Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a bracket assembly for fixing a washbasin bowl with a multi-stage locking insert type, and more specifically, to a bracket assembly in which a pair of connecting rails of a support bracket are inserted into a pair of guide grooves of a fixing bracket that is coupled to the bottom surface of a washbasin countertop, one of a plurality of supporting locking tabs arranged on the connecting rails engages with a fixing locking tab of the fixing bracket, and an extension extending outwardly from the support bracket supports the bead portion of the washbasin bowl from below, thereby fixing the washbasin bowl to the washbasin countertop. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a washbasin is a sanitary fixture installed on the countertop of a bathroom or restroom to hold and drain water used for washing one's face or hands.

[0003] The washbasin can be seated on the upper side of the washbasin countertop or attached to the lower surface of the washbasin countertop; among these, the undermount type washbasin is installed on the lower surface of the washbasin countertop so that the upper opening of the washbasin is exposed through a perforation in the washbasin countertop.

[0004] In this washbasin, a bead portion provided around the upper opening is placed on the lower side of the washbasin top plate, and a plurality of brackets arranged around the perimeter of the washbasin support the bead portion from below, thereby supporting the load of the washbasin.

[0005] Since the position where the bead is placed may vary depending on the size and shape of the washbasin, and positional differences between the washbasin and the bracket may occur during the installation process, it is required to move each bracket to align with the lower side of the bead and fix it in place at the position supporting the washbasin.

[0006] As prior art related to this, Korean Published Patent No. 10-2004-0045389 discloses a 'bracket for fixing a washbasin'.

[0007] The prior art provides a pair of fixing members fixed to a wall and a supporting member protruding forward from the fixing members to support the washbasin, and supports the load of the washbasin using reinforcing ribs that reinforce the connection part between the fixing members and the supporting member.

[0008] In addition, a technology is also presented in which the length of the support member can be changed to fit the size of the washbasin by providing an insertion piece and a receiving space in the support member to fit them together, or by combining a detachable member with a fixing member.

[0009] However, the prior art relates to supporting a washbasin by placing it on a support member of a bracket fixed to a wall and changing the length of the bracket to fit the size of the washbasin, and differs from a structure in which a separate support bracket is inserted into a bracket fixed to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate to support the bead portion of the washbasin bowl from below.

[0010] In addition, the invention does not present a technology that adjusts the position supporting the bead portion by sequentially passing through multiple locking positions according to the insertion of the support bracket, and restricts deviation in the opposite direction from the selected position.

[0011] In particular, for undermount type washbasins, the washbasin must be placed in the installation position on the underside of the washbasin countertop and each of the multiple brackets arranged around it must be operated, so the installation space is limited and there are restrictions on the working posture.

[0012] In this environment, the process of repeatedly tightening screws or adjusting the degree of tightening to align the support position of each bracket with the bead increases construction time and causes the problem of having to repeat the same operation for multiple brackets.

[0013] In addition, not only must the support position be adjustable to match the size of the washbasin or the position of the bead, but the detachment of the bracket must be restricted at the adjusted position, and the two spaced-apart sides must move in an aligned state to support the load of the washbasin.

[0014] Therefore, there is a need to develop a novel and advanced technology that can stepwise adjust the position supporting the bead portion of the washbasin bowl by inserting a separate support bracket into a bracket fixed to the underside of the washbasin countertop, restrict the detachment of the support bracket at the adjusted position, and allow both sides of the support bracket to move in an aligned state to support the load of the washbasin bowl. Prior art literature

[0015] Korean Published Patent No. 10-2004-0045389 The problem to be solved

[0016] The present invention was devised to overcome the problems of the above technology, and its main purpose is to provide a bracket assembly that inserts a pair of connecting rails of a support bracket into a pair of guide grooves of a fixing bracket coupled to the bottom surface of a washbasin top plate, and engages one of a plurality of support catches with a fixing catch while allowing an extension part to support the bead portion of the washbasin bowl from below, thereby allowing the support position of the washbasin bowl to be adjusted stepwise without separate screw operation and restricting the detachment of the support bracket at that position.

[0017] Another objective of the present invention is to form an opening penetrating in the thickness direction of the anti-detachment wall and to position a fixed catch tab adjacent to the edge of the opening in the direction of detachment, thereby providing the necessary elastic displacement to the area where the fixed catch tab is formed as the supporting catch tab passes over the fixed catch tab.

[0018] Another objective of the present invention is to connect both longitudinal ends of a connecting portion to a pair of connecting rails, respectively, and close the longitudinal outer sides of a plurality of hollow portions, thereby transmitting force between opposite ends of the two connecting rails while maintaining the material saving effect of the hollow portions, so that the support bracket moves as a single unit. means of solving the problem

[0019] To achieve the above objective, the multi-stage locking insert type sink bowl fixing bracket assembly according to the present invention supports the bead portion of the sink bowl and fixes the sink bowl to the sink countertop, and comprises: a base plate coupled to the bottom surface of the sink countertop; a pair of end walls each extending from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the base plate toward a side spaced apart from the base plate; a pair of anti-detachment walls extending spaced apart from the outer side of each of the end walls; a guide groove each formed between the end walls and the anti-detachment walls; and a fixing bracket having a fixing hook protruding from the surface of each of the anti-detachment walls toward the guide groove. The support bracket comprises: a support plate disposed on one side in the width direction of the fixed bracket; an extension portion extending from the support plate to the outer side in the width direction to support the bead portion of the wash bowl; a pair of connecting rails each extending from both ends in the length direction of the support plate and inserted into the guide grooves; a plurality of supporting hooks arranged along the extension direction of the guide grooves on the outer surface of each connecting rail, each hooking onto a fixed hook; and a connecting portion connecting the opposite end of the end to which the support plate is connected among the pair of connecting rails.

[0020] In addition, the above anti-detachment wall is characterized in that one end is connected to the base plate and the other end forms a free end, and the fixing catch is characterized in that an inclined surface is formed on the side facing the base plate in the insertion direction of the guide groove extension direction and a catch surface is formed on the side facing the detachment direction opposite to the insertion direction, so that while the coupling rail moves in the insertion direction, the plurality of supporting catches sequentially push the inclined surface, thereby causing the anti-detachment wall to elastically deform.

