Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a pipe marker for detecting water leaks in a water supply system. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, water pipe markers are installed to mark information such as the location, direction, and diameter of water pipes buried underground on roads or sidewalks above ground, thereby preventing damage to the pipes during excavation work and facilitating maintenance.
[0003] Water supply pipes can crack or be damaged due to various causes such as aging, ground subsidence, freezing, and external impact. Leaks resulting from this can lead not only to a waste of water resources but also to secondary accidents such as ground collapse (sinkholes), making rapid detection and repair essential.
[0004] Conventional leak detection methods have mainly relied on listening methods in which experts listen to leak sounds transmitted from the ground using listening sticks or electronic listening devices.
[0005] However, this method has the disadvantage that detection accuracy drops significantly in urban areas with heavy vehicle or daily noise, and the results vary greatly depending on the proficiency of the detection expert.
[0006] Recently, smart marker posts equipped with vibration sensors or communication modules have been developed to address this issue; however, these electronic devices require a separate power supply or involve the hassle of battery replacement. Furthermore, there is a high risk of sensors malfunctioning or breaking down due to underground humidity, resulting in high maintenance costs.
[0007] Furthermore, existing marker posts only performed a simple location marking function and lacked the ability to serve as a passageway connecting underground pipes to the surface, resulting in limitations that reduced operational efficiency, such as the need for separate drilling work for precise exploration. [0008] Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1577963 The problem to be solved
[0009] The present invention has been devised to solve the aforementioned problems, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a pipe marker for water supply leak detection that enables immediate and intuitive visual identification of leaks by using only the fluid pressure (water pressure) generated during a leak to eject the fluid to the ground, without the need for a separate power source or complex sensor devices.
[0010] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a pipe marker for water supply leak detection that enables rapid and precise diagnosis without separate excavation or drilling by providing an inspection port that functions as a nozzle for fluid ejection under normal circumstances, and allows the nozzle to be easily detached to insert detection equipment such as a listening rod or an endoscope camera when precise detection is required.
[0011] The problems of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below. means of solving the problem
[0012] A pipe marker for water supply leakage detection according to an embodiment of the present invention for solving the above problem comprises: a guide tube that is vertically inserted into the ground and positioned adjacent to a water supply pipe buried in the ground, into which a fluid leaked from the water supply pipe flows and fills; and a head cap coupled to the upper end of the guide tube, with a portion exposed to the ground, and which ejects a portion of the fluid to the outside by the pressure of the fluid when the inside of the guide tube is filled with the fluid.
[0013] The above-mentioned guide tube may include: a tubular guide tube body having the head cap attached to the upper end and the fluid flowing into the interior through the lower end; and fluid inlet guide holes spaced apart at equal intervals along the axial direction of the guide tube body and introducing the fluid around the guide tube body into the interior of the guide tube body.
[0014] The relative ratio of the length of the induction tube body to the outer diameter of the induction tube body may be 1:13 to 1:14, and the relative ratio of the inner diameter of the induction tube body to the diameter of the fluid inflow induction hole may be 1:3 to 1:4.
[0015] The head cap comprises: a head cap body coupled to the guide pipe body and communicating with the guide pipe body, with information regarding the water supply pipe displayed on its upper surface; and a leak identification nozzle detachably coupled to the center of the head cap body and communicating with the head cap body, which ejects the fluid to the outside when the fluid is filled into the interior of the head cap body; wherein the head cap body comprises: a support member coupled to the guide pipe body and communicating with the guide pipe body, and inserted into the ground; and a disc-shaped label member disposed at the upper end of the support member and supported on the ground, with information regarding the water supply pipe displayed on its upper surface, and having a nozzle fastening hole formed in the center to which the leak identification nozzle is detachably coupled and into which a detection device can be inserted when the leak identification nozzle is separated; and wherein the leak identification nozzle comprises: a nozzle body screw-coupled to the nozzle fastening hole; and a fluid ejection hole formed through the center of the nozzle body to eject the fluid. and may include a tool coupling groove that is recessed to a predetermined depth in the upper part of the nozzle body and into which a fastening tool is inserted to rotate the nozzle body when attaching or detaching the leak identification nozzle.
[0016] The outer diameter of the support member is formed to be the same size as the outer diameter of the guide tube body, and the relative ratio of the diameter of the sign member to the outer diameter of the guide tube body is 1:3 to 1:4, the relative ratio of the diameter of the sign member to the thickness of the sign member is 1:15, the relative ratio of the inner diameter of the guide tube body to the diameter of the fluid ejection hole is 1:6 to 1:7, and the relative ratio of the diameter of the fluid inflow guide hole to the diameter of the fluid ejection hole may be 1:2.
[0017] The above-mentioned guide tube may further include: capillary grooves that extend along the axial direction of the guide tube body on the outer surface of the guide tube body and communicate with the fluid inflow guide holes, and guide surrounding moisture into the fluid inflow guide holes by capillary action; and anchor wings that are spaced apart at equal intervals along the outer surface of the guide tube body and are formed with a multi-stage sawtooth structure to prevent underground rotation and pull-out of the guide tube body.
[0018] It further includes a foreign matter inflow blocking cap that is inserted into the interior of the guide tube body through the lower part of the guide tube body and adheres to the inner surface of the guide tube body, and filters soil and foreign matter flowing into the interior of the guide tube body through the lower part of the guide tube body and the fluid inflow guide holes; wherein the foreign matter inflow blocking cap may include a first filter mesh disposed in an overlapping state at the lower part of the guide tube body to block the inflow of soil and foreign matter; and a second filter mesh disposed in an overlapping state at the fluid inflow guide holes to block the inflow of soil and foreign matter.
