Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an air and water supply module for stably supplying hydraulic pressure, high-pressure compressed air, and water for cleaning / noise suppression required for a rock drilling crusher mounted as an attachment of an excavator, and a rock drilling crushing device for an excavator equipped with the same. Background Technology
[0002] Various excavation operations are performed to crush and remove rock in underground spaces, narrow vertical shafts, and bridge excavation sites. Conventional rock crushing methods mainly used were blasting using explosives or impact crushing by attaching a hydraulic breaker to the end of an excavator boom.
[0003] However, explosive blasting methods are almost impossible to use in urban areas or near residential sites due to legal regulations and complaints arising from tremendous vibration, noise, and flying rocks. In addition, hydraulic breaker methods also had the disadvantage of adversely affecting the safety of surrounding structures and increasing worker fatigue due to continuous strong impact sounds and high-frequency vibrations.
[0004] To overcome these drawbacks, vibration-free and low-noise rock drilling and crushing devices have recently been widely developed and applied. These devices precisely and quietly fracture the rock by drilling a hole in the rock with a drill bit, inserting a wedge from a hydraulic splitter (or wedge unit) into the drilled hole, and then hydraulically expanding (splitting) it.
[0005] A rock drilling and crushing device requires compressed air to cool the drilling tip and discharge flying dust (drilling sludge) when drilling rock. In addition, pressurized water must be supplied simultaneously to suppress flying dust, clean, and reduce noise. In existing rock drilling and crushing systems, a separate large external compressor vehicle or external equipment was placed at the work site to supply high-pressure air, and a long high-pressure hose was extended and connected to the excavator.
[0006] However, this existing method of connecting external facilities causes the following significant problems.
[0007] First, since separate external compressor equipment must be placed on-site, the usability of the site space is severely reduced, mobility is limited, and work preparation and setup times are extended.
[0008] Second, as long supply hoses are left on the work site floor, they can be run over and damaged by excavator tracks or cause safety hazards for workers, and drilling efficiency is reduced due to pressure loss within the hose.
[0009] Third, if an external compressor module is indiscriminately mounted on the upper part of the excavator body, it not only severely obstructs the driver's forward and side view, causing safety accidents, but also protrudes outward from the main body during rotation (slewing), increasing the risk of collision with structures and disrupting the center of gravity of the equipment, thereby compromising the safety of the equipment.
[0010] Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a new type of air and water supply module and an integrated rock drilling and crushing device that can efficiently utilize the unused maintenance space of the excavator body, integrate a compact pneumatic / hydraulic supply system with a hydraulic oil drive method to ensure a perfect working view, and dramatically improve on-site mobility.
[0011] Prior art related to a rock drilling device is disclosed in Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2404517. The problem to be solved
[0012] The present invention was devised to solve the problems of the aforementioned prior art, and the technical problem that the present invention aims to achieve is as follows.
[0013] First, the invention provides an air and water supply module for rock drilling and crushing that fits perfectly within the rotational outer diameter of the excavator without obstructing the excavator operator's forward and lateral working view. This is achieved by configuring the lower water tank casing and the upper frame into an integrated L-shaped structure so as to be precisely shape-matched to the L-shaped step of the maintenance space (tool box space and maintenance access area) located to the front right of the operator's seat on the upper frame of the excavator body.
[0014] Second, the invention provides an air and water supply module for rock drilling and crushing that can smoothly supply high-pressure air and water as an integrated unit of the excavator without the need for a separate external engine or compressor equipment by configuring a hydraulic / pneumatic / hydro-pressure integrated circuit to drive a hydraulic motor by receiving a hydraulic source from the excavator itself and driving an air compressor and a water pump in conjunction with it.
[0015] Third, the invention provides a rock drilling and crushing device for an excavator that efficiently arranges a main guide frame, a drilling module, and a rock splitting module in a rock drilling and crushing device combined with an excavator attachment, and maximizes drilling chip discharge, dust suppression, and water cooling efficiency by supplying air and water from an air and water supply module for rock drilling and crushing. means of solving the problem
[0016] To solve the above problem, an air and water supply module for rock drilling and crushing according to one embodiment of the present invention is an air and water supply module that is shaped-fit assembled in a maintenance space located on one side of the driver's seat of an excavator body, with the top open and the bottom forming a step that is concave inward; it comprises: a lower water tank casing inserted and disposed in the lower concave space of the maintenance space and having water stored inside; an upper frame having a rectangular frame structure that extends from one side of the upper surface of the lower water tank casing and the upper region of the maintenance space; an air compressor mounted within the upper frame that receives hydraulic pressure from the excavator hydraulic line and compresses and supplies air; and a water pump provided inside or on one side of the lower water tank casing to pressurize and discharge the water. The combined body of the lower water tank casing and the upper frame is shaped-fit assembled in the maintenance space by forming a stepped step structure based on a side cross-section and is accommodated within the outermost rotation radius of the excavator body.