[0021] In addition, the above-mentioned anti-detachment wall is characterized by having an opening formed through it in the thickness direction of the above-mentioned anti-detachment wall, and the above-mentioned fixing tab is positioned adjacent to the edge of the opening on the side facing the detachment direction. Effects of the invention

[0022] According to the multi-stage locking insert type sink bowl fixing bracket assembly according to the present invention,

[0023] 1) When the connecting rail of the support bracket is inserted along the guide groove of the fixing bracket attached to the bottom surface of the washbasin countertop, multiple support catches pass sequentially over the fixing catches, and at the position where the extension supports the bead portion of the washbasin bowl, one of the support catches engages with the fixing catches; thus, it has the advantage of gradually adjusting the support position of the washbasin bowl by simply inserting the support bracket without separate screw operation and restricting the detachment of the support bracket at that position,

[0024] 2) By an opening penetrating the anti-dislodgement wall in the thickness direction, the width of the wall adjacent to the fixed catch is reduced, and since the fixed catch is positioned adjacent to the edge of the opening in the dislodgement direction, the elastic displacement required for the passage of the support catch is concentrated at the area where the fixed catch is formed, and

[0025] 3) By providing a plurality of support ribs on the bottom surface of the support plate and connecting one of the support ribs in the width direction to the bottom surface of the area where the extension and the support plate are connected, the load of the washbasin is directly reinforced in the area where the load is transferred from the extension to the support plate, thereby having the effect of suppressing the sagging of the extension and the bending of the support plate. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0027] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings. The attached drawings are not drawn to scale, and the same reference numerals in each drawing refer to the same components.

[0028] FIG. 1 is a front cross-sectional view showing the bracket assembly of the present invention coupled to a washbasin bowl and a washbasin countertop, and FIG. 2 is a bottom view showing a plurality of bracket assemblies of the present invention arranged along the circumference of a washbasin bowl.

[0029] FIG. 1 is a front cross-sectional view showing the bracket assembly of the present invention coupled to a washbasin bowl and a washbasin countertop, and FIG. 2 is a bottom view showing a plurality of bracket assemblies of the present invention arranged along the circumference of a washbasin bowl.

[0030] The multi-stage locking insert type sink bowl fixing bracket assembly of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as the 'bracket assembly') provides a function of supporting the bead portion (11) of the sink bowl (10) from below by inserting a support bracket (200) that supports the sink bowl (10) into a fixing bracket (100) that is coupled to the bottom surface of the sink bowl top plate (20), and by causing one of the plurality of support locking projections (221) provided in the support bracket (200) to be caught on the fixing locking projection (170) of the fixing bracket (100).

[0031] Generally, when installing a washbasin on the underside of a washbasin countertop, multiple brackets are placed around the perimeter of the washbasin and fastened so that each bracket supports the washbasin. In a structure where the support position of the brackets is adjusted by tightening screws, the installer is required to adjust the position supporting the washbasin while tightening each screw.

[0032] The bracket assembly of the present invention utilizes the interlocking relationship between the fixed bracket (100) and the support bracket (200) instead of position adjustment by tightening screws. A plurality of support interlocking projections (221) are arranged along the insertion direction on the support bracket (200), and a plurality of interlocking positions of the support bracket (200) are determined according to the position where any one of the plurality of support interlocking projections (221) engages with the fixed interlocking projection (170). The installer can insert the support bracket (200) into the fixed bracket (100) and move it to an interlocking position that supports the bead portion (11) of the washbasin (10), and then engage the support interlocking projection (221) at that position with the fixed interlocking projection (170) to restrict the detachment of the support bracket (200).

[0033] The washbasin top plate (20) is a plate on which a washbasin bowl (10) is installed, and a perforation (21) communicating with the upper opening of the washbasin bowl (10) is formed through in the thickness direction. The perforation (21) is formed to a predetermined size such that the upper opening of the washbasin bowl (10) is exposed to the upper side of the washbasin top plate (20), and the bead portion (11) overlaps with the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20) on the outer side of the perimeter of the perforation (21). The washbasin bowl (10) is located on the bottom side of the washbasin top plate (20) at the lower side of the perforation (21), and the internal space is opened to the upper side of the washbasin top plate (20) through the upper opening of the washbasin bowl (10).

[0034] The washbasin top (20) can be made of wood, artificial marble, ceramic, and natural stone.

[0035] The washbasin (10) has an internal space for holding water and an opening that is open to the upper side, and a bead portion (11) that protrudes outwardly is formed on the upper circumference. The bead portion (11) extends along the upper circumference of the washbasin (10) and forms a shape that protrudes outward from the outer edge of the washbasin (10).

[0036] Specifically, the bead portion (11) protrudes outward from the upper circumference of the washbasin bowl (10) and provides a lower surface that extends outward from the main body of the washbasin bowl (10). When the washbasin bowl (10) is positioned on the lower side of the washbasin top plate (20), the upper side of the bead portion (11) faces the lower side of the washbasin top plate (20) located around the circumference of the perforation portion (21), and the lower side of the bead portion (11) forms a surface on which the bracket assembly directly supports the washbasin bowl (10). Through this positional relationship between the upper and lower sides, the bead portion (11) transmits the load of the washbasin bowl (10) to the bracket assembly positioned on the lower side.

[0037] The bead portion (11) is a part provided on the washbasin (10) that the bracket assembly of the present invention uses to support the washbasin (10), and is not based on the premise that a separate locking groove or bracket fastening hole is formed. That is, since the bracket assembly enters the lower side of the bead portion (11) and directly supports the bead portion (11), it is possible to support the washbasin (10) without adding a separate locking groove or fastening hole for bracket fastening to the washbasin (10).

[0038] Referring to FIG. 1, the washbasin (10) is located on the bottom side of the washbasin top plate (20), and the bracket assembly is positioned in the perimeter area adjacent to the bottom side of the washbasin top plate (20) and the bead portion (11) of the washbasin (10). The fixed bracket (100) is coupled to the bottom side of the washbasin top plate (20), and the support bracket (200) supports the lower side of the bead portion (11) while inserted into the fixed bracket (100). Accordingly, the load of the washbasin (10) is transferred from the bead portion (11) to the support bracket (200), and then transferred to the washbasin top plate (20) via the fixed bracket (100) coupled with the support bracket (200).

[0039] The fixing bracket (100) can be fixed to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20) using adhesive. In particular, for a washbasin top plate (20) made of ceramic or natural stone, damage caused by perforation of the top plate can be prevented by installing the fixing bracket (100) by adhering it to the bottom surface without machining holes for screw fastening. However, the connection between the fixing bracket (100) and the washbasin top plate (20) is not limited to adhesive.

[0040] Referring to FIG. 2, a plurality of bracket assemblies are spaced apart from each other along the circumference of the washbasin (10), and each bracket assembly supports different positions of the bead portion (11) from below. By distributing multiple support points around the circumference of the washbasin (10) in this way, the load of the washbasin (10) is reduced from being concentrated at a specific point, and the circumference of the washbasin (10) can be supported at multiple positions.

[0041] In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 2, a total of 10 bracket assemblies are arranged along the circumference of the washbasin (10). Specifically, two bracket assemblies are spaced apart from each other on the upper and lower sides, respectively, and three bracket assemblies are spaced apart from each other on the left and right sides, respectively. However, FIG. 2 shows one example of arranging multiple bracket assemblies around the circumference of the washbasin (10), and the number of bracket assemblies and the spacing between them may vary depending on the size and shape of the washbasin (10).