[0019] The apparatus further includes a marking portion that protrudes to the upper part of the head cap body to indicate a leakage state when the fluid is filled inside the induction tube body; wherein the marking portion comprises: a discharge induction valve disposed at the center of the head cap body, which rises by the pressure of the fluid and protrudes to the upper part of the head cap body when the fluid level flowing into the induction tube body rises, and descends to cover the upper part of the leakage identification nozzle when the fluid level falls; and a pressure spring received inside the support portion to elastically support the discharge induction valve, which pressurizes and compresses the rising discharge induction valve when the fluid level rises, and pressurizes and lowers the discharge induction valve while restoring it to its original state by elastic force when the fluid level falls; wherein the discharge induction valve comprises a base that is slidably coupled along the axial direction of the induction tube body in a guide groove formed on the inner circumference of the support portion, is supported by the pressure spring, and has through holes formed inside through which the fluid can flow. It may include: a valve body extending from the upper surface of the base, penetrating the fluid ejection hole, being raised and lowered by the base, and having a diameter smaller than that of the fluid ejection hole; and an opening / closing head disposed at the upper end of the valve body, which protrudes above the indicator portion when the valve body rises to open the upper end of the leak identification nozzle, and adheres to the upper surface of the indicator portion when the valve body descends to close the upper end of the leak identification nozzle.
[0020] The marking portion may further include: a sealing ring made of an elastic material that is installed on the upper surface of the sign portion and adheres to the outer circumference of the opening / closing head when the opening / closing head adheres to the upper surface of the sign portion to shield the space between the opening / closing head and the sign portion; a fixed magnet installed on the upper surface of the sign portion; and a detachable magnet installed on the lower surface of the opening / closing head and coupled to the fixed magnet via magnetic force when the opening / closing head adheres to the upper surface of the sign portion to fix the opening / closing head. Effects of the invention
[0021] According to an embodiment of the present invention, when a leak occurs in a water supply pipe buried underground, the leaked fluid flows into the guide pipe and fills it, and then is ejected to the outside through the leak identification nozzle of the head cap by the pressure of the fluid; thus, the leak can be automatically detected using only the water pressure of the fluid without the need for a separate power supply, battery, sensor, or other electronic devices.
[0022] In addition, since the fluid is ejected to the outside through the head cap exposed to the ground when a leak occurs, the presence and location of the leak can be immediately confirmed by visual inspection alone without the need for specialized detection equipment or skilled detectors, enabling early detection of leaks and preventing secondary damage such as waste of water resources and ground subsidence.
[0023] In addition, since leaked fluid can be introduced from multiple directions not only at the bottom of the guide tube body but also through multiple fluid inlet guide holes arranged at equal intervals along the axial direction, leaked fluid can be effectively collected regardless of the burial depth of the guide tube or the distance from the pipe, and the sensitivity of leak detection can be improved.
[0024] In addition, since information such as the type of water supply pipe, pipe diameter, and managing entity can be displayed on the upper surface of the head cap body, it is possible to perform a leak detection function in an integrated manner while maintaining the pipe location indication function of conventional pipe markers.
[0025] In addition, since a leak identification nozzle is detachably coupled to the center of the head cap body, existing detection equipment such as listening rods or probes can be inserted through the nozzle connection hole when the leak identification nozzle is detached, thereby ensuring compatibility with conventional acoustic leak detection methods and facilitating additional exploration work when more precise identification of the leak location is required.
[0026] In addition, since the marker is formed with a tapered structure in which the diameter gradually increases from the top to the bottom, it is possible to prevent the marker from detaching from the ground or sinking downward due to vehicle traffic, pedestrian footing, or external impact, and it can maintain a stable fixed state for a long period of time.
[0027] In addition, since the diameter of the fluid ejection hole is formed to be relatively small compared to the inner diameter of the guide pipe body and the diameter of the fluid inflow guide hole, ejection can occur only after the inside of the guide pipe is sufficiently filled with fluid and an appropriate pressure is formed. This allows for a visible ejection phenomenon to occur even with minute leaks, enabling clear identification of the leak and distinguishing it from simple groundwater inflow or rainwater infiltration.
[0028] In addition, since the leak detection nozzle is screw-coupled to the nozzle fastening hole and a tool coupling groove into which a fastening tool is inserted is formed on the upper part of the nozzle body, the leak detection nozzle can be easily attached and detached using a dedicated tool, and unauthorized separation by the general public can be prevented, thereby ensuring both convenience of management and security.

[0045] FIG. 1 is a front view showing a pipe marker according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a bottom view showing a pipe marker according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a top view showing a pipe marker according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0046] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a pipe marker (100) for detecting water leakage according to an embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as 'pipe marker (100)') is a device that is installed adjacent to a water pipe (P) buried underground to automatically detect and indicate a leak.
[0047] The pipe marker (100) mainly comprises a guide tube (1) and a head cap (2).
[0048] The guide pipe (1) is inserted vertically into the ground and placed adjacent to a water supply pipe (P) buried in the ground, and if a leak occurs in the water supply pipe (P), the leaked fluid flows into the inside and fills it.
[0049] The head cap (2) is attached to the upper part of the guide tube (1) so that a part of it is exposed to the ground, and when the inside of the guide tube (1) is filled with fluid, a part of the fluid is ejected to the outside by the pressure of the fluid.