[0017] The upper frame may further include a hydraulic motor connected to the hydraulic line of the excavator to transmit rotational power to the air compressor; and an oil separation / pressure tank that separates oil from the mixture of air and oil compressed in the air compressor and discharges high-pressure compressed air.
[0018] In order to circulate and cool the oil separated from the oil separation / pressure tank, a radiator and a cooling fan driven by the hydraulic motor may be integrally mounted on the upper frame.
[0019] The L-shaped height formed by the combination of the lower water tank casing and the upper frame can be set below a height limit line that does not obstruct the front right and side blind spot viewing angles of the driver inside the driver's seat.
[0020] The above water pump operates by receiving high-pressure compressed air generated by the air compressor or rotational force from the hydraulic motor, and pressurizes the water in the lower water tank casing and supplies it to the rock drilling crusher for the excavator.
[0021] A rock drilling and crushing device for an excavator according to one embodiment of the present invention is a rock drilling and crushing device for an excavator equipped with an air and water supply module, comprising: a main bracket coupled to the end of the arm of the excavator; a main guide frame coupled vertically to the lower part of the main bracket and rotatably coupled to the main bracket; a position switching module coupled to the main guide frame; a center support shaft coupled to one side of the position switching module and supported by being seated on the rock; a position switching slider module that moves up and down along the position switching module; and a drilling module provided with a vertical length at the lower part of the position switching slider module, which drills and crushes the rock while receiving compressed air and water from the rock drilling and crushing air and water supply module. It includes a rock splitting module that is positioned 180 degrees opposite to the drilling module based on the center support axis and is inserted into a hole drilled by the drilling module by driving a rock splitting module driving unit to expand and crush the rock, and is characterized in that compressed air and water are transported from the air and water supply module during the drilling operation of the drilling module to prevent sludge discharge and dust scattering inside the drilled hole.
[0022] The above-mentioned perforation module includes a perforation bit at the bottom, and a central flow path is formed inside the perforation module through which compressed air and water introduced from the air and water supply module reach, so that a mixture of air and water can be ejected to the end of the perforation bit.
[0023] The above position switching slider module may further include a hydraulic locking pin mechanism that locks the operation when either the drilling module or the splitting module reaches the drilling position.
[0024] The above rock-breaking module includes a central wedge that moves up and down by driving the rock-breaking module driving unit, and a plurality of side split wedges divided and provided around the circumference of the central wedge, and as the stroke advances of the central wedge, the plurality of side split wedges expand outward in the circumferential direction to generate horizontal rock-breaking force.
[0025] A rock drilling and crushing system for an excavator according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an excavator body; an air and water supply module for rock drilling and crushing mounted within a maintenance space of the excavator body; a rock drilling and crushing device for an excavator mounted on an excavator arm of the excavator body; and a main control unit installed in a driver's seat inside the excavator body to integrally control the operation of the air and water supply module for rock drilling and crushing and the rock drilling and crushing device for an excavator. Effects of the invention
[0026] The air and water supply module for rock drilling and crushing according to the present invention and the rock drilling and crushing device for an excavator equipped with the same provide the following useful effects.
[0027] First, by assembling an air and water supply module for rock drilling and crushing with an L-shaped / stepped structure that perfectly fits the three-dimensional shape of the maintenance space to the right of the driver's seat, which is an unused space of the excavator body, interference with the right and forward view from the driver's seat is completely eliminated, thereby maximizing driving safety.
[0028] Second, since the entire module is accommodated within the rotation radius of the excavator body, smooth 360-degree rotation is possible without the risk of collision with surrounding walls or structures, even in confined workspaces such as urban areas or tunnels.
[0029] Third, by utilizing the hydraulic power source of the excavator body to control the air compressor, hydraulic motor, water pump, and radiator cooling fan in an integrated manner, there is no need to deploy a separate external compressor vehicle, and on-site setup time and costs can be drastically reduced.
[0030] Fourth, the compressed air and water supplied during the drilling operation can immediately suppress the flying dust from the drilling, minimize flying dust and noise, and significantly improve the durability of the drilling bit tip and the rock splitting wedge. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0032] The configuration and operation of a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
[0033] FIG. 1 is an overall side view of a rock drilling crusher for an excavator according to an embodiment of the present invention mounted on an excavator, in a state where the air and water supply module (200), described later, is not assembled. Referring to FIG. 1, the upper rotating body of the excavator body (110) includes a driver's seat on the left and a maintenance space (120, tool box and hydraulic control valve maintenance area) on the right front. A lower driving body (130) for track travel is positioned at the bottom, and a rock drilling crusher for an excavator (300, attachment) is mounted on the end of an arm (140) extending forward from the excavator body (110) to form the entire system of the rock drilling crusher for an excavator. In FIG. 1, the concave and deep L-shaped spatial arrangement of the maintenance space (120) before the air and water supply module (200) is installed is clearly visible, and this is linked to the side outer line of the upper rotating body and the driver's seat viewing angle line.
