For example, the multiple weights may be updated so that the loss value or cost value obtained from the artificial intelligence model during the learning process is reduced or minimized. Artificial neural networks may include deep neural networks (DNNs), such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Deep Neural Networks (DNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), Restricted Boltzmann Machines (RBMs), Deep Belief Networks (DBNs), Bidirectional Recurrent Deep Neural Networks (BRDNNs), or Deep Q-Networks, but are not limited to the examples mentioned above.
[0019] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
[0021] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing an example of a system (100) that provides a plan according to one embodiment.
[0022] Referring to FIG. 1, a system (100) providing a plan according to one embodiment may include an electronic device (1000) and a server (2000).
[0023] An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment receives data necessary to generate a plan from a server (2000) in response to a user's request, generates a plan including plans related to various activities of the user, and can provide the plan to the user.
[0024] A plan according to one embodiment can be generated by placing at least one item in a timetable for the user's healthy lifestyle and goal achievement. Depending on the purpose, the plan according to one embodiment may include plans regarding various activities of the user, such as a diet plan, an exercise plan, a study plan, and a work plan.
[0025] For example, if the plan concerns a diet plan, the plan can be created by placing at least one recipe as an item in the timetable. Additionally, if the plan concerns an exercise plan, the plan can be created by placing at least one exercise (e.g., running, cycling, Pilates, etc.) as an item in the timetable. Not limited to the examples described above, the plan may consist of various activities of the user.
[0026] An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may be implemented in various forms. For example, the electronic device (1000) described herein may include, but is not limited to, a digital camera, a smartphone, a laptop computer, a tablet PC, an e-book terminal, a digital broadcasting terminal, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistants), a PMP (Portable Multimedia Player), a navigation system, an MP3 player, a vehicle, a robot vacuum cleaner, a refrigerator, a TV, etc. The electronic device (1000) described herein may be a wearable device that can be worn by a user. A wearable device may include, but is not limited to, at least one of an accessory-type device (e.g., a watch, ring, wristband, ankle band, necklace, glasses, contact lens), a head-mounted device (HMD), a fabric or clothing-integrated device (e.g., electronic clothing), a body-attached device (e.g., a skin pad), or a bio-implantable device (e.g., an implantable circuit).
[0027] A server (2000) according to one embodiment may transmit data necessary for creating a plan to the electronic device (1000) upon a request from the electronic device (1000). For example, the server (2000) may transmit information regarding at least one item for creating a plan suitable for the user to the electronic device (1000) by receiving various information regarding the user, such as the user's preferences, goals, and health status, from the electronic device (1000). An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may create a plan by placing at least one item among the items received from the server (2000) into the plan.
[0028] Not limited to the examples described above, the server (2000) can transmit various types of data required for the electronic device (1000) to generate a plan to the electronic device (1000).
[0029] Information related to an item according to one embodiment may include information related to the characteristics of the item. For example, if the item is a recipe, the item information may include various information that can be used to arrange each item in a plan to suit the user, such as nutritional components of the recipe, the degree to which it affects the glycemic index, cooking method, ingredient information, name, and purchase cost.
[0030] A server (2000) according to one embodiment may perform operations that an electronic device (1000) can execute on its behalf. For example, upon receiving a user request from the electronic device (1000), the server (2000) may generate a plan on behalf of the electronic device (1000) and transmit it to the electronic device (1000). An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may provide the plan received from the server (2000) to the user.
[0031] According to one embodiment, a user may perform various activities such as exercise, diet, and work by referring to a plan, and accordingly, various materials (e.g., food ingredients, supplies) required for the activity may be consumed. For example, as the user composes a diet according to a recipe included in the plan, the food ingredients included in the recipe may be consumed.
[0032] According to one embodiment, in the case of materials with an expiration date, since it is desirable for the materials to be consumed within the expiration date, the plan can be generated by taking into account the expiration date of the materials. The plan according to one embodiment can be generated by utilizing the expiration dates of materials that can be used in the plan, not limited to information regarding the user.
[0033] According to one embodiment, a plan can be generated based on the consumption rate of ingredients determined based on the expiration dates of the ingredients. For example, if the plan is a meal plan, the plan can be generated by placing at least one recipe in a timetable so that at least one ingredient can be consumed within its respective expiration date.
[0034] In one embodiment, materials are classified according to the type of material, and a plan can be created or modified as the expiration date is determined independently for each. Additionally, in one embodiment, materials can be classified according to various criteria, such as vegetables, meat, and dairy products, and a plan can be created or modified as the expiration date is determined for each classification. In this case, each material may be used separately in each item of the plan, but the expiration date that can be used to modify the plan according to one embodiment may be determined by a higher-level category (e.g., vegetables, meat, dairy products) that includes multiple materials. Not limited to the examples described above, a plan can be created or modified as expiration dates are set for various materials classified according to various criteria.
[0035] The consumption date according to one embodiment indicates a date suitable for the consumption of the material, and, for example, in the case of food ingredients, can be determined based on the shelf life of each food ingredient. Unlike the shelf life, the consumption date according to one embodiment may change in real time depending on the storage conditions of the food ingredient. For example, if raw meat among the food ingredients has been stored at room temperature for a considerable period, the consumption date may change to an earlier time than the shelf life. Not limited to the examples described above, the consumption date of the material may be determined by various methods.
