[0022] FIG. 1 is a conceptual perspective view illustrating the closed state of the cable box of the cable box locking device of a pad transformer of a general structure, FIG. 2 is a conceptual perspective view illustrating the open state of the cable box of the cable box locking device of a pad transformer of a general structure, FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the key part of section 'A' in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the key part of section 'B' in FIG. 2, and FIG. 6 is an enlarged view for explaining the second locking part in a pad transformer of a general structure.
[0023] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, a pad transformer of a general structure includes: a transformer housing (10); a cable box (100) coupled to the front of the transformer housing; a support frame (200) located at the bottom of the cable box and at the bottom of the front of the transformer housing; and a locking device for connecting the cable box and the support frame.
[0024] At this time, it can be understood that the transformer body is accommodated in the transformer enclosure, and a plurality of connection terminals and cables are accommodated in the cable box.
[0025] Additionally, the cable box (100) has a rectangular shape, and the rear and bottom surfaces of the cable box (100) that come into contact with the front surface of the transformer housing (10) can be opened.
[0026] In addition, the cable box (100) may have an empty space formed on the inside so as not to interfere with the connection terminal and the cables.
[0027] At this time, the cable box (100) may be made of steel, provided, however, that the material of the cable box is not limited in the present invention.
[0028] In addition, the upper rear corner portion of the cable box (100) is connected to the upper front portion of the transformer housing (10) by a hinge (drawing number not indicated), and can be rotated in the up and down direction relative to the connected hinge portion.
[0029] That is, it can be rotated from a closed state as shown in FIG. 1 to an open state as shown in FIG. 2. Here, 'closed' can be understood as a state in which the front of the enclosure (10) is covered with a cable box (100) so that the plurality of connection terminals and cables arranged on the front of the enclosure (10) are not exposed to the outside, and 'open' can be understood as a state in which the plurality of connection terminals and cables arranged on the front of the enclosure (10) are exposed to the outside.
[0030] Continuing, referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, the support frame (200) can be attached to the lower front of the outer casing (10), and at this time, the support frame (200) can be attached to the outer casing (10) so as to be detachable.
[0031] Additionally, the support frame (200) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the cable box (100), and thus, when the cable box (100) is closed as shown in FIG. 1 while in an open state as shown in FIG. 2, the lower part of the cable box (100) may come into contact with the upper part of the support frame (200) and be closed.
[0032] Meanwhile, as described above, a pad transformer of a general structure includes a locking device that connects the cable box and the support frame, and the locking device includes a first fixing part (300) disposed in a certain area of the support frame (200); and a second fixing part (400) disposed in an area corresponding to the first fixing part and disposed in a certain area of the cable box (100).
[0033] That is, by connecting the first fixing part and the second fixing part, the locking device part can connect the cable box and the support frame.
[0034] Continuing, referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, a pad transformer of a general structure includes a locking bolt (500) for connecting the first fixing part and the second fixing part.
[0035] Below, the structure of the first fixing part (300), the second fixing part (400), and the locking bolt (500) will be described.
[0036] First, the first fixing part is disposed in a certain area of the support frame (200) as described above and includes a first locking hole (310); a locking nut (320) disposed inside the first locking hole; and a cage (330) that accommodates the locking nut.
[0037] At this time, the first locking hole (310) may be formed in the support plate (200), and it is preferable that the size of the first locking hole (310) be smaller than the size of the locking nut (320) so that the locking nut (320) cannot come out.
[0038] Additionally, the cage (330) may be coupled to the rear of the support frame (200) in which the first locking hole (310) is formed, and the cage (330) may be provided with a tolerance space (331) in which the locking nut (320) is stored. That is, the locking nut (320) may be moved up, down, left, and right and tilted within a set range while stored in the tolerance space (331), and the tolerance space (331) may be set with the size in the up, down, left, and right directions and the length in the front and back directions in consideration of this.
[0039] The cage (330) can be coupled to the support frame (200) through a known fastening bolt, and the cage (330) may also be further provided with a first lock fastening part (332).
