[0021] In this specification, the up-down direction, the front-back direction, and the width direction are based on the arrows shown in FIG. 1.
[0022] Referring to FIG. 1, which shows a wood stove (10) with a length-variable heat delay plate (100) [hereinafter referred to as 'length-variable heat delay plate (100)'] installed according to an embodiment, the length-variable heat delay plate (100) is provided in a wood stove (10) in which a chimney hole (210) is formed in the upper rear portion or the rear upper portion, and is configured to delay the heat discharged from the wood stove (10) and preserve heat inside the wood stove (10).
[0023] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, which is a perspective view of a length-variable heat delay plate (100), the length-variable heat delay plate (100) includes a support part (110) and a moving part (120).
[0024] The support member (110) is located below the chimney hole (210), with one end in close contact with the rear of the wood stove (10) and the other end extending forward.
[0025] The moving part (120) is coupled to the supporting part (110) so as to be movable forward and backward.
[0026] As an example, referring to FIG. 3, which is an exploded view of a length-variable heat delay plate (100), the support member (110) may include a support plate (111), a guide plate (112), a fixing hole (113), and a guide hole (114).
[0027] The support plate (111) is plate-shaped, with a width that corresponds to the width of the wood-burning stove (10). The support plate (111) is positioned below the chimney hole (210), with one end in close contact with the rear of the wood-burning stove (10) and the other end extending forward. Additionally, a through hole (111a) is formed in the front of the support plate (111).
[0028] The guide plate (112) is plate-shaped and extends perpendicularly to one or both ends in the width direction of the support plate (111).
[0029] A plurality of fixing holes (113) are formed on the inner side of the guide plate (112) and spaced apart in the front and rear directions.
[0030] The guide hole (114) is formed on the inner side of the guide plate (112) and communicates with the plurality of fixing holes (113) from above or below the plurality of fixing holes (113). That is, the guide hole (114) is formed long in the front-rear direction on the inner side of the guide plate (112) and communicates with each of the plurality of fixing holes (113).
[0031] The moving part (120) may include a moving plate (121), a fixed plate (122), and a fixed pin (123).
[0032] The movable plate (121) is plate-shaped and is seated on the support plate (111). As an example, the movable plate (121) may be plate-shaped having an area that can be seated within the support plate (111) and the guide plate (112), and may be moved forward and backward on the upper surface of the support plate (111) to open or close the through hole (111a).
[0033] The fixed plate (122) is plate-shaped and extends perpendicularly to one or both ends in the width direction of the movable plate (121).
[0034] A fixing pin (123) is provided on the outer surface of a fixing plate (122) and configured to be received in a fixing hole (113). As an example, the fixing pin (123) can have various shapes, such as a pin, bolt, or screw, as long as they can be received in the fixing hole (113).
[0035] Additionally, the length-variable heat delay plate (100) may further include a hinge portion (130).
[0036] The hinge portion (130) is a part for connecting with the wood stove (10) and can be provided on each side in the shear width direction.
[0038] Referring to FIG. 4, which shows the moving part (120) of the length-variable opening delay plate (100) in a moved state, the moving part (120) can be moved forward and backward on the upper surface of the support plate (111) depending on the position of the fixing pin (123). Specifically, when the fixing pin (123) is positioned in the fixing hole (113) located in the front, as shown in FIG. 2, the moving plate (121) is positioned in the front of the support plate (111) to block the through hole (111a), and when the fixing pin (123) is positioned in the fixing hole (113''') located in the rear, as shown in FIG. 4, the moving plate (121) overlaps with the rear of the support plate (111) and opens the through hole (111a).
[0039] Additionally, the fixing pin (123) can be moved through the guide hole (114) after being removed from the fixing hole (113) and moved to another fixing hole, and the user can easily move the moving plate (121) using the groove (121a) of the moving plate (121).
[0040] That is, depending on the position of the moving plate (121), the through hole (111a) opens and closes, and the area of the length-variable opening delay plate (100) changes.
[0042] Referring to FIG. 5, which is a perspective view, and FIG. 6, which is an exploded view, of a wood-burning stove (10) equipped with a length-variable heat delay plate (100), the wood-burning stove (10) includes a stove box (200), a door (300), a guide rail (400), a heat delay plate (100), and a hinge bracket (500).
[0043] The stove box (200) may be in the shape of a box with an open front. As an example, it may be a box in the shape of a cube or a rectangular prism with an open front. Additionally, a chimney hole (210) is formed through the upper rear portion or the rear upper portion of the stove box (200).
[0044] The communication hole (210) is the part where the communication (not shown in the drawing) is connected and can be formed as a circular through hole.
[0045] In addition, a transparent window may be provided on the side of the stove box (200) so that the interior can be observed.
[0046] The door (300) is hinged to the top of the front of the stove box (200). As an example, the top of the door (300) is hinged to the top of the front of the stove box (200), and the bottom of the door (300) can be rotated upward to open and close the front of the stove box (200).
[0047] Additionally, a handle (301) may be provided at the bottom of the door (300) for the convenience of opening and closing the door (300) and for locking.
[0048] Guide rails (400) are provided on each side in the internal width direction of the stove box (200), with one end connected to the rear of the stove box (200) below the chimney hole (210) and the other end extending forward.
[0049] The heat delay plate (100) is plate-shaped, is seated on a guide rail (400), and has a hinge portion (130) provided at the front end. As one example, the heat delay plate (100) is plate-shaped, but can be seated on the guide rail (400) with the rear end in close contact with the rear of the stove box (200). Additionally, hinge portions (130) can be provided on each side in the width direction of the front end of the heat delay plate (100).