[0050] With this configuration, when a leak occurs in the water supply pipe (P), the leaked fluid is collected in the guide pipe (1), and when the fluid is sufficiently filled inside the guide pipe (1), the fluid is ejected through the head cap (2), thereby allowing the leak to be visually and immediately confirmed.
[0051] In addition, since it can automatically detect leaks using only the hydraulic pressure of the fluid without the need for separate power supplies, batteries, or electronic devices such as sensors, it can operate stably for a long period without being affected by underground humidity or environmental changes.
[0052] The induction tube (1) may include an induction tube body (11).
[0053] The guide tube body (11) can be formed into a tubular structure in which a head cap (2) is attached to the upper part and fluid flows into the interior through the lower part.
[0054] The main body of the guide tube (11) can be made of a material having sufficient rigidity and durability so that it can be inserted vertically into the ground, for example, PVC, stainless steel, or a corrosion-resistant alloy.
[0055] The length of the guide tube body (11) can be appropriately selected considering the burial depth of the water supply pipe (P), thereby allowing the leaked fluid to be effectively collected.
[0056] The lower part of the guide tube body (11) is formed in an open shape so that leaked fluid that has penetrated into the ground can flow in directly, thereby performing a basic fluid collection function.
[0057] This tubular structure can play a key role in a leak detection system by providing a basic passage that can stably guide and store fluid in the vertical direction.
[0058] The guide tube (1) may further include fluid inflow guide holes (12).
[0059] Fluid inflow guide holes (12) are spaced apart at equal intervals along the axial direction of the guide tube body (11) and can introduce fluid around the guide tube body (11) into the interior of the guide tube body (11).
[0060] Specifically, the fluid inflow guide holes (12) may be composed of a plurality of holes formed by penetrating the outer surface of the guide tube body (11), and may be arranged at regular intervals vertically along the length direction of the guide tube body (11).
[0061] The number and spacing of the fluid inflow guide holes (12) can be designed to maximize the efficiency of collecting leaked fluid.
[0062] In addition, the fluid inflow guide holes (12) can also be arranged at a constant angle in the circumferential direction of the guide tube body (11), so that fluid can be effectively collected regardless of which direction it approaches.
[0063] With this configuration, leak fluid can be introduced not only at the bottom of the guide tube body (11) but also at multiple locations on the side, so leak fluid can be effectively collected regardless of the burial depth of the guide tube (1) or the distance from the water supply pipe (P), and the sensitivity of leak detection can be significantly improved.
[0064] In particular, even when the leakage is so small that it is difficult to collect sufficient fluid from the lower part alone, early detection is possible by collecting fluid from multiple directions through multiple fluid inflow guide holes (12).
[0065] For example, the relative ratio of the length (L) of the guide tube body (11) to the outer diameter (OD) of the guide tube body (11) may be 1:13 to 1:14.
[0066] This ratio ensures that when the guide tube body (11) is inserted into the ground, it can reach the vicinity of the water supply pipe (P) by securing a sufficient length, while preventing it from becoming excessively thin and reducing its structural strength.
[0067] In addition, the relative ratio of the inner diameter (ID) of the guide tube body (11) to the diameter (GHD) of the fluid inflow guide hole (12) may be 1:3 to 1:4.
[0068] This ratio ensures a sufficient cross-sectional area so that the fluid introduced through the fluid inflow guide holes (12) can flow smoothly and rise within the internal space of the guide tube body (11), while preventing the diameter of the fluid inflow guide holes (12) from becoming excessively small, thereby restricting the inflow or causing blockage.
[0069] Through these optimized dimensional ratios, smooth fluid inflow and filling are ensured, structural stability is secured during underground insertion, and stable operation is possible without deformation or damage even during long-term use.
[0070] The head cap (2) may include a head cap body (21).
[0071] The head cap body (21) is coupled to the guide tube body (11) and communicates with the guide tube body (11), and information about the water supply pipe (P) can be displayed on the upper surface.
[0072] The head cap body (21) may include a support portion (211) and a cover portion (212).
[0073] The support member (211) is coupled to the guide tube body (11) and communicates with the guide tube body (11), and can be inserted into the ground.
[0074] The support member (211) can be firmly connected to the upper part of the guide tube body (11) by means such as screw connection, fitting, or welding, and can form an internal passage continuous with the internal space of the guide tube body (11).
[0075] The outer diameter of the support member (211) can be formed to be the same size as the outer diameter (OD) of the guide tube body (11), so that the support member (211) and the guide tube body (11) form a smooth, integrated exterior and minimize frictional resistance with soil when inserted underground.
[0076] The support member (211) is located below the ground and serves to stably support the head cap body (21), and can prevent the head cap (2) from being pushed downward due to external impact or vehicle load.
[0077] Through this configuration, the support member (211) can secure the structural stability of the head cap (2).
[0078] The cover portion (212) can be placed on the upper part of the support portion (211) and supported on the ground.
[0079] The label portion (212) is formed in the shape of a disc and exposed to the ground, and information about the water supply pipe (P) can be displayed on the upper surface.
[0080] Information regarding the water supply pipe (P) may include the type of pipe (water supply, sewage, etc.), pipe diameter (e.g., DN100, DN150, etc.), managing entity (e.g., Korea Water Resources Corporation, local government, etc.), year of installation, direction of the pipe, or other necessary information, and may be displayed by methods such as printing, engraving, or attaching a sticker.
