Abstract
This utility model pertains to the field of biotechnology for removing scale, combined organomineral, and other contaminants from surfaces using biotechnology. The objective of the utility model is to create a bioreagent that ensures the effective destruction of combined organomineral deposits on the internal surfaces of heating equipment without corrosive effects on metal or harming the environment. The technical result of the utility model is to increase the efficiency of cleaning combined organomineral deposits; reduce the corrosive effects on metal; and expand the range of contaminants removed due to the simultaneous action on the mineral and organic components of the deposits. To obtain the bioreagent, deproteinized whey is pasteurized and fermented with Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bacillus subtilis strains for 1-2 days.A nutrient medium containing beet molasses, yeast extract, and mineral salts is fermented separately using Yarrowia lipolytica, Serratia marcescens, and Rhodococcus erythropolis cultures at 34-36°C for 1-2 days. The resulting fermented media are mixed in a weight ratio of 30:70 to 50:50 and poured into the equipment being cleaned, where it is circulated for 1-2 days. Once the pH reaches 2.5-3.0, loosened deposits are removed by rinsing with water, and the interior surface of the equipment is passivated with a slightly alkaline solution.
