[0084] Referring to FIGS. 11 and 12, the panel holder (100) and the support frame (110) can be joined by a wire (130). As described above, when the second projection (113) and the projection support (106) are engaged with each other, the movement of the panel holder (100) forward of the support frame (110) may be restricted. However, if the panel holder (100) is moved upward a predetermined distance relative to the support frame (110), the panel holder (100) may be separated forward from the support frame (110). To prevent this, a wire (130) can be joined to the panel holder (100) and the support frame (110). Alternatively, the wire (130) can be positioned between the panel holder (100) and the support frame (110).

[0085] When the wire (130) is coupled to the panel holder (100) and the support frame (110), the upward movement of the panel holder (100) relative to the support frame (110) may be restricted. Additionally, the first portion of the wire (130) may be supported by the panel holder (100), and the second portion of the wire (130), which is different from the first portion, may be supported by the support frame (110), thereby being fixed so as not to move in the forward and backward directions of the panel holder (100) and the support frame (110).

[0086] More specifically, a first portion of the wire (130) is supported by a first projection (112) of the support frame (110), and a second portion of the wire (130) can be received in a wire receiving groove (103). The second portion of the wire (130) can be supported by one side of the panel holder (100) forming the wire receiving groove (103). The second portion of the wire (130) may refer to a pair of points provided on both sides of the first portion of the wire (130). The first projection (112) supporting the first portion of the wire (130) and the wire receiving groove (103) supporting the second portion of the wire (130) may be spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction. The first portion of the wire (130) supported by the first projection (112) and the second portion of the wire (130) supported by the wire receiving groove (103) are spaced apart in the front-rear direction so that the wire (130) can be bent. By bending the wire (130), the panel holder (100) and the support frame (110) can be joined without a gap in the front-rear direction by the tension of the wire (130).

[0087] FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view according to BB of FIG. 11, showing the display panel and the rear chassis together.

[0088] Referring to FIG. 13, as described above, the panel holder (100) and the support frame (110) can be joined in the front-rear direction without a gap. Since the panel holder (100) is joined to the display panel (10) and the support frame (110) is joined to the rear chassis (40), the display panel (10) can be joined to the rear chassis (40) by the joining of the panel holder (100) and the support frame (110).

[0089] FIG. 14 is a drawing showing the panel holder and the wire connected to the panel holder before it is connected to the support frame. FIG. 15 is a drawing showing the process of the panel holder and the wire connected to the panel holder being connected to the support frame. FIG. 16 is a drawing showing the panel holder and the wire connected to the panel holder after it is connected to the support frame.

[0090] Referring to FIGS. 14 to 16, the process of a panel holder (100) being coupled to a support frame (110) is explained.

[0091] Referring to FIGS. 14 to 16, when the panel holder (100) is coupled to the support frame (110), the display panel (10) may not be coupled to the panel holder (100). According to one embodiment, after the panel holder (100) is coupled to the support frame (110), the display panel (10) can be coupled to the panel holder (100).

[0092] When connecting the panel holder (100) to the support frame (110), the wire (130) may be connected to the panel holder (100) first. With the wire (130) connected to the panel holder (100), the panel holder (100) may be connected to the support frame (110).

[0093] Referring to FIG. 14, the panel holder (100) can be moved so that the first portion of the wire (130) is positioned below the first projection (112). By moving the panel holder (100) diagonally relative to the support frame (110), the first portion of the wire (130) can be positioned below the first projection (112).

[0094] Referring to FIG. 15, the panel holder (100) can be moved so that the first portion of the wire (130) is positioned below the first projection (112), and then the panel holder (100) can be rotated at a predetermined angle with the wire (130) as the axis of rotation. At this time, by moving the panel holder (100) to the upper side of the support frame (110), the projection support portion (106) can be positioned below the second projection (113). At this time, the wire (130) is bent, and the tension of the wire (130) can be applied so that the panel holder (100) moves to the lower side of the support frame (110).

[0095] Referring to FIG. 16, the panel holder (100) can move to the lower side of the support frame (110) by the tension of the wire (130). As the panel holder (100) moves to the lower side of the support frame (110), the second projection (113) and the projection support (106) can engage with each other. When the second projection (113) and the projection support (106) engage, the panel holder (100) may not be separated from the support frame (110). Additionally, the panel holder (100) may not move upward from the support frame (110) by the tension of the wire (130). Thus, the panel holder (100) and the support frame (110) can maintain a combined state.

[0096] FIG. 17 is a cross-sectional view according to CC of FIG. 11 with the wire removed, showing the display panel and the rear chassis together. FIG. 18 is a view showing the panel holder moved upward relative to the support frame in FIG. 17. FIG. 19 is a view showing the panel holder separated forward from the support frame.

