Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an artifact-shaped scented candle, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an artifact-shaped scented candle that can realize deep patterns and textures similar to natural stone or ancient artifacts, rather than a monotonous surface, by forming an outer layer and an inner filling layer using waxes of different colors. Background Technology
[0002] With the recent expansion of the air freshener and interior decor market, there is a growing demand for sculptural scented candles that offer aesthetic appeal and artistry beyond simple combustion functions. In particular, sculptural candles featuring motifs such as animal figures, sculptures, and artifacts are being produced and sold in various forms, as they provide both interior decoration and emotional satisfaction.
[0003] Conventional molded scented candles generally utilize a method of simply injecting wax into silicone molds to create their shapes. However, this conventional technology often results in surfaces that are monotonous and uniform in color, posing a problem in that it is difficult to sufficiently reproduce natural textures or weathered appearances, such as those found in actual stone, ceramics, or ancient artifacts.
[0004] Furthermore, conventional shaped incense candles focused on achieving a simple external form, resulting in limitations such as a lack of surface depth or natural patterns and a strong artificial coloring impression. In particular, when formed with only a single layer of wax, it was difficult to express complex textures like marble or jade, and there were limitations in reproducing the dignified atmosphere characteristic of time-worn artifacts.
[0006] Meanwhile, in the case of a structure combining sculpted candles and container-type candles, there were problems such as color bleeding or transfer between the upper sculpted candle and the lower candle, or visual discrepancies at the joint. Additionally, when joined using only a simple adhesive method, there were issues where the aesthetic appeal was compromised or the stability of the connection was reduced.
[0007] Furthermore, while handcrafted sculptures can possess high artistic value, it is difficult to repeatedly reproduce the same form; conversely, although mechanical replication methods are advantageous for mass production, they have limitations in fully realizing the unique texture and aesthetic qualities of handicrafts.
[0008] Therefore, there is an increasing demand for a new structure of sculpted scented candle and a method for manufacturing the same that can achieve a texture similar to ancient artifacts or stone, form natural patterns and a sense of depth, ensure stable bonding between the sculpted candle and the base candle and prevent color transfer, and simultaneously secure handcrafted aesthetics and repetitive productivity. [0009] Patent Document 1: Republic of Korea Registered Patent Publication No. 10-2377631 The problem to be solved
[0010] The present invention has been devised to solve the aforementioned problems, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an artifact-shaped scented candle capable of realizing a texture and natural patterns similar to ancient artifacts or stone.
[0011] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an artifact-shaped scented candle capable of realizing a stone pattern with depth and a weathered texture, rather than a monotonous surface expression, by forming an outer layer and an inner filling layer using wax layers of different colors.
[0012] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an artifact-shaped incense candle that can suppress color transfer between the wax layers of the incense candle and the base and improve visual perfection by forming a crystalline surface layer between the upper incense candle and the wax layer of the lower base.
[0013] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an artifact-shaped scented candle that enables repetitive production while maintaining the unique aesthetic and artistic qualities of handicrafts by forming a mold based on a prototype produced by a ceramic molding method.
[0014] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a scented candle shaped like an artifact that can provide a luxurious artifact aesthetic and decorative effect through a process of forming a multilayer wax structure and surface texture. means of solving the problem
[0015] To solve the above-mentioned problems, a method for manufacturing a relic-shaped scented candle according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of producing a molded original form; a step of forming a mold using the original form; a step of melting a wax of a first color and injecting it into the mold, and then discharging a portion of the wax to form an outer layer on the inner wall of the mold; a step of injecting a wax of a second color darker than the first color into the mold in which the outer layer is formed to form an inner filling layer; a step of forming a wick penetration hole in the scented candle that has been demolded from the mold; a step of placing a wick inside a base for supporting the scented candle and filling it with wax to form a wax layer; and a step of attaching the scented candle to the base so that the wick penetrates the wick penetration hole.
