Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a crimp-type one-touch rebar connector. Background Technology
[0002] In the construction process of buildings or civil engineering structures, the connection of reinforcing bars is one of the most critical steps for ensuring the overall strength and durability of the structure. Reinforcing bars are typically used in conjunction with concrete to support tensile forces, and the technology for efficiently connecting them has a significant impact on the safety, constructability, and economic efficiency of the structure. In particular, when structures are subjected to seismic loads, vibrations, or repetitive loads, the connections between reinforcing bars become a critical element for load transfer; therefore, connection technology that ensures excellent fastening strength and long-term reliability is required.
[0003] Previously, welding, mechanical couplers, and screw-type connectors have been used to connect reinforcing bars; among these, crimp connectors are widely used due to their advantage of allowing for convenient connection without the need for separate electric welding equipment or screw processing. Crim connectors generally consist of inserting a reinforcing bar into a metal sleeve or housing and securing it by applying external compression force.
[0004] However, conventional crimp connectors often had limited surface area for the inner component that directly grips the rebar due to structural constraints. In other words, the gripping surface in direct contact with the outer circumference of the rebar was narrow, and the gripping direction was restricted to a simple straight line, frequently resulting in insufficient or uneven fastening force. Consequently, when external loads were repeatedly applied, slip phenomena—such as the rebar moving or rotating slightly within the connector—could occur. These minute movements accumulated repetitive deformation throughout the entire structure, ultimately causing a significant amount of residual deformation.
[0005] Furthermore, gaps or poor connections between reinforcing bars and connectors can lead to a risk of damage to key structural members, potentially resulting in fatal consequences, especially in structures requiring seismic performance. For instance, even slight shaking of the internal reinforcing bars due to vibration can cause repetitive stress concentration, leading to fatigue failure and potentially resulting in the risk of structural collapse.
[0006] Therefore, there is an urgent need for a new type of compression-type rebar connector that can stably grip rebar over a wider area, prevent the rebar from detaching or slipping due to external forces, and drastically reduce structural deformation and residual deformation. The present invention aims to solve these technical requirements by improving upon problems such as insufficient fastening force, limited gripping area, and structural instability that occurred in existing connector structures, thereby enhancing the strength and reliability of the rebar connection part and further improving the safety and seismic performance of the entire structure. The problem to be solved
[0007] One aspect of the present disclosure provides a one-touch rebar connector including a structure capable of effectively connecting rebars.
[0008] One aspect of the present disclosure provides a compression type one-touch rebar connector comprising a structure capable of reducing residual deformation when a tensile test is performed after a rebar is connected to the rebar connector.
[0009] One aspect of the present disclosure provides a compression type one-touch rebar connector having a structure that can select connectable rebars by limiting the diameter of connectable rebars to a certain diameter or less for effective connection of rebars.

[0011] One aspect of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned purpose comprises a compression type one-touch rebar connector provided for fastening a rebar, comprising: a connecting block including a first opening into which the rebar is inserted, a second opening formed opposite to the first opening through which the inserted rebar passes, and a slide space formed by surrounding a slide surface which is an inner surface; a fastening sleeve provided inside the connecting block to slidably contact the slide surface, provided to move by pressure of the rebar, and provided to receive and grip the rebar based on a position in contact with the slide surface; and a connecting housing connected to the connecting block so that the connecting block can move in a direction parallel to a first direction, which is a direction from the first opening toward the second opening, and comprising a receiving space that receives a part of the connecting block and a partition wall that partitions the receiving space.
[0012] Additionally, the first opening is formed to have a smaller diameter than the second opening, and the slide surface includes a first locking surface extending in the first direction from the outer circumference of the first opening, a second locking surface extending in the second direction opposite to the first direction from the outer circumference of the second opening, and an inclined surface extending from the first locking surface to the second locking surface and formed to be inclined such that the diameter of the slide space increases as it moves toward the first direction; the fastening sleeve includes a sleeve outer surface that slides in contact with the inclined surface, and a sleeve inner surface that is arranged to contact the rebar when the rebar is gripped by the fastening sleeve and press the rebar in a third direction that intersects the first direction, and is arranged such that its diameter changes based on the position on the inclined surface of the sleeve outer surface; and a gripping space formed inside the sleeve body to accommodate the rebar, which is arranged to accommodate the rebar, and the gripping space in a direction parallel to the third direction based on the change in diameter of the sleeve inner surface It may include a gripping space formed by surrounding the inner surface of the sleeve so that the length, or receiving diameter, changes.