[0040] At this time, the first lock fastening part (332) has a shape that protrudes forward, and a corresponding insertion hole may be formed in the support frame (200), and a first hole in which a lock (not shown) can be fastened may be formed in the first lock fastening part (332).
[0041] Continuing with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, as described above, the second fixing part (400) may be configured to include a locking plate (410) positioned in an area corresponding to the first fixing part and positioned in a certain area of the cable box (100); a left and right guide shaft (420) positioned above the locking plate; and a left and right guide hole (430) into which the left and right guide shaft is inserted.
[0042] At this time, the locking plate (410) can be coupled to the lower part of the cable box (100), and the upper part of the locking plate (410) can be fastened to the lower part of the cable box (100) through the left and right guide shafts (420). To this end, the cable box (100) may have left and right guide holes (430) in the shape of elongated holes formed in the left and right directions.
[0043] Additionally, a handle (412) bent in a forward and downward direction may be formed on the upper part of the locking plate (410), and the front of the outer casing can be opened and closed by gripping the handle (412) and rotating the cable box (100) up and down.
[0044] Furthermore, the locking plate (410) includes a second locking hole (411) located in an area corresponding to the first locking hole (310), and the second fixing part may be formed along the periphery of the second locking hole (411), and a second lock fastening part (413) may be formed protruding forward of the locking plate.
[0045] At this time, the second lock fastening part (413) may have a second hole formed corresponding to the first hole formed in the first lock fastening part (332), and additionally, the second lock fastening part (413) may include an open groove with an open bottom, and may be formed to protrude forward while having a cylindrical shape.
[0046] Additionally, the locking plate (410) may have an insertion groove (414) formed therein for inserting the first lock fastening part (332) formed in the first fixing part (300) when the cable box (100) is closed, and the insertion groove (414) may be formed at a predetermined height in the upward direction with one lower side of the locking plate (410) open. Here, the predetermined height may correspond to the upper and lower height of the first lock fastening part (332).
[0047] At this time, when the pad transformer of a general structure is fastened with the aforementioned lock (not shown), the locking ring of the lock can be fastened through the first hole formed in the first lock fastening part (332), through the second hole formed in the second lock fastening part (413), and through the open groove of the second lock fastening part (413).
[0048] Continuing, referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, the locking bolt (500) has a pentagonal head on one side (left side based on FIG. 4) and bolt threads may be formed on the other side (right side based on FIG. 4).
[0049] At this time, the locking bolt (500) can be fastened to a locking nut (320) housed inside the tolerance space (331) of the cage (330) by passing through the first locking hole (310) and the second locking hole (411).
[0050] Meanwhile, a flat washer (520) may be further attached to reinforce the fastening force of the locking bolt (500), and by attaching a coil spring (510) and a snap ring (530) to the locking bolt (500), the joining and separating operations of the locking bolt (500) can be performed more easily, and the locking bolt (500) can be prevented from being lost by detaching from the second locking hole (411).
[0051] A pad transformer of the general structure as described above includes a locking device that secures the cable box and the support frame as described above, and the locking device includes a first fixing part (300) disposed in a certain area of the support frame (200); and a second fixing part (400) disposed in an area corresponding to the first fixing part and disposed in a certain area of the cable box (100).
[0052] At this time, the first fixing part and the second fixing part are combined, and through the combination of the first fixing part and the second fixing part, the cable box and the support frame can be fastened and fixed.
[0053] However, in the case of such a general pad transformer, due to the arrangement of the first fixing part and the second fixing part, as can be seen in FIG. 1, there is a problem that the volume of the cable box increases.
[0054] That is, as shown in Fig. 1, in a pad transformer of a general structure, the front part of the cable box and the front part of the support frame are not aligned in the height direction, and the front part of the cable box protrudes further forward than the front part of the support frame.
[0055] As a result, the cable box has a problem in that its volume becomes unnecessarily large by the amount of the front portion of the cable box that protrudes more than the front portion of the support frame.
