[0007] However, the bayonet-type vacuum insulation pipe of the prior art has a problem in that there is a possibility of leakage occurring between the male bayonet (6) and the female bayonet (7) when used for a long period of time.

Specific details for implementing the invention
[0016] The specific details for implementing the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
[0017] The present invention relates to a vacuum pipe for cryogenic liquid hydrogen that prevents the mixing of outside air during fluid transfer and maximizes the speed and accuracy of the assembly process by allowing the parts to be fitted together through a fastening member formed on the edge portion of the flanges facing each other. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, it comprises a first assembly (10) and a second assembly (30).
[0018] Piping can be widely used to transport fluids or powders in various industrial facilities. Among them, piping for transporting ultra-low temperature liquefied gases, such as liquefied gas, requires excellent thermal insulation as a characteristic.
[0019] Generally, cryogenic liquefied gas has a vaporization temperature lower than room temperature and a small latent heat, so it vaporizes easily with a small heat supply. Therefore, at the site, vacuum-insulated pipes with excellent thermal insulation properties are used to transport cryogenic liquefied gas from storage tanks to equipment that requires the gas.
[0020] The vacuum-insulated piping can be constructed with a double-walled outer tube structure to maintain a vacuum on the outside of an inner tube through which ultra-low temperature liquefied gas travels. The vacuum space between the outer and inner tubes can prevent cooling loss of the ultra-low temperature liquefied gas traveling through the inner tube, and additionally, insulation films can be attached to the outer and inner tubes to further enhance insulation performance.
[0021] Due to their structural characteristics, vacuum-insulated piping cannot be easily cut to length on-site like standard piping. Therefore, piping work can be performed by manufacturing vacuum-insulated pipes in advance at a piping factory according to the specifications required at the site, and then connecting them on-site.
[0022] A pipe connection method using a bayonet-type coupling can be applied to connect these vacuum-insulated pipes.
[0023] Accordingly, the vacuum piping for cryogenic liquid hydrogen of the present invention is configured such that the first assembly (10) and the second assembly (30) are combined with each other as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
[0024] Looking at the configuration of the first assembly (10) in detail, first, a cylindrical first outer tube (11) is provided, and a first inner tube (12) is provided that has a passage section (S1) through which liquid hydrogen moves, spaced apart from the internal space of the first outer tube (11).
[0025] At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, a vacuum section (S2) is formed between the first outer tube (11) and the first inner tube (12), thereby providing the vacuum piping structure of the present invention.
[0026] In addition, a first flange (20) is provided on the front side of the first outer casing (11).
[0027] And, a first bayonet (13) is configured to protrude forward from the first flange (20), wherein the rear coupling side receives and is coupled to the first inner tube (12), and the front protruding side extends outward with the same length as the first inner tube (12).
[0028] Meanwhile, looking in detail at the configuration of the second assembly (30) corresponding to the first assembly (10), as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a second outer tube (31) having the same shape and size as the first outer tube (11) is provided, and a second inner tube (32) having a passage (S1) protruding from the front side of the second outer tube (31) through which liquid hydrogen moves is provided.
[0029] At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, a vacuum section (S3) is formed between the second outer tube (31) and the second inner tube (32), thereby providing the vacuum piping structure of the present invention.
[0030] In addition, a second flange (40) is provided on the rear side of the second outer casing (31) to be in close contact with the first flange (20).
[0031] And, a second bayonet (not shown) is configured to accommodate the first bayonet (13) inserted into the inner side of the second outer tube (31).
[0032] In the above structure, when the first assembly (10) and the second assembly (30) are combined as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the first flange (20) and the second flange (40) facing each other are in close contact. The first flange (20) is provided with a first fastening member (50) having a horizontal opening groove (54) formed on the front side, and the second flange (40) is provided with a second fastening member (60) having an outer horizontal protrusion (63) formed to be coupled facing the horizontal opening groove (54) of the first fastening member (50). A triangular groove (54a) is formed protrudingly on the upper and lower surfaces of the horizontal opening groove (54), and a triangular protrusion (63a) corresponding to the triangular groove (54a) is formed protrudingly on the upper and lower surfaces of the outer horizontal protrusion (63). When the first assembly (10) and the second assembly (30) are combined, the triangular protrusion (63a) of the outer horizontal protrusion (63) is configured to be fitted into the triangular groove (54a) of the horizontal open groove (54) in stages.
[0033] According to the above structure, the triangular protrusion (63a) of the outer horizontal protrusion (63) is fitted into the triangular groove (54a) of the horizontal open groove (54) in stages, thereby allowing the separation distance to be adjusted as needed during mutual connection. In addition, even if the bolted connection between the first flange (20) and the second flange (40) facing each other becomes loose, the airtight state can be maintained for a certain period of time, thereby preventing safety accidents.
[0034] More specifically, the first fastening member (50) is formed with an outer horizontal protrusion (53), a vertical part (52), and an inner horizontal protrusion (51) in a “C” shape, so that a horizontal opening groove (54) is formed on the front side of the first flange (20), and the second fastening member (60) is formed with an outer horizontal protrusion (63), a vertical part (62), and an inner horizontal protrusion (61) in a “C” shape, so that a horizontal opening groove (64) is formed on the rear side of the second flange (40).
[0035] And, the outer horizontal protrusion (63) of the second fastening member (60) is coupled facing the horizontal open groove (54) of the first fastening member (50), and the inner horizontal protrusion (51) of the first fastening member (50) is coupled facing the horizontal open groove (64) of the second fastening member (60).

At this time, the connecting part protective outer casing (89) is formed in the shape of a circular casing that accommodates the first fastening member (50), the second fastening member (60), the first inclined part (19), and the second inclined part (39), thereby forming another sealing part (S6) to further maximize the vacuum maintenance effect.
[0042] According to the vacuum piping for cryogenic liquid hydrogen of the present invention as described above, the mixing of outside air during fluid transfer is prevented, and the speed and accuracy of the assembly process are maximized by allowing the parts to be fitted together through a fastening member formed on the edge portion of the mutually facing flanges.