[0013] Additionally, the fastening sleeve may include a plurality of fastening sleeves arranged along the circumference of the inclined surface, comprising a first fastening sleeve and a second fastening sleeve positioned to face the first fastening sleeve, and the distance between the inner surface of the first fastening sleeve and the inner surface of the second fastening sleeve in a direction parallel to the third direction may be defined as the receiving diameter.
[0014] Additionally, when the reinforcing bar moves from the first position, which is the position of the sleeve body before pressing the fastening sleeve, to the first position, which is the position of the sleeve body when the reinforcing bar is gripped by the fastening sleeve, the first fastening sleeve and the second fastening sleeve may each move along the slide surface to increase the receiving diameter and thus be separated from each other.
[0015] Additionally, the apparatus further includes an elastic member connecting one end of the sleeve body and the bulkhead to press the fastening sleeve in the second direction to support the fastening sleeve on the slide surface; and when the reinforcing bar is gripped in the fastening sleeve, the elastic member may be configured to be compressed by a value (R) obtained by dividing the value obtained by multiplying 2 the tangent value (tan(θ)) of the inclination angle (θ) of the inclined surface with respect to the first direction by the difference between the first receiving diameter (D1), which is the receiving diameter when the fastening sleeve is placed in the first position, and the second receiving diameter (D2), which is the receiving diameter when the fastening sleeve is placed in the second position.
[0016] Additionally, the third receiving diameter, which is the maximum diameter of the receiving diameter defined as the maximum diameter of the rebar that the above-mentioned compression-type one-touch rebar connector can connect, may be the distance at which the inner surface of the first connecting sleeve and the inner surface of the second connecting sleeve are separated when the sleeve body contacts the second locking surface.
[0017] In addition, when the fastening sleeve is pressed in the first direction by a reinforcing bar having a diameter greater than or equal to the maximum diameter of the reinforcing bar that the above-mentioned compression-type one-touch reinforcing bar connector can fasten, the movement of the fastening sleeve along an inclined surface formed at an angle to the first direction may be arranged so that the sleeve body comes into contact with the second locking surface parallel to the first direction and stops.
[0018] Additionally, when the receiving diameter is the third receiving diameter, the position of the sleeve body in contact with the second locking surface is defined as the third position, and when the fastening sleeve moves between the first position and the third position, the entire outer surface of the sleeve of the sleeve body may be arranged to be in full contact with the inclined surface.
[0019] Additionally, the first fastening sleeve further includes a first sleeve tail formed to extend in the first direction from the inner surface of the sleeve of the first fastening sleeve and protrude from one end of the sleeve body of the first fastening sleeve, and the second fastening sleeve further includes a second sleeve tail formed to extend in the first direction from the inner surface of the sleeve of the second fastening sleeve and protrude from one end of the sleeve body of the second fastening sleeve, and the outer diameter of the elastic member may be provided such that the outer diameters of the first sleeve tail and the second sleeve tail are spaced apart when the first fastening sleeve and the sleeve body of the second fastening sleeve are located at the third position.
[0020] Additionally, the connecting housing includes a first screw thread formed to extend in a direction parallel to the first direction on the inner circumference of the connecting housing forming the receiving space, and the connecting block includes a second screw thread formed to extend in a direction parallel to the first direction on the outer circumference of the connecting block and arranged to screw-couple with the first screw thread, and the second screw thread is arranged to move the connecting block along the first screw thread in a direction parallel to the first direction according to the rotational direction of the connecting block, and when the fastening sleeve receives and grips the reinforcing bar, the connecting block is arranged to rotate in a direction moving in the first direction along the first screw thread, so as to be operable to increase the pressing force of the inner circumference of the sleeve pressing the reinforcing bar in the third direction. Effects of the invention
[0021] According to the concept of the present disclosure, when a reinforcing bar presses against a plurality of fastening sleeves to retract the plurality of fastening sleeves, the plurality of fastening sleeves are arranged to be spaced apart from each other along an inclined surface so as to be able to grip the reinforcing bar, and are subsequently configured to advance by means of an elastic member to grip the reinforcing bar, thereby enabling the reinforcing bar to be effectively gripped with a simple operation.