[0036] In addition, the plan according to one embodiment may be modified according to the changed consumption period when the consumption period of the material changes by a difference of more than a reference value. According to one embodiment, the consumption period of the material may change in real time depending on the storage condition of the material, and the plan may also be modified according to the changed consumption period.
[0037] An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can detect at least one material held by a user and determine the quantity held and expiration date of each material. For example, the quantity held and expiration date of each material can be determined based on the detection of the weight, appearance, barcode or QR (Quick Response) code, etc., of at least one material stored in a refrigerator, or based on information of the material detected from the purchase history. Alternatively, information regarding the material held by the user may be directly input into the electronic device (1000) by the user. Not limited to the examples described above, the quantity held and expiration date of at least one material can be determined according to various methods, and based thereon, a plan can be created or modified.
[0038] In addition, according to one embodiment, the amount of material consumed predicted according to the plan and the amount of material actually consumed due to user activity may differ from each other.
[0039] For example, if the plan is a meal plan, the user may compose a meal using a larger amount of ingredients than the amount of ingredients pre-set in the plan. In this case, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may measure the amount of ingredients in real time and, based on the measured value, modify the plan appropriately and provide it to the user again. The electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may modify the portion of the plan planned after the current point in time based on the amount of ingredients currently measured.
[0040] An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may modify the plan by comparing the amount of material held in advance according to the plan with the actual amount of material held, and if the difference is greater than or equal to a reference value. For example, if the amount of material held detected by the electronic device (1000) is greater than the amount of material held in advance, it may be difficult to consume all the material within the consumption period. Therefore, the electronic device (1000) may modify the plan so that the amount of material that can be consumed during the same period according to the plan can be increased. On the other hand, if the amount of material held detected by the electronic device (1000) is less than the amount of material held in advance, all the material may be consumed earlier than the consumption period. Therefore, the electronic device (1000) may modify the plan so that the amount of material that can be consumed during the same period according to the plan can be decreased.
[0041] An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can detect in real time the amount of at least one material that can be consumed by the plan, and continuously modify the plan so that the material can be consumed at an appropriate rate according to the consumption period of each material.
[0042] According to one embodiment, the scope of plan modification may be determined based on user input or preference. According to one embodiment, plans created for the period after the current point in time that fall within a set range may be modified in accordance with changes in the material holding amount. Additionally, the degree of plan modification may vary depending on user input and preference.
[0043] For example, based on user input and user preferences, the plan may be configured to be modified starting from three days after the current time. Additionally, based on user input, the plan may be configured to modify only a preset number of items. Not limited to the examples described above, the scope of plan modification may be configured in various ways.
[0045] FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of inputting information for generating a plan according to one embodiment.
[0046] Referring to FIG. 2, an electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can generate a plan of 230 and provide it to the user based on user input received at 210 and 220.
[0047] In 210 and 220, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may receive information necessary to create a plan from a user. For example, the electronic device (1000) may receive information from the user regarding dietary habits, information regarding food ingredients to be excluded, goals, etc., as information regarding the characteristics or conditions of items to be included in the plan.
[0048] An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may directly receive information necessary for generating a plan from a user, but is not limited thereto, and may collect various information about the user and use it to generate a plan. For example, the electronic device (1000) may generate a plan by collecting various information about the user, such as information about a plan previously generated by the user, information about the user's health status, information about the user's lifestyle patterns, and information about food ingredients currently available to the user.
[0049] In addition, a plan according to one embodiment may be generated by arranging at least one item so that at least one material held by the user can be consumed within the consumption period.
[0050] Not limited to the examples described above, the electronic device (1000) can obtain various information about a user through various methods that can be used to select and place items to be placed in a plan.
[0051] In 230, an electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may generate a plan based on information received from a user or various types of information collected about the user. An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may generate a plan by transmitting information about the user to a server (2000) and receiving at least one item that may be included in the plan from the server (2000). For example, if the plan is a meal plan, the electronic device (1000) may generate a plan by receiving information about various recipes from the server (2000) and placing the recipes in a 7-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner plan.
[0052] An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can select and arrange items so that a plan can be created in accordance with conditions and goals set by the user in 210 and 220. For example, in 210, as the user sets a menu to be created in which "potato" is excluded from the ingredients, the electronic device (1000) can create a plan (230) by selecting multiple recipes that do not use "potato" as an ingredient. The electronic device (1000) can create a plan (230) by selecting a recipe that does not include "potato" as an ingredient based on information regarding the ingredients of each recipe.
[0053] Additionally, in 210, according to dietary information selected by the user, the electronic device (1000) can generate a plan (230) that satisfies low-fat, vegan, and low-salt dietary conditions. For example, the electronic device (1000) can generate a plan (230) by arranging recipes to satisfy the above conditions based on information regarding the nutritional components and ingredients of each recipe.
[0054] Additionally, in 220, depending on the goal selected by the user, the electronic device (1000) can arrange recipes based on information regarding the nutritional content and calories of each recipe. For example, if weight loss is set as the goal, recipes can be arranged in the plan (230) based on information regarding the nutritional content and calories of each recipe so that the total calories of the recipes for the day fall within the calorie range preset for "weight loss."
[0055] Not limited to the examples described above, the electronic device (1000) can generate a plan (230) based on various information set by the user.