[0016] In addition, before combining the molded scented candle, high-temperature palm wax is supplied to the upper surface of the wax layer to form a crystalline surface layer, and the crystalline surface layer forms a crystal pattern while simultaneously suppressing color transfer between the molded scented candle and the wax layer.
[0017] In addition, the molded scented candle is bonded before the crystalline surface layer is completely hardened, and is characterized in that a lower part of the molded scented candle is partially embedded and fixed in the crystalline surface layer.
[0018] In addition, the first color wax and the second color wax include palm wax, and the outer layer is formed to be translucent so that the color of the inner filling layer is partially transmitted to the outside.
[0019] In addition, the second color wax is injected into the mold at a low speed so as to maintain the shape of the outer layer without being completely mixed with the outer layer, and is characterized by forming an uneven color boundary between the outer layer and the inner filling layer due to a difference in color concentration, thereby realizing a natural stone pattern or a marble pattern. Effects of the invention
[0020] As described above, according to the present invention, by forming an outer layer and an inner filling layer using waxes of different colors, there is an advantage in being able to realize deep patterns and textures similar to natural stone or ancient artifacts, rather than a monotonous surface.
[0021] In addition, by forming a first wax layer as an outer layer on the inner wall of the mold and then filling the interior with a second wax, there is an advantage of naturally realizing a visual effect similar to marble, jade, or weathered stone.
[0022] In addition, by forming a crystalline surface layer between the upper shaped candle and the wax layer of the lower base, color transfer between the shaped candle and the wax layer can be suppressed, and there is an advantage of improving aesthetics by realizing a unique texture similar to snowflake crystals.
[0023] In addition, the sculpted scented candle can be stably attached to the base, which has the advantage of improving the product's connection stability while maintaining its aesthetic appeal.
[0024] In addition, by forming a mold based on a prototype created using the ceramic modeling method, it is possible to achieve repetitive production while maintaining the unique aesthetic and artistry of handicrafts, which has the advantage of improving production efficiency.
[0025] In addition, forming a metallic coloring layer on a portion of the surface of the shaped scented candle has the advantage of enhancing the luxurious artifact atmosphere and decorative effect.
[0026] In addition, it has the advantage of excellent product design scalability as it can be applied to various forms, such as artifact shapes, animal shapes, or statue shapes. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0037] First, referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a method for manufacturing a relic-shaped scented candle according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a step (S110) of producing a molded body prototype.
[0038] The above-mentioned prototype of the sculptural body can be produced based on the shape of an artifact such as a mythical creature, and can be produced by a worker using clay, stone powder clay, pottery clay, or sculpting materials in a manual manner.
[0039] The above-mentioned prototype is not produced as a simple animal shape, but can be produced to realize the three-dimensionality, curvature, protruding patterns, mane shape, tail shape, and uneven surface texture characteristic of artifacts.
[0040] In particular, the above-mentioned prototype of the molded body can be produced using a ceramic sculpting method, and accordingly, handcrafted textures and irregular surface curvatures that are difficult to express through mechanical modeling or simple mold making methods can be realized.
[0041] In addition, since the above-mentioned molded prototype is used as a reference shape in the subsequent mold formation stage, it can function as a basic shape for determining the final outer shape, surface pattern, and position of the decorative part of the molded scented candle (100).
[0043] Afterwards, a step (S120) of forming a mold (300) using the above-mentioned circular shape can be performed.
[0044] The above mold (300) can be formed to replicate the outer shape of the above molded body prototype, and can be manufactured, for example, by including a silicone material.
[0045] The above mold (300) can be formed to have a molding space corresponding to the shape of the molded body inside by pouring silicone into the molded body prototype and curing it, and then removing the molded body prototype.
[0046] The above mold (300) may be formed into a plurality of divided molds to facilitate demolding of the molded body, and in this embodiment, it may be formed into an upper and lower divided structure.
[0047] More specifically, the mold (300) may be formed separately into an upper mold (310) that forms the upper shape of the molded body prototype and a lower mold (320) that forms the lower shape of the molded body prototype.