[0022] According to the concept of the present disclosure, regardless of the position of the plurality of fastening sleeves, each outer surface can come into full contact with the slide surface of the connecting block, so that the plurality of fastening sleeves are effectively pressed to grip the reinforcing bar, thereby further reducing the amount of residual deformation.
[0023] According to the concept of the present disclosure, since the sliding movement of a plurality of fastening sleeves is stopped when they come into contact with a second locking surface, the distance between a plurality of fastening sleeves can be limited to a certain distance or less, thereby allowing for the selection of the optimal thickness of the rebar that can be connected by the compression type one-touch rebar connector of the present disclosure.

[0034] Hereinafter, one embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0035] FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating a crimp-type one-touch rebar connector according to one embodiment. FIG. 2 is a drawing illustrating a disassembled part of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a crimp-type one-touch rebar connector according to one embodiment. FIG. 4 is a drawing illustrating a cross-section of a connecting block of a crimp-type one-touch rebar connector according to one embodiment. FIG. 5 is a drawing illustrating a cross-section of a connecting housing of a crimp-type one-touch rebar connector according to one embodiment. FIG. 6 is a drawing illustrating one of a plurality of fastening sleeves of a crimp-type one-touch rebar connector according to one embodiment. FIG. 7 is a drawing illustrating an example in which a plurality of fastening sleeves move while sliding in contact with an inclined surface (123) in a crimp-type one-touch rebar connector according to one embodiment.
[0036] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 7, the compression type one-touch rebar connector (1) according to the present invention can be configured to connect rebars (R1) by being connected to each other with different rebars (R1).
[0037] The crimping type one-touch rebar connector (1) may include components formed to be symmetrical on the left and right sides and capable of being combined with a rebar (R1). For convenience of explanation, the following description will be based on the components of one side of the crimping type one-touch rebar connector (1).
[0038] More specifically, the compression type one-touch rebar connector (1) may include a connecting block (100) provided for inserting a rebar (R1), a fastening sleeve (200) provided to be movably disposed inside the connecting block (100) to grip the rebar (R1), and a connecting housing (10) provided to accommodate the connecting block (100) and the fastening sleeve (200) and to support one end of the inserted rebar (R1).
[0039] The connecting block (100) may include a block body (113, 115) that forms an outer shape, and a first block body (115) in which a first opening (111) into which a reinforcing bar (R1) is introduced is formed, and a second block body (113) in which a second opening (112) is formed to allow the reinforcing bar (R1) introduced through the first opening (111) to pass through.
[0040] For example, the second opening (112) can be formed on the opposite side of the first opening (111).
[0041] The connecting block (100) may include a slide space (130) formed by being surrounded by a slide surface (120) which is an inner circumference. More specifically, the slide surface may be an inner surface of the connecting block (100) that forms the inner circumference of the block body (113, 115).
[0042] The slide space (130) may refer to a space formed by being surrounded by the slide surface (120).
[0043] The slide space (130) may be connected to the first opening (111) and the second opening (112). A reinforcing bar (R1) may be accommodated inside the slide space (130).
[0044] For example, the first opening (111) may be formed to have a smaller diameter than the second opening (112). The slide surface (120) may be formed to extend from the edge of the first opening (111) to the edge of the second opening (112). A description of the specific shape of the slide surface (120) will be provided later.
[0045] For example, the outer circumference of the first connecting block (100) may include a polygonal shape. Through this, the user can rotate the connecting block (100) by attaching a mechanism such as a wrench to the outer circumference of the first connecting block (100).
[0046] For example, a screw thread may be formed on the outer circumference of the second connecting block (100). The screw thread formed on the outer circumference of the second connecting block (100) may be defined as the second screw thread (114). The second screw thread (114) may be provided to be screw-coupled with the first screw thread (13) of the connecting housing (10) described later.
[0047] The slide surface (120) may include a first locking surface (121) extending in a first direction from the outer circumference of the first opening (111), and a second locking surface (122) extending in a second direction opposite to the first direction from the outer circumference of the second opening (112). For example, the first direction may mean the -X direction, but is not limited thereto. For example, the first direction may mean the direction from the first opening (111) toward the second opening (112).
[0048] For example, the length to which the second locking surface (122) is extended may be longer than the length to which the first locking surface (121) is extended. The second locking surface (122) may be formed to face the second screw thread (114).
