Abstract
This utility model relates to line heater devices for oil and is designed to reduce harmful emissions when using associated petroleum gas as fuel. The device comprises a line heater furnace, a fuel feed gas separator, at least one gas filter for cleaning oil residues and carbonaceous impurities, and an oxidizer supply unit with adjustable delivery to the combustion zone. In a preferred embodiment, the gas purification filter is two-stage, and the oxidizer supply unit is a fan equipped with a frequency converter. These features combine to stabilize the combustion process, eliminate soot combustion, and reduce the concentration of harmful substances in the flue gases. In addition, the utility model ensures an increase in the thermal efficiency of the line heater furnace, expressed in an increase in the temperature of the working agent and the heated oil, which is especially important when operating the equipment in conditions of low ambient temperatures.