[0048] The upper mold (310) and the lower mold (320) can be joined along corresponding joint surfaces, and a molding space corresponding to the outer shape of the molded body can be formed inside.
[0050] Additionally, at least one injection hole (311) may be formed on the upper surface of the upper mold (310), and molten wax may be supplied into the mold (300) through the injection hole (311).
[0051] The injection hole (311) can be used as an inflow path for injecting wax of the first color into the mold (300), and after the outer layer (110) is formed, it can also be used as an outflow path for discharging unsolidified wax remaining inside the mold (300) to the outside.
[0052] That is, after the wax of the first color is semi-solidified to a certain thickness along the inner wall of the mold (300), the unsolidified wax inside is discharged to the outside through the injection hole (311), thereby forming an outer layer (110) along the inner wall of the mold (300).
[0053] Additionally, the injection hole (311) can also be used as a path to reinject the second color wax into the interior.
[0054] Accordingly, the mold (300) can continuously perform the processes of injecting, discharging, and refilling wax using the same injection structure.
[0056] In addition, the above upper and lower split structure can improve demolding so that curved shapes such as ears, mane, legs, or protruding patterns of the molded scented candle (100) are not damaged.
[0057] That is, unlike a simple one-piece mold, the above mold (300) can be configured to stably realize a complex molded shape while enabling repetitive molding and demolding operations.
[0059] Meanwhile, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the mold (300) may be formed as a left-right split structure separated based on the left-right direction.
[0060] For example, the above mold (300) may be composed of a left mold that forms the left shape of the molded body and a right mold that forms the right shape, and may be formed to correspond to the side protruding shape or asymmetrical shape of the molded body.
[0061] Accordingly, the above mold (300) can be varied and applied in an upper-lower split type, a left-right split type, or a combination of these structures depending on the shape characteristics of the molded body.
[0063] Next, a step (S130) of melting the wax of the first color and injecting it into the mold (300) may be performed.
[0064] The wax of the first color above may be a wax for forming an outer layer (110) on the outside of a molded scented candle (100).
[0065] The first color wax mentioned above may include palm wax and may be colored gray, light beige, milky white, or a similar light color.
[0066] The wax of the first color above can be heated to a predetermined temperature to form a molten state and then injected into the mold (300).
[0067] For example, the first color wax can be injected while maintained in a range of about 55°C to 65°C, and more preferably in a range of about 58°C to 62°C.
[0068] At this time, if the temperature of the wax of the first color is excessively low, fine curvature of the mold (300) shape may not be sufficiently realized, and conversely, if it is excessively high, the formation of the thickness of the outer layer (110) may be delayed or the boundary with the inner filling layer (120) may become unclear.
[0069] Accordingly, it is desirable that the wax of the first color be maintained within a temperature range capable of achieving shape stability and a translucent texture of the outer layer (110).
[0070] At this time, since the wax of the first color is intended to form a translucent outer layer (110) on the surface of the molded scented candle (100), it is preferable to form it in a light color that allows the color of the inner filling layer (120) to be partially transmitted to the outside rather than a very dark color.
[0072] Afterwards, a step (S140) of discharging some of the wax of the first color injected into the mold (300) to form an outer layer (110) may be performed.
[0073] More specifically, when the wax of the first color comes into contact with the inner wall of the mold (300) and cools or partially hardens to a certain thickness, the unsolidified wax remaining inside the mold (300) can be discharged to the outside.
[0074] Accordingly, the wax of the first color may remain thinly on the inner wall of the mold (300) to form an outer layer (110).
[0075] The outer layer (110) is a layer that forms the outer surface of the molded scented candle (100), and can be formed with a thickness that is translucent or allows some of the internal color to be visible.
[0076] In addition, since the outer layer (110) is formed along the detailed shape of the inner wall of the mold (300), the irregularities, curves, and pattern shapes of the molded body can be reproduced on the surface of the molded scented candle (100).