[0049] The slide surface (120) may include an inclined surface (123) extending from the first locking surface (121) to the second locking surface (122). As described above, since the diameter (a1) of the first opening (111) is smaller than the diameter (a2) of the second opening (112), the inclined surface (123) may be formed at an angle such that the diameter increases as it moves toward the first direction. In other words, the inclined surface (123) may be formed at an angle such that the diameter of the slide space (130) increases as it moves toward the first direction.
[0050] For example, the angle of inclination formed by the inclined surface (123) with respect to the first direction may be θ. The angle of inclination may be varied based on the usage environment of the compression type one-touch rebar connector (1).
[0051] The fastening sleeve (200) may be received inside the connecting block (100) so as to be slidably in contact with the slide surface (120). For example, the fastening sleeve (200) may include a plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d). Although the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) are illustrated as having four, this is merely an example for convenience of explanation, and the number of the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) is not limited thereto.
[0052] For example, the fastening sleeve (200) can slidably contact the inclined surface (123) of the slide surface (120). The fastening sleeve (200) can move in a first direction or in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
[0053] For example, a plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) may be arranged along the inner surface of the connecting block (100). After the reinforcing bar (R1) is inserted into the first opening (111), the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) may come into contact with one end in the second direction and press the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) in the first direction. Through this, the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) may be moved.
[0054] A plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) may be provided to accommodate and hold a reinforcing bar (R1) inside based on a position in contact with the slide surface (120).
[0055] A plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) can move while maintaining contact between their respective outer surfaces and the inclined surface (123). A detailed description of this will be provided later.
[0056] For convenience of explanation, the first fastening sleeve (200a) among the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) will be used as an example to describe the fastening sleeve (200). In the following description, the first fastening sleeve (200a) will be referred to as the 'fastening sleeve (200)'.
[0057] The fastening sleeve (200) may include a sleeve body (210) that forms an outer shape. The sleeve body (210) may include a sleeve outer surface (211) that slides in contact with an inclined surface (123), and a sleeve inner surface (214) that is arranged to contact the reinforcing bar (R1) when the reinforcing bar (R1) is gripped by the fastening sleeve (200) and to press the reinforcing bar (R1) in a third direction that intersects the first direction, and is arranged so that its diameter changes based on the position of the sleeve outer surface (211) on the inclined surface (123).
[0058] For example, an uneven surface may be formed on the inner surface of the sleeve (214). When the reinforcing bar (R1) is connected to the compression type one-touch reinforcing bar connector (1), the reinforcing bar (R1) can come into contact with the uneven surface and be gripped by the fastening sleeve (200), thereby allowing the reinforcing bar (R1) to be fixed more securely.
[0059] The fastening sleeve (200) may include a sleeve lip (213) provided to contact a reinforcing bar (R1) inserted into the first opening (111). The sleeve lip (213) may represent one end of the sleeve body (210) facing the second direction. For example, the sleeve lip (213) may be extended at an angle having a sign opposite to the angle formed by the aforementioned inclined surface (123).
[0060] The fastening sleeve (200) may include a sleeve inlet (216) formed by a sleeve lip (213). A reinforcing bar (R1) passing through the first opening (111) may be arranged to enter the sleeve inlet (216) and then come into contact with the sleeve lip (213).
[0061] The fastening sleeve (200) may include a sleeve side portion (212) that forms the side of the sleeve body (210). For example, before the reinforcing bar (R1) is inserted, a plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) may be arranged so that their respective sleeve side portions (212) come into contact with each other. As will be described later, the position where the fastening sleeve (200) is positioned before the reinforcing bar (R1) presses the fastening sleeve (200) may be defined as a first position (P1). For example, the first position (P1) may mean a position adjacent to the first opening (111).
[0062] As will be described later, when the positions of the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) are positioned at a location other than the first position (P1) by the pressure of the reinforcing bar (R1), the contact between the sleeve side portions (212) of the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) can be released. Through this, the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) can be arranged to be spaced apart from each other.
[0063] The fastening sleeve (200) may include a gripping space (220) formed by connecting the inner surface (214) of a plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) to each other. When a reinforcing bar (R1) is received in the fastening sleeve (200), the reinforcing bar (R1) may be received in the gripping space (220) and gripped by contacting the inner surface (214) of the sleeve. For example, when a plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) are arranged spaced apart from each other, the gripping space (220) may refer to a space formed by connecting the inner surface (214) of each of the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) to each other.