[0056] A plan (230) according to one embodiment may be generated based on a set of at least one score for the plan (230) to suit the user. A score according to one embodiment may be a value indicating the degree to which the plan (230) is suitable for the user or the user's preference for the plan (230). For example, a plan (230) may be generated by placing at least one item in the plan (230) such that the final score value corresponding to the set of at least one score has the largest value. A final score value according to one embodiment may be determined as the sum of at least one score, but is not limited thereto and may be determined according to various methods.
[0057] A set of scores according to one embodiment may include scores generated according to various criteria, such as a score indicating the degree of overlap between items in the plan (230), a score indicating the degree to which standards regarding nutritional components are satisfied, a score indicating the degree of variety in the cooking methods of ingredients among the items, and a score indicating whether at least one ingredient can be consumed within the consumption period. Each score according to one embodiment may be determined based on a pre-trained score model. The score model according to one embodiment may be composed of a pre-trained artificial intelligence model or a rule-based model to obtain a score value that indicates the degree to which the plan (230) is suitable for the user or the user's preference for the plan (230). Not limited to the above-described examples, the score of the plan (230) according to one embodiment may be determined according to various methods.
[0059] FIG. 3 is a block diagram illustrating an example of generating a plan according to one embodiment.
[0060] Referring to FIG. 3, an electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can generate a plan using a plan manager (310), a plan creator (320), and an item recommender (330). At least one of the plan manager (310), the plan creator (320), and the item recommender (330) according to one embodiment is performed by the electronic device (1000), and the rest may be performed by a server (2000) or an external device.
[0061] A plan manager (310) according to one embodiment can collect and manage various information about a user that is used to create a plan. For example, the plan manager (310) can store and update user profile (311), plan history (312), score model (313), and material information (314) as information about the user.
[0062] A user profile (311) according to one embodiment may include various information about the user. For example, the user profile (311) may include various information about the user, such as the user's age, height, gender, weight, health status, lifestyle patterns, allergy information, information about the user's surrounding environment, life goals, preference information, etc. A user profile (311) according to one embodiment may be continuously updated based on information collected about the user.
[0063] A plan history (312) according to one embodiment may include information regarding plans previously provided to the user. According to one embodiment, at least one plan is presented to the user by the electronic device (1000), and among these, the plan finally selected by the user may be directly used by the user. Therefore, the plan finally selected by the user may be judged to be the plan most suitable and preferred by the user. A plan history (312) according to one embodiment may include information regarding the plan finally selected by the user and may be used by the electronic device (1000) to provide a plan suitable for the user.
[0064] A score model (313) according to one embodiment may include at least one score model for determining at least one score for a plan. A score according to one embodiment may represent a user's preference for a plan, or the degree to which a plan is suitable for the user, and the score model may be a pre-trained model for determining a score.
[0065] For example, the score model (313) may include a model for determining various types of scores, such as a score indicating the degree of overlap between items in the plan, a score indicating the degree to which standards regarding nutritional components are satisfied, a score indicating the degree of variety in the cooking methods of ingredients among the items, and a score indicating whether at least one ingredient owned by the user can be consumed within the consumption period.
[0066] A score model (313) according to one embodiment may be continuously updated according to a user's selection of a plan. For example, if an item included in a plan is replaced with another item according to user input, it may be determined that the user's preference for the other item selected by the user is higher than that for the item included in the existing plan. Accordingly, the score model (313) may be updated so that a higher score value can be obtained for a plan that includes the other selected item rather than the existing item. A score model (313) according to one embodiment may be continuously updated so that the user's preference can be reflected in the creation of a plan based on the user profile (311) and the plan history (312). Not limited to the examples described above, the score model (313) may be continuously updated according to various requests and inputs regarding the user's plan.
[0067] The score model (313) according to one embodiment may be an artificial intelligence model or a rule-based model, but is not limited to the above-described example and may include a model configured in various ways.
[0068] The material information (314) according to one embodiment may include information regarding at least one material that can be consumed when the user performs various activities according to the plan. For example, the material information (314) may include information regarding the quantity and consumption period of at least one material currently held by the user.
[0069] Additionally, the material information (314) according to one embodiment may include information regarding the user's usage history for each material. For example, if it is determined based on the usage history of the materials that the user tends to use more beef among the ingredients than the amount set in the recipe, the plan may be generated such that the amount of beef included in the recipe increases according to the user's tendency. Not limited to the examples described above, the material information (314) may include various information regarding materials that can be used to generate the plan.
[0070] An item recommender (330) according to one embodiment may collect at least one item capable of configuring a plan and, upon a request from a plan creator (320), transmit at least one of the collected items to the plan creator (320). An item recommender (330) according to one embodiment may, upon a request from the plan creator (320), identify at least one item among the collected items (331) suitable for creating a user's plan and transmit the identified at least one item to the plan creator (320).
[0071] An item recommender (330) according to one embodiment can continuously collect information regarding new items from the outside. For example, as new recipes emerge, such as when trends related to diet change or new cooking methods appear, the item recommender (330) can continuously collect new recipes through web page searches or databases that store external recipes. Not limited to the examples described above, the item recommender (330) can continuously collect and store various items through various methods.
