[0056] Meanwhile, below we will look at an example of a luminous park golf ball (2).

[0057] FIG. 5 is a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining the manufacturing process of a phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to a first embodiment of the present invention. For reference, (a) to (b) shows the manufacturing process of a core elastic body, (c) to (d) shows the manufacturing process of a layer and a cover, and (d) to (e) shows the manufacturing process of a cover skin.

[0058] First, the phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a 4-piece ball, and the method of manufacturing the phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to the first embodiment of the present invention is described as follows with reference to FIGS. 5 and FIGS. 6.

[0059] A method for manufacturing a park golf ball using a phosphorescent pigment according to the first embodiment of the present invention involves placing a first composition into a first mold to form two hemispherical core elastomers (11, 12) as shown in FIG. 6 (a). At this time, the first composition is manufactured by heat-treating a synthetic resin with a dryer to remove moisture, mixing a soft resin and a hard resin in a set ratio with the moisture-removed synthetic resin, and adding a set colorant. The hemispherical core elastomers (11, 12) produced through the first mold are manufactured with a uniform thickness without distortion (S101).

[0060] Then, two hemispherical core elastic bodies (11, 12) are joined to form a spherical core elastic body (10), i.e., a primary sphere, as shown in Fig. 6 (b) (S102). The core elastic body is also called a nucleus. The core elastic body (10) can be manufactured in a hollow or filled form.

[0061] Next, when the first sphere is formed, the first sphere is inserted into the second mold by rotating it 90 degrees, and a layer (20) is formed with the second composition as shown in Fig. 6 (c) so as to uniformly surround the entire outer surface of the first sphere, that is, the first sphere, with a set thickness. When the layer (20) is formed on the first sphere, two pieces of the second sphere are created (S103).

[0062] Next, when the second sphere is formed, the second sphere is rotated and inserted into the third mold, and a cover (30) is formed as shown in FIG. 6 (d) using a phosphorescent pigment composition mixed, that is, a mixed phosphorescent pigment composition, so as to uniformly surround the entire surface of the layer (20) with a set thickness. When the cover (30) is formed on the second sphere, three pieces of the third sphere are formed (S104).

[0063] Next, when the third sphere is made, the third sphere is inserted into the fourth mold, various prints and markings are inserted, and the entire outer surface of the third sphere, that is, the outer surface of the cover (30), is uniformly surrounded by a transparent composition with a set thickness to form a cover skin (40) as shown in FIG. 6 (e), thereby producing the final park golf ball (S105). When the cover skin (40) is formed on the third sphere, four pieces of the fourth sphere are made, and various prints and markings are located on the surface of the third sphere or inside the skin cover (40).

[0064] As described above, the phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to the first embodiment of the present invention is manufactured according to the above manufacturing method, and when light is irradiated, the phosphorescent pigment contained in the cover (30) accumulates light and emits light in the dark.

[0066] FIG. 7 is a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining the manufacturing process of a phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to a second embodiment of the present invention. For reference, (a) to (b) shows the manufacturing process of a layer and a cover, and (b) to (c) shows the manufacturing process of a cover skin.

[0067] First, the process of making the first and second spheres in the method of making the phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to the second embodiment of the present invention is the same as the method of making the phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and below, with reference to FIGS. 7 and FIGS. 8, only the process of making the third and fourth spheres in the method of making the phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be explained.

[0068] When a second sphere is formed, a plurality of phosphorescent bars (31) are attached or inserted at regular intervals or in a regular arrangement pattern on the surface of the layer (20) (S504). Then, the second sphere with the attached or inserted phosphorescent bars (31) is inserted into a third mold by rotating it 90 degrees, and a composition is formed on the entire surface of the layer (20) to form a cover (30) to form a third sphere (S505). At this time, it is preferable that the thickness of the cover (30) be such that the phosphorescent bars (31) are not exposed, as shown in FIG. 8 (b).

[0069] At this time, the fixed interval or fixed arrangement pattern is arranged on the upper, lower, and four sides of the tertiary sphere as shown in Fig. 8 (b), for example, when there are 6 phosphorescent bars (31).

[0070] When the third ball is made, the third ball is inserted into the fourth mold, various prints and markings are inserted, and the entire outer surface of the third ball is uniformly surrounded by a phosphorescent pigment mixture mixed with phosphorescent pigment to a set thickness, thereby forming a cover skin (40) as shown in Fig. 8 (c) to produce the final park golf ball (S506).

[0071] As described above, the phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to the second embodiment of the present invention is manufactured according to the above manufacturing method, and when light is irradiated, light is accumulated in the plurality of phosphorescent bars (31) included in the cover (30) and the cover skin (40) and emits light in the dark.

[0073] FIG. 9 is a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to a third embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 10 is a diagram for explaining the manufacturing process of a phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and for reference, (a) to (b) shows the manufacturing process of a layer and a cover, and FIG. 11 is a diagram showing an identification marker marked on a phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

[0074] First, the process of making the first and second spheres in the method of making the phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to the third embodiment of the present invention is the same as the method of making the phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and below, with reference to FIGS. 9 to 11, only the process of making the third and fourth spheres in the method of making the phosphorescent park golf ball (2) according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be explained.

[0075] When the second sphere is formed, the second sphere is rotated and inserted into the third mold, and a cover (30) is formed with the third composition to uniformly surround the entire surface of the layer (20) with a set thickness. When the cover (30) is formed on the second sphere, three pieces of the third sphere are formed (S804).

[0076] When the third sphere is formed, a plurality of phosphorescent markers (32) are attached to the surface of the cover (30) as shown in Fig. 10 (b) (S805).

[0077] Multiple phosphorescent markers (32) are used to distinguish between one's own phosphorescent park golf ball (2) and another person's phosphorescent park golf ball (2). They are adhesive markers containing phosphorescent pigments, and may have various shapes and different colors. For example, as shown in FIG. 11, the multiple phosphorescent markers (32) may be putting line markers (32a), star-shaped markers (32b) with various colors, smile markers (32c), octagonal markers (32d), etc. Multiple phosphorescent markers (32) may be attached to the entire cover (30), and during park golf play, all or only some of the multiple phosphorescent markers (32) may be used by phosphorescent through a phosphorescent device.

[0078] A third sphere with a phosphorescent marker (32) attached is inserted into a fourth mold, and a cover skin (40) is formed as shown in FIG. 6 (e) by uniformly surrounding the entire outer surface of the third sphere, i.e., the outer surface of the cover (30), with a transparent composition to a set thickness, thereby producing a final park golf ball (S806).

[0079] Meanwhile, the phosphorescent marker (32) can be attached to the surface of the cover (30), but can also be attached to the surface of the layer (20) or to the surface of the cover (30) and the layer (20).
