Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a fixing adapter for a lower clamp of a fall prevention wire for a steel tower, and more specifically, to a fixing adapter for a lower clamp of a fall prevention wire for a steel tower that can ensure the safety of a worker by preventing movement of the lower clamp to which the lower end of a wire is fixed for preventing a worker from falling from a steel tower, such as a transmission tower. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a steel tower refers to a tower formed of steel that serves as a support structure for supporting high-voltage power lines or communication cables, such as a transmission tower, and allows workers to climb directly to perform work during high-altitude tasks for cable installation or other maintenance. As shown in Fig. 1, a steel tower is formed by connecting a plurality of steel angles in a truss structure.

[0003] Electric wires are primarily connected to the upper side of steel towers. Since these towers typically stand tens of meters above the ground, workers operating at the top always face the risk of falling. To prevent such falls, a fall prevention device is required, and the installation of such a device ensures the safety of the workers. The fall prevention device is a system in which a fastening mechanism is installed to connect a wire to the tower, and the wire is connected to this mechanism. By allowing the worker to move while a safety hook attached to their body is connected to the wire, the device prevents falls that may occur during work. Consequently, even if a worker falls during work, they will be caught on the wire and remain suspended rather than falling.

[0004] FIG. 1 illustrates the configuration of a fall prevention device installed on a steel tower (200). As shown in FIG. 1, an upper clamp (3) is installed at the top of the steel tower (200), the upper clamp body (31) of the upper clamp (3) is fixedly mounted to the angle (201) of the steel tower, and a wire (300) is mounted to an upper wire connecting ring (32) connected to the upper clamp body (31). In the middle of the steel tower (200), vertical intermediate clamps (2) are installed at regular intervals, the vertical intermediate clamp body (21) is fixedly mounted to the angle (201) of the steel tower, and a fall prevention ring (22) is installed on the vertical intermediate clamp body (21). A lower clamp (1) is installed at the bottom of the steel tower (200), and the lower clamp body (11) of the lower clamp (1) is fixedly mounted to the angle (201) of the steel tower, and a lower wire connecting ring (12) is mounted on the lower clamp body (11), and a wire (300) is connected to the lower wire connecting ring (12). As shown in the drawing, the upper end of the wire (300) is connected to the upper wire connecting ring (32) and the lower end is connected to the lower wire connecting ring (12), and the lower wire connecting ring (12) is seated on the lower clamp body (11), and a spring (13) is mounted so that the wire can move elastically, and the wire (300) is positioned at the middle of the steel tower by passing through the fall prevention ring (22) of the vertical middle clamp (2).

[0005] There was a problem in that, due to the eccentric shape of the lower clamp (1) of the conventionally installed fall prevention wire, there is a possibility that the lower clamp (1) may rotate when tension is applied, and if the lower clamp (1) rotates, the tension applied to the wire weakens, which may cause a risk of injury due to falling. [0007] The present invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned problems and aims to provide a fixing adapter for a fall prevention wire lower clamp for a steel tower that prevents the lower clamp from rotating due to the tension acting on the wire caused by eccentricity resulting from the shape of the lower clamp installed at the bottom of the steel tower, thereby preventing injury to workers and ensuring safety during work. means of solving the problem

[0008] To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides a fixing adapter for a lower clamp of a fall prevention wire for a steel tower, which prevents rotation of a lower clamp to which the lower end of a fall prevention wire installed on a steel tower is fixed, wherein the fixing adapter comprises: a plate-shaped adapter body on which the rear surface contacts the mounting surface of a steel tower angle on which the lower clamp is mounted and on which the lower clamp is mounted on the front surface; a bent end portion bent from one end of the adapter body toward the rear to position and fix the adapter body to one end of the angle; and a stopper formed by bending from the lower end of the adapter body toward the front to protrude and in close contact with the lower end of the lower clamp to prevent rotation of the lower clamp.

[0009] In the present invention, the adapter body is characterized by having a fastening member insertion hole formed on the upper side of the stopper, into which a fastening member for fixing a lower clamp is inserted.

[0010] In the present invention, the fastening member insertion hole is characterized as being a longitudinal slot-type insertion hole.

[0011] In the present invention, the fastening member insertion hole and the stopper are formed in one or more ways.

