Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of medicine, in particular to medical psychology, psychophysiology of labor and occupational medicine, and is intended to assess the influence of risk factors on the formation of professional burnout of teachers of higher education organizations based on psychophysiological indicators. The objective of the utility model is to increase the objectivity and informativeness of the assessment of the influence of risk factors on the formation of professional burnout among teachers of higher education organizations while simultaneously reducing the labor intensity and simplifying the survey procedure, as well as ensuring the possibility of distributing surveyed individuals into groups with different probabilities of developing professional burnout for the purposes of prevention. The technical result is achieved by developing a method for assessing the impact of risk factors on the development of professional burnout. This method involves recording the heart rate variability of the teacher being assessed, followed by determining the regulatory system stress index (SI), which characterizes the body's level of psychophysiological stress. The resulting quantitative stress index values are converted into a scaled form and used as the X1 indicator. Additionally, a set of scaled indicators of professional burnout risk factors is determined. The resulting indicators are used as scaled numerical values and used to calculate the integral indicator Y, which characterizes the influence of risk factors on the development of professional burnout, according to the formula: The proposed method provides an objective quantitative assessment of the influence of risk factors on the formation of professional burnout of teachers in higher education organizations and can be used in conducting preventive, screening and monitoring surveys of employees of educational, scientific and other organizations.
