Abstract
The utility model relates to devices designed for sealing cargo transported by various modes of transport, sealing door locking devices and closing systems for cargo compartments of vehicles, containers, trailers and semi-trailers, and can be used for remote monitoring of the sealing status and preventing unauthorized access to transported cargo during international and domestic transportation. The technical result is a simplified design of the navigation seal, increased reliability of the device and the accuracy of monitoring its condition, a reduction in the number of electronic components, a reduction in manufacturing costs and energy consumption, and an increase in battery life. A car navigation seal is proposed, containing a shock-resistant, moisture-proof housing, inside which an electronic unit, 128 MB FLASH memory or a microSD memory card of the same capacity, an activation device based on a Hall sensor, a power supply module with a battery, a housing integrity monitoring sensor, an electromechanical module for fixing the sealing element and a reusable sealing element made in the form of a steel cable with tips are located, installed in the housing of the navigation seal, means of information exchange with the information system, a gear motor, a housing opening sensor designed with the ability to register the opening of the housing integrity control sensor, while the electronic unit is made in the form of a single printed circuit board and contains a microcontroller designed with the ability to control the operating modes of the device, including switching to energy-saving modes and adaptive regulation of the frequency of coordinate determination and data transmission depending on the state of the navigation seal, while the electronic unit is made in the form of a single printed circuit board.