[0056] In addition, in a pad transformer of a general structure, when the aforementioned lock (not shown) is fastened, the locking ring of the lock can be fastened through the first hole formed in the first lock fastening part (332), through the second hole formed in the second lock fastening part (413), and through the open groove of the second lock fastening part (413). However, if the width of the locking ring of the lock is small, there is a problem in that it is not easy to fasten the lock to the first lock fastening part (332) and the second lock fastening part (413).
[0057] Hereinafter, the pad transformer according to the present invention will be described in more detail.
[0058] Hereinafter, the pad transformer including the cable box locking device according to the present invention may refer to the pad transformer of the general structure of FIGS. 1 to 6 described above, except for what is described below.
[0059] FIG. 7 is a schematic drawing illustrating a second fixing part according to the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a schematic drawing illustrating a state in which the first fixing part and the second fixing part are combined according to the present invention.
[0060] First, referring to the aforementioned FIGS. 1 to 6, the basic structure of the pad transformer according to the present invention is described as follows.
[0061] More specifically, referring to FIGS. 1 to 8, the pad transformer according to the present invention comprises: a transformer housing; a cable box (510) coupled to the front of the transformer housing; a support frame (520) located at the bottom of the cable box and at the bottom of the front of the transformer housing; and a locking device (600, 700) for connecting the cable box and the support frame.
[0062] Additionally, the locking device comprises a first fixing part (600) disposed in a certain area of the support frame (520); and a second fixing part (700) disposed in an area corresponding to the first fixing part and disposed in a certain area of the cable box (510).
[0063] That is, by connecting the first fixing part and the second fixing part, the locking device part can connect the cable box and the support frame.
[0064] Continuing with reference to FIGS. 7 and FIGS. 8, first, the support frame (520) according to the present invention comprises: a front plate (521) of the support frame; and a recess (522) formed inwardly in the support frame with respect to the front surface of the front plate.
[0065] At this time, the recess (522) comprises: an inner plate (523) positioned at a first depth inward from the front surface of the front plate toward the inside of the support frame; a first longitudinal side plate (524) for connecting one longitudinal end of the inner plate and a first area of the front surface of the front plate; a second longitudinal side plate (525) positioned facing the first longitudinal side plate and connecting the other longitudinal end of the inner plate and a second area of the front surface of the front plate; and a widthwise lower plate (526) positioned continuously with the first longitudinal side plate (524) and the second longitudinal side plate (525) and connecting the lower longitudinal end of the inner plate and a third area of the front surface of the front plate.
[0066] That is, in the present invention, the inner plate (523), the first longitudinal side plate (524), the second longitudinal side plate (525), and the lower width plate (526) are arranged in succession to form the recessed portion.
[0067] Additionally, in the present invention, the depth of the recess can be determined by a first depth in which the inner plate (523) is located from the front surface of the front plate toward the inside of the support frame.
[0068] Continuing with reference to FIGS. 7 and FIGS. 8, in the present invention, the first fixing part (600) is disposed in the internal space of the recessed part, and more specifically, the first fixing part includes a first locking hole (not shown) located in a certain area of the inner plate; and a first lock fastening part (610) located adjacent to the first locking hole and fixed to the inner plate of the recessed part, while protruding outward from the inner plate toward the support frame.
[0069] In addition, the first lock fastening part (332) includes a first hole (611) into which a lock (not shown) is fastened.
[0070] At this time, in the present invention, it is preferable to form the protrusion length of the first lock fastening part (610) protruding from the inner plate in the outer direction of the support frame so as not to exceed the front surface of the front plate.
[0071] Meanwhile, the first fixing part may include a locking nut disposed inside the first locking hole as described in FIGS. 1 to 6 above; and a cage that accommodates the locking nut, provided that the present invention does not limit the presence or absence of these components.
[0072] Continuing with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, as described above, the second fixing part (700) is positioned in an area corresponding to the first fixing part and is positioned in a certain area of the cable box (510), and includes: a locking plate (710); an upper plate (711) located above the height direction of the locking plate, which is bent from the locking plate and protrudes forward of the second fixing part; a handle (712) that is bent from the upper plate and protrudes downward of the second fixing part; a second locking hole (720) located in an area corresponding to the first locking hole; and a second lock fastening part (730) formed along the periphery of the second locking hole (720) and protruding forward of the locking plate.