[0077] This outer layer (110) forms a color contrast with the inner filling layer (120) described later, thereby providing a stone texture with depth that is difficult to achieve with only a single color wax.
[0079] Afterwards, a step (S150) of filling the mold (300) in which the outer layer (110) is formed with a second color wax may be performed.
[0080] The second color wax can be colored to a darker color than the first color wax, and an internal filling layer (120) can be formed inside the outer layer (110).
[0081] The second color wax mentioned above may include palm wax and may be colored, for example, dark gray, bluish gray, brown, dark brown, or a similar color.
[0082] The wax of the second color above can be injected into the mold (300) while heated to a predetermined temperature.
[0083] For example, the second color wax can be injected while maintained in a range of about 55°C to 65°C, and more preferably in a range of about 58°C to 62°C.
[0084] At this time, the second color wax can be injected at a low speed so as not to be completely mixed with the outer layer (110).
[0085] If the second color wax is injected at an excessive speed, the outer layer (110) may be disturbed or the first color wax and the second color wax may be excessively mixed, causing the layer boundary to become blurred.
[0086] On the other hand, if the wax of the second color is injected at a low speed, the inner filling layer (120) can be formed while maintaining the shape of the outer layer (110), and an uneven color boundary can be formed between the outer layer (110) and the inner filling layer (120) due to a difference in color concentration.
[0087] Accordingly, visual effects similar to natural stone patterns, marble patterns, jade patterns, or weathered textures of artifacts can be realized on the surface of the shaped candle (100).
[0089] Afterwards, a step (S160) may be performed in which the molded scented candle (100) is demolded from the mold (300) and a wick through hole is formed in the demolded molded scented candle (100).
[0090] When the second color wax is cooled and hardened, the mold (300) can be separated to demold the molded scented candle (100).
[0091] The molded scented candle (100) may include an outer layer (110) and an inner filling layer (120), and a stone texture may appear on the surface due to the translucency of the outer layer (110) and the dark color of the inner filling layer (120).
[0092] Afterwards, a wick penetration hole can be formed from the bottom to the top of the shaped scented candle (100).
[0093] The above wick penetration hole can be formed using a heated awl, a heated pin, or a penetration member.
[0094] When using a heated penetrating member, the wax of the molded scented candle (100) is locally softened and a penetrating hole is formed, so the occurrence of cracks can be reduced compared to when a hole is formed by physical pressing alone.
[0095] The above wick penetration hole can be formed so that a wick (210) placed on a base (200) described later can pass through it.
[0097] In addition, the method for manufacturing an artifact-shaped scented candle according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a surface finishing process after demolding.
[0098] Specifically, before the molded scented candle (100) is completely hardened or while residual warmth is maintained on the surface, a worker may rub the surface of the molded scented candle (100) using their hand or a soft finishing material.
[0099] Accordingly, fine protrusions or rough surfaces formed on the surface of the outer layer (110) can be mitigated, and a natural gloss can be formed on the surface.
[0100] In particular, the surface finishing process described above may be performed partially along a protruding pattern or curved shape, rather than uniformly polishing the surface of the molded scented candle (100).
[0101] Accordingly, the shaped scented candle (100) can achieve an appearance similar to the natural glossy texture formed as an actual artifact or stone sculpture is worn down over a long period of time.
[0102] In addition, the surface finishing process can further emphasize the translucent properties of the outer layer (110) so that the color of the inner filling layer (120) is more naturally visible.
[0104] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 1 and 3, a process of forming a base that supports the shaped scented candle separately from the shaped scented candle can be performed.
[0105] Specifically, a step (S170) of placing a wick (210) inside a base (200) and filling the inside of the base (200) with wax to form a wax layer (220) may be performed.
[0106] The above-mentioned base (200) can be formed in the shape of a circular container and may have a receiving space inside capable of accommodating wax.
[0107] The wick (210) may be positioned vertically in the central area of the base (200) and may be fixed to the bottom surface of the base (200) by a wick tab or a fixing member.
