Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of construction and is a structural engineering panel intended for the construction of external and internal walls, ceilings and corners of buildings for various purposes, including residential, public, industrial, modular and prefabricated structures. Unlike known solutions such as SIP and sandwich panels, the proposed panel allows for the concealed installation of utility lines without compromising the integrity of the structure, thanks to the presence of built-in technological voids formed by the shape of modified C-shaped metal profiles and cladding material. The panel has a three-layer modular design, including outer panels made of galvanized profiles with additional shelves, a middle layer of wooden beams and mineral wool insulation, as well as fastening elements that ensure the tightness and reliability of the connections. The technical result consists of increased strength, airtightness, thermal and sound insulation, reduced labor costs and construction time, and versatility thanks to its modular design and the availability of four panel sizes. This utility model ensures structural reliability, enables the construction of energy-efficient buildings, including structures in seismically active regions, and eliminates the need for an additional supporting frame.