[0064] In other words, the gripping space (220) may refer to a space formed by being surrounded by the inner surface of the sleeve (214) such that the receiving diameter (D), which is the length of the gripping space (220) in a direction parallel to the third direction, changes based on the change in the diameter of the inner surface of the sleeve (214). The aforementioned third direction may refer to a direction that intersects the first direction. For example, the third direction may refer to a direction that is orthogonal to the first direction, but is not limited thereto.
[0065] A plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) may be arranged along the circumference of the inclined surface (123). The plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) may include a first fastening sleeve (200a) and a second fastening sleeve (200c) positioned to face the first fastening sleeve (200a). For example, the length of the distance between the inner surface of the sleeve (214) of the first fastening sleeve (200a) and the inner surface of the sleeve (214) of the second fastening sleeve (200c) may represent the receiving diameter (D), which is the length of the gripping space (220) described above.
[0066] The fastening sleeve (200) may include a sleeve rear portion (215). The sleeve rear portion (215) may refer to one side of the sleeve body (210) facing the first direction. As will be described later, an elastic member (20) arranged to press the fastening sleeve (200) in the second direction is provided to contact the sleeve rear portion and can press the fastening sleeve (200).
[0067] The fastening sleeve (200) is formed at one end of the sleeve body (210) facing the first direction and is arranged to communicate with the sleeve inlet (216) and the gripping space (220), and may include a sleeve outlet (230) that is open to allow a reinforcing bar (R1) to pass through.
[0068] In another embodiment, the fastening sleeve (200) may include a sleeve tail (240) formed to extend in a first direction from the inner surface of the sleeve (214) of the fastening sleeve (200) and protrude from one end of the sleeve body (210) of the fastening sleeve (200).
[0069] The first fastening sleeve (200a) may further include a first sleeve tail (240) formed to extend in a first direction from the inner surface of the sleeve (214) of the first fastening sleeve (200a) and protrude from one end of the sleeve body (210a) of the first fastening sleeve (200a). The second fastening sleeve (200c) may include a second sleeve tail (240) formed to extend in a first direction from the inner surface of the sleeve (214) of the second fastening sleeve (200c) and protrude from one end of the sleeve body (210) of the second fastening sleeve (200c).
[0070] The reinforcing bar (R1) accommodated in the gripping space (220) is also provided to be gripped by the inner surface of the sleeve tail (240), so that the reinforcing bar (R1) can be gripped more firmly.
[0071] The connecting housing (10) may be formed to accommodate a connecting block (100) and a fastening sleeve (200). More specifically, the connecting housing (10) may include a housing body (11) having a hollow cylindrical shape.
[0072] The housing block can be connected to the connecting block (100) so as to be movable in a direction parallel to the first direction. More specifically, the connecting housing (10) may include a first screw thread (13) formed on the inner circumference of the housing block, and the second screw thread (114) of the connecting block (100) may be screw-coupled with the first screw thread (13). Through this, when the connecting block (100) rotates, the connecting block (100) can move in a direction parallel to the direction in which the first screw thread (13) extends.
[0073] The housing block may include a receiving space that accommodates a part of the connecting block (100) and a partition wall (14) that partitions the receiving space. The partition wall (14) may be arranged to extend in a direction parallel to the third direction. A reinforcing bar (R1) connected to the compression-type one-touch reinforcing bar connector (1) may be positioned in the receiving space (12) of the housing block by being arranged to contact the partition wall (14). One end of the elastic member (20), which will be described later, may be supported by the partition wall (14).
[0074] For example, the reinforcing bar (R1) can be moved by pressing the fastening sleeve (200) in the first direction after contacting the fastening sleeve (200) placed at the first position (P1).
[0075] When the reinforcing bar (R1) presses the fastening sleeve (200), the fastening sleeve (200) receives a pressing force in the first direction and the third direction due to the inclination of the sleeve lip (213) of each fastening sleeve (200). At this time, since the fastening sleeve (200) is in contact with the inclined surface (123) of the slide surface (120), the fastening sleeve (200) moves along the inclined surface (123). Through this, the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) are arranged to be spaced further apart from each other, and the receiving diameter (D), which is the diameter of the receiving space (12), gradually increases.