[0108] Afterwards, soy wax or wax mixed with fragrance can be injected into the interior of the base (200) to form a wax layer (220).
[0109] The above wax layer (220) can serve as a lower base supporting the shaped scented candle (100) and simultaneously function as a combustion wax layer that emits a scent when ignited.
[0111] Afterwards, a step (S180) of forming a crystalline surface layer (230) on top of the wax layer (220) may be performed.
[0112] The crystalline surface layer (230) can be formed by supplying palm wax heated to a high temperature of 150°C or higher onto the upper surface of the wax layer (220).
[0113] The crystalline surface layer (230) may be formed to cover the upper surface of the wax layer (220) and may form a texture similar to fine crystal patterns or snowflake-shaped crystals during the cooling process.
[0114] The crystalline surface layer (230) is not limited to a simple decorative layer and can function as a boundary layer between the molded scented candle (100) and the wax layer (220).
[0115] That is, the crystalline surface layer (230) can suppress color transfer between the molded scented candle (100) and the wax layer (220), and can also function as a bonding layer to which the lower part of the molded scented candle (100) is bonded.
[0116] In addition, the crystalline surface layer (230) can provide a visual effect such as the artifact-shaped incense candle (100) being placed on a soil or stone base due to the particle and crystalline texture of the surface.
[0118] Afterwards, a step (S190) of combining the shaped scented candle (100) with the base (200) can be performed.
[0119] The above-mentioned molded scented candle (100) can be attached to a base (200) before the crystalline surface layer (230) is completely hardened.
[0120] Specifically, the molded scented candle (100) can be placed on the upper part of the base (200) so that the wick (210) placed on the base (200) penetrates the wick penetration hole formed in the molded scented candle (100).
[0121] At this time, a lower part of the molded scented candle (100), such as the leg portion or the bottom portion, can be partially embedded into a semi-cured crystalline surface layer (230).
[0122] Accordingly, the shaped scented candle (100) can be stably fixed to the base (200) without using a separate adhesive, and the sense of unity between the shaped scented candle (100) and the base (200) can be improved.
[0123] Additionally, since the wick (210) penetrates the wick penetration hole of the shaped candle (100), the shaped candle (100) and the base (200) can be formed as a single continuous candle structure in terms of combustion structure.
[0124] The artifact-shaped scented candle manufactured in this manner can have a stone texture or artifact texture on the surface of the scented candle (100), and can secure a visual sense of unity with the lower base through the crystalline surface layer (230) of the base (200).
[0126] In addition, the method for manufacturing an artifact-shaped scented candle according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include an exterior finishing process for finishing the exterior of a base (200).
[0127] Specifically, after the combination of the shaped scented candle (100) and the base (200) is completed, a decorative sticker or an information display sticker may be attached to the outer surface of the base (200).
[0128] The above sticker may include at least one of a product name, brand name, type of scent, logo, artifact description text, or decorative pattern, and may enhance the exterior design of the base (200).
[0129] Additionally, the sticker may be formed with a metallic texture, a Hanji texture, or a printed artifact pattern, thereby enhancing the visual unity between the molded scented candle (100) and the base (200).
[0130] In particular, since the sticker can be attached along the outer surface of the base (200), it can cover bonding marks or uneven surface areas that may be formed during the manufacturing process and improve the appearance quality of the finished product.
[0131] Accordingly, the artifact-shaped scented candle of the present invention can go beyond being a simple scented candle for combustion and further enhance its aesthetic appeal as a sculptural object for display or interior use.
[0133] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the molded scented candle (100) may include an outer layer (110) formed on the outside and an inner filling layer (120) formed inside the outer layer (110).
[0134] The above outer layer (110) can be formed so that wax of the first color remains on the inner wall of the mold and can have translucent properties.
[0135] In addition, a protective coating layer may be further formed on the outer side of the outer layer (110).
