Test bench for hydraulic machines and units

Abstract

This utility model pertains to mechanical engineering, specifically to test equipment for the diagnostics and adjustment of hydraulic machines and units. The proposed test rig is designed for testing hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic control valves, and other hydraulic system components used in construction, road construction, agricultural, and special-purpose machinery. The rig comprises an electric motor, a drive clutch, a support carriage for mounting the unit under test, a hydraulic piping system, measuring instruments, a hydraulic line switching unit, load valves, flow meters, pressure gauges, and a system for removing hydraulic oil from the suction line. The rig's design incorporates a rotary transmission unit comprising a cage shaped like an internal gear and a replaceable pinion with internal splines, enabling the connection of various types of hydraulic units.The technical result consists in expanding the functional capabilities of the test bench, increasing the versatility of tests and improving the quality of repair of hydraulic machines and units.