[0081] Since the sign (212) performs a visual recognition function, the worker can immediately recognize that a water supply pipe (P) is buried underground during excavation work, thereby preventing damage to the pipe (P).
[0082] The diameter (D) of the label portion (212) is formed to be large enough to ensure visibility, and the relative ratio of the diameter (D) of the label portion (212) to the outer diameter (OD) of the guide tube body (11) may be 1:3 to 1:4.
[0083] In addition, the relative ratio of the diameter (D) of the label portion (212) to the thickness of the label portion (212) may be 1:15.
[0084] This ratio allows the cover portion (212) to maintain sufficient strength without being excessively thick, thereby preventing material waste and achieving lightweighting.
[0085] The marker (212) can be formed with a tapered structure in which the diameter gradually increases from the top to the bottom, so that the marker (100) can be effectively prevented from coming off the ground or sinking downward due to vehicle traffic, pedestrian footing, external impact, etc.
[0086] This tapered structure increases the contact area between the outer surface of the sign (212) and the ground, thereby improving friction, and when a load is applied, the sign (212) is driven into the ground like a wedge, creating an effect that allows it to maintain a stable fixed state for a long period of time.
[0087] A leak identification nozzle (22) is detachably connected to the center of the label portion (212), and when the leak identification nozzle (22) is separated, a nozzle connection hole (212A) into which a detection device can be inserted may be formed.
[0088] The nozzle connection hole (212A) is formed by penetrating vertically along the central axis of the label portion (212), and a screw thread may be formed on the inner surface to screw-couple the leak identification nozzle (22).
[0089] The nozzle connection hole (212A) provides a passage connecting from the ground to the inside of the guide tube body (11) when the leak identification nozzle (22) is separated, so that detection equipment such as a listening rod or a probe can be inserted to easily perform more precise leak location identification or additional exploration work.
[0090] This ensures compatibility with conventional acoustic leak detection methods and allows for precise exploration as needed without the need for separate drilling, thereby significantly improving work efficiency.
[0091] Through the configuration of this marker (212), the pipe location indicator function of the existing pipe marker can be maintained while the leak detection function can be performed integrally, and structural stability and work efficiency can be secured at the same time.
[0092] FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a leak identification nozzle according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0093] Referring to FIGS. 1, FIGS. 3 and FIGS. 4, the head cap (2) may include a leak identification nozzle (22).
[0094] The leak detection nozzle (22) is detachably coupled to the center of the head cap body (21) and communicates with the head cap body (21), and can eject the fluid to the outside when the fluid is filled into the interior of the head cap body (21).
[0095] The leak identification nozzle (22) may include a nozzle body (221).
[0096] The nozzle body (221) can be screw-coupled to the nozzle fastening hole (212A).
[0097] Specifically, a screw thread corresponding to the screw thread formed on the inner surface of the nozzle fastening hole (212A) is formed on the outer surface of the nozzle body (221), so that the nozzle body (221) can be fastened to or detached from the nozzle fastening hole (212A) by rotating the nozzle body (221).
[0098] The nozzle body (221) can be formed in a cylindrical shape and made of metal or high-strength plastic material so that the screw threads do not wear out even with repeated attachment and detachment and can maintain a solid connection.
[0099] A fluid ejection hole (222) is formed through the center of the nozzle body (221) to eject fluid.
[0100] The fluid ejection hole (222) is formed as a hole that penetrates vertically along the axial direction of the nozzle body (221) and provides a passage through which the fluid filled inside the guide tube body (11) rises due to pressure and is finally ejected to the outside.
[0101] The relative ratio of the inner diameter (ID) of the guide tube body (11) to the diameter (IHD) of the fluid ejection hole (222) may be 1:6 to 1:7.
[0102] This ratio allows the diameter (IHD) of the fluid discharge hole (222) to be formed to be relatively smaller than the inner diameter (ID) of the guide tube body (11) and the diameter (GHD) of the fluid inflow guide hole (12), so that discharge occurs only after the fluid is sufficiently filled inside the guide tube body (11) and an appropriate pressure is formed.
[0103] In addition, the relative ratio of the diameter (IHD) of the fluid inflow guide hole (12) to the diameter (GHD) of the fluid ejection hole (222) may be 1:2.
[0104] Through these relatively small diameter fluid ejection holes (222), pressure accumulates inside the guide pipe (1) even for minute leaks, and a visible ejection phenomenon occurs, so the leak can be clearly identified and the simple inflow of groundwater or rainwater infiltration can be distinguished from the actual pipe leak.
[0105] If the diameter of the fluid discharge hole (222) is excessively large, the fluid may be discharged immediately without sufficient pressure formation, making it difficult to detect micro-leakage, but this problem can be effectively solved through the optimized diameter ratio of the present invention.
[0106] A tool coupling groove (223) may be formed in the upper part of the nozzle body (221) by being recessed to a predetermined depth.
[0107] A fastening tool (not shown) can be inserted into the tool coupling groove (223) to rotate the nozzle body (221) when attaching or detaching the leak identification nozzle (22).
[0108] The tool coupling groove (223) can be formed in a shape such as a hexagon, cross, straight, or star shape, and the nozzle body (221) can be rotated by inserting a dedicated tool corresponding thereto (e.g., a hex wrench, a screwdriver, etc.).
[0109] With this configuration, the leak identification nozzle (22) can be easily attached and detached using a dedicated tool, and by preventing unauthorized separation by the general public, convenience of management and security can be simultaneously ensured.
