Abstract
The utility model relates to photovoltaics and can be used to create solar cells based on perovskite materials for converting solar energy into electrical energy. The proposed perovskite solar cell comprises a transparent substrate, a transparent front electrode layer, a hole-transporting layer, a perovskite light-absorbing layer, an electron-transporting layer, and a rear electrode. The light-absorbing layer contains a perovskite matrix of composition ABX3, where A represents a methylammonium, formamidinium, or cesium cation, B represents a lead cation, and X represents a halide anion. Porous carbon is incorporated into the structure of the perovskite light-absorbing layer. The addition of porous carbon ensures the passivation of defects in the perovskite structure, reduces the formation of voids between crystal grains, and improves electrical charge transfer. As a result, solar energy conversion efficiency and solar cell stability are increased. This utility model allows for increased photovoltaic conversion efficiency and improved performance of perovskite solar cells.