[0042] When installing a washbasin (10) using a bracket assembly, first, a plurality of fixing brackets (100) are each fixed to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20) along the perimeter of the location where the washbasin (10) is to be installed. Afterward, the washbasin (10) is lifted toward the bottom side of the washbasin top plate (20) and positioned so that the upper opening communicates with the perforation (21). In this state, a support bracket (200) is inserted into each fixing bracket (100), and the support bracket (200) is moved to a position that supports the lower surface of the bead portion (11) and then hooked onto the fixing bracket (100). By performing this operation sequentially for a plurality of bracket assemblies, the bead portion (11) is supported at multiple positions, and the washbasin (10) can be maintained in a fixed state on the bottom side of the washbasin top plate (20).

[0043] Hereinafter, the parts and functions of the bracket assembly of the present invention are described with reference to the attached drawings.

[0044] FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the fixed bracket and the support bracket of the bracket assembly of the present invention separated.

[0045] As can be seen from FIG. 3, the bracket assembly of the present invention is based on including a fixed bracket (100) that is coupled to the bottom surface of a washbasin top plate (20) and a supporting bracket (200) that is inserted into the fixed bracket (100) and supports the bead portion (11) of the washbasin bowl (10) from below. In other words, the fixed bracket (100) and the supporting bracket (200), which are separated from each other, are combined to form a single bracket assembly.

[0046] The fixed bracket (100) is fixed to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20) and provides a portion into which the support bracket (200) is inserted. The support bracket (200) is inserted into the fixed bracket (100) and moves to a position that supports the bead portion (11) of the washbasin bowl (10) and directly supports the load of the washbasin bowl (10).

[0047] First, regarding the definition of terms related to direction in the present invention, the longitudinal direction refers to the direction in which a pair of end walls (140) are spaced apart from each other along the base plate (110) of the fixed bracket (100). With respect to the support bracket (200), the direction in which a pair of connecting rails (220) are spaced apart from each other forms a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction.

[0048] Additionally, the width direction is a direction that extends along the base plate (110) while being perpendicular to the length direction, and refers to the direction in which a pair of side walls (120) of the fixing bracket (100) are spaced apart from each other. With respect to the support bracket (200), the support plate (210) extends along the width direction.

[0049] Furthermore, the height direction is a direction perpendicular to the length direction and the width direction, respectively, and signifies the direction in which the side wall (120), end wall (140), and anti-detachment wall (150) extend from the base plate (110). When the bracket assembly is installed on the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20), the base plate (110) is coupled to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20), and the side wall (120), end wall (140), and anti-detachment wall (150) extend from the base plate (110) toward the side away from the washbasin top plate (20).

[0050] Meanwhile, the insertion direction refers to the direction in which a pair of connecting rails (220) of the support bracket (200) move toward the base plate (110) along a pair of guide grooves (160) of the fixed bracket (100), and the exit direction refers to the opposite direction of the insertion direction.

[0051] When the support bracket (200) moves in the insertion direction, the positions at which it can be caught on the fixed catch (170) are sequentially determined according to the spacing of the plurality of support catches (221) provided on the coupling rail (220), so that the support bracket (200) can be coupled to the fixed bracket (100) at any one of the plurality of catch positions.

[0052] FIG. 4 is a perspective view illustrating the detailed structure of the fixing bracket of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a partial enlarged view illustrating the end wall, anti-detachment wall, guide groove, fixing hook, and opening formed in the fixing bracket of FIG. 4.

[0053] The fixing bracket (100) of the present invention is fixed to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20) to provide a path into which the coupling rail (220) of the support bracket (200) is inserted, and provides the function of transmitting the load of the washbasin bowl (10) transmitted through the support bracket (200) to the washbasin top plate (20). The fixing bracket (100) includes a base plate (110), a pair of side walls (120), a plurality of reinforcing ribs (130), a pair of end walls (140), a pair of anti-detachment walls (150), a pair of guide grooves (160), and a pair of fixing hooks (170).

[0054] Referring to FIG. 4, the base plate (110) is a type of plate-like body that forms the bottom of the fixed bracket (100) and is coupled to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20).

[0055] The base plate (110) extends in the longitudinal direction and provides a surface that contacts the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20). On the opposite side of the base plate (110), a pair of side walls (120) extend spaced apart from each other in the width direction, and a pair of end walls (140) extend at each end in the longitudinal direction.

[0056] The base plate (110) can be fixed to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20) using an adhesive. For example, it is possible to bond one side of the base plate (110) to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20) by interposing a silicone-based adhesive or an epoxy-based adhesive between the base plate (110) and the washbasin top plate (20).

[0057] In particular, if a fixing bracket (100) is attached to a washbasin top plate (20) made of ceramic or natural stone, it is not necessary to separately machine a hole for screw fastening in the washbasin top plate (20), thus preventing damage to the top plate during the drilling process. However, the connection between the fixing bracket (100) and the washbasin top plate (20) is not limited to adhesion, and depending on the material of the washbasin top plate (20) and the installation conditions, it is also possible to fix the base plate (110) to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20) using screws.

[0058] As the base plate (110) is coupled to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20), the load of the washbasin bowl (10) transferred from the support bracket (200) to the fixing bracket (100) is transferred to the washbasin top plate (20) through the base plate (110). Additionally, since the fixing bracket (100) is located on the lower side of the washbasin top plate (20), it is possible to prevent the bracket assembly from being exposed to the upper side of the washbasin top plate (20) while the washbasin bowl (10) is installed.

[0059] The side walls (120) are walls that extend from both sides of the base plate (110) in the width direction toward the side spaced apart from the base plate (110), and a pair are arranged to face each other while extending along the length direction.

[0060] Multiple reinforcing ribs (130) connect a pair of side walls (120) to provide a function of suppressing deformation of the side walls (120).

[0061] Each reinforcing rib (130) connects a pair of side walls (120) in the width direction, and multiple reinforcing ribs (130) are spaced apart from each other along the length direction. This helps to suppress deformation in which a pair of side walls (120) spread out in the width direction or bend inward, and helps maintain the shape of the side walls (120) when a load is transmitted to the fixing bracket (100).

[0062] Additionally, multiple reinforcing ribs (130) connect a pair of side walls (120) at separate locations without filling the entire area between the side walls (120) with material. Thus, it is possible to reinforce the space between the pair of side walls (120) and suppress deformation such as twisting or bending of the side walls (120) while reducing the increase in material usage and weight of the fixing bracket (100).

[0063] The end walls (140) are walls that extend from each end of the base plate (110) in the longitudinal direction toward the side spaced apart from the base plate (110).

[0064] A pair of end walls (140) are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction, and a detachment prevention wall (150) is spaced apart from each end wall (140) on the outer side in the longitudinal direction. One end of the detachment prevention wall (150) is connected to the base plate (110), and the other end on the opposite side forms a free end and extends parallel to the end wall (140).