[0034] FIG. 2 is an overall side view of a rock drilling and crushing device for an excavator in which an air and water supply module (200) is assembled in a shape-fit manner in the maintenance space (120) of the excavator body (110) shown in FIG. 1. Referring to FIG. 2, it can be seen that the air and water supply module (200) is fully coupled within the maintenance space (120). The lower water tank casing (210) of the air and water supply module (200) is seated deep into the lower concave area of the maintenance space (120), and the upper frame (220) is positioned to fit the upper open area of the maintenance space to form a perfect stepped L-shaped shape-fit structure. The above air and water supply module (200) can be mounted in the maintenance space (120) of the excavator body (110) by installing a support frame (211) on the floor surface of the maintenance space (120) of the excavator body (110), mounting the air and water supply module (200) on the support frame (211), and fixing the air and water supply module (200) firmly onto the support frame (211) on the floor of the maintenance space (120) by means of fastening means or welding.
[0035] The L-shaped height formed by the combination of the lower tank casing (210) and the upper frame (220) is set below a height limit line that does not obstruct the front right and side blind spot viewing angles of the driver inside the driver's seat.
[0036] Through this, the entire air and water supply module (200) is accommodated within the outermost rotation radius of the excavator body (110), so that collision with surrounding obstacles can be prevented during 360-degree rotation, and a right forward field of view can be secured without obstruction from inside the driver's seat.
[0037] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of an air and water supply module for rock drilling and crushing according to one embodiment of the present invention. The air and water supply module (200) is divided into a lower water tank casing (210, water tank) and an upper frame (220) to form an L-shaped vertical stepped assembly.
[0038] The lower water tank casing (210) is a narrow, vertically deep rectangular structure that forms a lower water tank space and fills and stores water (water) inside.
[0039] The upper frame (220) is a square dustproof cage structure that protects internal equipment from external impact, and a hydraulic motor (230) that rotates with excavator hydraulics, an air compressor (240) that compresses air to high pressure, an oil separation / pressure tank (250) that separates oil from compressed air, and a radiator and cooling fan (260) for cooling oil and hydraulic fluid are integrated inside. Additionally, a water pump (270) and a solenoid control valve (280) are positioned at the bottom of the upper frame or on one side of the lower water tank casing (210) to pressurize and discharge water inside the lower water tank casing (210) to high pressure and actively control the flow rate of the hydraulic / pneumatic system.
[0040] FIG. 4 is a front view of a rock drilling crusher (300) for an excavator according to one embodiment of the present invention. The rock drilling crusher (300) has a main bracket (310) connected to an excavator arm (140) and a main guide frame (320) which is vertically connected to the lower part of the main bracket (310) and rotatably connected to the main bracket (310) as a basic frame.
[0041] A position switching module (330) is coupled to the main guide frame (320), and a center support shaft (340) is coupled to one side of the position switching module (330). The center support shaft (340) is supported by being seated on the bedrock and is located in the center between the drilling module (360) and the rock splitting module (380). The rotation center of the main guide frame (320) and the rotation center of the center support shaft (340) are located on the same vertical line. Therefore, when the main guide frame (320) rotates laterally around the vertical axis at 180-degree intervals, the drilling module (360) and the rock splitting module (380) rotate together at 180-degree intervals. After a hole is drilled in the rock mass by the drilling module (360), the rock splitting module (380) is rotated and moved to the position where the drilling module (360) was located, and then inserted into the drilling hole to expand the drilling hole to both sides and separate the rock mass.
[0042] The above rock drilling crusher (300) further includes a position switching slider module (350) that moves up and down along the position switching module (330). The position switching slider module (350) functions to precisely alternately switch the drilling module (360) and the rock splitting module (380) by rotating them in the lateral direction at 180-degree intervals with the center support shaft (340) as the center of rotation. The position switching slider module (350) may further include a hydraulic locking pin mechanism that fixes the operation when either the drilling module (360) or the rock splitting module (380) reaches the drilling position.
[0043] The above drilling module (360) is provided with a vertical length at the bottom of the position change slider module (350) and receives compressed air and water from the above rock drilling and crushing air and water supply module (200) and functions to drill and crush the rock.
[0044] The above rock splitting module (380) is provided at a position 180 degrees opposite to the drilling module (360) with respect to the center support axis (340), and is inserted into a hole drilled by the drilling module (360) by driving the rock splitting module driving unit (370) to expand and crush the rock.