[0110] In particular, during normal times when no leakage occurs, the leakage detection nozzle (22) is kept connected to block the penetration of foreign substances or rainwater, and when leakage occurs, the discharged fluid is visually checked, and if necessary, the leakage detection nozzle (22) can be detached to insert a precision detection device.
[0111] FIG. 5 is a drawing showing a capillary groove according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0112] Referring to FIG. 5, the guide tube (1) may further include capillary grooves (13).
[0113] The capillary grooves (13) extend along the axial direction of the guide tube body (11) on the outer surface of the guide tube body (11) and communicate with the fluid inflow guide holes (12), and can guide surrounding moisture into the fluid inflow guide holes (12) by capillary action.
[0114] That is, the capillary grooves (13) can be formed as fine grooves that are long in the longitudinal direction along the outer surface of the guide tube body (11).
[0115] A plurality of capillary grooves (13) may be arranged at regular angle intervals along the circumference of the guide tube body (11), for example, 4 to 8 capillary grooves (13) may be arranged at intervals of 45 to 90 degrees.
[0116] Each capillary groove (13) can be connected to a plurality of fluid inflow guide holes (12) by extending along the axial direction of the guide tube body (11).
[0117] Capillary action is a physical phenomenon in which a liquid rises along a narrow gap or tube against gravity, and it occurs when the adhesive force between liquid molecules and a solid surface is greater than the cohesive force between liquid molecules.
[0118] The capillary grooves (13) utilize this capillary phenomenon to allow fine moisture present around the guide tube body (11) to flow along the capillary grooves (13) and be guided to the fluid inflow guide holes (12) to be introduced into the interior of the guide tube body (11).
[0119] Through this, even when the amount of leakage from the water supply pipe (P) is extremely small and only minute amounts of moisture exist in the ground, the capillary grooves (13) actively collect surrounding moisture and guide it into the guide pipe (1), thereby allowing even extremely small leakage to be detected early.
[0120] In particular, micro-leakage in the early stages is often difficult to detect even with specialized detection equipment, but by accumulating micro-moisture over a long period of time through the capillary grooves (13), sufficient fluid can eventually be filled inside the guide tube (1) and ejected.
[0121] FIG. 6 is a drawing showing an anchor wing according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0122] Referring to FIG. 6, the guide tube (1) may further include anchor wings (14).
[0123] Anchor wings (14) are spaced apart at equal intervals along the outer surface of the guide tube body (11) and are formed with a multi-stage sawtooth structure to prevent underground rotation and pulling out of the guide tube body (11).
[0124] The anchor wings (14) are wing-shaped structures that protrude radially from the outer surface of the guide tube body (11), and three to six of them may be arranged at equal angular intervals along the circumference of the guide tube body (11).
[0125] For example, four anchor wings (14) may be spaced at 90-degree intervals, or six anchor wings (14) may be spaced at 60-degree intervals.
[0126] Each anchor wing (14) can be formed with a multi-stage toothed structure, which means a structure in which a plurality of protrusions or teeth are formed along the longitudinal direction on the edge of the anchor wing (14).
[0127] Specifically, the anchor wing (14) may have multiple steps formed vertically along the axial direction of the guide tube body (11), with the lower surface of each step having a downward slope and the upper surface having a horizontal shape to form a sawtooth shape.
[0128] This multi-stage tooth structure provides a unidirectional fixing mechanism that allows the lower surface of the tooth to be pressed by the soil when the guide tube body (11) is inserted into the ground, thereby making it relatively easy to insert, but once inserted, the upper surface of the tooth catches on the soil and strongly resists being pulled upward.
[0129] Additionally, the anchor wings (14) can also serve to prevent rotation of the guide tube body (11).
[0130] Although rotational force may be applied to the guide tube body (11) due to a freeze-thaw cycle underground, ground subsidence, or external vibration, the rotation of the guide tube body (11) is effectively limited because the anchor wings (14) are firmly fixed to the surrounding soil.
[0131] Through this, the underground rotation and pulling out of the guide tube body (11) can be prevented, allowing the installation state to be maintained stably for a long period, and preventing the connection between the head cap (2) and the guide tube body (11) from becoming loose or separated.
[0132] In particular, the pipe marker (100) can be stably maintained even on roads or intersections where vehicle traffic or ground vibration is frequent, thereby greatly improving reliability.
[0133] FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the state in which a foreign matter inflow blocking cap according to an embodiment of the present invention is coupled to the body of the guide tube.
[0134] Referring to FIG. 7, the pipe marker (100) may further include a foreign matter inflow blocking cap (3).
[0135] The foreign matter inflow blocking cap (3) is inserted into the interior of the guide tube body (11) through the lower part of the guide tube body (11) and adheres to the inner surface of the guide tube body (11), and can filter soil and foreign matter flowing into the interior of the guide tube body (11) through the lower part of the guide tube body (11) and the fluid inflow guide holes (12).
[0136] The foreign matter inflow blocking cap (3) can be formed as a cylindrical mesh structure and made of an elastic material so that when inserted into the inside of the guide tube body (11), it can be compressed and adhere to the inner surface.
[0137] The material of the foreign matter blocking cap (3) may be, for example, stainless steel mesh, nylon mesh, or non-woven fabric, and the mesh size may be selected to be 50㎛ to 500㎛ so as to allow fluid to pass through but block soil or foreign matter.
