Abstract

This utility model relates to medicine and is intended for the comprehensive, sequential rehabilitation of patients with paralysis following traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, strokes, or illnesses, including those with cerebral palsy. This utility model aims to achieve a technical result consisting of increased efficiency by expanding the range of possible movements for patients while restoring musculoskeletal function.The said technical result is achieved in that the training complex, comprising a frame mounted on wheel supports, patient fixation means, foot platforms, and the patient fixation means comprise at least one means selected from a group comprising foot fastenings, knee supports, a pelvic support, a thoracic support, is provided with a lift consisting of an additional frame having docking units with the frame of the training device and on which a vertical telescopic stand is fixed with the possibility of swinging in the vertical direction like a rocker arm, at one end of which a support for a seat for a patient fixed in knee supports and foot holders is fixed on the axis of rotation, and the other end of which is connected by an elastic rod to the additional frame or to the frame of the training device, wherein the seat has removable sidewalls made in the form of handrails and is connected by an elastic rod to a swinging support or a vertical telescopic stand.The said technical result is also achieved by the fact that the training complex consists of a frame, on which a vertical telescopic stand is fixed with the possibility of swinging in the vertical direction like a rocker arm, at one end of which a support for a patient's seat is fixed on the axis of rotation, and the other end of which is connected by an elastic rod to an additional frame or to the frame of the training device, wherein the seat has removable sidewalls made in the form of handrails and is connected by an elastic rod to the swinging vertical telescopic stand.