[0076] That is, when moving from a first position (P1), which is the position of the sleeve body (210) before the reinforcing bar (R1) presses the fastening sleeve (200), to a second position (P2), which is the position of the sleeve body (210) when the reinforcing bar (R1) is gripped by the fastening sleeve (200), the first fastening sleeve (200a) and the second fastening sleeve (200c) can be moved along the slide surface (120) to increase the receiving diameter (D) and thus become separated from each other. For example, the receiving diameter (D) at the first position (P1) can be defined as the first receiving diameter (D1). And, the diameter at the moment when the reinforcing bar (R1) is inserted, that is, when the fastening sleeve (200) is placed at the second position (P2), the diameter (D) can be defined as the second diameter (D2) when the receiving diameter (D) becomes equal to the diameter (D.R1) of the reinforcing bar (R1).
[0077] For example, when the fastening sleeve (200) is in the first position (P1), the first receiving diameter (D1), which is the receiving diameter (D), may be smaller than the diameter (D.R1) of the reinforcing bar (R1). Thus, the sleeve lip (213) can come into contact with the reinforcing bar (R1), and the fastening sleeve (200) can be pressed in the first direction.
[0078] The compression type one-touch rebar connector (1) may include an elastic member (20) connecting one end of the sleeve body (210) and the partition wall (14) so as to press the fastening sleeve (200) in a second direction to support the fastening sleeve (200) on the slide surface (120). The fastening sleeve (200) may be in a state where it is pressed in the second direction at both the first position (P1) and the second position (P2) by the elastic member (20).
[0079] The third diameter, which is the maximum diameter of the receiving diameter (D) defined as the maximum diameter of the rebar (R1) that the compression type one-touch rebar connector (1) can connect, may be the distance at which the inner surface of the first connecting sleeve (200a) and the inner surface of the second connecting sleeve (200c) are separated when the sleeve body (210) contacts the second locking surface (122).
[0080] In other words, when the fastening sleeve (200) is pressed in the first direction by a reinforcing bar (R1) having a diameter greater than or equal to the maximum diameter of the reinforcing bar (R1) that can be fastened by the compression type one-touch reinforcing bar connector (1), the movement of the fastening sleeve (200) along the inclined surface (123) formed at an angle to the first direction can be arranged so that the sleeve body (210) comes into contact with the second locking surface (122) parallel to the first direction and stops. This is because, as described above, the fastening sleeve (200) is pressed in the first and third directions by the reinforcing bar (R1) and is arranged to move along the inclined surface (123), so when the sleeve body (210) comes into contact with the second locking surface (122) which is not formed at an angle and is arranged parallel to the first direction, the fastening sleeve (200) becomes unable to move in the direction parallel to the third direction.
[0081] When the receiving diameter (D) is the third diameter, the position of the sleeve body (210) in contact with the second catch surface (122) can be defined as the third position (P3).
[0082] For example, when the fastening sleeve (200) moves between the first position (P1) and the third position (P3), the entire outer surface of the sleeve (211) of the sleeve body (210) may be arranged to be in full contact with the inclined surface (123).
[0083] As previously stated, the fastening sleeve (200) can no longer move in the first direction when in contact with the second locking surface (122). Accordingly, the front surface of the sleeve outer surface (211) of the fastening sleeve (200) can be arranged to contact the inclined surface (123) regardless of the position of the fastening sleeve (200).
[0084] Accordingly, the entire outer surface of the sleeve (211) of the fastening sleeve (200) can effectively receive the vertical force from the inclined surface (123) and grip the reinforcing bar (R1).
[0085] For example, the entire outer surface of the sleeve (211) of the fastening sleeve (200) comes into contact with the inclined surface (123) to effectively receive a vertical force, so that when a tensile test is performed after the reinforcing bar (R1) is connected to the compression type one-touch reinforcing bar connector (1) according to the present invention, the residual deformation amount can be provided to be 0.3 mm or less.
[0086] For example, the outer diameter of the elastic member (20) may be provided such that when the sleeve body (210) of the first fastening sleeve (200a) and the second fastening sleeve (200c) is located at the third position (P3), the outer diameters of the first sleeve tail (240) and the second sleeve tail (240) are spaced apart by a distance greater than that. Through this, even if the fastening sleeve (200) is positioned at any location between the first position (P1) and the third position (P3), the elastic member (20) may not come into contact with the moving sleeve tail (240), so that the elastic member (20) may not be damaged.
