Abstract

Scope: The utility model relates to the field of agriculture and automation of technological processes, in particular to devices for creating and maintaining optimal microclimate parameters in rooms for growing silkworm cocoons. The essence of the utility model: The utility model is a device for monitoring and controlling the microclimate, containing a sensor unit, a microcontroller control unit and actuators, including heating elements, an ultrasonic humidifier and a forced ventilation system. A distinctive feature of the device is the ionizer unit, located in the forced ventilation system's airflow duct and functionally linked to a microcontroller control unit. The ionizer unit is designed to automatically turn on and off in sync with the ventilation system, simultaneously ionizing and cleaning the airflow through it from dust and pathogens. Technical result: The technical result consists of simultaneously purifying, sterilizing, and enriching the incoming air with negative ions by placing an ionizer in the air flow and synchronizing it with the forced ventilation system. This reduces dust and microbiological contaminants, improves indoor sanitary conditions, increases silkworm viability, and improves the quality of the cocoons produced.