[0138] The foreign matter inflow blocking cap (3) may include a first filter mesh (31).
[0139] The first filter screen (31) is placed in an overlapping state at the bottom of the guide tube body (11) to block the inflow of soil and foreign substances.
[0140] The first filter screen (31) forms the lower part of the foreign matter inflow blocking cap (3) and can be arranged to cover the open lower part of the guide tube body (11).
[0141] The first filter screen (31) can be formed in the shape of a plate with a horizontal or slight curvature and has a diameter slightly larger than the lower part of the guide tube body (11) so as to completely cover the lower opening.
[0142] Through the first filter mesh (31), soil, gravel, fallen leaves, or other solid foreign substances attempting to flow directly through the lower part of the guide pipe body (11) are effectively blocked, while leakage fluid can pass through the mesh and flow into the interior of the guide pipe body (11).
[0143] The foreign matter inflow blocking cap (3) may include a second filter mesh (32).
[0144] The second filter screen (32) is positioned in an overlapping state with the fluid inflow guide holes (12) to block the inflow of soil and foreign matter.
[0145] The second filter mesh (32) is positioned on the side of the foreign matter inflow blocking cap (3) and is formed as a cylindrical mesh structure so as to be in close contact with the inner surface of the guide tube body (11) and can simultaneously cover a plurality of fluid inflow guide holes (12).
[0146] Through the second filter mesh (32), fine soil, sand, or floating foreign matter attempting to enter through the fluid inflow guide holes (12) is blocked, while leaked fluid can pass through the mesh and enter the interior of the guide pipe body (11).
[0147] By configuring the foreign matter inflow blocking cap (3) in this way, soil and foreign matter entering the fluid inflow path can be effectively filtered to prevent blockage inside the guide pipe body (11) and ensure stable operation for a long period of time.
[0148] If there is no foreign matter inflow blocking cap (3), the inside of the fluid inflow guide holes (12) or the guide pipe body (11) may be blocked by soil, thereby restricting the inflow and rise of the fluid and ultimately reducing the leak detection function, but this problem can be effectively solved through the foreign matter inflow blocking cap (3) of the present invention.
[0149] In addition, the foreign matter blocking cap (3) can be separated from the guide tube body (11) to be washed or replaced as needed, making maintenance easy even during long-term use.
[0150] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a state in which a marking portion according to an embodiment of the present invention protrudes above the head cap body.
[0151] Referring to FIG. 8, the pipe marker (100) may further include a marking portion (4).
[0152] The marking part (4) can protrude to the upper part of the head cap body (21) when fluid is filled inside the guide tube body (11) to indicate a leakage state.
[0153] The marking part (4) is a device that provides a visual indication means along with fluid ejection to make the occurrence of leakage more clearly recognizable.
[0154] The marking part (4) may include an ejection induction valve (41).
[0155] The ejection induction valve (41) is positioned at the center of the head cap body (21), and when the fluid level flowing into the inside of the induction tube body (11) rises, it rises due to the pressure of the fluid and protrudes to the upper part of the head cap body (21), and when the fluid level drops, it descends to cover the upper part of the leak identification nozzle (22).
[0156] The ejection induction valve (41) may include a base (411).
[0157] The base (411) is slidably coupled to a guide groove (211A) formed on the inner circumference of the support member (211) along the axial direction of the guide tube body (11), is supported by a pressure spring (42), and may have through holes (411A) formed therein through which fluid can flow.
[0158] Here, the guide groove (211A) serves to guide the base (411) to slide and can be formed in the shape of a groove extending vertically along the axial direction of the guide tube body (11).
[0159] The base (411) may be formed in the shape of a disc, and a projection or guide rib that fits into the guide groove (211A) may be formed on the outer surface.
[0160] Through this structure, the base (411) moves only up and down within the support member (211) and rotation or left and right movement is restricted, so stable and accurate lifting movements can be performed.
[0161] Multiple through holes (411A) may be formed in the base (411).
[0162] The through holes (411A) are formed by penetrating the base (411) vertically and can connect the upper and lower surfaces of the base (411).
[0163] The number and size of the through holes (411A) can be designed to secure a sufficient cross-sectional area so that fluid can flow freely.
[0164] Through the through holes (411A), the fluid flowing into the interior of the guide tube body (11) can freely move from the bottom to the top of the base (411), so that the pressure of the fluid is maintained evenly at the bottom and top of the base (411), and the buoyancy acting on the base (411) according to the change in the fluid level can be accurately transmitted.
[0165] Through this, the base (411) can be smoothly raised and lowered according to changes in the fluid level, while the fluid can flow freely through the through holes (411A), enabling accurate pressure transmission.
[0166] The ejection induction valve (41) may include a valve body (412).
[0167] The valve body (412) extends from the upper surface of the base (411) and penetrates the fluid discharge hole (222), is raised and lowered by the base (411), and may have a diameter smaller than that of the fluid discharge hole (222).
[0168] The valve body (412) can be formed in a cylindrical rod shape and can be formed to protrude upward from the center of the base (411).
[0169] The valve body (412) may be formed integrally with the base (411) or manufactured separately and coupled to the base (411).
[0170] The diameter of the valve body (412) is formed to be smaller than the diameter (IHD) of the fluid discharge hole (222), so that when the valve body (412) passes through the fluid discharge hole (222), a gap can be formed between the valve body (412) and the inner surface of the fluid discharge hole (222).
[0171] Through these gaps, fluid can be smoothly ejected through the fluid discharge hole (222) even as the valve body (412) moves up and down.