[0136] The above protective coating layer may include a transparent coating agent, a wax coating agent, or a water-repellent coating agent, and can protect the surface of the outer layer (110) while simultaneously enhancing the gloss.
[0137] Accordingly, the molded scented candle (100) can achieve a surface texture similar to that of an actual stone or ceramic artifact, and can reduce surface contamination or scratches.
[0138] In addition, a water-repellent layer may be further formed on the outer side of the outer layer (110).
[0139] The above water-repellent layer may include a silicone-based coating agent or a moisture-blocking coating agent, and can inhibit the adsorption of external moisture or contaminants.
[0141] Additionally, the inner filling layer (120) may be formed with a second color wax that is filled inside the outer layer (110), and a natural stone pattern or a marble pattern may be realized due to the color difference with the outer layer (110).
[0143] Meanwhile, a color diffusion layer may be further formed between the outer layer (110) and the inner filling layer (120).
[0144] The color diffusion layer can be formed by partially mixing a first color wax and a second color wax, and can gradually change the color boundary between the outer layer (110) and the inner filling layer (120).
[0145] Accordingly, a visual effect similar to the vein or weathered texture of natural stone can be realized on the surface of the molded scented candle (100).
[0147] In addition, a microbubble layer may be formed between the outer layer (110) and the inner filling layer (120).
[0148] The above micro-bubble layer may include micro-pores or bubbles formed during the cooling process of the wax, and can further emphasize the stone texture by inducing diffuse reflection of light.
[0150] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned base (200) may be filled with a wax layer (220) inside, and a wick (210) may be placed in the central area.
[0151] A crystalline surface layer (230) may be formed on the upper part of the wax layer (220), and the crystalline surface layer (230) may form a crystal pattern and simultaneously partially support and fix a lower part of the molded scented candle (100).
[0152] Additionally, the wick (210) may be positioned to penetrate the wick penetration hole formed in the molded scented candle (100).
[0154] Meanwhile, a particle layer may be further formed between the wax layer (220) and the crystalline surface layer (230).
[0155] The particle layer may include at least one of stone powder, mineral particles, sand particles, or ceramic powder, and may be formed to be partially exposed to the upper surface of the crystalline surface layer (230).
[0156] Accordingly, the base (200) can achieve a texture similar to the weathered ground or stone base of an actual artifact.
[0157] Additionally, a fragrance diffusion layer may be further formed between the wax layer (220) and the crystalline surface layer (230).
[0158] The above fragrance diffusion layer may include aromatic oils or fragrance components, and may be configured so that the fragrance components diffuse in stages upon ignition.
[0159] Additionally, a buffer bonding layer may be further formed between the wax layer (220) and the crystalline surface layer (230).
[0160] The above buffer bonding layer may include wax of relatively low hardness, and may allow a portion of the lower part to be stably buried when the molded scented candle (100) is bonded.
[0161] Additionally, mineral particles or metallic decorative particles may be further disposed on the upper surface of the crystalline surface layer (230).
[0162] The mineral particles or metallic decorative particles may be placed so as to be partially exposed on the surface of the crystalline surface layer (230) and may provide a visual effect similar to the mineral layer or decorative base around the artifact.
[0164] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 4, a molded scented candle (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a coloring process.
[0165] Specifically, the molded scented candle (100) can undergo a coloring process after demolding and forming a wick penetration hole, thereby further emphasizing the decorative pattern and three-dimensionality unique to the artifact.
[0166] The above coloring process may be performed by coloring only a portion of the surface of the shaped candle (100) rather than coloring the entire surface of the shaped candle (100).
[0167] For example, coloring may be selectively performed on detailed parts such as the mane, horns, tail, wing pattern, eye area, protruding pattern, or surface irregular shape of the molded candle (100).
[0168] For the above coloring, a coloring agent including gold, bronze, brass, or similar metallic colors may be used, such as alcohol ink, metallic pigment, or metallic paint.
[0169] The above coloring agent can be applied using a brush, sponge, cotton swab, or fine brush tool, and can be selectively applied to the upper surface of a protruding area or an uneven shape.
