Description

Draw 2 The item that is the subject of the design socks Description of the design The present design seeks to register only the 'logo' portion expressed in color within the overall shape of the sock as a partial design. The present design relates to a logo placed on the ankle portion of socks. The key element of the creative content is the combination of shapes and forms, in which the Taegeuk pattern and the four trigrams of Geon, Gon, Gam, and Ri are combined to form an overall square composition, which is then arranged alongside the English letters 'ROKA'. In particular, it is characterized by the formation of a unique geometric form by arranging the four trigrams of Geon, Gon, Gam, and Ri in horizontal and vertical directions and configuring them to overlap with the Taegeuk pattern. Drawing 1 is a perspective drawing expressing the overall form of the present invention implemented in a program. Drawing 2 is a drawing showing the left side of an item placed flat on the floor. Drawing 3 is a drawing showing the right side of an item placed flat on the floor. Drawing 4 is an enlarged view to clearly show the shape and form of the logo portion for which design registration is sought. The logo, which is the core of the rights to the present design, is located only on the left and right sides; as there are no shapes or forms on the front, back, top, or bottom that claim rights as partial designs, the submission of the relevant basic drawings is omitted. Reference Drawing 1 is a reference drawing in the perspective direction showing the product of the present invention worn on a mannequin to show the actual three-dimensional state of the product. Reference drawing 2 is a left side view of the mannequin wearing the item. Reference drawing 3 is a reference drawing of the right side of the mannequin wearing the item.