[0172] If the diameter of the valve body (412) is similar to or larger than the diameter of the fluid discharge hole (222), the valve body (412) may block the fluid discharge hole (222), thereby restricting the discharge of fluid; however, through the configuration of the present invention, the lifting and lowering movement of the valve body (412) and the discharge of fluid can be smoothly performed simultaneously.
[0173] The ejection induction valve (41) may include an opening / closing head (413).
[0174] The opening / closing head (413) is positioned at the upper part of the valve body (412), and when the valve body (412) rises, it protrudes above the indicator part (212) to open the upper part of the leak identification nozzle (22), and when the valve body (412) descends, it comes into close contact with the upper surface of the indicator part (212) to close the upper part of the leak identification nozzle (22).
[0175] At this time, the opening / closing head (413) can be detachably coupled to the upper part of the valve body (412). Accordingly, when the leak detection nozzle (22) needs to be separated, the opening / closing head (413) can be separated from the valve body (412) first, and then the leak detection nozzle (22) can be separated.
[0176] The opening / closing head (413) may be formed in the shape of a disc or a hemisphere, and may be formed integrally with the upper part of the valve body (412) or separately connected.
[0177] The diameter of the opening / closing head (413) is formed to be larger than the diameter (IHD) of the fluid discharge hole (222), so that when the opening / closing head (413) descends and comes into close contact with the upper surface of the label (212), it can completely cover and close the fluid discharge hole (222).
[0178] The lower surface of the opening / closing head (413) may be formed flat so as to be in close contact with the upper surface of the sign portion (212), or may be formed as a curved surface corresponding to the shape of the upper surface of the sign portion (212).
[0179] Accordingly, when the fluid is not sufficiently filled inside the guide tube body (11), the base (411) remains in a state where it is pressed downward by the pressure spring (42), and accordingly, the valve body (412) and the opening / closing head (413) also remain in a lowered state.
[0180] At this time, the opening / closing head (413) is in close contact with the upper surface of the label portion (212) to close the upper part of the leak identification nozzle (22), and when viewed from the outside, the opening / closing head (413) is positioned at the same height or slightly lower height as the label portion (212) to form a flat appearance.
[0181] Conversely, if a leak occurs in the water supply pipe (P), the leaked fluid flows into the interior of the guide pipe body (11) and the water level rises.
[0182] When the fluid level rises and reaches the bottom of the base (411), the fluid pressure (including buoyancy) begins to push the base (411) upward.
[0183] As the base (411) rises, it compresses the pressure spring (42), and the valve body (412) and the opening / closing head (413) connected to the base (411) also rise together.
[0184] As the opening / closing head (413) is separated from the upper surface of the label portion (212), the upper part of the leak identification nozzle (22) is opened and continues to rise and protrudes to the upper part of the label portion (212).
[0185] That is, the opening / closing head (413) protrudes above the indicator (212), thereby clearly indicating the leakage condition visually, and at the same time, the fluid is ejected to the outside through the fluid discharge hole (222), allowing the leakage to be checked immediately.
[0186] The opening / closing head (413) can be made in a highly visible color (e.g., red, orange, yellow, etc.) so that pedestrians or managers can easily recognize the occurrence of a leak from a distance.
[0187] In addition, when a leak is repaired or the inflow of fluid is stopped, the fluid level inside the guide tube body (11) gradually decreases.
[0188] As the fluid level decreases, the upward pressure acting on the base (411) decreases, and the base (411) descends due to the elastic force of the pressure spring (42).
[0189] As the base (411) descends, the valve body (412) and the opening / closing head (413) also descend together, and the opening / closing head (413) comes into close contact with the upper surface of the label (212) again, thereby closing the upper part of the leak identification nozzle (22).
[0190] This allows for a clear distinction between the state when a leak occurs and the normal state, and enables automatic return to the original position for reuse once the leak is resolved.
[0191] The marking part (4) may include a pressure spring (42).
[0192] The pressure spring (42) is housed inside the support member (211) and elastically supports the ejection induction valve (41). When the fluid level rises, it is compressed by being pressured against the rising ejection induction valve (41), and when the fluid level falls, it is restored to its original state by elastic force and can pressurize the ejection induction valve (41) to lower it.
[0193] The pressure spring (42) may be composed of a coil spring, a leaf spring, or elastic rubber, and preferably, a coil spring made of a corrosion-resistant material (e.g., a stainless steel spring) may be used.
[0194] The pressure spring (42) is positioned between the lower surface of the cover portion (212) and the upper surface of the base (411) to elastically support the base (411) downward.
[0195] The spring constant (k) of the pressure spring (42) should be appropriately selected so that the base (411) can be raised by the pressure of the fluid.
[0196] Specifically, when the fluid is sufficiently filled inside the guide tube body (11) and reaches a certain level, the pressure of the fluid (including buoyancy) must exceed the elastic force of the pressure spring (42) and the magnetic force that fixes the opening / closing head (413) so that the base (411) can be raised.
[0197] Through the elastic force of the pressure spring (42), the discharge induction valve (41) is stably maintained in a lowered position in a normal state where no leakage occurs, and when leakage occurs, the discharge induction valve (41) is raised in response to changes in fluid pressure, and can be quickly returned to its original position after the leakage is resolved.
[0198] In addition, the pressure spring (42) must have durability that maintains elasticity even with repeated compression and restoration, and must be made of a material that can withstand moisture or corrosion in an underground environment.
