Description
Draw 11 The item that is the subject of the design magnetic holder Description of the design 1. The material is metal and synthetic resin. 2. The present design article relates to a magnetic holder for attaching memo paper to a metal plate, such as a vehicle or refrigerator, using magnets. It is a magnetic holder in which multiple unit magnets are embedded within a flexible elastic body made of a synthetic resin material, such as silicone resin or epoxy resin, which is non-magnetic and capable of bending, curving, and restoring shape, and a gripping part is formed protruding outwardly. When attached to a metal plate, it is firmly attached by strong magnetic force, but when separated, the flexible elastic body bends flexibly, allowing each unit magnet to detach from the metal plate, thereby enabling easy separation. 3. The parts represented by solid lines in the drawings are the parts of the design for which design registration is sought as part of the product, the parts represented by dotted lines are excluded from the scope of rights of the design, and the dotted lines indicate only the boundary between the parts for which design registration is sought and the parts that are excluded. 4 [Drawing 1] shows the overall shape of the design as viewed from above. [Drawing 2] depicts the front view of the design (the rear view of the design is identical to the front view). [Drawing 3] shows the left side of the design (the right side of the design is identical to the left side). [Drawing 4] shows the planar portion of the design. [Drawing 5] shows the bottom part of the design. 5 [Reference Drawing 1] and [Reference Drawing 2] are drawings of the use state of the design article. As seen in (a) of [Reference Drawing 1], a plurality of unit magnets are embedded inside the flexible elastic body. As seen in (b) of [Reference Drawing 1], the memo paper is attached to the iron plate by the magnetic force of the plurality of unit magnets, causing it to stick to the iron plate. When detaching, as seen in (a) of [Reference Drawing 2], if you grasp both gripping parts and squeeze them in the direction of the arrow, the flexible elastic body bends and the unit magnets on the outer side are peeled off one by one. Finally, as seen in (b) of [Reference Drawing 2], when it is completely bent, only the innermost unit magnet needs to be detached in the direction of the arrow. Therefore, while it is attached by a strong magnetic force from the plurality of magnets when attached, it can be separated by each magnet when detached, making it possible to easily detach it with little force.
