Abstract

It can be used as a training device for training the back muscles, upper and lower extremities. The essence of the utility model is that the device consists of a fixed base with a seat connected to a freely rotating backrest, which is connected by a hinge to a lower extremity support. The lower extremity support has a wheeled support at its free end for movement along the floor and is connected by elastic rods to the fixed base, thus fixing the initial position of the device in the form of a chair. The patient, sitting in the chair, passively leans back and rotates the backrest around the transverse axis, thereby extending the lumbar spine. The backrest moves the lower extremity support forward, extending the patient's lower extremities. The patient straightens, i.e.The patient moves from a sitting position to a lying position. The device's elastic rods return the device to its original position, flexing the patient's lower limbs, and the patient's torso also bends forward due to the chair back returning to its original position. The patient is then returned to a sitting position. The device includes arm levers for exercising the upper limb muscles. Rotation of all joints of the upper and lower limbs occurs during operation, making it effective for training the muscles of the torso, upper, and lower limbs, as well as for developing contractures in the joints of the upper and lower limbs.