[0087] FIG. 8 is a drawing illustrating a rebar being inserted into a first opening of a connecting block and coming into contact with a fastening sleeve positioned at a first location in a compression-type one-touch rebar connector according to one embodiment. FIG. 9 is a drawing illustrating a plurality of fastening sleeves sliding along an inclined surface and separating from each other as the rebar presses the fastening sleeve in a first direction in FIG. 8. FIG. 10 is a drawing illustrating a configuration in FIG. 9 in which, after the rebar is received and gripped by the plurality of fastening sleeves, the connecting block moves in a first direction so that the plurality of fastening sleeves further press the rebar.
[0088] Referring to FIGS. 8 to 10, a reinforcing bar (R1) can be inserted into a first opening (111) and come into contact with a sleeve lip (213) of a fastening sleeve (200). Before being pressed by the reinforcing bar (R1), the fastening sleeve (200) may be pressed in a second direction by an elastic member (20) and positioned at a first position (P1). At this time, the receiving diameter (D) may be a first receiving diameter (D1) that is smaller than the diameter (D.R1) of the reinforcing bar (R1).
[0089] Subsequently, the reinforcing bar (R1) can move the fastening sleeve (200) by pressing the sleeve lip (213) in the first direction. As described above, the fastening sleeve (200) can be slid so that the outer surface of the sleeve (211) moves along the inclined surface (123). At this time, the plurality of fastening sleeves (200a, 200b, 200c, 200d) can be spaced apart from each other. Through this, the receiving diameter (D) can be gradually increased.
[0090] Subsequently, when the receiving diameter (D) is a second receiving diameter (D2) that matches the diameter (D.R1) of the reinforcing bar (R1), the reinforcing bar (R1) can be inserted into the interior of the fastening sleeve (200) and moved to come into contact with the bulkhead (14). In such a case, the reinforcing bar (R1) no longer presses against the sleeve lip (213), so the fastening sleeve (200) can fix the reinforcing bar (R1) by pressing it in a direction parallel to the third direction by the force applied in the second direction by the elastic member (20) and the vertical force by the inclined surface (123).
[0091] For example, when the reinforcing bar (R1) moves the fastening sleeve (200) in the first direction and the receiving diameter (D) is gripped by the reinforcing bar (R1) in the fastening sleeve (200), the elastic member (20) may be provided to be compressed by a value (R) obtained by dividing the difference between the first receiving diameter (D1) (D1), which is the receiving diameter (D) when the fastening sleeve (200) is placed at the first position (P1), and the second receiving diameter (D2), which is the receiving diameter (D) when the fastening sleeve (200) is placed at the second position (P2), by the value obtained by multiplying the tangent value (tan(θ)) of the inclination angle (θ) of the inclined surface (123) with respect to the first direction by 2. The value (R) may be the value (R) of the fastening sleeve (200) being moved by being pressed by the reinforcing bar (R1).
[0092] As described above, the connecting housing (10) includes a first screw thread (13) formed to extend in a direction parallel to the first direction on the inner circumference of the connecting housing (10) that forms a receiving space, and the connecting block (100) may include a second screw thread (114) formed to extend in a direction parallel to the first direction on the outer circumference of the connecting block (100) and arranged to be screw-coupled with the first screw thread (13), and arranged to move the connecting block (100) along the first screw thread (13) in a direction parallel to the first direction according to the rotational direction of the connecting block (100).
[0093] The user can rotate the first block body (115) so that the connecting block (100) moves in a direction facing the first direction.
[0094] In such a case, the fastening sleeve (200) does not move while in contact with the reinforcing bar (R1), but the connecting block (100) moves in the first direction, and thus the inclined surface (123) moves, thereby allowing the fastening sleeve (200) to be pressed more strongly. Accordingly, the pressing force of the inner surface of the sleeve (214) pressing the reinforcing bar (R1) in the third direction increases, so the reinforcing bar (R1) can be fixed more firmly.
[0095] Specific embodiments have been illustrated and described above. However, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and those skilled in the art may make various modifications without departing from the essence of the technical concept of the invention as described in the following claims.