[0097] Referring to FIGS. 17 to 19, after the rear cover (50) is disassembled from the rear chassis (40), the panel holder (100) can be separated from the support frame (110) without a separate member. Additionally, the display panel (10) can be separated from the rear chassis (40).

[0098] As described above, a wire (130) can be drawn out from the rear of the rear chassis (40) through the chassis hole (41) to the outside of the display device (1).

[0099] Referring to FIGS. 17 and 18, when the wire (130) is drawn out, the upward movement of the panel holder (100) relative to the support frame (110) is not restricted. Therefore, when the display panel (10) is moved upward, the panel holder (100) can move upward relative to the support frame (110) together with the display panel (10). When the panel holder (100) moves upward relative to the support frame (110), the engagement between the second projection (113) and the projection support (106) can be released. In other words, the forward movement of the projection support (106) is not restricted by the second projection (113). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 19, the display panel (10) and the panel holder (100) can be separated from the support frame (110).

[0100] According to one embodiment, the display panel (10) and the substrate (13) attached to the display panel (10) can be separated from the rear chassis (40) without damaging the display panel (10).

[0101] An adhesive member may be provided on the upper surface and both sides of the display panel (10) to connect the upper surface and both sides of the display panel (10) to the rear chassis (40). There is no limitation on the type of adhesive member, but for example, it may be double-sided tape.

[0102] After peeling off the adhesive members provided on the upper surface and both sides of the display panel (10), and separating the panel holder (100) provided on the lower surface of the display panel (10) from the support frame (110), the display panel (10) can be separated from the rear chassis (40) without damage to the display panel (10). As described above, since the rear surface of the heat dissipation sheet (20) and the front surface of the rear chassis (40) are separable from each other, the display panel (1) can be separated to the front of the rear chassis (40) by removing the connection located on the four sides of the display panel (10). Accordingly, the display panel (10) including the self-emissive panel (11) can be disassembled and replaced.

[0103] FIG. 20 is a drawing showing the display panel and the rear chassis separated in a display device according to one embodiment. FIG. 21 is a drawing showing the panel holder and the support frame separately in a display device according to one embodiment. FIG. 22 is a drawing showing the panel holder and the support frame shown in FIG. 21 combined with each other.

[0104] In the following, explanations that overlap with the above will be omitted.

[0105] Referring to FIGS. 20 to 22, a panel holder (200) and a support frame (210) according to one embodiment can be joined and separated by sliding movement without a wire or separate member.

[0106] More specifically, the panel holder (200) can be coupled to the support frame (210) by sliding in a first direction relative to the support frame (210). Conversely, the panel holder (200) can be separated from the support frame (210) by sliding in a second direction opposite to the first direction relative to the support frame (210). According to one embodiment, the first direction may point downward, and the second direction may point upward.

[0107] The panel holder (200) can be attached to the lower rear of the display panel (10). The support frame (210) can be attached to the lower front of the rear chassis (40). By moving the display panel (10) upward relative to the rear chassis (40), the display panel (10) can be separated forward from the rear chassis (40).

[0108] FIG. 23 is an enlarged view of D in FIG. 22, showing the panel holder and the support frame combined. FIG. 24 is an enlarged view of D in FIG. 22, showing the panel holder and the support frame in a state where they can be separated from each other. FIG. 25 is a cross-sectional perspective view of FIG. 23. FIG. 26 is a cross-sectional perspective view of FIG. 24.

[0109] Referring to FIGS. 23 to 26, a panel holder (200) according to one embodiment may include a coupling projection (201, 202) that protrudes toward a support frame (210). The coupling projection (201, 202) may include a head portion (201) having a first area and a connecting portion (202) having a second area smaller than the first area and connecting the head portion (201) and the panel holder (200).

[0110] The support frame (210) may include a first hole (211) having an area larger than the first area so that the head portion (201) of the panel holder (200) can pass through, and a second hole (212) having an area smaller than the first area and larger than the second area. The first hole (211) and the second hole (212) may be arranged continuously in the vertical direction.

[0111] According to the above structure, the head portion (201) of the coupling projection (201, 202) can be inserted into the first hole (211). The head portion (201) inserted into the first hole (211) can slide downward. When the head portion (201) slides downward, the connecting portion (202) is inserted into the second hole (212), and since the head portion (201) cannot pass through the second hole (212), the panel holder (200) and the support frame (210) can be coupled.

[0112] Conversely, when the panel holder (200) slides upward while the connecting part (202) is inserted into the second hole (212), the connecting part (202) is withdrawn from the second hole (212) and the head part (201) is inserted into the first hole (211), so the panel holder (200) can be separated forward from the support frame (210).

[0113] Specific embodiments have been illustrated and described above. However, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and those skilled in the art may make various modifications without departing from the essence of the technical concept of the invention as described in the following claims.