[0072] According to one embodiment, the item recommender (330) can identify items that can be used to create a plan among items (331) continuously collected from the outside through search, etc., based on information about the user, for example, user profile information (311). For example, the item recommender (330) can identify recipes that the user can consume as items that can be used to create a plan, excluding recipes that are difficult for the user to consume based on the user's allergy information or health condition included in the user profile information (311). Additionally, the item recommender (330) can identify recipes suitable for the user as items that can be used to create a plan, based on information regarding conditions pre-set by the user in relation to plan creation included in the user profile information (311). In this case, the user profile (311) may further include information included in, for example, 210 and 220 of FIG. 2, as information regarding conditions pre-set by the user in relation to plan creation entered by the user.
[0073] Not limited to the examples described above, the item recommender (330) can identify items that can be used to create plans in various ways.
[0074] A plan generator (320) according to one embodiment can generate a plan in response to a user's request. A plan generator (320) according to one embodiment can obtain at least one candidate item from an item recommender (330) (321) and generate a plan (322) based on the candidate item.
[0075] A plan creator (320) according to one embodiment can obtain at least one candidate item (321) from an item recommender (330) by transmitting a user profile (311) received from a plan manager (310) to an item recommender (330) in response to a user's plan creation request.
[0076] Additionally, a plan generator (320) according to one embodiment can generate a plan (322) by placing at least one candidate item into the plan according to user preference, based on the plan history (312) received from the plan manager (310) and the score value according to the score model (313).
[0077] A plan generator (320) according to one embodiment can generate a plan with the highest user preference while satisfying preset conditions for the plan, based on various information about the user, such as a user profile (311), plan history (312), and score model (313).
[0078] For example, conditions regarding the plan may include various types of conditions that must be considered when creating the plan, such as conditions regarding ingredients to be excluded based on the user's health condition, conditions regarding calorie ranges, and conditions regarding the range of nutritional components.
[0079] For example, when a user requests a plan aimed at weight loss through an interface such as 210 and 220 of FIG. 2, the plan creator (320) can create a plan that has the highest score value representing user preference while satisfying conditions regarding calories and nutritional components. In one embodiment, the score value may be determined based not only on user preference but also on whether the user can consume at least one ingredient within the consumption period according to the plan.
[0081] FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of replacing an item included in a plan according to user input according to one embodiment.
[0082] Referring to FIG. 4, in 410, the electronic device (1000) can receive input (414) from a user requesting a replacement for one of the items (411) included in the plan.
[0083] An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may propose at least one candidate plan (430, 440) in which the item requested for replacement is modified to another item in 420 according to user input (414). According to one embodiment, one of the proposed candidate plans (430, 440) may be selected according to user selection (445), and the plan may be modified according to the selected candidate plan.
[0084] A candidate plan (430, 440) according to one embodiment may include a candidate item (432, 442) that has a significant difference from the item requested for replacement (431, 441). For example, an item whose similarity to the item requested for replacement is less than or equal to a reference value may be proposed as a candidate item.
[0085] An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may suggest an item that has a significant difference from the characteristics of the item requested for replacement as a candidate item, assuming that the user does not prefer the item requested for replacement.
[0086] According to one embodiment, the candidate item (432, 442) may be determined to be an item with a nutritional content significantly different from that of the item requested for replacement (431, 441). For example, if the protein of the item requested for replacement (431, 441) is below a reference value or the calorie content is below a reference value, the candidate item (432, 442) may be determined to be an item (432) with high protein content relative to the reference value, or an item (442) with high calorie content.
[0087] According to one embodiment, in each candidate plan (430, 440), it may be proposed that other items (412, 413) other than the item (411) for which replacement was requested be additionally modified. The electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may additionally modify at least one item (412, 413) of the plan so that, even when the item (411) for which replacement was requested in each candidate plan (430, 440) is replaced with an item having significantly different characteristics, the plan can still satisfy the conditions pre-set for the plan according to the user's goals or dietary habits based on the information entered in 210 and 220 of FIG. 2. For example, if the total calories of the daily diet are pre-set to be within 1500 kcal according to the weight loss goal, a candidate plan may be proposed in which at least one item of the plan is additionally modified so that the pre-set conditions are satisfied.
[0088] For example, in the first candidate plan (430), the total calories of the Tuesday diet may exceed a preset value because the calories of the candidate item (432) are greater than the calories of the item (431) requested for replacement. Therefore, in order to avoid exceeding the preset calorie value, it may be additionally suggested that other items in the Tuesday diet, for example, item 412, be changed to items with fewer calories.
[0089] As another example, just like in the first candidate plan (430), in the second candidate plan (440), the total calories of the Tuesday diet may exceed a preset value as the calories of the candidate item (441) are greater than the calories of the item (441) requested for replacement. In the second candidate plan (440), it may be additionally suggested that other items (413, 443) in the Thursday diet be changed to items (444) with fewer calories so that the calories of the Thursday diet may be reduced by the amount of the increase in the total calories of the Tuesday diet.
[0090] According to one embodiment, in each candidate plan, as the item (411) requested for replacement is modified, other items to be additionally modified may be selected according to the user's preference. For example, if the user prefers the calorie content of the dinner menu to be lower than that of the breakfast menu, or if the user has a lower preference for the items placed in the Tuesday dinner menu than for the items placed in the Tuesday breakfast menu, then in the candidate plan (430), it may be suggested that the items (412, 433) of the Tuesday dinner menu be changed to items (434) with lower calories. As another example, if the user's preference for the items placed in the Tuesday breakfast and dinner menus is above a threshold value, then among the items set for other days, items whose user's preference is below the threshold value may be selected as items to be additionally suggested for change.