[0045] When the drilling operation of the above drilling module (330) is performed, compressed air and water are transported from the air and water supply module (200) to prevent the discharge of sludge and dust scattering inside the drilled hole.
[0046] FIG. 5 is a hydraulic, pneumatic, and hydrostatic integrated circuit diagram of an air and water supply module according to the present invention.
[0047] To explain the hydraulic drive circuit, the hydraulic input (P) supplied from the excavator's main hydraulic line is supplied through the hydraulic input line (500) to rotate the hydraulic motor (230), and then returns through the hydraulic return line (T) and the hydraulic filter (580).
[0048] To explain the pneumatic compression circuit, an air compressor (240, screw compressor) directly connected to the shaft of a hydraulic motor (230) sucks in and compresses external air, and passes through a check valve (530) to flow into an air storage tank (540, air tank). The air storage tank (540) is equipped with a drain valve (541), a pressure gauge (550), and a safety valve (560), and the discharged compressed air passes through an air filter / dryer (570) and a drain (571) and is discharged along a high-pressure air output line to an excavator attachment.
[0049] To explain the hydraulic supply circuit, a water pump (270, submerged / hydraulic driven) driven by a hydraulic or pneumatic branch line sucks water from a water tank (600) and pressurizes it, and supplies water for washing and dust suppression to the tip of the attachment drilling bit through a water output valve (215).
[0050] FIG. 6 is a front view of the center support shaft of a rock drilling crusher for an excavator according to the present invention, showing (a) a lowered state and (b) a raised state.
[0051] A center support shaft (340) located at the lower center of the rock drilling crusher (300) for an excavator is provided to be able to move up and down by hydraulic pressure so that the rock drilling crusher (300) for an excavator can be seated on the rock and fixedly supported.
[0052] The left side (drilling side operating part) of the rock drilling crusher (300) for an excavator has a structure in which the drilling module (360) can be raised and lowered by a position change slider module (350). A central flow path is formed inside the drilling module (360) in the shape of a drill rod, and by simultaneously ejecting the received compressed air and water to the tip of the bit, drilling chip flushing and cooling are performed.
[0053] The right side (rock-breaking side operating part) of the rock drilling crusher (300) for the excavator has a structure in which the rock-breaking module (380) can be raised and lowered by a position-changing slider module (350). The rock-breaking module (380) is composed of a central wedge (381) and a plurality of side-dividing wedges (382) divided into two sides, and as the central wedge (381) moves downward with a stroke, the plurality of side-dividing wedges (382) are deployed horizontally outward, thereby delivering a large-capacity expanding force of thousands of tons to the inner wall of the drilling hole to separate the rock.
[0054] FIG. 7 is a front view illustrating the first operating state of a rock drilling and crushing machine for an excavator according to the present invention, in which the drilling module is lowered and air and water are supplied to drill and crush the rock.
[0055] Referring to FIG. 7, in the first step (drilling process), the position switching slider module (350) sets the drilling module (360) on a vertical work line. As the position switching slider module (350) and the drilling module (360) descend along the main guide frame (320), they form a drilling hole into the rock, and at this time, high-pressure air and water are continuously supplied from the air and water supply module (200) to blow out the sludge in real time and prevent dust from scattering.
[0056] FIG. 8 is a front view illustrating a second operating state (position switching and rock breaking module alignment state) of a rock drilling crusher (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0057] In the second stage (position switching process), after the drilling is completed, the drilling module (360) rises and returns to the upper part of the main guide frame (320). Subsequently, the position switching slider module (350) slides horizontally left and right by a hydraulic cylinder to accurately vertically align the splitting module (380) on the coaxial line directly above the drilled hole.
[0058] FIG. 9 is a front view illustrating the third operating state (rock splitting module lowering and rock expansion crushing state) of a rock drilling crusher according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0059] In the third stage (rock splitting process), the rock splitting module (380) descends and inserts the side splitting wedge (382), which is in a pre-expansion state, deep into the drilled hole. Subsequently, the hydraulic cylinder of the rock splitting module (380) is driven to advance the central wedge (381) downward, thereby splitting multiple side splitting wedges (382) outwardly, and generating strong cracks from within the rock to complete the precise splitting of the rock without vibration and with low noise.
[0060] Meanwhile, a rock drilling and crushing system (100) for an excavator according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises an excavator body (110), an air and water supply module (200) for rock drilling and crushing described above mounted in a maintenance space of the excavator body, a rock drilling and crushing device (300) for an excavator described above mounted on an excavator arm (140) of the excavator body (110), and a main control unit installed in the driver's seat inside the excavator body to integrally control the operation of the air and water supply module (200) for rock drilling and crushing and the rock drilling and crushing device (300) for an excavator.
[0061] As explained above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and obvious modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention as claimed in the claims, and such modifications fall within the scope of the present invention.