[0065] A guide groove (160) is formed between the spaced-apart end wall (140) and the anti-detachment wall (150) and provides a path for the connecting rail (220) of the support bracket (200) to be inserted and move. A pair of guide grooves (160) are each positioned on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the fixed bracket (100) and extend in the insertion direction toward the base plate (110).

[0066] At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, the side wall (120) is extended in the longitudinal direction to the area where the end wall (140) is located, and the longitudinal end of the side wall (120) is located on the side of the guide groove (160) in the width direction. Accordingly, when the coupling rail (220) is inserted into the guide groove (160), the end wall (140) and the anti-detachment wall (150) face each other with the longitudinal sides of the coupling rail (220) in between, and the end of the side wall (120) restricts the movement of the coupling rail (220) in the width direction, so that the coupling rail (220) can be prevented from moving to the side of the guide groove (160).

[0067] In this way, when a pair of connecting rails (220) are each inserted into guide grooves (160) formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the fixed bracket (100), the movement path of each connecting rail (220) is determined along the guide grooves (160), and the support bracket (200) is inserted into the fixed bracket (100) as the two connecting rails (220) move parallel to each other.

[0068] Referring to FIG. 5, the fixed catch (170) protrudes from the surface facing the guide groove (160) of the anti-detachment wall (150) to provide a portion where the support catch (221) of the support bracket (200) is caught.

[0069] The fixed stopper (170) has an inclined surface (171) formed on the insertion direction side and a catch surface (172) formed on the detachment direction side. The inclined surface (171) forms a surface that pushes the portion where the fixed stopper (170) is formed outward in the longitudinal direction as the supporting stopper (221) comes into contact with it when the coupling rail (220) moves in the insertion direction, and the catch surface (172) forms a surface that restricts the supporting stopper (221) passing through the fixed stopper (170) from moving in the detachment direction.

[0070] An opening (151) is formed through the thickness direction in the anti-detachment wall (150), and a fixing hook (170) is positioned adjacent to the edge of the opening (151) on the side facing the anti-detachment direction. In the area where the opening (151) is formed, the continuous surface area of the material forming the anti-detachment wall (150) is reduced, thereby allowing elastic deformation of the anti-detachment wall (150) around the opening (151), and the area where the fixing hook (170) is formed can be elastically displaced in the longitudinal direction by this elastic deformation.

[0071] Specifically, when the connecting rail (220) moves along the guide groove (160) in the insertion direction, the support catch (221) pushes the inclined surface (171) of the fixed catch (170), and as the anti-detachment wall (150) around the opening (151) elastically deforms, the portion where the fixed catch (170) is formed is displaced outward in the longitudinal direction.

[0072] Thus, the support catch (221) can pass the fixed catch (170), and when the support catch (221) passes the fixed catch (170), the fixed catch (170) returns to its original position by the elastic restoration of the anti-detachment wall (150).

[0073] As a plurality of support catches (221) pass the fixed catch (170) in sequence, the support bracket (200) moves in the insertion direction, and when one of the plurality of support catches (221) is caught on the fixed catch (170), the movement of the support bracket (200) in the detachment direction is restricted.

[0074] In particular, when a force in the direction of detachment is applied to the support bracket (200), the catch surface (172) of the fixed catch (170) catches on the support catch (221), thereby preventing the coupling rail (220) from moving in the direction of detachment along the guide groove (160).

[0075] In this way, the inclined surface (171) and the locking surface (172) of the fixed locking projection (170) have different functions for the insertion direction movement and the detachment direction movement of the support bracket (200).

[0076] That is, the support bracket (200) is inserted sequentially through a plurality of catch positions determined by the spacing of the arranged support catch (221) until it reaches a position that supports the bead portion (11), and at that position, movement in the direction of detachment is restricted by the catch of the fixed catch (170) and the support catch (221).

[0077] In summary, the fixing bracket (100) of the present invention is fixed to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20) through the base plate (110) and guides the insertion of the support bracket (200) through a pair of guide grooves (160) provided between the end wall (140) and the anti-detachment wall (150).

[0078] At this time, the longitudinal end of the side wall (120) restricts the widthwise displacement of the coupling rail (220) inserted into the guide groove (160), and a plurality of reinforcing ribs (130) connect a pair of side walls (120) to suppress deformation of the fixing bracket (100). In addition, as the anti-displacement wall (150) around the opening (151) undergoes elastic deformation, it allows displacement of the area where the fixing catch (170) is formed, thereby enabling sequential passage and restriction of displacement of the support catch (221).

[0079] FIG. 6 is a bottom perspective view illustrating the detailed structure of the support bracket of the present invention.

[0080] The support bracket (200) of the present invention is inserted into the fixed bracket (100) to directly support the bead portion (11) of the washbasin (10) from below and provides the function of transmitting the load transmitted from the washbasin (10) to the fixed bracket (100). The support bracket (200) includes a support plate (210), an extension portion (211), a pair of connecting rails (220), a plurality of support catches (221), and a connecting portion (230).

[0081] Referring to FIG. 6, the support plate (210) is a type of plate-like body provided on one side of the support bracket (200) to receive the load of the washbasin (10) and transmit it to a pair of connecting rails (220).

[0082] The support plate (210) has a plate shape extending in the longitudinal direction and is located on one side in the width direction of the fixing bracket (100). A pair of connecting rails (220) are connected to each of the longitudinal ends of the support plate (210), thereby connecting one end of a pair of connecting rails (220) that are spaced apart from each other.

[0083] The extension portion (211) extends outward in the width direction from the support plate (210) and is a portion that directly supports the bead portion (11) of the wash bowl (10).

[0084] The extension (211) protrudes outward from one edge in the width direction of the support plate (210) and moves to the lower side of the bead portion (11) as the support bracket (200) is inserted into the fixed bracket (100). When the support bracket (200) reaches a position where it supports the washbasin (10), one side of the extension (211) supports the lower side of the bead portion (11), and the load of the washbasin (10) is transferred from the bead portion (11) through the extension (211) to the support plate (210).

[0085] Therefore, even without providing a separate hooking groove or fastening hole for fastening a bracket to the washbasin (10), the washbasin (10) can be supported by inserting the support bracket (200) into the fixed bracket (100) and positioning the extension part (211) on the lower side of the bead part (11).

[0086] The connecting rail (220) is a portion inserted into the guide groove (160) to connect the support bracket (200) to the fixing bracket (100), and is arranged as a pair spaced apart from each other, extending from each end in the longitudinal direction of the support plate (210).

[0087] A pair of connecting rails (220) extend parallel from the support plate (210) along the insertion direction and are each inserted into guide grooves (160) provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the fixing bracket (100). When the support bracket (200) is inserted toward the fixing bracket (100), the two connecting rails (220) move together along each guide groove (160), thereby maintaining the movement path of the support bracket (200).

