[0173] The guide shaft (513) can sequentially pass through the second drive wheel (120b) and the fastening protrusion (520) to connect the drive shaft portion (130) and the rail roller portion (510).

[0174] The longitudinal center axis of the guide shaft (513) may be coaxial with the rotational center axis (RAX) of the second drive wheel (120b).

[0175] The longitudinal center axis of the guide shaft (513) may be coaxial with the rotational center axis of the rail roller part (510).

[0176] The longitudinal center axis of the guide shaft (513) may be coaxial with the rotational center axis of the drive shaft portion (130), and the longitudinal center axis of the guide shaft (513) may be coaxial with the longitudinal center axis of the drive shaft portion (130).

[0177] The diameter of the guide shaft (513) may be relatively smaller than the diameter of the drive shaft portion (130).

[0178] Accordingly, the welding carriage device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes both a first guide part (400) that contacts a workpiece and a second guide part (500) that is connected to a rail (R), thereby having the effect of continuously welding a workpiece while moving along the workpiece regardless of the presence or absence of a rail (R).