[0050] Since the heat delay plate (100) has been described in detail above, a detailed description of the heat delay plate (100) is omitted.
[0051] The guide rail (400) can be configured so that its other end slopes upward from below the chimney hole (210) to allow for natural circulation of heat inside the stove box (200). As a result, the heat delay plate (100) can also be positioned so that its other end slopes upward forward.
[0052] One end of the hinge bracket (500) is hinge-connected to the hinge portion (130) and the other end is connected to the rear of the door (300). As an example, the hinge bracket (500) may be provided on each side in the rear width direction of the door (300), and may have a shape that extends toward the interior of the stove box (200) and one end may be hinge-connected to the hinge portion (130) of the heat delay plate (100).
[0053] Additionally, the wood stove (10) may further include a hanger (220) and a hanger bar (600).
[0054] The catch (220) is formed to protrude in the width direction from one side of the front width direction of the stove box (200). As an example, the catch (220) may be provided on each side of the front width direction of the stove box (200), and each may be formed to protrude toward each other.
[0055] One side of the catch bar (600) is hinge-coupled coaxially to the hinge portion (130) of the heat delay plate (100), and a catch groove (610) is formed on the other side.
[0056] As an example, the catch bar (600) is in the shape of a bar having a predetermined length, and one side is hinge-coupled coaxially to the hinge portion (130) of the heat delay plate (100). That is, the catch bar (600) is configured so that the other side can move freely relative to the hinge portion (130) of the heat delay plate (100). Subsequently, at a location adjacent to the door (300) on the other side of the catch bar (600), that is, at the front of the other side of the catch bar (600), a plurality of catch grooves (610) may be formed spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the catch bar (600).
[0057] The door (300) can be opened and the locking groove (610) of the locking bar (600) can be hooked onto the locking bar (220) of the stove box (200) to fix the door (300) in an open state. At this time, since the other end of the locking bar (600) can move freely, the locking bar (600) automatically hooks onto the locking bar (220) as the door (300) opens. Additionally, the angle at which the door (300) opens can be adjusted by adjusting the locking groove (610) that hooks onto the locking bar (220) among the plurality of locking grooves (610).
[0059] Referring to FIGS. 7 to 10, which show the process of opening and closing the door (300) of a wood-burning stove (10) equipped with a length-variable heat delay plate (100), the effect according to the position of the length-variable heat delay plate (100) is explained. For convenience of explanation, the top and side surfaces of the stove box (200) in FIGS. 7 to 10 have been removed.
[0060] FIGS. 7 and 8 show that a fixing pin (123) is positioned in a fixing hole (113) located at the front, and a movable plate (121) is positioned at the front of a support plate (111).
[0061] Additionally, FIGS. 9 and 10 show that the fixing pin (123) is positioned in the fixing hole (113''') located at the rear, so that the movable plate (121) is positioned at the rear of the support plate (111).
[0062] Additionally, FIGS. 7 and 9 show the door (300) in a closed state, and FIGS. 8 and 10 show the door (300) in an open state.
[0063] Referring to FIG. 7, as the heat delay plate (100) is positioned at the rear of the stove box (200), a passage (P) through which heat passes is formed at the front interior of the stove box (200). Additionally, as the fixing pin (123) is positioned in the fixing hole (113) located at the front, the movable plate (121) is positioned at the front. Accordingly, the passage (P) is formed narrowly, thereby increasing the back pressure of the chimney.
[0064] In addition, heat generated inside the stove box (200) is circulated internally by the heat delay plate (100), and some of the heat is moved forward and then moved backward and discharged through the chimney. As a result, the heat can remain inside the stove box (200) and then be discharged, allowing the wood stove (10) to be heated efficiently.
[0065] Referring to FIG. 8, the door (300) is opened and the locking bar (600) is caught on the locking bar (220). Since the hinge portion (130) of the opening delay plate (100) is hinge-connected to the hinge bracket (500) attached to the rear of the door (300), the opening delay plate (100) moves forward as the door (300) opens.
[0066] As a passage (P) through which the internal heat of the stove box (200) passes is formed at the rear, the heat generated inside the stove box (200) is not discharged to the front of the stove box (200) but is discharged directly to the rear. As a result, the flames inside the stove box (200) do not come out to the front.
[0067] Referring to FIG. 9, as the fixing pin (123) is positioned in the fixing hole (113''') located at the rear, the movable plate (121) is positioned at the rear. Accordingly, the passage (P) is formed wide, so the back pressure of the communication is lowered.
[0068] Likewise, referring to FIG. 10, the hinge portion (130) of the opening delay plate (100) is hinged to a hinge bracket (500) attached to the rear of the door (300), so the opening delay plate (100) moves forward as the door (300) opens.
[0069] As the passage (P) through which the internal heat of the stove box (200) passes is formed at the rear near the chimney hole (210), the heat generated inside the stove box (200) is not discharged to the front of the stove box (200) but is discharged directly to the rear. As a result, the flames inside the stove box (200) do not come out to the front.
[0071] The expressions (terms, visualized images, etc.) used in describing the embodiments of the present disclosure are merely selected for instrumental purposes to enhance understanding of the technology.
[0072] Furthermore, due to circumstances, the present disclosure has been described by a limited number of embodiments, and a person skilled in the art will be able to come up with new embodiments based on the described embodiments without departing from the technical spirit of the present disclosure.