[0012] In the present invention, the lower clamp is characterized by comprising: a support bracket part comprising a vertical bracket fixedly mounted as a fastening member in a fastening member insertion hole, a horizontal bracket connected to the lower end of the vertical bracket and formed to be inclined at a certain angle on a horizontal plane, and a reinforcing bracket installed inclined from the upper end of the vertical bracket toward the horizontal bracket to reinforce strength; an eyebolt mounted so as to be movable up and down at one end of the horizontal bracket and having the lower end of the wire fixedly mounted thereon; a spring inserted and mounted between the lower surface of the horizontal bracket and the eyebolt to provide elastic force to the eyebolt; and a tension indicator part mounted on the lower surface of the horizontal bracket on the other side of the eyebolt to indicate the tension acting on the eyebolt. Effects of the invention

[0013] The fixing adapter of the lower clamp of the fall prevention wire for a steel tower according to the present invention has the advantage of preventing the lower clamp from rotating due to the load action caused by the eccentricity of the lower clamp, which is installed at a certain angle to the angle at the bottom of the steel tower.

[0014] In addition, the fixing adapter of the lower clamp of the fall prevention wire for a steel tower according to the present invention has the advantage of preventing injury to the worker in the event of a fall during work and ensuring safety during work by preventing rotation of the lower clamp and maintaining a constant tension applied to the wire.

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0018] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, this description is intended to be detailed enough for a person skilled in the art to easily practice the invention, and does not imply that the technical scope and concept of the present invention are limited thereby.

[0020] With reference to the drawings, the fixing adapter of the lower clamp of the fall prevention wire for a steel tower according to the present invention will be described in detail.

[0021] With reference to FIGS. 2 to 4, a first embodiment (100) of a fixing adapter for a fall prevention wire lower clamp for a steel tower according to the present invention will be described in detail. As shown in the drawings, the first embodiment (100) of a fixing adapter for a fall prevention wire lower clamp for a steel tower comprises: a plate-shaped adapter body (101) on which the lower clamp (10) is mounted and which contacts the mounting surface of the angle (201) of the steel tower (200) on which the lower clamp (10) is mounted, and on which the lower clamp (10) is mounted on the front surface; a bent end (102) that is bent from one end of the adapter body (101) toward the rear side to fix the position of the adapter body (101) at one end of the angle (201); and a stopper (103) that is bent from the bottom of the adapter body (101) toward the front side to form a protrusion and is in close contact with the bottom of the lower clamp (10) to prevent rotation of the lower clamp (10). The adapter body (101) is preferably formed in a flat shape, with the length direction being longer than the width direction. Additionally, it is preferably formed to have a certain thickness so as to withstand the force caused by the rotational force of the lower clamp (10). After the adapter body (101) is brought into contact with one side of the angle (201), the lower clamp (10) is fixed together with the adapter body (101). Accordingly, the adapter body (101) comes into contact with the mounting surface of the angle (201). A fastening member insertion hole (1011) for fixing the lower clamp (10) is formed in the adapter body (101). The fastening member insertion hole (1011) is preferably a slot-shaped slot hole, but it may be formed as a circular hole if the fastening member insertion hole (1011) and the insertion hole formed on the mounting surface of the angle (201) coincide. However, since the insertion hole formed in the angle (201) and the insertion hole (1011) of the fastening member of the adapter body (101) may not coincide with each other, it is preferable that it be formed in the shape of a slot hole (1011). The lower clamp (10) is mounted by placing the lower clamp (10) and the adapter body (101) on top of each other, inserting a bolt (1141), which is a fastening member (114), into the slot hole (1011), and fixing it using a nut (1142).One side of the adapter body (101) is bent to a certain length to form a bent end (102). The bent end (102) is configured to allow the adapter body (101) to be fixed in position on the angle (201). That is, the bent end (102) is formed by bending one side of the adapter (100) toward the rear and is installed to be caught on the end of the angle (201). Because it is caught on the end of the angle (201), rotation of the adapter body (101) itself is prevented and it can be fixed in position. Additionally, a stopper (103) is formed on the lower part of the adapter body (101). The stopper (103) is configured to be formed by being integrally formed at the bottom of the adapter body (101) and then bent toward the front. The stopper (103) is formed to have a certain length in the longitudinal direction and comes into contact with the lower end of the vertical bracket (111) of the lower clamp (10), and as the lower end of the vertical bracket (111) comes into close contact with the stopper (103), it is possible to prevent the vertical bracket (111) from rotating due to an eccentric load.

