Abstract
This utility model relates to agricultural hydraulic engineering and is designed to control drainage flow and groundwater levels in irrigation systems. The sluice-regulator device has two sections, dividing the flow into a transit section and a desalination section. The desalination section is equipped with a filter-sorption layer to reduce mineralization and a water storage chamber for subsequent use, while the transit section is equipped with a regulating valve to create a backwater. The design raises the groundwater level to 0.6-0.8 m during the growing season and lowers it to a depth of at least 1.0 m during the non-growing season. The device is equipped with a catastrophic spillway. The technical result is an increase in water supply to irrigated lands using subirrigation, a reduction in drainage water salinity, and improved recycling efficiency.