[0088] On the outer surface of each connecting rail (220), a plurality of supporting hooks (221) are arranged along the extension direction of the guide groove (160). Here, the outer surface of the connecting rail (220) is the side opposite to the side where a pair of connecting rails (220) face each other, and refers to the side facing the anti-detachment wall (150) when the supporting bracket (200) is connected to the fixed bracket (100).

[0089] A plurality of support catches (221) protrude from the outer surface of the coupling rail (220) and are arranged continuously spaced apart from each other along the insertion direction. When the support bracket (200) moves in the insertion direction, the plurality of support catches (221) pass the fixed catches (170) in sequence, and the movement of the support bracket (200) in the detachment direction is restricted while any one of them is caught on the fixed catches (170).

[0090] As a plurality of support catches (221) are arranged along the insertion direction, the support bracket (200) can be caught on the fixed bracket (100) at any one of a plurality of catch positions determined by the arrangement spacing of the support catches (221). The installer can insert the support bracket (200) and move it to a position where the extension (211) supports the lower surface of the bead portion (11), and maintain the position of the support bracket (200) by causing one of the support catches (221) to catch on the fixed catch (170) at that position.

[0091] The connecting part (230) is a portion that connects the opposite ends of the supporting plate (210) of a pair of connecting rails (220) to each other.

[0092] As the support plate (210) connects one end of a pair of connecting rails (220) and the connecting part (230) connects the opposite end, the two connecting rails (220) are arranged side by side while maintaining a spaced-apart distance from each other. This arrangement helps the two connecting rails (220) maintain alignment toward their respective guide grooves (160) when the support bracket (200) is inserted into the fixing bracket (100).

[0093] Consequently, the support bracket (200) maintains a position in which the extension portion (211) directly supports the bead portion (11), a pair of connecting rails (220) move along the guide groove (160), and one of the plurality of support catch portions (221) catches on the fixed catch portion (170) to support the washbasin (10).

[0094] In the following, with reference to FIGS. 7 and FIGS. 8, the process of the bracket assembly of the present invention supporting the bead portion (11) of the washbasin (10) is described.

[0095] FIG. 7 is an example of operation illustrating the state before the support bracket of the present invention supports the bead portion of the washbasin, and FIG. 8 is an example of operation illustrating the state after the support bracket of the present invention supports the bead portion of the washbasin.

[0096] First, the installer determines the location where the bracket assembly is to be placed around the bead portion (11) of the washbasin bowl (10) on the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20), and fixes the base plate (110) of the fixing bracket (100) by adhesive at that location.

[0097] At this time, the fixed bracket (100) is fixed to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20) before installing the washbasin bowl (10), and the support bracket (200) remains separated from the fixed bracket (100). Therefore, the support bracket (200) does not hinder the movement of the washbasin bowl (10) during the process of positioning the washbasin bowl (10) in the perforated section (21) of the washbasin top plate (20).

[0098] Next, the installer lifts the washbasin (10) from the lower side of the washbasin top plate (20) so that the upper opening of the washbasin (10) is exposed through the perforation (21) and the bead portion (11) is positioned on the lower side of the washbasin top plate (20). In this state, the washbasin (10) is placed in the installation position, but support by the support bracket (200) is not yet achieved.

[0099] In the state shown in Fig. 7, the installer aligns a pair of connecting rails (220) of the support bracket (200) with a pair of guide grooves (160) of the fixing bracket (100), and then pushes the support bracket (200) in the insertion direction.

[0100] When the support bracket (200) moves in the insertion direction, a pair of connecting rails (220) move along each guide groove (160), and a plurality of supporting hooks (221) arranged on the outer surface of the connecting rails (220) pass sequentially over the fixing hooks (170) of the fixing bracket (100). During this process, the support bracket (200) moves toward the bead portion (11) of the wash bowl (10) while maintaining its movement path by the guide grooves (160).

[0101] At the same time, the extension (211) extending along one side in the width direction of the support plate (210) moves together toward the lower side of the bead portion (11) as the support bracket (200) moves. When the installer continues to push the support bracket (200), the extension (211) enters the lower side of the bead portion (11), and reaches a position where one side of the extension (211) supports the lower side of the bead portion (11).

[0102] At this time, there is no need to fasten screws or use separate tools to fix the support bracket (200), and the movement of the connecting rail (220), the entry of the extension part (211), and the engagement of the support catch (221) are continuously achieved by the action of the installer pushing the support bracket (200) into the fixing bracket (100).

[0103] In particular, since multiple support catches (221) are arranged along the insertion direction, the installer does not need to insert the support bracket (200) at only one distance. Depending on the positional relationship between the bead portion (11) of the washbasin bowl (10) and the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20), the support bracket (200) is pushed in, and when the extension portion (211) reaches a position where it supports the bead portion (11), the support catch (221) placed at that position catches on the fixed catch (170), thereby restricting the movement of the support bracket (200) in the direction of detachment.

[0104] Therefore, even if there is a difference in the shape of the washbasin (10) or the position of the bead portion (11), the support bracket (200) can be fixed at the position supporting the bead portion (11) among the catch positions provided by the plurality of support catch portions (221), and it is possible to omit the work of adjusting the support position by adjusting the amount of screw fastening.

[0105] FIG. 8 shows the state in which the insertion of the support bracket (200) is completed and the extension part (211) supports the bead part (11) from below.

[0106] In the state illustrated in FIG. 8, the load of the washbasin (10) is transferred to the extension (211) and the support plate (210) through the bead portion (11), and then transferred to the fixing bracket (100) via a pair of connecting rails (220) connected to the support plate (210). Since the fixing bracket (100) is fixed to the bottom surface of the washbasin top plate (20), the load of the washbasin (10) is supported on the washbasin top plate (20) through the bracket assembly.

[0107] Additionally, when any one of the multiple support catches (221) is engaged with the fixed catch (170), the movement of the support bracket (200) back in the detachment direction is restricted. Therefore, even if the load of the washbasin (10) continues to act on the extension part (211), the support bracket (200) maintains the state of being coupled to the fixed bracket (100) and supports the bead part (11) from below.

[0108] The installer can support the washbasin (10) at multiple points around the perimeter by placing the washbasin (10) in the installation position, inserting a support bracket (200) into each fixed bracket (100) arranged around the washbasin (10), and moving each extension part (211) to a position where it supports the lower surface of the bead part (11).

[0109] Thus, the bracket assembly of the present invention enables both lower support of the bead portion (11) and restriction of detachment of the support bracket (200) by simply inserting the support bracket (200) into the fixed bracket (100) to a position supporting the washbasin (10), thereby reducing the work of adjusting the support position of the washbasin (10) by repeatedly tightening screws and simplifying the installation work of the washbasin (10).

[0110] In summary, the bracket assembly of the present invention allows the support position of the bead portion (11) to be adjusted stepwise by inserting a pair of spaced-apart connecting rails (220) along the guide groove (160) and engaging one of the plurality of support catches (221) with the fixed catch (170), thereby providing the characteristic of being able to quickly install the washbasin (10) without separate screw fastening and repeated tightening adjustments.