[0022] FIGS. 3 and 4 illustrate a state in which a lower clamp (10) and an adapter (100) are installed on an angle (201). As shown in the drawings, the adapter (100) is fixed in position on one side of the angle (201), and the lower clamp (10) is positioned in front of the adapter (100). The adapter (100) and the lower clamp (10) are fixed to the angle (201) by a fastening member (114). It is obvious that an insertion hole (not shown) is formed in the angle (201) into which a bolt (1141), which is the fastening member (114), can be inserted. Additionally, the lower clamp (10) is fixed in position by a stopper (103) that forms a certain width at the bottom of the adapter body (101). It is preferable that the width of the stopper (103) be formed to be generally similar to the width of the vertical bracket (111) or horizontal bracket (112) of the lower clamp (10). As the width of the stopper (103) increases, the contact area with the vertical bracket (111) or horizontal bracket (112) of the lower clamp (10) becomes larger, making it easier to prevent the lower clamp (10) from rotating. As illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lower clamp (10) comprises a support bracket part (110) consisting of a vertical bracket (111) fixedly mounted with a fastening member (114) in a fastening member insertion hole (1011), a horizontal bracket (112) connected to the lower end of the vertical bracket (111) and formed to be inclined at a certain angle on a horizontal plane, and a reinforcing bracket (113) installed inclined from the upper end of the vertical bracket (111) toward the horizontal bracket (112) to reinforce strength, an eye bolt (120) mounted vertically movably on one end of the horizontal bracket (112) and fixedly mounted to the lower end of a wire (4), a spring (130) inserted and mounted between the lower surface of the horizontal bracket (112) and the eye bolt (120) to provide elastic force to the eye bolt (120), and the horizontal bracket (112) on the other side of the eye bolt (120). It consists of a tension indicator (140) mounted on the bottom surface that displays the tension acting on the eye bolt (120).As illustrated in FIG. 4, the vertical bracket (111) forms a plane with the same plane as the mounting surface of the angle (201), but the horizontal bracket (112) is not in the same plane as the vertical bracket (111) in a vertical plane and can be installed at a certain angle (θ) in a horizontal plane. Accordingly, tension, which is a force acting upward, exists in the eyebolt (120) to which tension is applied by the wire (4). The tension acting on the eyebolt (120) can generate a moment with the fastening member (114) as the axis. The vertical bracket (111) can rotate due to the moment with the fastening member (114) as the axis, and when the tension of the wire increases due to a sudden large load acting on the wire (4), such as a worker falling, the vertical bracket (111) can rotate with the bolt (1141) of the fastening member (114) as the axis. When the vertical bracket (111) rotates, the tension acting on the wire (4) is suddenly reduced, which can cause problems such as injury due to a greater impact load when the worker falls. Therefore, since the rotation of the vertical bracket (111) can be prevented by the stopper (103), it has the advantage of ensuring the safety of the worker and preventing injuries during a fall.

[0023] FIG. 5 illustrates a second embodiment (100') of a fixed adapter according to the present invention. The fixed adapter (100') of this embodiment is formed such that a fastening member insertion hole (1011') and a stopper (103') are formed in the center of the adapter body (101'). Since the fastening member insertion hole (1011') is formed in the center and the stopper (103') is formed in the lower center of the fastening member insertion hole (1011'), the moment value that can be applied to the adapter body (101') itself by the rotational force of the lower clamp (10) can be reduced, thereby having the advantage of preventing rotation of the lower clamp (10) more stably.

[0024] FIG. 6 illustrates a third embodiment (100) of a fixed adapter according to the present invention. FIG. 6 illustrates that one or more fastening member insertion holes (1011) are formed, and a corresponding stopper (103) is formed at the lower part of the fastening member insertion holes (1011). This case can be applied when the position of the lower clamp (10) is changed.

[0026] Although the embodiments described above are illustrative, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be embodied in various other forms without departing from the spirit and scope thereof. Accordingly, the embodiments described above should be regarded as illustrative rather than restrictive, and all embodiments within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents shall be deemed to be included within the scope of the present invention.