[0091] According to one embodiment, the item to be additionally changed may be selected to satisfy a preset condition in a direction that can increase user preference, not limited to the example described above. In addition, the user preference according to one embodiment may be obtained as a score value according to the score model (313), but is not limited thereto and may be obtained in various ways.
[0092] Candidate plans (430, 440) according to one embodiment may be listed in order based on the final score obtained for each candidate plan. According to one embodiment, the final score for each candidate plan may be obtained based on the proposed change items (432, 434, 442, 444) included in each candidate plan.
[0093] For example, the final score for each candidate plan (430, 440) can be obtained based on a plan that includes items proposed for change (432, 434) instead of items requested for replacement (431, 433) in each candidate plan.
[0094] As another example, each candidate plan (430, 440) can be listed in order based on the difference in scores that change as the replacement item (431, 433, 441, 443) is modified into the changed item (432, 434, 442, 444).
[0095] For example, in the first candidate plan (430), if item 431 is changed to item 432, the score representing the degree of overlap between recipes among the scores for the plan may be increased by 3. Also, if item 433 is changed to item 434, the score representing the degree of suitability of nutritional components among the scores for the plan may be increased by 2. Therefore, the score of the first candidate plan (430) can be determined to be increased by a total of 5 compared to the score of plan 410.
[0096] In the same way, if it is determined that the score of the second candidate plan (440) increases by a total of 4 compared to the score of the plan 410, the first candidate plan (430), which has a larger amount of score increase, can be provided to the user to be displayed in a higher priority than the second candidate plan (440).
[0097] Candidate plans may be provided to the user according to the priority of each candidate plan determined by various methods, not limited to the examples described above.
[0099] FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing an example of modifying a plan according to one embodiment.
[0100] Referring to FIG. 5, an electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can modify a plan already provided to a user so that all materials can be consumed by the expiration date of the materials as the amount of materials used by the plan changes. For example, if the amount of materials predicted at the time of plan creation differs significantly from the actual measured amount of materials, the electronic device (1000) can modify the plan to suit the actual measured amount of materials.
[0101] In step 510, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can measure in real time the amount of at least one material currently held by the user. For example, the amount of material held by the user can be measured in real time by detecting the weight, appearance, barcode, QR code, etc. of the material stored in the refrigerator. Information regarding the amount of material held by the user can be obtained in various ways, not limited to the example described above.
[0102] In step 520, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can generate a plan based on the amount of material held measured in step 510. The plan according to one embodiment can be generated such that all the material is consumed by the consumption deadline, based on the amount of material held measured in step 510. According to one embodiment, the plan can be generated as the rate of material consumption is determined based on the consumption deadline of the material.
[0103] For example, a plan can be created so that the amount of material held decreases gradually over time, and the amount of material held becomes zero before the expiration date of the material arrives.
[0104] In step 530, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can predict how the amount of ingredients will change when a user performs an activity according to the plan generated in step 520. For example, if the plan is a meal plan, the amount of ingredients over time can be predicted based on the amount of ingredients used in each recipe included in the plan.
[0105] After step 530, the plan generated in step 520 may be provided to the user, and at least one material may be consumed depending on the user's activity. An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may measure in real time the amount of at least one material consumed by the user according to the plan, and may modify the plan according to step 540 below.
[0106] In step 540, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may modify the plan based on the difference between the amount of material held predicted in step 530 and the amount of material actually measured. If the difference between the predicted amount and the measured amount is greater than or equal to a reference value, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may modify the plan by deeming that the currently provided plan is not suitable for consuming the material at an appropriate rate within the consumption period.
[0107] According to one embodiment, the plan may be modified as the rate of material consumption is re-determined so that the difference between the predicted holding amount and the actual measured holding amount can be reduced at a later point in time.
[0108] For example, if the currently measured amount of material is greater than the pre-predicted amount, it may be difficult to consume all the material within the consumption period. Therefore, the plan can be modified so that the amount of material that can be consumed by the plan can be increased.
[0109] In addition, if the currently measured amount of materials is less than the predicted amount, the materials may be completely depleted significantly earlier than the consumption period. Therefore, the plan may be modified so that the amount of materials that can be consumed by the plan is further reduced.
[0110] Plan modification according to one embodiment may or may not be performed depending on the user's choice. According to one embodiment, if the user does not choose to modify the plan, information to induce appropriate action based on the material inventory may be provided to the user. For example, if the measured material inventory is less than the predicted value, information indicating that additional material purchase is necessary may be provided. Additionally, if the measured material inventory is more than the predicted value, information indicating that there is a possibility that the material may not be consumed by the expiration date may be provided to the user. Information regarding the material inventory may be provided to the user in various forms, not limited to the examples described above.
[0112] FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of predicting the amount of material held according to a plan according to one embodiment.
[0113] Referring to FIG. 6, 610 represents a change in the amount of material held that is ideally consumed within the consumption period, and 620 represents a change in the amount of material held that is predicted to be consumed by the plan. According to one embodiment, the plan can be generated such that 620 approaches 610. For example, the plan can be generated such that the amount of material held changes to approach 610 depending on the amount of material predicted to be consumed by the plan.
[0114] According to one embodiment, it is considered ideal for the material to be consumed gradually until the consumption period, and a plan can be generated accordingly. However, the above example is not limited to the above, and a plan for consuming the material can be generated according to changes in the amount of various types of material held. For example, a plan may be generated so that the material is consumed gradually up to three days earlier than the consumption period.