[0111] The bracket assembly of the present invention described above inserts the coupling rail (220) of the support bracket (200) into the guide groove (160) of the fixing bracket (100) and causes one of the plurality of support catches (221) to catch on the fixing catch (170). In this process, if a structure is not provided that allows the fixing catch (170) to retract as the support catch (221) passes, and a catch shape that exhibits different actions in the insertion direction and the release direction, it is difficult to allow the insertion of the support bracket (200) while restricting release in the opposite direction.

[0112] That is, if the fixed stopper (170) does not move from the fixed position, the supporting stopper (221) interferes with the fixed stopper (170) and is difficult to pass through; conversely, if the supporting stopper (221) can pass the fixed stopper (170) in both directions, even if the supporting bracket (200) is inserted to a position supporting the lower side of the bead portion (11), it is difficult to restrict movement in the direction of departure from that position.

[0113] To solve this, the anti-detachment wall (150) of the present invention has one end connected to the base plate (110) and the other end forming a free end, and the fixed catch (170) has an inclined surface (171) formed on the insertion direction side and a catch surface (172) formed on the detachment direction side.

[0114] Specifically, since one end of the anti-detachment wall (150) is connected to the base plate (110) while the other end on the opposite side is a free end, when a force directed outward in the longitudinal direction is applied to the fixed catch (170), it undergoes elastic deformation while bending starting from the end connected to the base plate (110). Accordingly, the fixed catch (170) is temporarily displaced outward in the longitudinal direction due to the elastic deformation of the anti-detachment wall (150), and then returns to its original position when the applied force is removed.

[0115] The inclined surface (171) of the fixed catch (170) is formed on the side facing the base plate (110) in the extension direction of the guide groove (160). When the coupling rail (220) moves in the insertion direction, the support catch (221) comes into contact with the inclined surface (171) and pushes it, and a portion of the force acting on the inclined surface (171) is transmitted as a force that pushes the fixed catch (170) outward in the longitudinal direction.

[0116] Accordingly, as the anti-detachment wall (150) bends, the fixed catch (170) is displaced outward in the longitudinal direction, and the support catch (221) moves past the fixed catch (170) in the insertion direction. When one support catch (221) passes the fixed catch (170), the anti-detachment wall (150) elastically restores, causing the fixed catch (170) to return to its original position, and this behavior is repeated as the next support catch (221) pushes the inclined surface (171).

[0117] Accordingly, as the multiple support catches (221) pass the fixed catches (170) in sequence, the support bracket (200) moves in the insertion direction, and the installer can continuously push the support bracket (200) until the extension part (211) supports the lower surface of the bead part (11).

[0118] Meanwhile, a locking surface (172) is formed on the side of the detachment direction of the fixed locking projection (170). Unlike the inclined surface (171), the locking surface (172) forms a surface that restricts the passage of the support locking projection (221) when the support bracket (200) moves in the detachment direction.

[0119] When the support bracket (200) attempts to move in the detachment direction, the support catch (221) engaged with the fixed catch (170) pushes the catch surface (172). At this time, since the catch surface (172) forms a surface that is upright with respect to the detachment direction, even if force is received from the support catch (221), a component of force that pushes the fixed catch (170) outward in the longitudinal direction is not formed, and the state in which the support catch (221) is engaged with the catch surface (172) is maintained. As a result, the movement of the support bracket (200) in the detachment direction is restricted.

[0120] In this way, the free end structure of the anti-detachment wall (150) and the two different surfaces of the fixed catch (170) work together, resulting in different behaviors in the insertion direction and the detachment direction. In the insertion direction, the support catch (221) pushes the inclined surface (171) to elastically deform the anti-detachment wall (150), thereby allowing passage of the support catch (221), while in the detachment direction, the support catch (221) catches on the catch surface (172), thereby restricting movement in the opposite direction.

[0121] Accordingly, the installer can continue to push the support bracket (200) until it supports the lower side of the bead portion (11), and at the position where insertion is stopped, the support bracket (200) can be prevented from coming off by the engagement of the support catch (221) and the catch surface (172), thus providing the advantage of maintaining the support bracket (200) in the support position of the washbasin (10) without repeating separate screw fastening.

[0122] In conclusion, the anti-detachment wall (150) and the fixed stopper (170) of the present invention utilize elastic deformation according to the free end, an inclined surface (171) on the insertion direction side, and a stopper surface (172) on the detachment direction side to allow movement in the insertion direction while restricting movement in the detachment direction, thereby providing the advantage of being able to stepwise adjust the support position of the washbasin (10) by pushing the support bracket (200) and maintain the combined state at that position.

[0123] Furthermore, in order to ensure that the elastic deformation of the above-described anti-detachment wall (150) occurs at the portion where the fixed catch (170) is formed, the present invention forms an opening (151) in the anti-detachment wall (150) and places the fixed catch (170) adjacent to the edge of the opening (151) in the direction of detachment.

[0124] Specifically, the anti-detachment wall (150) of the present invention has an opening (151) formed through it in the thickness direction, and a fixing hook (170) is positioned adjacent to the edge of the opening (151) on the side facing the detachment direction.

[0125] As previously explained, the anti-detachment wall (150) has one end connected to the base plate (110) and the other end forming a free end, so when a force directed outward in the longitudinal direction is applied to the fixed catch (170), it can bend starting from the end connected to the base plate (110). In this embodiment, in addition to this free end structure, an opening (151) is provided at a position adjacent to the fixed catch (170) to form a structure in which elastic displacement is likely to occur at the area where the fixed catch (170) is formed.

[0126] If the wall is continuous without an opening (151) being formed in the anti-detachment wall (150), the area where the fixed catch (170) is formed is supported through the surrounding wide wall. Therefore, when a force directed outward in the longitudinal direction is applied to the fixed catch (170), the surrounding continuous wall must also bend together in order to displace the area, so it may be difficult to obtain the necessary elastic displacement in the area where the fixed catch (170) is formed.

[0127] On the other hand, in the present invention, since the opening (151) penetrates the anti-detachment wall (150) in the thickness direction, a portion of the wall is removed in the area adjacent to the fixed catch (170). Accordingly, the width of the wall supporting the area where the fixed catch (170) is formed is reduced, and when a force in the same direction is applied to the fixed catch (170), the area is more likely to be elastically displaced outward in the longitudinal direction.

[0128] In particular, the opening (151) is not simply provided in the anti-detachment wall (150), but rather a fixed catch (170) is positioned adjacent to the edge of the opening (151) in the direction of detachment. Accordingly, compared to the opening (151) being formed at a location away from the fixed catch (170), the wall width in the area close to the fixed catch (170), which receives force directly from the support catch (221), is reduced, and elastic displacement can be concentrated in the area where the fixed catch (170) is formed.

