Abstract
This utility model relates to the rubber industry, specifically to the composition of a rubber compound based on SKMS-30 ARKM-15 butadiene-methylstyrene rubber. It can be used to manufacture rubber products in various industries. The essence of the utility model is as follows. A rubber compound of the following composition is proposed, in parts by weight: butadiene - methylstyrene rubber SKMS-30 ARKM-15 - 100.0; technical sulfur - 3.5; sulfenamide C - 2.5; thiuram 0.5; zinc white - 5.0; stearin - 3.0; microwax - 1.2; oil PN-6Sh - 23.0; chalk - 110.0; pigment - 1.3; activated zeolite - 40.00. Activated zeolite from the Chankanai deposit was used as a filler; its introduction into rubber compounds made it possible to reduce the cost of rubber products without losing key operating parameters. The proposed filler for rubber compounds based on activated zeolite, when used, provides an increase in: conventional strength of 69.62 kgf / cm2; relative elongation of 297%; conventional strength after aging for 24 hours at 100°C of 59.44 kgf / cm2; relative elongation at break after aging for 24 hours at 100°C of 247%. The conducted studies show that the Shore A hardness of 52 conventional units and the electrical strength of rubber of 15.3 kV / mm are reduced when replacing the traditionally used white carbon black with activated zeolite from the Chankanai deposit, however, the indicators remain within the permissible values for this rubber.