[0116] FIG. 7 is a drawing showing an example of an actual measured value for the amount of material held according to a plan according to one embodiment.
[0117] Referring to FIG. 7, an electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can measure the amount of material held in real time, as in 730. Additionally, the electronic device (1000) can continuously determine whether the amount of material held is greater than or equal to a reference value by comparing the measured value (730) and the predicted value (720) with each other.
[0118] According to one embodiment, at time t1, the electronic device (1000) can modify the plan as it detects that the difference (740) between the measured value (730) and the predicted value (720) is greater than or equal to a reference value. According to one embodiment, at time t1, as the measured value (730) is smaller than the predicted value (720), the electronic device (1000) can modify the plan so that the amount of material that can be consumed by the plan is further reduced, that is, so that the rate at which the material holdings decrease is slower.
[0120] FIG. 8 is a drawing showing an example of an actual measured value for the amount of material held according to a plan according to one embodiment.
[0121] Referring to FIG. 8, an electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can measure the amount of material held in real time, as in 830. Additionally, the electronic device (1000) can continuously determine whether the amount of material held is greater than or equal to a reference value by comparing the measured value (830) and the predicted value (820) with each other.
[0122] According to one embodiment, at time t2, the electronic device (1000) can modify the plan as it detects that the difference (840) between the measured value (830) and the predicted value (820) is greater than or equal to a reference value. According to one embodiment, at time t2, as the measured value (830) is greater than the predicted value (820), the electronic device (1000) can modify the plan so that the amount of material that can be consumed by the plan can be increased, that is, so that the rate at which the material reserve decreases becomes faster.
[0124] FIG. 9 is a block diagram for explaining the internal configuration of an electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment.
[0125] FIG. 10 is a block diagram illustrating the internal configuration of an electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment.
[0126] Referring to FIG. 9, the electronic device (1000) may include an input section (1100), a processor (1300), and an output section (1200). However, not all components shown in FIG. 9 are essential components of the electronic device (1000). The electronic device (1000) may be implemented by more components than those shown in FIG. 9, or by fewer components than those shown in FIG. 9.
[0127] For example, as illustrated in FIG. 10, an electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may further include a sensing unit (1400), a communication unit (1500), an A / V input unit (1600), and a memory (1700) in addition to an input unit (1100), a processor (1300), and an output unit (1200).
[0128] The input unit (1100) can receive commands or data for controlling the electronic device (1000) from outside the electronic device (1000) (e.g., user). An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can modify an item included in a plan according to the external input and provide it to a user.
[0130] The output unit (1200) can output an audio signal, a video signal, or a vibration signal, and the output unit (1200) may include a display unit (1210), a sound output unit (1220), and a vibration motor (1230). The output unit (1200) according to one embodiment may provide a plan to the user that is generated or modified according to user input.
[0131] The display unit (1210) displays and outputs information processed by the electronic device (1000). According to one embodiment, the display unit (1210) can display and output a plan generated according to user input.
[0132] Meanwhile, when the display unit (1210) and the touch pad form a layer structure and are configured as a touch screen, the display unit (1210) can be used as an input device in addition to an output device. The display unit (1210) may include at least one of a liquid crystal display, a thin film transistor-liquid crystal display, an organic light-emitting diode, a flexible display, a 3D display, and an electrophoretic display. Also, depending on the implementation form of the electronic device (1000), the electronic device (1000) may include two or more display units (1210).
[0133] The sound output unit (1220) outputs audio data received from the communication unit (1500) or stored in the memory (1700). The vibration motor (1230) can output a vibration signal. Additionally, the vibration motor (1230) can output a vibration signal when a touch is input to the touchscreen. According to one embodiment, the sound output unit (1220) and the vibration motor (1230) can output information related to a plan generated according to user input.
[0134] The processor (1300) typically controls the overall operation of the electronic device (1000). For example, the processor (1300) can control the user input unit (1100), output unit (1200), sensing unit (1400), communication unit (1500), A / V input unit (1600), etc., by executing programs stored in memory (1700).
[0135] The electronic device (1000) may include at least one processor (1300). For example, the electronic device (1000) may include various types of processors such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), and an NPU (Neural Processing Unit).
[0136] The processor (1300) may be configured to process instructions of a computer program by performing basic arithmetic, logic, and input / output operations. For example, the processor (1300) may be configured to execute instructions according to program code stored in a recording device such as memory.
[0137] A processor (1300) according to one embodiment can generate a plan including a plurality of items based on a preset condition and select one of the plurality of items according to user input. Additionally, the processor (1300) can obtain a first candidate item for replacing the selected item and, if the preset condition is not satisfied when the selected item is replaced with the first candidate item, identify an item among the plurality of items to be replaced so as to satisfy the preset condition.
[0138] A first candidate item according to one embodiment may be obtained from among items whose similarity to the item selected by the user is below a reference value. According to one embodiment, since the selected item is likely to be an item not preferred by the user, it may be replaced with an item that differs from the selected item in characteristics above a reference value.
[0139] Additionally, the processor (1300) may acquire a second candidate item to replace the identified item, modify the plan based on the first candidate item and the second candidate item, and provide the modified plan to the user.
