Abstract
1. An exercise machine complex according to claim1, characterized in that the front and rear posts, mounted in the shape of the letter A, are made telescopic. 3. The exercise complex according to claim 1, characterized in that the lock for the elastic rods is made in the form of a slider with the ability to move up and down along the front post to change the load. 4. The exercise complex according to claim 1, characterized in that the T-shaped lever for the hands is attached directly to the front or rear post of the device and is adjustable in height. 5. The exercise complex according to claim 1, characterized in that an elastic rod is fixed to the free end of the T-shaped lever for the hands, the free end of which is attached to the front or rear post. 6.