[0129] The significance of this opening (151) lies in the fact that it does not increase the deformation amount of the entire anti-detachment wall (150), but rather provides elastic displacement near the fixed catch (170) where displacement is actually required for the passage of the support catch (221). That is, if the free end structure of the anti-detachment wall (150) allows for bending of the wall itself, the opening (151) provides a shape that is easily displaced when force is applied to the part where the fixed catch (170) is formed.

[0130] Additionally, since the opening (151) penetrates in the thickness direction of the anti-detachment wall (150), the width of the wall adjacent to the fixed catch (170) can be reduced without changing the extension path of the guide groove (160) or the placement position of the fixed catch (170). As previously described, while maintaining a relationship in which different actions occur in the insertion direction and the detachment direction due to the inclined surface (171) and the catch surface (172) of the fixed catch (170), the elastic displacement required for the passage of the support catch (221) in the insertion direction can be applied to the area where the fixed catch (170) is formed.

[0131] Ultimately, the arrangement relationship between the opening (151) and the fixed catch (170) of the present invention reduces the width of the wall adjacent to the fixed catch (170) so that elastic displacement is concentrated in that area, thereby having a structural advantage of securing the displacement required for the passage of the support catch (221) without relying on large deformation of the entire anti-detachment wall (150).

[0132] As described above, the support bracket (200) of the present invention has one end of a pair of connecting rails (220) connected by a support plate (210) and the opposite end connected by a connecting part (230), thereby maintaining the spacing and alignment of the two connecting rails (220).

[0133] At this time, if the connecting part (230) is formed as a single mass filled with material to the inside, rigidity against external force can be secured, but the amount of material used and the weight of the support bracket (200) increase accordingly. It is possible to simply reduce the thickness of the connecting part (230) to reduce the amount of material used, but there is a risk that the gap between the pair of connecting rails (220) will widen as the connecting part (230) is pressed or bent when an external force is applied.

[0134] To solve this, the connecting portion (230) of the present invention is provided with a plurality of hollow portions (232) to reduce the amount of material used, and a connecting partition (231) is disposed between adjacent hollow portions (232) to suppress compression and bending of the connecting portion (230).

[0135] Multiple hollow sections (232) are arranged separately along the length direction of the connecting section (230).

[0136] Referring to FIG. 6, it can be seen that two hollow sections (232) open to the bottom side are arranged side by side along the length direction, and a connecting partition (231) is located between the two hollow sections (232). However, the number of hollow sections (232) and connecting partitions (231) is not limited to the form shown in FIG. 6.

[0137] Since the portion where the hollow section (232) is provided has material hollowed out inward from the bottom side of the connecting section (230), the amount of material used can be reduced without reducing the overall shape of the connecting section (230). Since a portion of the interior is hollowed out while maintaining the size of the connecting section (230) connecting the pair of connecting rails (220), it also helps to reduce the weight of the support bracket (200).

[0138] However, if the interior of the connecting part (230) is emptied into one large space, the supporting portion across that space is reduced, so the connecting part (230) may be pressed or bent when an external force is applied. In the present invention, the hollow part (232) is not formed as a single continuous space but is divided into multiple parts, and a connecting partition (231) is left between adjacent hollow parts (232).

[0139] The connecting bulkhead (231) extends across the connecting portion (230) between adjacent hollow portions (232), thereby compensating for the reduced material formed in the hollow portion (232) and suppressing compression and bending of the corresponding portion. Since the connecting portion (230) connects the ends of a pair of connecting rails (220), such deformation is suppressed, and the relative positions of the two connecting rails (220) are also maintained stably.

[0140] Ultimately, the multiple hollow sections (232) reduce the amount of material used and the weight of the support bracket (200) while maintaining the external shape of the connecting section (230), and the connecting partition (231) left between the hollow sections (232) suppresses the compression and bending of the connecting section (230) that may occur as the interior is emptied. In this way, the interior is emptied to reduce material, and the resulting deformation is compensated for by the connecting partition (231), thereby having the advantage of securing both lightweighting and shape stability.

[0141] Furthermore, in order for the connecting part (230) having a plurality of hollow parts (232) to not merely connect across a pair of connecting rails (220) but to also hold the opposite ends of the two connecting rails (220) together, the connecting part (230) of the present invention has a shape in which both ends in the longitudinal direction are connected to a pair of connecting rails (220) respectively, and the outer sides in the longitudinal direction of the plurality of hollow parts (232) are closed.

[0142] As previously described, a plurality of hollow sections (232) open toward the bottom side are arranged along the length of the connecting section (230), and a connecting partition (231) is disposed between adjacent hollow sections (232). Both ends of the connecting section (230) in the length direction are connected to respective connecting rails (220), and the outer sides of the plurality of hollow sections (232) in the length direction are closed by the connection relationship.

[0143] The hollow portion (232) being open toward the bottom side and the longitudinal outer side being closed are shapes that appear in different directions. The hollow portion (232) is open toward the bottom side to reduce the amount of material used in the connecting portion (230), while on both longitudinal sides, the ends of the connecting portion (230) are connected to each connecting rail (220) and the outer side is closed.

[0144] At this time, since the outer longitudinal side of the hollow portion (232) is closed, the cross-section is not cut outward in the longitudinal direction by the hollow portion (232) at the point where the connecting portion (230) and the connecting rail (220) meet. Therefore, when a force acting in a direction of spreading apart acts on a pair of connecting rails (220), that force is transmitted through the area where the connecting portion (230) and the connecting rail (220) are connected, and the connecting portion (230) holds the opposite ends of the two connecting rails (220) together.

[0145] If the hollow portion (232) is opened to the outer side in the longitudinal direction and the cross-section at the point where the connecting portion (230) and the connecting rail (220) meet is severed by the hollow portion (232), the continuity of the material transmitting the force acting between the two connecting rails (220) is reduced accordingly. In the present invention, as both ends of the connecting portion (230) are connected to the connecting rail (220), the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the hollow portion (232) is closed, thereby securing a continuous cross-section through which force is transmitted at the point where the connecting portion (230) and the connecting rail (220) meet.

[0146] The support plate (210) connects one end of a pair of connecting rails (220) to each other, and the connecting part (230) connects the opposite ends. In particular, on the side of the connecting part (230), the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the hollow part (232) is closed, and both ends of the connecting part (230) are connected to each connecting rail (220), so that the force acting on the opposite ends of the two connecting rails (220) is transmitted to each other through the connecting part (230).

[0147] This relationship is maintained even when a plurality of hollow sections (232) are provided in the connecting section (230). That is, by opening the bottom side of the hollow section (232) to reduce material usage while leaving a cross-section where the connecting section (230) and the connecting rail (220) are connected on the outer side in the longitudinal direction, material savings due to the hollow section (232) and the integrated behavior of the two connecting rails (220) can be obtained at the same time.