[0140] According to one embodiment, among the multiple items included in the plan, the item identified as to be replaced may be identified from among the multiple items included in the plan whose user preference is below a threshold value. According to one embodiment, since it is desirable to replace an item with low user preference, the item to be replaced by the second candidate item may be determined from among the items whose user preference is below a threshold value. The user preference according to one embodiment may be determined based on a pre-learned score model (313), but is not limited thereto and may be determined by various methods.
[0141] In addition, if there are multiple first candidate items according to one embodiment, multiple candidate plans corresponding to each first candidate item may be provided to the user according to priority. The priority according to one embodiment may be determined based on the degree to which the score changes when the items of the plan are replaced by the first candidate item and the second candidate item. In addition, the priority may be determined based on the score obtained for the modified plan when the items of the plan are replaced by the first candidate item and the second candidate item.
[0142] Additionally, a processor (1300) according to one embodiment may modify and provide a plan as the amount of material held changes. A processor (1300) according to one embodiment may acquire a plan including a plurality of items, predict the amount of a first material held that may be consumed according to the plan for at least one time point, and measure the amount of the first material held at at least one time point while the first material is consumed according to the plan. Additionally, the processor (1300) may modify and provide a plan so that the difference between the measured value and the predicted value is greater than or equal to a reference value at the first time point among the at least one time point, and so that the difference between the measured value and the predicted value for the amount of the first material held can be reduced after the first time point.
[0143] A plan according to one embodiment can be generated by determining the consumption rate of the first material based on the consumption period of the first material. However, if the difference between the measured value and the predicted value at a first point in time is greater than or equal to a reference value, the plan may be modified by re-determining the consumption rate of the first material so that the difference value can be reduced thereafter. For example, the plan may be modified by re-determining the consumption rate of the first material so that the difference between the predicted value and the measured value can be minimized.
[0144] The sensing unit (1400) can detect the state of the electronic device (1000) or the state around the electronic device (1000) and transmit the detected information to the processor (1300).

[0153] The microphone (1620) receives an external acoustic signal and processes it into electrical voice data. For example, the microphone (1620) can receive voice input from a user requesting the creation of a plan.
[0154] The memory (1700) can store a program for processing and controlling the processor (1300), and can also store data that is input to or output from the electronic device (1000).
[0155] A memory (1700) according to one embodiment may store data necessary for creating a plan. For example, the memory (1700) may store various information about the user, such as user profile information, information regarding health status, information regarding the surrounding environment, and information regarding the plan creation history. Additionally, the memory (1700) may store a score model for obtaining a score for a plan. A score according to one embodiment may indicate the user's preference for a plan. An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may provide a plan with high user preference to the user based on the score for the plan.
[0156] A memory (1700) according to one embodiment can store information related to materials used in the plan, for example, predicted values and measured values regarding the amount of material held.
[0157] The memory (1700) may include at least one type of storage medium among flash memory type, hard disk type, multimedia card micro type, card type memory (e.g., SD or XD memory, etc.), RAM (Random Access Memory), SRAM (Static Random Access Memory), ROM (Read-Only Memory), EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory), PROM (Programmable Read-Only Memory), magnetic memory, magnetic disk, and optical disk.
[0158] Programs stored in memory (1700) can be classified into multiple modules according to their function, for example, UI module (1710), touch screen module (1720), notification module (1730), etc.
[0159] The UI module (1710) can provide specialized UI, GUI, etc. that are linked with the electronic device (1000) for each application. The touch screen module (1720) can detect touch gestures on the user's touch screen and transmit information regarding the touch gestures to the processor (1300). In some embodiments, the touch screen module (1720) can recognize and analyze touch codes. The touch screen module (1720) may be configured as separate hardware including a controller.
[0160] Various sensors may be provided inside or near the touchscreen to detect touch or proximity touch of the touchscreen. An example of a sensor for detecting touch of the touchscreen is a tactile sensor. A tactile sensor is a sensor that detects contact with a specific object to a degree or greater than that felt by a human. [0161] User touch gestures may include tap, touch & hold, double tap, drag, panning, flick, drag and drop, swipe, etc.
[0162] The notification module (1730) can generate a signal to notify of the occurrence of an event of the electronic device (1000).
[0164] FIG. 11 is a flowchart illustrating a method for providing a plan according to one embodiment.
[0165] Referring to FIG. 11, in step 1101, an electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can generate a plan including a plurality of items based on preset conditions.
[0166] An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can set conditions for generating a plan based on external input (e.g., input by a user) and generate a plan that is judged to be most suitable for the user while satisfying the set conditions. For example, the electronic device (1000) can generate a plan by setting conditions for the plan based on information input through the interfaces 210 and 220 of FIG. 2 and obtaining a score value representing user preference for the plan based on a pre-learned score model.
[0167] In step 1102, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may select one of a plurality of items included in the plan generated in step 1101 according to an external input. According to one embodiment, the user may select one item in step 1102 to replace an undesirable item among the items included in the plan generated in step 1101.
[0168] In step 1103, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may acquire a first candidate item to replace the item selected in step 1102. The first candidate item according to one embodiment may be acquired as an item whose similarity to the selected item is greater than or equal to a reference value. This is because, since the item selected by the user in step 1102 is likely to be an item with characteristics that the user does not prefer, another item with characteristics that differ significantly from the selected item may be acquired as the first candidate item.
[0169] The similarity between items according to one embodiment may be determined based on a model that has been pre-trained to extract characteristics of items and determine similarity between items, but is not limited thereto and may be determined according to various methods.
