Abstract

This utility model relates to software and tool complexes for receiving, processing, correlating, mapping, and predicting incidents related to the contactless distribution of narcotics. The complex comprises client devices for external users, a server component, and automated workstations for authorized employees, all connected via a secure data network. The server part includes a server for receiving and processing requests, a server for receiving and checking media data, an object storage of media data, a server for intelligent processing of media data, a digital map server, a database server, an incident correlation module, and a predictive analytics module. The incident correlation module is designed to receive information generated and accumulated in the server part, including information from the database server, the results of intelligent processing of media data and information from the digital map server, and to form on their basis a linked incident record by combining information about the request, the coordinates of the incident, attached media data, the results of checking the media data, the results of intelligent analysis, The processing status and the incident's location in the event concentration zone. This module is also capable of generating an incident correlation indicator for subsequent display on a digital map and use by the predictive analytics module. The technical result consists in expanding the functional capabilities of the complex and increasing the efficiency of processing information on the contactless distribution of narcotic drugs due to the automated formation of a linked incident record and an incident correlation indicator used in cartographic display and forecasting of areas of probable activity.