[0199] The marking part (4) may further include a sealing ring (43).
[0200] The sealing ring (43) is installed on the upper surface of the sign portion (212) and can be formed of an elastic material that is attached to the outer surface of the sign portion (212) when the opening / closing head (413) is attached to the upper surface of the sign portion (212) to shield the space between the opening / closing head (413) and the sign portion (212).
[0201] The sealing ring (43) may be composed of an O-ring, a gasket, or a ring-shaped seal, and may be made of rubber, silicone, or other elastic material.
[0202] The sealing ring (43) can be installed on the upper surface of the sign portion (212) in a manner that surrounds the fluid ejection hole (222), and when the opening / closing head (413) descends and comes into close contact with the upper surface of the sign portion (212), the sealing ring (43) is compressed, thereby completely sealing the gap between the outer surface of the opening / closing head (413) and the upper surface of the sign portion (212).
[0203] Through this sealing (43), external foreign substances (dust, dirt, fallen leaves, etc.) or rainwater can be effectively blocked from penetrating into the nozzle connection hole (212A), thereby improving durability.
[0204] If there is no sealing ring (43), rainwater or foreign matter may penetrate through the gap between the opening / closing head (413) and the sign part (212), contaminate the fluid discharge hole (222) or the inside of the support part (211), and interfere with the operation of the discharge induction valve (41), but this problem can be effectively prevented through the sealing ring (43) of the present invention.
[0205] In addition, the sealing ring (43) is formed of an elastic material and is flexibly deformed when the opening / closing head (413) rises or falls, so it can perform a sealing function without interfering with the lifting and lowering movement of the discharge induction valve (41).
[0206] The marking part (4) may further include a fixed magnet (44) and a detachable magnet (45).
[0207] A fixed magnet (44) can be installed on the upper surface of the cover part (212).
[0208] The detachable magnet (45) is installed on the lower surface of the opening / closing head (413), and when the opening / closing head (413) is in close contact with the upper surface of the sign portion (212), it is coupled to the fixed magnet (44) through magnetic force to fix the opening / closing head (413).
[0209] The fixed magnet (44) and the detachable magnet (45) can each be composed of a neodymium magnet, a ferrite magnet, or other permanent magnet, and can be arranged so as to exert an attractive force on each other.
[0210] For example, the N pole of the fixed magnet (44) may be positioned so that it faces upward and the S pole of the detachable magnet (45) may be positioned so that it faces downward, or vice versa.
[0211] The magnetic force between the fixed magnet (44) and the detachable magnet (45) must be appropriately adjusted so that the opening / closing head (413) is stably fixed to the upper surface of the label (212) in a normal state, but the magnetic force is exceeded when the fluid pressure rises above a certain level, allowing the opening / closing head (413) to be detached.
[0212] Specifically, the magnetic force between the fixed magnet (44) and the detachable magnet (45) works together with the elastic force of the pressure spring (42) so that the opening / closing head (413) does not malfunction due to minute changes in fluid pressure, while allowing the opening / closing head (413) to be quickly detached and raised when sufficient fluid pressure is formed by actual leakage.
[0213] Therefore, when the fluid pressure is low, the magnetic force between the fixed magnet (44) and the detachable magnet (45) stably fixes the opening / closing head (413) to the upper surface of the label (212), thereby maintaining a sealed state during normal operation.
[0214] Through this, the opening and closing head (413) can be stably maintained in a closed state without malfunctioning even with external vibrations, fine groundwater inflow, or temporary pressure changes.
[0215] And, when sufficient fluid is filled inside the main body of the guide tube (11) and the fluid pressure rises, the force pushing the base (411) upward exceeds the sum of the elastic force and magnetic force of the pressure spring (42).
[0216] At this time, as the detachable magnet (45) is separated from the fixed magnet (44), the opening / closing head (413) begins to rise, and once the separation begins, the magnetic force decreases rapidly, so the opening / closing head (413) can rise quickly and protrude above the label portion (212).
[0217] Through this fixing and separating mechanism using magnetic force, leakage can be quickly indicated, and once the opening / closing head (413) is raised, fluid ejection through the fluid ejection hole (222) can also be smoothly carried out.
[0218] And, when the leak is repaired and the fluid pressure decreases, the base (411) and the opening / closing head (413) are lowered by the elastic force of the pressure spring (42), and when the opening / closing head (413) approaches the upper surface of the sign part (212), the magnetic force between the fixed magnet (44) and the detachable magnet (45) acts again to press the opening / closing head (413) against the upper surface of the sign part (212) and fix it.
[0219] Through this, it automatically returns to its original position and can operate stably even with repeated leakage occurrences and resolution.
[0220] As such, according to an embodiment of the present invention, since it operates purely on the physical pressure of the fluid and a mechanical structure without a separate power supply or complex electronic equipment, it is not affected by underground moisture or environmental changes, minimizes maintenance costs, and can stably detect and indicate leaks for a long period of time.
[0221] In addition, the presence and location of a leak can be immediately identified by visual inspection alone without the need for specialized detection equipment or skilled detectors, enabling early detection of leaks and preventing secondary damage such as waste of water resources and ground subsidence.
[0222] In addition, since leak fluid can be introduced from multiple directions through multiple fluid inflow guide holes (12) as well as the lower part of the guide tube body (11), leak fluid can be effectively collected regardless of the burial depth of the guide tube (1) or the distance from the water supply pipe (P), and the sensitivity of leak detection can be improved.