[0170] Accordingly, the protruding pattern or curved shape of the above-mentioned shaped candle (100) can be further emphasized, and the three-dimensional effect and visual depth due to light reflection can be enhanced.
[0172] In particular, the above coloring process can produce a visual effect similar to the surface of an artifact being weathered over a long period or metal decorations being worn away, and can form an appearance similar to actual ancient stone or ceramic artifacts.
[0173] In addition, the coloring process may be formed partially on only a part of the surface rather than uniformly covering the entire surface of the shaped candle (100), so that the natural stone pattern realized by the outer layer (110) and the inner filling layer (120) is maintained while also providing a decorative effect.
[0174] Referring to FIG. 4, the coloring process may include an intermediate step in which partial coloring is performed on a colored sculpted candle (100) and a final step in which metallic coloring is completed.
[0175] Accordingly, the above-mentioned shaped candle (100) can go beyond being a simple burning candle and provide both aesthetic appeal and decorative effect as a shaped object in the shape of an artifact.
[0177] As described above, the present invention makes it possible to realize a texture and natural patterns similar to ancient artifacts or stone.
[0178] In addition, by using wax layers of different colors to form the outer layer and inner fill layer, it is possible to achieve stone patterns with depth and weathered textures rather than a monotonous surface finish.
[0179] In addition, by forming a crystalline surface layer between the upper shaped candle and the wax layer of the lower base, it is possible to suppress color transfer between the wax layers of the shaped candle and the base and improve visual perfection.
[0180] In addition, by forming a mold based on a prototype created using the ceramic modeling method, repetitive production is possible while maintaining the unique aesthetic and artistry characteristic of handicrafts.
[0181] In addition, it is possible to provide a luxurious artifact aesthetic and decorative effect through a multi-layered wax structure and surface texture formation process.
[0183] Optimal embodiments have been disclosed in the drawings and specification. Specific terms have been used herein, but are used only for the purpose of describing the invention and are not intended to limit the meaning or the scope of the invention as described in the claims. Therefore, those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the true technical scope of protection of the invention should be determined by the technical spirit of the appended claims. Explanation of the symbols

Claims
Claim 1 A method for manufacturing a molded candle in the shape of an artifact, comprising: a step of producing a molded prototype; a step of forming a mold using the molded prototype; a step of melting a wax of a first color and injecting it into the mold, and then discharging a portion of the wax to form an outer layer on the inner wall of the mold; a step of injecting a wax of a second color darker than the first color into the mold in which the outer layer is formed to form an inner filling layer; a step of forming a wick penetration hole in a molded candle that has been demolded from the mold; a step of placing a wick inside a base for supporting the molded candle and filling it with wax to form a wax layer; and a step of joining the molded candle to the base so that the wick penetrates the wick penetration hole; wherein, prior to joining the molded candle, high-temperature palm wax is supplied to the upper part of the wax layer to form a crystalline surface layer, and the crystalline surface layer forms a crystal pattern while simultaneously suppressing color transfer between the molded candle and the wax layer. Claim 2 delete Claim 3 A method for manufacturing an artifact-shaped incense candle according to claim 1, wherein the shaped incense candle is bonded before the crystalline surface layer is completely hardened, and a lower part of the shaped incense candle is partially embedded and fixed in the crystalline surface layer. Claim 4 A method for manufacturing an artifact-shaped scented candle according to claim 1, wherein the first color wax and the second color wax comprise palm wax, and the outer layer is formed to be translucent so that the color of the inner filling layer is partially transmitted to the outside. Claim 5 A method for manufacturing an artifact-shaped scented candle according to claim 1, wherein the second color wax is injected into the mold at a low speed so as to maintain the shape of the outer layer without being completely mixed with the outer layer, and an uneven color boundary is formed between the outer layer and the inner filling layer due to a difference in color concentration so as to realize a natural stone pattern or a marble pattern.
