Description

Draw 13 The item that is the subject of the design Battery current collector plate assembly Description of the design 1. The materials of this design are metal and synthetic resin. 2. The article subject to this design is a battery current collector assembly that electrically connects a battery cell and a terminal. 3. The battery collector plate assembly of this design is designed so that the collector plate and the collector plate holder are integrally formed vertically. 4. In this design, the current collector plate is formed in a U-shape with two tap welds connected to a connecting part, the two tap welds have different widths from each other, a current collector projection protrudes from the upper surface of the connecting part, and circular holes into which rivets are inserted are formed in the tap welds and the connecting part. 5. In this design, the collector plate holder is positioned at the bottom of the collector plate and is formed in a U-shape corresponding to the collector plate, and a circular rivet is formed to be inserted into a circular hole of the collector plate. The rivet inserted into the circular hole is heat-pressed so that the head has a diameter larger than the circular hole, thereby fixing the upper surface of the collector plate and thus the collector plate is designed to be fixed to the collector plate holder. 6. Drawing 1 is a drawing expressing the overall form of the design, Drawing 2 is a drawing showing the front part of the present design, Drawing 3 is a drawing showing the rear portion of the present design, Drawing 4 is a drawing showing the left side portion of the present design, Drawing 5 is a drawing showing the right side portion of the present design, Drawing 6 is a drawing showing a planar portion of the present design, Drawing 7 is a drawing showing the bottom portion of the present design, Drawing 8 is a drawing showing a cross-section of the AA' section of Drawing 6. Reference Drawing 1 is a drawing showing a battery current collector assembly electrically connecting the battery cell and the terminal, with the tab of the battery cell coupled to the upper surface of the current collector plate and the current collector protrusion connected to the terminal.