[0073] At this time, in the present invention, the front of the outer casing can be opened and closed by gripping the handle and rotating the cable box up and down.
[0074] In addition, the second lock fastening part (730) may have a cylindrical shape and be formed to protrude forward of the lock plate.
[0075] At this time, the second lock fastening part (730) includes a second hole (731) formed in an area corresponding to the first hole (611) of the first lock fastening part (610), and furthermore, the second lock fastening part (730) according to the present invention is characterized by including an open groove (732) located in a second quadrant area based on the circular cross-section of the cylindrical second lock fastening part (730), which is located in an area adjacent to the second hole.
[0076] More specifically, generally, the quadrants include the first quadrant, the second quadrant, the third quadrant, and the fourth quadrant, for example, the first quadrant refers to one of the four quadrants where the signs of both x and y are positive.
[0077] In terms of coordinates, it corresponds to the region (x,y) (where x>0, y>0), and the region symmetric to the first quadrant with respect to the x-axis can be defined as the second quadrant, the region symmetric to the y-axis as the fourth quadrant, and the region symmetric to the origin as the third quadrant.
[0078] At this time, in the present invention, the second hole can be defined as being located in the positive x-axis direction based on the circular cross-section of the second lock fastening part (730), and based on this definition of the second hole, the open groove can be defined as being located in the second quadrant region based on the circular cross-section of the second lock fastening part (730).
[0079] As described above, in a pad transformer of a general structure, when the aforementioned lock (not shown) is fastened, the locking ring of the lock can be fastened through the first hole formed in the first lock fastening part, through the second hole formed in the second lock fastening part, and through the open groove of the second lock fastening part (413). However, if the width of the locking ring of the lock is small, there is a problem in that it is not easy to fasten the lock to the first lock fastening part and the second lock fastening part.
[0080] More specifically, in a pad transformer of a general structure, the aforementioned open groove is located at the bottom of the second lock fastening part, that is, in the negative y-axis direction, so the gap between the open groove and the second hole is large, and when the width of the locking ring of the lock is small, there is a problem that it is not easy to fasten the lock to the first lock fastening part and the second lock fastening part.
[0081] However, in the present invention, the second hole is positioned in the positive x-axis direction based on the circular cross-section of the second lock fastening part (730), and the open groove is positioned in the second quadrant area based on the circular cross-section of the second lock fastening part (730). Since the distance between the second hole and the open groove is small, the lock can be easily fastened to the first lock fastening part and the second lock fastening part even if the width of the locking ring of the lock is small.
[0082] Continuing, referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the locking plate (710) may have an insertion groove (710a) formed therein for inserting a first lock fastening part formed in the first fixing part when the cable box (510) is closed.
[0083] Meanwhile, when the pad transformer according to the present invention is fastened with the aforementioned lock (800), the locking ring of the lock can be fastened through the first hole formed in the first lock fastening part, through the second hole formed in the second lock fastening part, and through the open groove of the second lock fastening part.
[0084] As described above, in a pad transformer of a general structure, the front part of the cable box and the front part of the support frame are not aligned in the height direction, and the front part of the cable box protrudes further forward than the front part of the support frame.
[0085] As a result, the cable box has a problem in that its volume becomes unnecessarily large by the amount of the front portion of the cable box that protrudes more than the front portion of the support frame.
[0086] However, in the present invention, the support frame (520) includes a recess (522) formed in the inner direction of the support frame with respect to the front surface of the front plate, and since the first fixing part (600) is positioned in the inner space of the recess, the front part of the cable box and the front part of the support frame can be positioned on the same line in the height direction, and thus, a pad transformer including a cable box locking device that can reduce the volume of the cable box can be provided.
[0087] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the attached drawings, those skilled in the art will understand that the present invention may be implemented in other specific forms without changing its technical concept or essential features. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive.
