The present invention is designed to allow spectators to place it on their laps in stadiums or performance venues to hold personal belongings and food and beverages. The dashed lines (dotted lines) shown in Drawing 1 are folding lines and are shape lines. 4. The design drawing of the present invention shows the unfolded state, and when folded, it is made into a knee table like the reference drawing. 5. The present invention is a flat article, and since the back side has no shape and is thin, and the side side has no creative features of the design, it is replaced by Drawing 1, which is a surface view (plan view), and the illustration of the remaining drawings is omitted. 6.