[0170] In step 1104, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can identify an additional item to be replaced in the plan so that when the item selected in step 1102 is replaced with a first candidate item, the pre-set conditions for the plan remain satisfied.
[0171] According to one embodiment, if the item selected in step 1102 is replaced according to user input, the plan may not satisfy the preset conditions. The electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may additionally replace another item in the plan so that the preset conditions can be satisfied even if the item selected in step 1102 is replaced.
[0172] According to one embodiment, in step 1104, the identified item may be identified based on whether the user preference is below a threshold value. According to one embodiment, the user preference may be determined based on the score value obtained according to the score model (313) described above. For example, the item may be identified as an item to be replaced based on whether the score value representing the user preference for the identified item is below a threshold value.
[0173] According to one embodiment, a plan more suitable for the user can be created by replacing an item with low user preference. Accordingly, according to one embodiment, among a plurality of items, an item with low user preference can be identified as an item to be additionally replaced.
[0174] In step 1105, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may acquire a second candidate item for replacing the identified item. According to one embodiment, a second candidate item may be acquired in which a pre-set condition for the plan can be satisfied.
[0175] In the case where there are multiple first candidate items according to one embodiment, multiple candidate plans each containing multiple first candidate items may be provided to the user according to priority. The priority according to one embodiment may be determined based on the degree to which the score changes as items included in the plan are replaced according to the multiple candidate plans, or based on the score for the plan modified according to the multiple candidate plans.
[0176] For example, among multiple candidate plans, a candidate plan with a greater degree of change in its score may have a higher priority. As another example, among multiple candidate plans, a candidate plan with a higher score for the modified plan may have a higher priority.
[0177] A plurality of candidate plans according to one embodiment are provided to the user in order of priority based on score values, so a candidate plan that is judged to have a higher user preference can be provided to the user in priority.
[0178] In step 1106, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may provide the user with a modified plan including a first candidate item and a second candidate item. For example, the user may be provided with a modified plan in which the item selected by the user in step 1102 and the item identified in step 1104 are replaced with the first candidate item and the second candidate item, respectively.
[0180] FIG. 12 is a flowchart illustrating a method for providing a plan according to one embodiment.
[0181] Referring to FIG. 12, in step 1201, an electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may obtain a plan including a plurality of items. The plan according to one embodiment may be a meal plan composed of recipes, for example. A user according to one embodiment may consume at least one ingredient as they compose a meal according to the plan.
[0182] According to one embodiment, a plan can be generated by further considering the quantity of materials used in the plan, in addition to user preferences. According to one embodiment, a plan can be generated by determining the rate of consumption of the first material based on the consumption period of the first material. Furthermore, according to one embodiment, the plan can be modified and provided so that each material is consumed within an appropriate consumption period, depending on the extent to which at least one material is consumed by the user.
[0183] In step 1202, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may obtain a value predicted in advance for at least one time point for the amount of the first material among at least one material. According to one embodiment, the value predicted in advance for the amount of the first material may mean the amount of the first material that can be predicted when a user consumes the first material according to the plan obtained in step 1201.
[0184] In step 1203, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may measure the amount of the first material held at at least one point in time while the first material is being consumed, according to a plan. According to one embodiment, the value measured in step 1203 and the value predicted in step 1202 may be compared with each other.
[0185] An electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment can determine whether the difference between the measured value and the predicted value is greater than or equal to a reference value at step 1204, as a result of comparing the value measured at step 1203 and the value predicted at step 1202 at a first time point among at least one time point.
[0186] In step 1205, the electronic device (1000) according to one embodiment may modify the plan based on the difference detected in step 1204. According to one embodiment, the plan may be modified so that after a first time point, the difference between the measured value of the first material holding amount and the predicted value may be reduced.
[0187] For example, after the first time point, the plan may be modified as the consumption rate of the first material is re-determined so that the difference value can be minimized. For example, if the measured value is greater than the predicted value, the plan may be modified so that the first material is consumed faster. Additionally, if the measured value is smaller than the predicted value, the plan may be modified so that the first material is consumed slower.
[0189] According to one embodiment, even if the user changes the plan, a plan that can achieve preset goals or maintain the user's health can be provided.
[0190] According to one embodiment, the plan can be appropriately modified and provided according to changes in the amount of material held.
[0192] A device-readable storage medium may be provided in the form of a non-transitory storage medium. Here, 'non-transitory storage medium' simply means that it is a tangible device and does not contain a signal (e.g., electromagnetic waves), and the term does not distinguish between cases where data is stored semi-permanently and cases where it is stored temporarily. For example, a 'non-transitory storage medium' may include a buffer in which data is stored temporarily.
[0193] According to one embodiment, the method according to the various embodiments disclosed herein may be provided by being included in a computer program product. The computer program product may be traded between a seller and a buyer as a product. The computer program product may be distributed in the form of a device-readable storage medium (e.g., compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM)), or distributed online (e.g., download or upload) through an application store (e.g., Play Store™) or directly between two user devices (e.g., smartphones). In the case of online distribution, at least a portion of the computer program product (e.g., downloadable app) may be temporarily stored or temporarily created on a device-readable storage medium, such as the memory of a manufacturer's server, an application store's server, or a relay server.
[0194] Additionally, in this specification, “part” may be a hardware component, such as a processor or circuit, and / or a software component executed by a hardware component, such as a processor.