[0148] In addition, there is an advantage that such a connection can be obtained without adding a separate reinforcing member. Since the longitudinal ends of the connecting portion (230) are connected to each connecting rail (220) and the longitudinal outer side of the hollow portion (232) is closed, a continuous section is provided between the connecting portion (230) and the connecting rail (220) to transmit the force acting on the two connecting rails (220).

[0149] Consequently, the connecting portion (230) of the present invention reduces material usage through a plurality of hollow portions (232) open toward the bottom side while maintaining a cross-section connected to the connecting rail (220) on the outer side in the longitudinal direction, thereby providing the advantage of transmitting force between the opposite ends of the two connecting rails (220) even with the hollow portions (232) provided, so that the support bracket (200) moves integrally.

[0150] The load of the aforementioned washbasin (10) acts on the extension (211) that directly supports the bead portion (11), and since the extension (211) protrudes outward from one side in the width direction of the support plate (210), the location where the load acts is placed on the outside of the support plate (210). In this state, the load of the washbasin (10) can be concentrated as a bending load at the area where the extension (211) and the support plate (210) are connected.

[0151] Increasing the thickness of the extension part (211) can reduce deformation of the area, but the amount of material used for the extension part (211) and the support plate (210) increases together, and thus the weight of the support bracket (200) also increases. Furthermore, increasing only the thickness of the extension part (211) has limitations in distributing the load transmitted to the support plate (210) through the extension part (211) over a wide range.

[0152] To supplement this, the support plate (210) of the present invention is provided with a plurality of support ribs (212) extending from the bottom surface toward the fixing bracket (100), and among them, a support rib (212) positioned on one side in the width direction is connected to the bottom surface of the portion where the extension part (211) and the support plate (210) are connected.

[0153] Referring to FIG. 6, a plurality of support ribs (212) are provided as plate-like portions protruding downward from the bottom surface of the support plate (210) and are spaced apart from each other on the bottom surface of the support plate (210). Each support rib (212) extends along the bottom surface of the support plate (210) and has a height protruding toward the fixing bracket (100), thereby forming a reinforcing portion that receives a load on the bottom surface of the support plate (210).

[0154] Among the multiple support ribs (212), the support rib (212) located on one side in the width direction extends to the area where the extension part (211) and the support plate (210) are connected to each other, and is directly connected to the bottom surface of that area. Therefore, the support rib (212) is not arbitrarily placed on the bottom surface of the support plate (210), but rather has a relationship with the area where the load of the wash bowl (10) is transferred from the extension part (211) to the support plate (210).

[0155] When the washbasin (10) is installed, the load acting on the lower surface of the bead portion (11) is transferred to the extension portion (211), and then transferred to the area where the extension portion (211) and the support plate (210) are connected. At this time, the support rib (212) connected to the bottom surface of the area receives the load and transfers it to the bottom side of the support plate (210), thereby reducing the concentration of the load in the narrow area where the extension portion (211) and the support plate (210) are connected.

[0156] The remaining support ribs (212) also increase the load-receiving area on the bottom surface of the support plate (210) to suppress bending of the support plate (210). Therefore, the bottom surface of the support plate (210) can be reinforced through multiple support ribs (212) without significantly increasing the overall thickness of the support plate (210).

[0157] In particular, the support rib (212) on one side in the width direction is distinguished from other support ribs in that it is directly connected to the area where the extension part (211) and the support plate (210) are connected. Since the support rib (212) directly receives the area where the load of the washbasin (10) is first transferred to the support plate (210), it reduces the deformation of the extension part (211) sagging downward relative to the support plate (210) and transfers the load to the bottom side of the support plate (210).

[0158] The arrangement of these support ribs (212) is significant in that it selectively reinforces the area where the load is concentrated without increasing the overall thickness of the extension (211) and the support plate (210). A plurality of support ribs (212) reinforce the bottom surface of the support plate (210), and among them, the support rib (212) on one side in the width direction directly supports the area where the extension (211) and the support plate (210) are connected, thereby exhibiting the advantage of suppressing the bending of the support plate (210) and the sagging of the extension (211) due to the load of the washbasin (10).

[0159] Meanwhile, the coupling rail (220) inserted into the guide groove (160) of the fixed bracket (100) must move along the guide groove (160) while simultaneously restricting movement in the width direction. As previously described, since the longitudinal end of the side wall (120) is located on the side of the guide groove (160) in the width direction, it restricts the coupling rail (220) from moving away from the guide groove (160) in the width direction.

[0160] If a pair of side walls (120) spread apart or bend in the width direction, the longitudinal end of the side wall (120) also moves in the width direction, and the position that restricts the movement of the coupling rail (220) on the side of the guide groove (160) changes. In this case, the range in which the coupling rail (220) can move in the width direction inside the guide groove (160) increases, and the relative position of the support catch (221) and the fixing catch (170) provided on the outer surface of the coupling rail (220) may also change.

[0161] In order to suppress such relative positional changes, the fixing bracket (100) of the present invention has a pair of side walls (120) each extending from both sides in the width direction of the base plate (110) toward a side spaced apart from the base plate (110), and a plurality of reinforcing ribs (130) spaced apart along the length direction to connect the pair of side walls (120).

[0162] Referring to FIG. 4, a pair of side walls (120) extend facing each other on both sides of the base plate (110) in the width direction and continue along the length direction of the fixing bracket (100). A plurality of reinforcing ribs (130) connect across the pair of side walls (120) in the width direction and are divided and arranged at different positions in the length direction.

[0163] Since multiple reinforcing ribs (130) connect a pair of side walls (120) to each other at various positions in the longitudinal direction, the longitudinal end of the side wall (120) is prevented from moving in the width direction even when the load of the wash bowl (10) or the force resulting from the insertion of the support bracket (200) is transmitted to the fixing bracket (100). Accordingly, the position of the side wall (120) that limits the detachment of the coupling rail (220) from the side of the guide groove (160) in the width direction is also maintained.

[0164] This relationship also extends to the engagement of the fixed catch (170) and the support catch (221). When the width-direction movement of the coupling rail (220) is restricted, the support catch (221) arranged on the outer surface of the coupling rail (220) is also prevented from moving away from the fixed catch (170) in the width-direction, so that while the support bracket (200) is being inserted, the support catch (221) passes the fixed catch (170) in sequence and maintains a relationship in which one of them is engaged at the position where the insertion stops.

[0165] Ultimately, the plurality of reinforcing ribs (130) of the present invention connect a pair of side walls (120) at various positions in the longitudinal direction to suppress movement of the end of the side wall (120) located on the side in the width direction of the guide groove (160), and by limiting the movement of the connecting rail (220) in the width direction, the characteristic of reducing misalignment between the support catch (221) and the fixed catch (170) is achieved.

[0166] As explained above, the configuration and operation of the multi-stage locking insert type sink bowl fixing bracket assembly according to the present invention have been described in the above description and drawings; however, this is merely an example, and the concept of the present invention is not limited to the above description and drawings. It is understood that various changes and modifications are possible within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention. Explanation of the symbols
